Abstract

The phenomenon observed at the Investment Management and One-Stop Integrated Service Unit of Kelapa Gading District is the suboptimal quality of public services provided by this institution. On the other hand, deficiencies have been identified in human resource quality, work culture, and work environment, which do not yet fully support the effective delivery of services. This research aims to examine the extent to which human resource quality, work culture, and work environment influence the quality of public services at the Investment Management and One-Stop Integrated Service Unit (UP PM PTSP) of Kelapa Gading District. This research employs a quantitative associative approach, which seeks to analyze the relationship between variables. This research was conducted at the UP PM PTSP Office of Kelapa Gading District, with data collection and observations taking place from November 2024 to January 2025. The sampling technique used is the census method, involving 144 respondents. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 25 software. The results of the analysis indicate that human resource quality, work culture, and work environment significantly influence the quality of public services at the UP PM PTSP Office of Kelapa Gading District, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

Human resources employee competency can be understood as a combination of skills, personal attributes, and knowledge reflected through observable, measurable, and evaluable behavior. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Analysis of Human Resources Employee Competency Improvement in the Directorate General of Sea Transportation, Ministry of Transportation. The research method used in this study is to use a qualitative method, with data collection techniques using field study methods (questionnaire distribution) and literature studies. While the data analysis technique uses a qualitative descriptive statistical approach. The criteria for the informants that the author uses as informants in this study are parties who master and understand the conditions of the research object, who are currently involved or occupy positions related to the topic being studied and have enough time to be interviewed. The research question asked How is the Analysis Effort to Improve the Competence of Human Resources Employees in the Directorate General of Sea Transportation, Head Office of the Ministry of Transportation, Jakarta, What factors are inhibiting the implementation of the Analysis of Improvement of Competence of Human Resources Employees in the Directorate General of Sea Transportation, Head Office of the Ministry of Transportation, Jakarta. This is evident in carrying out their duties, employees at the Directorate General of Sea Transportation, Ministry of Transportation receive directions regarding the tasks assigned according to their respective fields which greatly assist employees in completing their tasks and help employees to maximize their competence. The factors that inhibit the implementation of the Improvement of Competence of Human Resources Employees in the Directorate General of Sea Transportation, Ministry of Transportation are: Inappropriate employee placement. The suggestion put forward is that job analysis should be carried out by considering the position in the organization and the abilities needed by the position holder so that employee placement can be in accordance with their position and competence.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the suboptimal achievement of performance in the Key Performance Index (IKU) at the General Bureau Office of the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal and Security Affairs. This study aims to evaluate the effect of digital transformation on employee performance, the effect of communication on employee performance, the effect of organizational culture on employee performance and the effect of digital transformation, communication and organizational culture together on employee performance at the General Bureau Office of the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal and Security Affairs. This study uses a total sampling method, namely the sample is the total population or all employees in the General Bureau Office of the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal and Security Affairs as many as 193 employees. The results of the study indicate that digital transformation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and digital transformation, communication and organizational culture together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The Public Infrastructure and Facilities Handling Officer (PPPSU) was established to handle public infrastructure and facilities management issues in the Jakarta area, especially in urban villages. DKI Jakarta Governor Regulation No. 169/2015 emphasizes that PPPSU must act quickly in dealing with public facilities that are unkempt, dirty, or causing nuisance. This aims to speed up the handling of work and ensure that the location or public asset can be returned to function according to its original purpose. This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, employee perceptions and leadership together on the performance of PPPSU officers in Pademangan Timur Village. The primary data collection method used in this study was to use a questionnaire with 97 respondents. Quantitative data analysis techniques obtained from the results of the questionnaire using Multiple Regression Analysis. The results showed that Work Motivation, Employee Perceptions and Leadership simultaneously had a positive and significant effect of 90.5% on the Performance of PPSU Employees in East Pademangan Village

Abstract

Peningkatan keamanan dan ketertiban di wilayah perkotaan merupakan salah satu prioritas bagi pemerintah daerah. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kota Jakarta Timur dalam mencapainya adalah melalui pelaksanaan Sistem Patroli dan Keamanan Terpadu (Sipamanpadu) yang melibatkan Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP). Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengawasan terhadap pelanggaran peraturan daerah, menjaga ketertiban umum, dan menciptakan rasa aman bagi masyarakat. Namun, pelaksanaan program ini masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan yang mempengaruhi efektivitasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana efektivitas pelaksanaan Sipamanpadu di Kecamatan Pulo Gadung, Jakarta Timur, serta hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk menggambarkan pelaksanaan program dan tantangan yang muncul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pelaksanaan Sistem Patroli Dan Keamanan Terpadu Oleh Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja dalam menyelenggarakan ketentraman dan ketertiban Di Kecamatan Pulo Gadung Jakarta Timur belum dapat efektif karena masyarakat kurang memahami tujuan dan mekanisme program patroli serta keterbatasan sumber daya dan penegakan hukum yang tidak konsisten menghambat pencapaian tujuan. Meskipun ada upaya untuk mengikuti jadwal patroli, ketidakkonsistenan dan penyesuaian terhadap kondisi lapangan masih menjadi tantangan dalam penentuan ketetapan waktu pelaksanaan patroli. maka dari itu Perubahan nyata yang dihasilkan dari program Sistem Patroli dan Keamanan Terpadu belum sepenuhnya optimal mengingat Beberapa masalah seperti tawuran dan keberadaan PKL yang kembali berjualan di lokasi yang sama menunjukkan bahwa perubahan yang terjadi masih bersifat sementara

