Abstract

This article examines the Government's Policy on the Islamic Religious Education Curriculum in the Reformation Era, followed by a case study on the application of Islamic Religious Education to Non-Islamic Schools in Purworejo. The author tries to present the study of Islamic Education in the third millennial, the renewal of Islamic education in Indonesia, the era of regional autonomy, problems in the Islamic education system, the curriculum system in the reform era to the case studies in Purworejo. The author uses descriptive analysis method to explain the curriculum of Islamic religious education in the reform era. As for the case study, researchers collected data by interview and then analyzed qualitative data so that accurate data was seen from research sources. Researchers found a picture of the Islamic Religious Education curriculum in the Reformation Era from 1964 to 2013. Strengthened by the application of Islamic Religious Education in non-Islamic schools in Purworejo, which was not yet fully maximized as mandated by PP 55 of 2007. So that it gave rise to ideas and ideas so that their application was in accordance with the rules applicable.

Abstract

Tan Malaka merupakan tokoh kontroversi, ia berasal dari keluarga muslim sekaligus terlibat aktif dalam pergerakan komunisme.Pemikiran seseorang dapat dilihat dari pengalaman dan aktivitas kehidupannya, begitu juga dengan Tan Malaka. Ia sejak masa belia mengagumi berbagai produk pemikiran Barat, terutama terkait dengan Revolusi. Kemudian ‘berkenalan’ dengan pemikiran dan pergerakan komunis ketika memasuki usia 20an tahun. Hampir semua pengalaman kehidupan dan relasinya, bersentuhan dengan komunisme. Maka pengalaman kehidupan ini menentukan pola pikirnya. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan keduanya, dengan focus pada dua pemikirannya: yaitu Materialisme dan Dialektika yang ada dalam buku Madilog. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode deskripsi dan analisa, sehingga dihasilkan sebuah kesimpulan yang kritis terhadap obyek kajian. Kesimpulan dari isi tulisan ini adalah, pemikiran Tan Malaka terkait materialism dan dialektika berasal dari pemikiran Marx, bahkan tanpa sikap kritis terhadap pemikiran-pemikirannya. Juga diasalkan dari pengalaman kehidupannya yang berkecimpung di dunia politik dan sebagai perwakilan komintern, dan masih ia ‘pegang’ walau mendirikan partai di luar PKI (Pari dan Murba). Pemikiran nya tentang materialism dan dialektika dalam Madilog, tidak menyalahi pemikiran Marx, dan tampak permusuhannya dengan kelompok mistik, agama dan kepercayaan terhadap hal-hal ghaib. Walau mengkritik materialism Feurbach, tetapi secara ontologis keduanya sangat serupa. Pemikiran dialektika Tan juga serupa dengan Marx (tanpa sikap kritis), serta jatuh pada esalahpahaman yang sama, yaitu bahwa materialism-dialektika juga berlaku pada hukum kebendaan, padahal hukum kebendaan berlaku secara statis dan universal, dan hukum alam tidak lah berdialektika.

Abstract

Development of moral and religious values is the ability to behave, behave and act. One metshod that can develop moral and religious values is the uswah hasanah method. Giving uswah hasanah is an activity carried out by setting a good example for children. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of the uswah hasanah method in developing moral values and religion. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach (case study) involving 2 teachers. Data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the use of the uswah hasanah method in developing moral and religious values of children is memorizing short letters, memorizing Arabic vocabulary and daily prayers and practicing duha prayer to carry out religious activities, practicing fasting and alms to carry out deeds good deeds, courtesy in behaving to older people, greeting and shaking hands, apologizing when done wrong.

Abstract

This research aims to increase learning motivation and scrutinized competent for children 5-6 years old. Method of this research is action research. This resulth are that motivation competent and scrutinized competent for children through puzzle estafet is increasingly. This result be proof with cycle I, cycle II and cycle III showed increase are 85-100 % for every indicator.

