Abstract

(Dynamics of Government Collaboration in Preventing Bullying through the Zero Bullying Program in Public Junior High Schools in Bandung City, 2023 –2024) Meningkatnya kasus kekerasan termasuk perundungan pada lingkungan satuan pendidikan mendorong pemerintah mengambil langkah strategis melalui lahirnya Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi Nomor 46 Tahun 2023 tentang Pencegahan dan Penanganan Kekerasan di Lingkungan Satuan Pendidikan. Salah satu bentuk implementasinya adalah Program Zero Bullying yang dijalankan oleh Pemerintah Kota Bandung. Program ini merupakan bentuk pelayanan publik sekaligus respon konkret terhadap isu perundungan yang terus terjadi di sekolah. Penelitian ini memfokuskan kajiannya pada kolaborasi antara pemerintah daerah, satuan pendidikan, dan Tim Pencegahan dan Penanganan Kekerasan (TPPK) sebagai aktor utama dalam program tersebut. Dengan menggunakan teori Collaborative Governance Regimes dari Emerson et al. (2012) penelitian ini menganalisis dinamika kolaborasi yang berlangsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerja tim berjalan dengan cukup baik dan menghasilkan praktik pencegahan yang terarah. Kendati demikan, masih ada dinamika dan tantangan, terutama pada aspek penguatan kapasitas bersama, kesenjangan pemahaman antaraktor, serta keterbatasan legitimasi kelembagaan, yang tercermin dari belum optimalnya dukungan regulasi dan komitmen lintas sektor. Abstract The increasing number of violence cases in educational settings has prompted the Indonesian government to issue Ministerial Regulation No. 46 of 2023 concerning the Prevention and Handling of Violence in Educational Units. One of its implementations is the Zero Bullying Program initiated by the Bandung City Government. This program serves as a form of public service and a concrete response to the ongoing issue of bullying in schools. This study focuses on the collaboration among local government, educational institutions, and the School-Based Task Force for the Prevention and Handling of Violence (TPPK) as the main actors of the program. Using the Collaborative Governance Regime theory developed by Emerson et al., this research analyzes the dynamics of inter-actor collaboration. The findings indicate that the collaboration has been relatively effective in producing structured prevention efforts. However, challenges remain, particularly in strengthening joint capacity, bridging actor-level understanding gaps, and overcoming institutional legitimacy issues, reflected in the lack of regulatory support and cross-sectoral commitment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi Pemerintah Kabupaten Pandeglang, khususnya Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan, dalam pengembangan potensi pariwisata Pemandian Alam Cikoromoy tahun 2024 dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan tiga dimensi manajemen strategi David, yaitu strategi, penerapan, dan penilaian strategi. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, studi pustaka, serta informasi dari pengelola, pengunjung, dan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perumusan strategi telah mengacu pada dokumen perencanaan daerah dan pusat, namun belum komprehensif dan partisipatif. Penerapan strategi belum efektif karena keterbatasan anggaran, sumber daya manusia, fasilitas, serta belum adanya pengembangan produk wisata baru. Penilaian strategi telah dilakukan secara rutin, tetapi belum menjadi dasar perbaikan yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi pengembangan Pemandian Alam Cikoromoy belum berjalan optimal dan memerlukan pembenahan menyeluruh pada aspek perumusan, penerapan, dan penilaian strategi agar pembangunan pariwisata daerah dapat tercapai secara efektif dan berkelanjutan. Abstract This study analyzes the strategy of the Pandeglang Regency Government, particularly the Department of Tourism and Culture, in developing the tourism potential of Cikoromoy Natural Bath in 2024 using a descriptive qualitative approach. The analysis is based on three dimensions of strategic management proposed by David, namely strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and strategy evaluation. Data were collected through interviews, literature review, and information from managers, visitors, and the local community. The results indicate that strategy formulation has referred to regional and national planning documents; however, it has not been comprehensive and participatory. Strategy implementation has not been effective due to limited budgets, human resources, facilities, and the absence of new tourism product development. Strategy evaluation has been conducted regularly, but it has not yet served as a basis for sustainable improvement. This study concludes that the development strategy of Cikoromoy Natural Bath has not been optimally implemented and requires comprehensive improvements in strategy formulation, implementation, and evaluation to achieve effective and sustainable regional tourism development.

