Abstract

The Indonesian government's efforts to synergize state-owned enterprises continue to be intensifying. The Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises continues to streamline and improve the portfolio of the number of SOEs through corporate restructuring with a holding system, mergers, and acquisitions. As an initial step towards creating an infrastructure SOES holding, the Ministry of SOES launched a "Building EPC Champion" program which aims to regroup companies in the EPC sector based on their business strengths to become market segment leaders. Through the program of the Ministry of SOEs, PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk will become the industrial sector market segment champion, including the Industrial and Metals and Mining markets. By referring to the company's historical financial data, and its operational performance, there must be an evaluation of WIKA's ability to become a champion in the industrial sector. The object of research in this final project is the condition of the industrial market. This final project research uses internal and external environmental analysis to find company business solutions. The internal analysis uses Resource Analysis, Capabilities Analysis, and Value Chain Analysis. Meanwhile, the external analysis uses PESTEL analysis, Porter's Five Forces Analysis, Market Analysis, Competitor Analysis, and Consumer Analysis. Analysis of IFE and EFE Matrix was carried out to analyze the company's Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats and through TOWS Analysis to obtain the development of marketing strategies from this research. The IE Matrix and the QSPM Matrix assessment show that carrying out a cooperation strategy with competent foreign companies can increase the company's capabilities and competencies as capital to compete in the Indonesian industrial market. Keywords – Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Industrial, Marketing

Abstract

The development of marketing is currently moving from traditional marketing to digital marketing, this has an impact on changing lifestyles and consumption patterns as well as the way people sell and shop. However, apart from the convenience that is obtained, there are also many factors that cause customers not to use the online shop, namely the problem of risk, which is generally related to security in payments, fear of fraud, or the quality of goods that do not meet expectations. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online customer reviews and online customer ratings on purchase interest in online shop customers of Bukalapak among employees of PT. Imexindo Intiniaga. The population in this study were employees of PT. Imexindo Intiniaga with a total of 232 employees, of which a sample was determined using the Slovin method technique, so a sample of 70 respondents was obtained. The results of this study are online customer reviews (X1) do not have a significant effect on purchase interest (Y) on Bukalapak online shop customers, online customer rating (X2) has a significant effect on purchase interest in Bukalapak online shop customers (Y).

Abstract

Mendapatkan tender merupakan salah satu cara yang digunakan perusahaan agar mendapatkan kontrak komersial besar ataupun untuk mengembangkan suatu bisnis. Seiring Zaman yang terus berkembang menjadikan persaingan komersial di Indonesia semakin pesat pula, perusahaan-perusahaan berlomba-lomba untuk memenangkan tender. PT. Mancanan Jaya Cemerlang merupakan perusahaan yang berhasil memenangkan tender. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apasaja peranan kunci negosiasi yang dilakukan PT. Mancanan sehingga dapat memenangkan tender. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review, data yang dikumpulkan berasal dari informasi yang berhubungan dengan negosiasi beserta strategi dan perannya melalui berbagai data yang mendukung yang bersumber dari jurnal penelitian, buku penunjang, dan internet. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu perlunya memperhatikan peranan kunci negosiasi yang meliputi: tahapan negosiasi, strategi yang digunakan , modal negosiasi yang dimiliki, cara mempresentasikan company profile dan materi penawaran, karakteristik negosiasi yang dibangun, tujuan utama dari negosiasi, faktor-faktor dan hal penting yang mempengaruhi negosiasi, dan kemampuan yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang negosiator. Abstract

PT Semangat Berjuang Terus (“PT SBT”) as the developer of the coal-fired power plant with capacity 2 x 950 MW (“the Project”) under project finance scheme was experiencing an issue with the coal suppliers that has been engaged under the Coal Supply Agreement (“CSA”) where coal suppliers could not provide conforming coal in accordance with the specification in CSA. This condition caused the coal suppliers is entering an event of default and it cause PT SBT went into event of default under agreement with financial lenders that potentially affect the eligibility to obtain loan to complete the Project construction. This paper is intended to find the root cause, provide alternative solutions, and finally a recommendation towards the problem that caused by coal quality non-conformity. Using Why-Tree and KT Problem Analysis, the Author identify the root cause of coal quality non-conformity issue is the CSA terms is not applicable to accommodate the practice of coal supply arrangement for power plant project. Based on the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) analysis method involving key persons from the PT SBT which comes from technical, finance, legal, procurement, and operation side, requesting Lenders waiver to utilize the available coal that acceptable by Contractor, despite the event of default under CSA, is the best option to maintain the eligibility to obtain loan and complete the construction. Furthermore, PT SBT shall amend the CSA in order to mitigate the event of default which occurred because the coal quality will never meet the contract requirement if it remains\

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Efficiency, Fulfillment, System Availability, Privacy dan Responsiveness terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan layanan jasa transportasi GOJEK. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif kausal. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pelanggan berusia minimal 17 tahun dengan menggunakan layanan jasa transportasi GOJEK minimal satu tahun. Sampel yang diambil dengan teknik Random Sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Variabel Terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepuasan Pelanggan, sedangkan Variabel Bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Efficiency,mFulfillment, System Avaialbility, Privacy dan Responsiveness. Analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan metode uji asumsi klasik, koefisiensi determinasi, dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Efficiency tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan layanan jasa transportasi GOJEK; 2) Fulfillment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan layanan jasa transportasi GOJEK; 3) System Availability berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan layanan jasa transportasi GOJEK; 4) Privacy tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan layanan jasa transportasi GOJEK; 5) Responsiveness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan layanan jasa transportasi GOJEK.