Abstract

This paper seeks to review general problems regarding the development of forms, technical and interpretive functions that should exist and be developed for the use of the Koran in facing Society 5.0, some of the problems faced are related to efforts to change the form of the Koran and efforts to maintain the authenticity of al-Qur'an from changes in form and technical functions as a result of the development carried out in facing society 5.0. Society 5.0 is a challenge for future commentators who must present the Koran as Rahmatan lil 'Alamin. The existence of the principle of Artificial Intelligence in the development of Society 5.0 requires that the commentators, observers of the Koran, must not be careless in following the developments of the Age. The development of the function of access to the Koran must always be endeavored by Muslim scientists with the scientific field of the Koran, because future Muslims increasingly need a variety of uses and functions of smart software and hardware for their daily needs. -day. The problems that will be faced and demand attention from scientists in the field of the science of the Koran to find a solution include the absence of clear references to the al-Qur'an text on the application tool and the al-Qur'an website to be developed, incomplete signs read especially shakal which can trigger the development of differences in understanding, the possibility of data input errors (human error), and the possibility of content irregularities, especially from outside. Efforts that must be made to overcome the above problems include controlling the writing, improving and maintaining the security system and updating and checking data regularly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) bagaimana pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial terhadap pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di SD Islam Al Azhar Wonosari; (2) seberapa besar pengaruh supervisi manajerial terhadap kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di SD Islam Al Azhar Wonosari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif. Penelitian asosiatif merupakan penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mencari hubungan atau pengaruh sebab akibat yaitu hubungan atau pengaruh variable bebas terhadap variable terikat. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pemberian angket kepada pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di SD Islam Al Azhar Wonosari, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah pendididk dan tenaga kependidikan di SD Islam Al Azhar Wonosari. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial di SD Islam Al Azhar yang mencakup peran, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, sosialisasi hasil supervisi, tindak lanjut hasil supervisi dan manfaat hasil supervisi. Kegiatan supervisi di SD Islam Al Azhar Wonosari termasuk dalam kategori “baik” dengan rerata nilai sebesar 4,57. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan supervisi manajerial yang dilakukan Kepala Sekolah SD Islam Al Azhar Wonosari. Hal ini dibuktikan berdasarkan nilai signifikan hasil uji statistic koefisien regresi dimana kolom sig menghasilkan nilai P=0.000 jadi pada alpha 5% peneliti menolak hipotesis. Berarti supervisi manajerial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan.

Abstract

This study discusses how the implementation of the mudharabah contract in Islamic banking practices in general. As well as how the position of the mudharabah contract in fiqh and how the mudharabah contract scheme is. The purpose of this study was to determine the position of the mudharabah contract in fiqh and the practice of the mudharabah contract in Islamic banking in general. The research method used by the author in this study uses qualitative methods , while this type of research uses descriptive qualitative type, with data collection methods using the documentation method, where the researcher collects historical researches that aim to explore past data systematically and objectively. . The results of this study reveal that the Mudharabah contract is a collaboration between the fund owner or investor ( shaihb al-mal / rabb al-mal / investor) and the capital manager ( mudharib ) to do business on the basis of profit sharing ratios. Although the mudaraba contract has no basis in the Koran or implicit sunnah, this contract was used to carry out the trade by early generations of Muslims. The contract was developed by Fuqaha under the conditions in his name based on the general principles of sharia regarding justice.The practice of Islamic banking in implementing the mudharabah contract as financing in terms of partnership, the mudharabah contract is one of the banking products, namely in the form of time savings, for example hajj savings, sacrifices, and special deposits (special investment).

Abstract

For parents, choosing a school for their kids is something that cannot be simple. As a first institution that give a proper education, kindergarten should facilitate children’s ‘golden age’ to prepare them facing a real world . The aim of this study is to get information about what factor that parents should consider before they choose a suitable kindergarten for their beloved one. This research was using library research, which was a research method that using materials from library such as book and journal as a information source. Based on research, we can conclude that there are some factors that parents should consider, which was the location, cost, religious education partion, vision and mission, physical facilities, and teachers profile.

Abstract

Diversity can occur in rural or urban areas. Rural and urban communities have very different characteristics. Rural communities are characterized by brotherhood, closeness and a life influenced by nature. Meanwhile, urban communities have the characteristics of selective, self-oriented, universalism, achievement and heterogeneous. Different types of people influence their perceptions of life. The perception referred to in this research is the perception in economics. The main objective of this study is to determine the law of bank interest from the perspective of customers who live in rural and urban areas. This study examines problems, procedures, certain situations, everything related, activities, attitudes, views, processes and effects of an event that occurs in society and the type of research in this research is field research when viewed from a perspective. places using 11 respondents obtained using quota sampling, purposive sampling and side incidental. The results showed that the residence of Islamic bank customers did not affect the perception of the law of bank interest. This is formulated through the research results that have been achieved as a form of answer to the problem formulation.

Abstract

This study aims to answer the researcher's questions, yes. what is the moral condition of the students and what are the efforts of the morality teacher in instilling the values ​​of Student Morality in Aisyiyah Curup "Middle School". This research method is qualitative descriptive which is the subject of this study aqidah moral teacher, headmaster, teachers and 4 students representing classes VII, VIII, IX. From the results of the study illustrate the role of the aqidah moral teacher to instill the values ​​of morality of students. With coaching, habituation, direction, advice, adherence instilled in student behavior such as courtesy to teachers, obeying school rules and holding Islamic holidays and religious programs that will shape student morals so that students can behave commendably and can be reflected in behaviors that are well. From this study the authors hope to the principal, the teachers to be able to increase efforts to instill the moral values ​​of students and can apply good moral values ​​in daily life.