Abstract

(Local Government Strategy in Poverty Alleviation in Cirebon Regency through Community Based Enterprise Groups (KUBE) in 2023) Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan pemberian bantuan pengembangan ekonomi kepada KUBE yang menjadi salah satu upaya pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Cirebon untuk mengatasi permasalahan kemiskinan. Bantuan untuk KUBE yang seharusnya dibudidayakan dan dikelola secara kolektif ternyata tidak terlaksana sebagaimana mestinya. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori strategi pemerintah menurut Geoff Mulgan (2009) berdasarkan 5 tahapan, meliputi purposes, environments, directions, actions, dan learning dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan data yang bersumber dari hasil penelitian melalui studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahapan purposes telah ditetapkannya tujuan yang jelas dan lahir dari realitas masyarakat, tetapi tujuan belum tercapai. Tahapan environments terkait kondisi lingkungan yang menjadi penghambat. Tahapan directions belum terdapat adanya sosialisasi dan arahan yang  jelas kepada pelaksana strategi. Tahapan actions dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat kendala, seperti partisipasi anggota, kurangnya komunikasi, belum terbangunnya struktur dan kapasitas kelembagaan di desa dan keterbatasan alokasi anggaran. Terakhir, tahapan learning, tidak adanya tindak lanjut evaluasi evaluasi pengadaan pendampingan khusus untuk KUBE. Abtract This research was motivated by the issue of providing economic development assistance to KUBE, which is one of the local government's efforts in Cirebon Regency to address poverty issues. The assistance intended for KUBE, which should be cultivated and managed collectively, has not been implemented as intended. The theory used is Geoff Mulgan's (2009) theory of government strategy based on five stages, including purposes, environments, directions, actions, and learning, using qualitative research methods with data sourced from research results through literature studies and field studies through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings indicate that in the purposes stage, clear objectives were established and derived from community realities, but these objectives have not been achieved. The environments stage is related to environmental conditions that act as barriers. The directions stage lacks clear socialization and guidance for strategy implementers. The actions stage faces challenges such as member participation, insufficient communication, the absence of institutional structure and capacity in the village, and budget allocation limitations. Finally, the learning stage lacks follow-up evaluations for specialized accompaniment programs for KUBE.

Abstract

(Government Strategy Through the Implementation of Gender Mainstreaming in Tulang Bawang District  in 2023) This study aims to address the gap in public concern regarding gender inequality and injustice experienced by the community of Tulang Bawang Regency during 2022–2023, which arose due to the suboptimal implementation of gender mainstreaming (PUG). The research is conducted within the governmental environment of Tulang Bawang Regency, particularly at the Office of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection (PPPA), focusing on the implementation of the gender mainstreaming program by regional government agencies, which is expected to achieve 100% coverage, with each agency implementing at least one gender-responsive program. This study employs a descriptive qualitative research method using both primary and secondary data, with informants selected through a purposive sampling technique. The results indicate that two stages have been successfully implemented, the action stage (direction) and the evaluation stage (learning). Meanwhile, the remaining three stages still require improvement, particularly the purpose stage, the environmental stage, and the direction stage, which have not yet adequately addressed existing gaps and the intended outcomes of the implemented actions. Abstrak ​​Tujuan (purpose) untuk mengatasi kesenjangan dalam kekhawatiran publik berupa ketidaksetaraan dan ketidakadilan gender yang dialami oleh masyarakat Kabupaten Tulang Bawang pada tahun 2022-2023 dikarenakan belum optimalnya pengarusutamaan gender (PUG). Melalui lingkungan (environments) pemerintahan Kab. Tulang Bawang khususnya Dinas PPPA dalam program pengarusutamaan gender yang dilakukan kepada Perangkat Daerah yang seharusnya mencapai 100% dengan arahan (directions) berupa setiap perangkat daerah memiliki minimal 1 program responsif gender. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif bersifat deskriptif. Dengan  menggunakan data primer dan sekunder serta memiliki teknik purposive dalam menentukan informan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dua tahapan sudah dilalui dengan baik, yaitu tahapan aksi (directions) dan tahapan evaluasi (learning). Sedangkan tiga yang lainnya, masih memerlukan perbaikan, yaitu dari sisi tahapan tujuan (purposes), lingkungan (environments), dan pengarahan (directions) yang belum mengatasi kesenjangan dan apa yang ingin dicapai melalui aksi yang ada.