Abstract

Motivation can be understood as a change in energy within an individual, marked by the emergence of feelings and preceded by a response to a goal.This research aims to analyze and evaluate the simultaneous influence of organizational culture, competence, and compensation on employee work motivation at the Maritime Occupational Health Center, Directorate General of Sea Transportation, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta. The population and sample of this research consist of 57 civil servant employees at the Maritime Occupational Health Center. Data processing was conducted using SPSS version 25.0, and the results confirmed that the variables of orga nizational culture (X1), employee competence (X2), and compensation (X3) collectively have a positive and significant influence on work motivation (Y). The F-test results indicate that the calculated F-value is 39.988, with a significance level of 0.00, whereas the F-table value is 2.67. Since the calculated F-value (39.988) is greater than the F-table value (2.67) and the significance level (0.00) is lower than the probability significance threshold (α = 0.05), H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted. This confirms that organizational culture, employee competence, and compensation collectively have a positive and significant impact on work motivation. The contribution of these three variables to work motivation is 69.4%, while the remaining 30.6% is influenced by other factors not included in the model.

Abstract

Every organization tries to achieve its goals by using all the human resources it has. Therefore, the goals of each human resource in the organization must be maintained in line with the goals of the organization. In addition, human resources in the organization are expected to have the competence, abilities, and skills needed to carry out their duties. The organization also needs human resources who have achievement motivation and work ethic and no less important is a strong commitment to the organization. Thus, it is expected that the organization's human resources can provide the best contribution to the organization. The concept of performance management is one of the important developments in the scope of management. Performance management began to take shape in the late 1980s, developing from the awareness of the need for a more focused and sustainable approach to managing and rewarding performance. Often, a performance appraisal system and salary/wage determination linked to performance are developed in an unsystematic manner and implemented incorrectly so that they do not provide the expected results. This study uses quantitative descriptive, with a population of 41 employees of the Penjaringan District office and uses saturated samples because the population is below 100. The sampling technique uses a negative 5-interval Likert scale. The results of this study produce , t-test, that work supervision, work discipline and work environment each have a positive effect on employee performance, while the f-test, shows the results that work supervision, work discipline and work environment together affect employee performance by 91.3% and the coefficient of determination in this study is 8.7%.

Abstract

The provision of public services is an effort by the state to fulfill the basic needs of the rights of every citizen to goods, services, and administrative services provided by public service providers. Related to the public services in question, the 1945 Constitution mandates the state to fulfill the basic needs of every citizen for their welfare, so that the effectiveness of the implementation of a government is largely determined by the good or bad implementation of public services. Increasingly better service to the community affects the level of satisfaction felt by the community, so that the quality of service will continue to increase and improve. The problem that arises today is satisfaction with the service from the performance of government employees for the community both at the village level and the national level. This descriptive research is quantitative, with a population of 92,820 residents in Pademangan Barat Village, with an error tolerance of 10% using the Slovin formula, a sample of 99.89 or 100 people was obtained. The sampling technique used a Likert scale interval of 5 to 1 with a questionnaire. So the conclusion given is partially that the performance of government officials, public services and work discipline have a positive effect on public satisfaction. Simultaneously, the performance of government apparatus, public services and work discipline together influence public satisfaction by 91.6%. and the remaining 8.4% is influenced by other factors or other variables outside the study.

Abstract

Nowadays, people's lives have undergone many changes as a result of the progress that has been achieved in the previous development process and the rapid progress in science and technology. The changes that can be felt now are the changes in people's mindsets towards being more critical. This is possible because every day the community is getting smarter and increasingly understands their rights and obligations as citizens. Such community conditions demand the presence of a government that is able to meet various demands of needs in all aspects of their lives. This study aims to determine the effect of professionalism. The work discipline of employees and their work motivation on improving the performance of Satpol PP. The population in this study were 60 members of Satpol PP in Pademangan District. Using a saturated sample technique with a negative Likert scale technique with an interval of 5. Data analysis techniques with multiple linear regression. The conclusion of this study is that professionalism, work discipline and motivation have a positive effect on the dependent variable (Y) Performance. And professionalism, work discipline and motivation simultaneously affect the performance (Y) of the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) in Pademangan District

Abstract

Employee performance is the most important part in the development and survival of an organization. An organization will survive and continue to develop if the organization's goals are achieved. This research discusses and analyzes the influence of work discipline, skills training, and teamwork on employee performance in the Fire Management and Rescue Sector, Pesanggrahan District. The research method used is a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires with a sample size of 48 respondents from a population of 48 people. Based on the results of research using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 26.0, it shows that work discipline has a positive and significant influence with a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.720 (72.0%) on employee performance, skills training has a positive and significant influence with coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.999 (99.9%) on employee performance. Teamwork has a positive and significant influence with a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.790 (79.0%) on employee performance. The independent variables work discipline, skills training and teamwork were jointly tested using the F test, proving that they have a positive and significant influence with an F value of 10,798.209 on employee performance and the magnitude of the influence is seen from the value and with a coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.999 (99.9%).
