Abstract

Research entitled "The Influence of Career Development, Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in Civil Servants of the Kerinci Regency Social Service". The object of this study is employees of the Kerinci Regency Social Service. The type of research used in this study is quantitative causality research, the data collection method is by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the smartPLS program. The sampling technique in this study used saturated samples by analyzing 50 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of career development on employee performance. Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of leadership style on employee performance. Job satisfaction does not mediate the influence of work motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

The retail industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly. Retail stores offer convenience, comfort and good service to consumers. Consumers themselves in shopping are not only based on logic but also emotions. On the basis of emotions, consumers can suddenly want to buy products without planning, this is known as impulse buying. The emotional impulse that makes consumers want to buy products abruptly can be based on pleasure, enjoyment when shopping. Hedonic shopping values indicate that there is pleasure, enjoyment, fantasy in shopping. Consumers can also make impulse purchases because they are carried away by the atmosphere of the store atmosphere. A comfortable store atmosphere can encourage consumers to buy products without planning. It cannot be denied that consumers will buy products because of product promotions or promotions from the store. Sales promotions in the form of discounts, cashback, sweepstakes or prizes can encourage consumers to buy the products offered without thinking again, or impulse purchases are made because of sales promotions. This study aims to determine the effect of hedonic shopping value, store atmosphere, sales promotion on impulse purchases, both partially and simultaneously. The population of this study were Miniso Mall Kota Kasablanka customers. The sample was 86 respondents. The data used is primary data. Data analysis using multiple linear regression and correlation analysis. The results showed that hedonic shopping value and sales promotion partially had a positive and significant effect on impulse purchases at Miniso Mall Kota Kasablanka customers. While the store atmosphere has no effect. Simultaneously hedonic shopping value, store atmosphere, sales promotion have a significant effect on impulse purchases at Miniso Mall Kota Kasablanka customers. The contribution of hedonic shopping value, store atmosphere, sales promotion in influencing impulse purchases of Miniso Mall Kota Kasablanka customers is 65.1%.

Abstract

Era globalisasi menempatkan sumber daya manusia (SDM) sebagai faktor utama dalam menentukan daya saing perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis motivasi materiil dan nonmateriil terhadap kinerja satuan pengamanan di PT. Nakanda Dewadaru. Data penelitian ini terdiri dari 24 karyawan satuan pengamanan, yang bertugas di dua lokasi rumah dinas. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi materiil, seperti pemberian gaji yang layak, insentif jabatan, insentif kehadiran, lembur, dan tunjangan hari raya, berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan semangat dan efektivitas kerja karyawan. Selain itu, motivasi nonmateriil, termasuk pemberian hak cuti, atribut dan seragam kerja, pengakuan dan apresiasi, serta program asuransi dan jaminan BPJS, turut mendukung peningkatan kinerja. Faktor lain seperti sarana prasarana yang memadai serta lingkungan kerja yang bersih dan nyaman juga berkontribusi terhadap efisiensi dan kenyamanan kerja. Secara keseluruhan, kombinasi pemberian motivasi materiil dan nonmateriil terbukti efektif dalam mendorong kinerja satuan pengamanan. Dengan demikian, kombinasi antara motivasi materiil dan nonmateriil yang diberikan oleh perusahaan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja satuan pengamanan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe an artificial intelligence (AI)-based corporate information management archive system. The use and technological advancement of artificial intelligence in corporate information management archiving systems is the primary emphasis of this research. This study employs a qualitative methodology that generates descriptive data through written text or behavior observations and takes a comprehensive approach to the situation and people. This article's research methodology blends empirical analysis with a study of the literature. This study's primary focus is on the state of artificial intelligence technology research and application in commercial data archive management systems. Business information management archive systems that use artificial intelligence (AI) technology provide creative ways to handle ever-more complicated corporate data. AI makes it possible to automate the process of effectively storing, categorizing, searching, and analyzing data, which raises the precision and efficacy of information management. Furthermore, this technology may enhance the security and openness of company data, identify irregularities, and offer strategic advice. AI has the potential to be a game-changing instrument that supports corporate objectives in the digital age if it is regularly adjusted and the appropriate policies are developed.

Abstract

Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Dengan maksud mengetahui pengaruh senioritas terkait dengan promosi karir di dalam lingkungan perusahaan Lampung Post (2) Dengan maksud mengetahui pengaruh prestasi kerja terkait promosi karir di dalam perusahaan Lampung Post. pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Fokus utama dari penelitian ini yaitu tentang pegawai yang memiliki masa kerja yang cukup lama dan pangkat yang memenuhi syarat, tetapi belum dapat kesempatan dipromosikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa senioritas berkontribusi positif terhadap promosi jenjang karir pada karyawan Lampung Post, sedangkan kualitas kinerja yang baik berdampak positif terhadap promosi jabatan pegawai pada perusahaan Lampung Post. fakta ini terungkap dari tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000<0,05. Rekomendasi yang diberikan peneliti yang pertama yaitu Pimpinan Lampung Post lebih disarankan untuk memberikan perhatian lebih kepada seluruh jajaran yang telah lama bekerja agar mendapat peluang jenjang karir. lalu pihak jajaran tertinggi Lampung Post menunjukkan tingkat loyalitas tinggi kepada para jajaran di dalam perusahaan. sehingga para karyawan akan bersikap loyal terhadap perusahaan.