Abstract

(Implementasi Kebijakan Penyidikan Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang dengan Pidana Asal Tindak Pidana dibidang Perpajakan di Direktorat Jenderal Pajak) The widespread occurrence of tax-related criminal offenses committed by taxpayers has resulted in substantial losses to state revenue. In response, the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) has adopted the policy of investigating money laundering offenses as an instrument to create deterrence and fear effects for non-compliant taxpayers, while simultaneously safeguarding state revenue losses arising from tax crimes. This study aims to examine and analyze the implementation of the money laundering investigation policy at the Directorate General of Taxes and to assess its impact on the recovery of losses to state revenue. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method using goal-oriented, source-based, and process-based approaches. Data were collected through literature review, in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation analysis. The findings reveal that the implementation of the money laundering investigation policy at the Directorate General of Taxes is consistent with policy implementation theory, as it demonstrates the presence of clear policy objectives, implementation activities, measurable outcomes, and post-implementation evaluation. However, from the perspective of the number of cases handled and the value of recovered state revenue, the impact of money laundering investigations has not yet been significant. This condition arises because perpetrators of tax crimes tend to prefer restorative justice settlement mechanisms by restoring state revenue losses along with administrative sanctions, thereby avoiding exposure to money laundering investigations. Nevertheless, money laundering investigations remain strategically important as a deterrence mechanism that encourages compliance and supports the recovery of state revenue. Abstrak Maraknya tindak pidana dibidang perpajakan yang dilakukan wajib pajak mengakibatkan kerugian negara yang sangat besar. Salah satu kebijakan yang dikeluarkan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Pajak untuk menimbulkan efek jera dan efek gentar kepada wajib pajak yang tidak patuh serta upaya menyelamatkan kerugian pada pendapatan negara akibat tindak pidana perpajakan adalah dengan melakukan penyidikan Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa implementasi kebijakan penyidikan Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang  di  Direktorat  Jenderal  Pajak  serta  dampaknya  terhadap  pengembalian kerugian pada pendapatan negara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan sasaran, pendekatan sumber dan pendekatan proses melalui kegiatan studi kepustakaan, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Kebijakan Penyidikan Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang di Direktorat Jenderal Pajak telah sesuai dengan dengan teori implementasi kebijakan yaitu adanya tujuan sasaran kebijakan, adanya aktivitas kegiatan, adanya hasil dari kegiatan dan adanya analisa kembali. Kebijakan Penyidikan Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang di Direktorat Jenderal Pajak belum berdampak signifikan dari perspektif jumlah perkara yang ditangani dan nilai recovery kerugian negara karena pelaku tindak pidana di bidang perpajakan lebih memilih opsi penyelesaian restorative justice dengan mengembalikan kerugian negara berikut sanksinya agar terhindar dari penyidikan Penyidikan Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang.

