Abstract

After conducting a simple study of 41 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in Indonesia for five years (2016-020), the results of the description of the analysis of the effect of company size on financial performance and inflation on stock prices by dividend policy as an intervening variable, the data processing application used is SPSS.25 Based on research it is known that: (1) The variable company size and finacial performance partially has no positive and significant effect on dividend policy (2) The inflation variable partially has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy (3) The variable company size and financial performance partially has no positive and significant effect on stock prices (4) The inflation variable partially has a positive and significant effect on stock prices (5) The dividend policy variable partially has no positive and insignificant effect on stock prices (6) The dividend policy variable is unable to mediate the relationship between company size and share prices (7) The dividend policy variable is able to mediate the relationship between financial performance and share prices (8) The dividend policy variable is unable to mediate the relationship between inflation and share prices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and emotional intelligence on employee work productivity with work motivation as an intervening variable on Solok City Regional Secretariat Employees. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis, by distributing 97 questionnaires. The results of the study There is a positive and significant effect of competence on work motivation at the Solok City Regional Secretariat. There is a positive and significant effect of emotional intelligence on work motivation at the Solok City Regional Secretariat. There is a positive and significant effect of competence on work productivity at the Solok City Regional Secretariat. There is a positive and significant effect of emotional intelligence on work productivity at the Solok City Regional Secretariat. There is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on work productivity at the Solok City Regional Secretariat. Work motivation is able to mediate the effect of competence on work productivity at the Solok City Regional Secretariat. Work motivation is able to mediate the effect of emotional intelligence on work productivity at the Solok City Regional Secretariat. Finally, the author suggests to the Regional Secretariat of Solok City to further improve the emotional intelligence of employees because it has the most dominant value of influence on work productivity at the Regional Secretariat of Solok City

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much work attachment: distributive justice, procedural justice and interpersonal justice are mediated by job satisfaction in employees of the Solok Regency Health Office. The type of researcher used is quantitative. The data analysis used is Structur Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. By distributing a questionnaire of 82 respondents. The results of the data analysis concluded that there was an influence There was no significant influence of Distributive Justice on Job Satisfaction, There was a significant influence of Procedural Justice on Job Satisfaction, There was no significant influence of Interpersonal Justice on Job Satisfaction, There was a significant influence of Distributive Justice on Job Engagement, There was an insignificant influence of Procedural Justice on Engagement, There was no significant influence of Interpersonal Justice on Job Engagement, There was a significant influence of Job Satisfaction on Job Engagement, Job Satisfaction did not mediate Distributive Justice on Job Engagement, Job Satisfaction did not mediate Procedural Justice on Engagement, Job Satisfaction did not mediate Interpersonal Justice on Job Engagement

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of work environment, work ethic and work discipline on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervention in the Administrative Bureau of the West Sumatra Provincial Secretariat. The type of research used is quantitative. The population in this study is all employees of the Administrative Bureau of the West Sumatra Provincial Secretariat which totals 50 employees. The sample selection technique uses total sampling and obtained 50 samples. The analysis method uses Structural Equition Modeling (SEM) Analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work ethic has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work discipline has no effect on job satisfaction. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work ethic does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Work ethic has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation, discipline and work environment on ASN performance through work compensation as an intervening variable at West Pasaman Regional Hospital. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis. by distributing a questionnaire to 100 respondents. The results obtained show that there is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on work recovery. There is a positive and insignificant influence of discipline on work compensation. There is a positive and insignificant influence of the work environment on work compensation. There is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on performance. There is a positive and significant influence of discipline on performance. There is a positive and significant influence of the work environment on performance. There is a positive and insignificant effect of work recovery on performance. Work pay does not mediate the effect of work motivation on performance. Work compensation does not mediate the influence of the work environment on performance. Finally, the author suggests to the West Pasaman Regional Hospital to further increase work motivation, discipline and pay attention to the work environment so that it is hoped that employee performance will increase. Keywords: Work Motivation, Discipline, Work Environment, Compensation and Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to measure the success of the Student Activities Performance System (SAPS) using the Delone and Mclean model at the Faculty of Medicine, Baiturrahmah University. This model has been implemented and utilized since 2017, but the measurement and the effectiveness of this model have not been measured yet. The research method used in this study was quantitative. The data gained were analyzed using the structural equation model (SEM). This study showed the relationship of the system quality, the information quality, the service quality, user satisfaction, users, and net benefits. The results of this study proved that there are seven accepted hypotheses and five rejected hypotheses for direct influence