Abstract

This study aims to examine : 1) Influence of Task Technology Fit on Individual Performance, 2) Influence of Task Technology Fit to Intensity of SIA utilization, 3) Influence of Intensity of SIA utilization on individual performance, 4) Effect of SIA utilization intensity to ease of the use, 5) Influence of ease of the use to Individual Performance, 6) Influence of ease of the use as mediator between utilization of academic information system on individual performance. Respondents of this study are the Lecturers and Employees at the University of Mercu Buana Yogyakarta and obtained respondents as many as 113 respondents. This research uses survey model and purposive sampling method as sampling technique. In addition, this research also uses Structural Equation Modeling analysis technique with LISREL as an analytical tool. Based on data testing result of this research, it is found that: 1) Task Technology Fit has influence on Individual Performance, 2) Task Technology Fit has influence onIntensity of SIA Utilization, 3) Intensity of SIA utilization has influence on Individual Performance through ease of the use 4 ) Intensity of SIA utilization has influence on Ease of the Use 5) Ease of the Use has an effect on Individual Performance.

Abstract

The Indonesia Sehat Fixed Income Mutual Fund is a business innovation launched by BPJS Kesehatan through collaboration with three Investment Managers, namely PPT Bahana TCW Investment Management, PT Danareksa Investment Management, and PT Mandiri Manajemen Investasi. This product was created to help BPJS Kesehatan in achieving two targets, first to fulfill the OJK Regulation No. 1 of 2016 on investment of state securities for non-bank financial services institutions, and second to increase revenue collection with donation schemes through crowdfunding mechanisms.This research focuses on how BPJS Kesehatan can implement effective strategies to increase the number of retail investors in Indonesia Sehat mutual fund products. In this study, an external and internal analysis was used, using tools and frameworks such as PEST, Porter Five Forces, STP, VRIO, and supported by interviews and surveys to internal BPJS Kesehatan. Nex step is mapping the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats through the SWOT Matrix, as well as determining the root cause of the problems. From the results of the study, it was found that the root cause that hinders the growth of Indonesia Sehat mutual funds is the selection of segmentation and target investors that are too narrow combined with the very limited promotion of the products, and also cooperation that needs to be reviewed with three investment managers. Author recommends an evaluation of cooperation with the three existing investment managers, as well as changes in marketing strategies to increase the number of retail investors.

Abstract

The aims of this study to analyze the effect of transformational leadership toward cynicism about organizational change. This article also used working condition as moderating variable to test the transformational leadership and cynicism about organizational change linkage. This study uses a quantitative approach by using surveys to collect the data. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and the creteria of this respondent were the employee who working in the organization for organizational changing process. The total of a sample size were 141 respondents in the service sector. This study proved that transformational leadership has a negative effect on cynicism about organizational change. Working condition moderate the effect of transformational leadership toward cynicism about organizational change. Transformational leadership was characterized by the ability of leader to stimulate and motivate their follower to face the changing process in positive view. Beside, the leaders has the ability to share the vision and the goal of organization clearly to their follower. The effect of transformational leadership was stronger by the working condition as moderating variable.

Abstract

Background: Evaluasi strategi dalam menghadapi persaingan antar perusahaan yang dinamis dapat mendukung suatu organisasi untuk mampu bersaing, bahkan mampu memenangkan persaingan. Namun, meskipun PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten, Tbk. Kantor Cabang Khusus (KCK) Banten memiliki fleksibilitas dan ketahanan yang tinggi dalam perekonomian, beberapa keterbatasan seperti kemampuan finansial dan sumber daya manusia membuat PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten, Tbk. Kantor Cabang Khusus (KCK) Banten harus dapat menentukan strategi yang tepat dalam mencapai keunggulan bersaing. Purpose: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan kinerja SDM pada PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten, Tbk. Kantor Cabang Khusus (KCK) Banten melalui penerapan analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, dan Threatments). Originality/value: Kebaruan dalam penelitian ini adalah belum ditemukan penelitian sebelumnya yang membahas analisis SWOT untuk meningkatkan kinerja SDM pada PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten, Tbk. Kantor Cabang Khusus (KCK) Banten. Research limitations: Batasan dalam penelitian ini yaitu melakukan analisis SWOT untuk meningkatkan kinerja SDM pada PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten, Tbk. Kantor Cabang Khusus (KCK) Banten. Design/methodology/approach: Metode penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Data primer merupakan data yang diperoleh dari pengamatan langsung di lapangan dan data yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan pengisian kuesioner oleh responden pilihan. Findings: Temuan hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa dalam peningkatan kinerja SDM pada PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten, Tbk. Kantor Cabang Khusus (KCK) Banten telah disusun dan dilaksanakan dengan baik oleh para pegawai di PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten, Tbk. Kantor Cabang Khusus (KCK) Banten. Strategi peningkatan kinerja ini telah tertuang juga dalam aplikasi Sistem HRIS Program DSDM di PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten, Tbk. Kantor Cabang Khusus (KCK) Banten.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mengenai pengaruh pemanfaatan sistem informasi desa dan penerapan sistem informasi desa terhadap kinerja  individual baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan pada pemerintah desa di seluruh Kabupaten Bantul. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 75 responden yang terdiri dari admin/operator Sistem Informasi Desa se Kabupaten Bantul dengan teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan survei dan instrumen yang digunakan dalam melakukan survei adalah menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengujian validitas dan pengujian reliabilitas dilakukan dengan bantuan program komputer IBM SPSS Statistik 24. Dari hasil pengujian data pada penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa: 1) Pemanfaatan SID berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Induvidual, 2) Penerapan Sistem Informasi Desa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja induvidual.