Abstract

(Collaborative Governance in Waste Management in Cimahi City in 2023-2024) The research aims to analyze the dynamics of collaborative governance between the government, private sector, academics, community, and media in waste management efforts in Cimahi City in 2023-2024. Although many waste management programs have been implemented, the relational processes between actors often determine their success or failure. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, gathering data through in-depth interviews with representatives government, private sector, academic, community, media, and the public, supported by observations and document analysis. The collaborative governance model by Ansell and Gash is used as an analytical tool to dissect the dynamics occurring on the ground. The results of the study show that the collaboration process has not been effective due to several obstacles. The main issues include the absence of a Waste-Free Communication Forum or a formal forum with all actors involved; the difficulty of building strong trust due to lingering doubts between the community and one of the private sector actors, as well as between the community and waste management officials; the difficulty in unifying perspectives on the importance of waste sorting with the community; and the limited infrastructure, land, and human resources, which hinder the implementation of waste management itself. Therefore, in order for waste management to run optimally and sustainably, it is necessary to have a forum for joint discussions and more intensive communication as the main cornerstone in this collaboration process so that the next stages can also run more effectively. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika tata kelola kolaboratif antara pemerintah, sektor swasta, akademisi, masyarakat, dan media dalam upaya pengelolaan sampah di Kota Cimahi pada tahun 2023-2024. Meskipun, banyak program pengelolaan sampah telah dilaksanakan, proses relasional antara para pemangku kepentingan seringkali menentukan keberhasilan atau kegagalan program tersebut. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara secara mendalam dengan perwakilan pemerintah, sektor swasta, akademisi, masyarakat, media, dan publik, didukung oleh observasi dan analisis dokumen. Model tata kelola kolaboratif oleh Ansell dan Gash digunakan sebagai alat analitis untuk menganalisis dinamika yang terjadi di lapangan.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses kolaborasi belum efektif akibat beberapa hambatan. Masalah utama meliputi ketidakhadiran Forum Komunikasi Tanpa Sampah atau forum formal yang melibatkan semua pihak terkait; kesulitan dalam membangun kepercayaan yang kuat akibat keraguan yang masih ada antara masyarakat dan salah satu aktor sektor swasta, serta antara masyarakat dan pejabat pengelolaan sampah; kesulitan dalam menyatukan perspektif mengenai pentingnya pemilahan sampah dengan masyarakat; dan keterbatasan infrastruktur, lahan, dan sumber daya manusia, yang menghambat implementasi pengelolaan sampah itu sendiri. Oleh karena itu, agar pengelolaan sampah dapat berjalan optimal dan berkelanjutan, diperlukan forum untuk diskusi bersama dan komunikasi yang lebih intensif sebagai landasan utama dalam proses kolaborasi ini agar tahap-tahap selanjutnya juga dapat berjalan lebih efektif

Abstract

(Anti-Drug Education for Peer-to-Peer Adolescents: An Analisis of the Aceh National Narcotics Agency`s Peer Educators Communication Model) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji model komunikasi Duta Anti Narkoba Badan Narkotika Nasional Provinsi Aceh sebagai peer educator dalam edukasi Anti NAPZA kepada remaja sebagai bagian dari Upaya Pencegahan, Pemberantasa5n, Penyalahgunaan dan Peredaran Gelap Narkoba, khususnya upaya pencegahan dan penyalahgunaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dan data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model komunikasi edukasi Anti NAPZA Duta Anti Narkoba Aceh dalam perannya sebagai peer educator adalah model komunikasi persuasif. Penerapan komunikasi persuasif adalah soft-approach melalui kegiatan-kegiatan yang menyenangkan, kreatif, baik secara formal seperti Seminar, Bimtek dan Workshop dan non-formal meliputi permainan, kuis, pameran dan kegiatan-kegiatan sosial. Selain dilakukan secara langsung, kegiatan edukasi penyalahgunaan Anti Narkoba juga memanfaatkan media (konvensional dan digital). Penggunaan media konvensional seperti TV Aceh, Koran, dan talkshow interaktif di radio, sedangkan media online adalah Instagram, TikTok, Youtube dan website. Program edukasi menggunakan model komuniksai persuasif berjalan baik terlihat dari capaian index Diktara dan Diktari BNN, walaupun terbatasnya sumber daya manusia dan keuangan. Saat ini program edukasi bahaya NAPZA masih berpusat di Kota Banda Aceh dan Aceh Besar, diharapkan ke depan program diperluas sampai ke kabupaten/kota lain di Aceh, dengan tidak hanya fokus meng-edukasi remaja umum/normal saja, tetapi juga remaja-remaja disabilitas. Abstact This study aims to examine the communication model used by the Anti-Drug Ambassador of the Aceh National Narcotics Agency as a peer educator in raining awareness of drug abuse among adolescents as part of national Prevention, Eradication, Abuse, and Illicit Trafficking of Narcotics, primarily on prevention and eradication drug abuse. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through Focus Group Discussions, observation, and documentation. The results show that the peer educators predominantly apply a persuasive communication model, implemented through a soft approach that engages youth in creative and enjoyable activities. These include formal programs such as seminar, training, and workshops, as well as informal initiatives such as games, quizzes, exhibitions, and social activities. Peer educators also maximalize the benefit of media in the execution of anti-drug education activities both conventional such as TV, newspapers, and radio interactive talk-show, and digital media like Instagram, TikTok, Website and Youtube. However, activities remain concentrated in Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar. Expending coverage to other districts, including outreach to adolescents with disabilities, is recommended to ensure broader and more inclusive prevention efforts.