Abstract

This This abstract discusses the work motivation of lecturers at the Kerinci State Islamic Institute (IAIN) with a focus on the influence of incentives and commitment on work motivation. This research methodology involves the use of a questionnaire distributed to 70 IAIN Kerinci lecturers to collect primary data. Data collection also involved interviews, library research, and field research. Data analysis includes testing validity and reliability using statistical programs, such as SPSS. The test results show that most of the statements in the questionnaire are valid and reliable for use in this research. Descriptions of respondents based on age, gender, education and marital status are also presented in this abstract. Apart from that, there is an explanation of the results of the data normality test which shows that the incentive, commitment and work motivation variables have a distribution that tends to be normal. In this research, it is explained that there is a significant influence between incentives, commitment and work motivation on.

Abstract

Kegiatan PKM ini dilakukan sejalan dengan kegiatan PBL mahasiswa di Kawasan Pantai Wisata Talao Pauh Pariaman. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan mahasiswa dapat saling berinteraksi dan berkomunikasi dengan para pedagang untuk berbagi informasi dan pengetahuan guna mengetahui bagaimana implementasi dari manajemen strategi yang telah mereka lakukan selama ini dalam menghadapi persaingan pasar. Kegiatan ini dilakukan oleh 4 kelompok yang diterjunkan ke lapangan untuk melakukan wawancara dan menemukan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan manajemen strategi yang telah dilakukan selama ini. Mulai dari kemampuan pengeloaan modal, strategi pemasaran, sumber perolehan produk yang yang mereka jual, pasar sasaran mereka, stretegi dalam menghadapi persaingan yang ada, dan lain-lainnya. Dari hasil temuan diketahui bahwa tingkat persaingan antara sesame pedagang di kawasan tersebut sangat tinggi, sehingga para pedagang harus berusaha menciptakan strategi pemasaran tersendiri, seperti menyediakan sarana untuk berkaroke, menjual kelapa bakar untuk pengobatan, mempertahankan cita rasa lokal, dan lain sebagaimnya. Tujuan pelaksaan kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah penerapan manajemen strategi yang telah dilakukan oleh para pedagang yang ada di kawasan Talao Pauh Pariaman selama ini. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan bahwa para pedagang dapat mengerti bahwa mereka telah melaksanakan implementasi sesuai dengan teori, meskipun belum optimal karena berbagai kendala. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan diharapkan ada interaksi yang dapat saling memberikan informasi untuk berbagi pengetahuan antara para pedagang dengan para mahasiswa selaku pelaksana kegiatan ini.

Abstract

Salah satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan investor dalam perdagangan saham adalah bid ask spread terutama bagi investor yang berharap menerima capital gain atas investasinya, hal ini dikarenakan dianggap merupakan biaya dalam perdagangan saham. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat sejauh mana harga saham, volume perdagangan dan return saham mempengaruhi bid ask spread. Populasi dari penelitian yaitu seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2019 yaitu 714 perusahaan dengan jumlah sampel 41 perusahaan. Penarikan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan aplikasi program eviews 9. Temuan dari penelitian ini bahwa harga saham berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap bid ask spread sedangkan volume perdagangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap bid ask spread dan return saham tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap bid ask spread.

Abstract

The study aims examine the effec of Job training and employee development on work productivity, with motivation as an intervening variable, using primary data obtained by disseminating questionnaires to 60 employees as respondents at PT. United Tractors Tbk Cabang Padang. In this study, we used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis tool using Partial Least Squares (PLS).The results of the research show that, There is a positive and significant influence between Job Training on Motivation at PT. United Tractor, There is a positive and non-significant influence between Employee Development at Motivation at PT. United Tractor, There is a positive and significant influence between Job Training at Employee Productivity at PT. United Tractor, There is a positive and significant influence between Employee Development at Work Productivity at PT. United Tractor, There is a positive and non-significant influence between Motivation on Work Productivity at PT. United Tractor, There is a positive and non-significant effect of Job Training on Work Productivity through Motivation at PT. United Tractor and There is a positive and non-significant influence between Employee Development on Work Productivity through Motivation at United Tractors.