Abstract

Financial management refers to an individual's ability to plan, organize, and manage financial resources effectively. Good financial literacy is essential for optimal financial management. Additionally, technological advancements have introduced financial technology (fintech), which facilitates financial transactions. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy and fintech use on individual financial management among Vocational High School (SMK) students. This research employs a quantitative approach, using primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to 63 students of SMK Cendikia Paseh with a random sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS software. The results indicate that financial literacy significantly influences financial management (t-value = 6.313 > 2.658857; significance = 0.000 < 0.05). However, fintech does not have a significant impact (t-value = -0.177 < 2.658857; significance = 0.860 > 0.05). Simultaneously, the F-test results (34.728 > 7.0771; significance = 0.000 < 0.05) confirm that financial literacy and fintech use together significantly influence financial management.

Abstract

Dalam era digital, PT. Pegadaian menghadapi tantangan dalam pengembangan aplikasi akibat proses manual yang lambat dan kurang efisien, menyebabkan konflik kode dan keterlambatan rilis. Penerapan DevOps melalui CI/CD diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kecepatan, kualitas, dan responsivitas layanan, serta mengurangi risiko kesalahan dalam pengujian dan deployment.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis penerapan CI/CD pipeline di PT. Pegadaian untuk automation deployment, mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi CI/CD tools yang digunakan dalam pengelolaan pipeline, serta meneliti layanan cloud berbasis container yang diterapkan dalam infrastruktur CI/CD untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pengembangan perangkat lunak. Implementasi CI/CD melibatkan alat seperti GitLab untuk manajemen kode, Jenkins untuk otomasi build dan deployment, Docker untuk pembuatan container, dan OpenShift sebagai platform orkestrasi. Diharapkan, metode ini menghasilkan pipeline CI/CD yang efisien, otomatis, memfasilitasi kolaborasi tim developer, dan mengevaluasi keberhasilan deployment di berbagai lingkungan. Hasil penerapan CI/CD di PT. Pegadaian menunjukkan bahwa proses integrasi dan deployment dapat dilakukan otomatis dan efisien. Tim developer dapat dengan cepat mengidentifikasi dan memperbaiki kesalahan, meningkatkan kualitas perangkat lunak, serta meminimalkan risiko kesalahan manusia dalam pengujian dan deployment di berbagai lingkungan, termasuk development, staging, dan production. Abstract

Regulasi terkait Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (RUU Pilkada) sering menjadi perbincangan publik dan memunculkan beragam opini di media sosial, termasuk di Aplikasi X. Analisis sentimen terhadap opini publik dapat memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pembuat kebijakan dan masyarakat dalam memahami persepsi terhadap RUU Pilkada. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan perbandingan antara metode Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) dan Support Vector Machine (SVM) untuk analisis sentimen terhadap data yang dikumpulkan dari Aplikasi X. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, SVM menunjukan kinerja yang lebih dibandingkan CNN pada hampir semua matriks, dengan akurasi SVM mencapai 92,38% dan F1-score 27,27%. Sebaliknya, CNN mencatatkan akurasi 62,86 dan F1-score 7,14%. Meskipun CNN unggul dalam pemrsesan data sekuensial, SVM terbukti lebih stabil dan akurat dalam konteks dataset ini.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi yang penuh kompleksitas, ketidakstabilan politik menjadi tantangan utama bagi perusahaan multinasional seperti PT Unilever. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak geopolitik terhadap operasional bisnis, strategi kepemimpinan, dan ketahanan perusahaan dalam menghadapi perubahan lingkungan global. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur, penelitian ini menyoroti bagaimana Unilever merespons berbagai dinamika politik global, konflik Rusia-Ukraina, serta perubahan sosial-politik di pasar domestik seperti Indonesia. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan global yang adaptif dan berbasis nilai, disertai strategi diversifikasi serta manajemen risiko yang terstruktur, menjadi faktor kunci dalam menjaga keberlangsungan bisnis. Penelitian ini menjelaskan pentingnya peran kepemimpinan yang sensitif terhadap isu-isu global untuk mendukung stabilitas dan pertumbuhan perusahaan multinasional di tengah ketidakpastian geopolitik.

Abstract

Management Information Systems (MIS) are a crucial element in supporting the transformation of modern organizations in the digital era. This article discusses the main characteristics of MIS, which consist of people, data, hardware, software, and business procedures. These five elements interact in an integrated manner to support operational efficiency and more effective decision-making. As technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things (IoT) develop, MIS has evolved into an intelligent system that is adaptive and responsive to market dynamics. This transformation allows organizations to manage data in real time, accelerate innovation, and increase competitiveness. However, the implementation of MIS is not free from various challenges, such as high investment costs, resistance to change from employees, and complex data security issues. Therefore, organizational support through the development of digital skills, strengthening technology infrastructure, and effective change management strategies is crucial to the success of MIS implementation. Through a comprehensive literature review, this article emphasizes that MIS is not only an operational tool but also a key driver in building a more innovative, adaptive, and competitive organization.