Abstract

(Analysis of Resource Economics and the Environmental Impacts of Mining on Community Welfare) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi ekonomi sektor pertambangan serta dampaknya terhadap lingkungan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat, sekaligus mengidentifikasi strategi pengelolaan berkelanjutan yang dapat meminimalkan kerusakan ekologis tanpa mengurangi manfaat ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan PRISMA. Data diperoleh melalui penelusuran artikel pada basis data Scopus, kemudian diseleksi berdasarkan kriteria inklusi tahun publikasi (2021–2025), relevansi topik, dan kelengkapan akses, yang kemudian dianalisis secara mendalam. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pertambangan memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi makro dan penciptaan lapangan kerja, namun manfaatnya tidak selalu terdistribusi merata, terutama bagi masyarakat lokal yang seringkali justru menanggung dampak sosial dan ekologis. Fenomena resource curse terjadi akibat ketergantungan tinggi pada sektor ekstraktif, distribusi keuntungan yang timpang, serta lemahnya tata kelola. Dari sisi lingkungan, aktivitas pertambangan berdampak pada degradasi lahan, pencemaran air dan udara, hilangnya keanekaragaman hayati, hingga risiko kesehatan masyarakat. Untuk itu, strategi pengelolaan berkelanjutan sangat diperlukan melalui penerapan teknologi ramah lingkungan, digitalisasi, penguatan regulasi dan kelembagaan, reklamasi berbasis ekologi, diversifikasi ekonomi lokal, serta pelibatan aktif masyarakat. Abstract This study aims to analyze the economic contribution of the mining sector and its impacts on the environment and community well-being, while also identifying sustainable management strategies that can minimize ecological degradation without reducing economic benefits. The research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using the PRISMA approach. Data were collected from articles indexed in the Scopus database, which were then selected based on inclusion criteria such as publication year (2021–2025), topical relevance, and accessibility, followed by an in-depth analysis. The findings indicate that mining contributes significantly to macroeconomic growth and job creation; however, these benefits are not always equitably distributed, with local communities often bearing disproportionate social and ecological costs. The phenomenon of the resource curse emerges due to heavy dependence on the extractive sector, unequal distribution of benefits, and weak governance. From an environmental perspective, mining activities lead to land degradation, water and air pollution, biodiversity loss, and increased public health risks. Therefore, sustainable management strategies are essential, including the adoption of environmentally friendly technologies, digitalization, stronger regulations and institutional frameworks, ecological reclamation, local economic diversification, and active community participation.

Abstract

(Leveraging System Dynamics for Sustainable Fresh Milk Supply Chain Governance: Policy Implications for National Food Resilience) Penelitian ini mengembangkan model sistem dinamis untuk mengatasi tantangan pasokan susu segar nasional yang masih bergantung pada impor, berisiko melemahkan ketahanan pangan. Tahapan meliputi identifikasi variabel (ketersediaan susu segar, populasi sapi perah, impor susu), pembuatan causal loop diagram, stock flow diagram, formulasi model, verifikasi-validasi (AME 0,00698 ≤ 5%), dan perancangan skenario. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan variabel impor dan sapi produktif paling berpengaruh. Dirancang tiga skenario. Skenario 1(impor susu 50%): impor 93.820 ton (2030). Skenario 2 (impor susu 20%): impor 48.426 ton (2030).  skenario 3 (peningkatan sapi produktif) 1.993.430 ekor (2030). Skenario 2 dan 3 paling optimal. Skenario 2 meminimalkan impor, sedangkan Skenario 3 meningkatkan produksi dalam negeri sesuai target pemerintah. Abstract This study developed a dynamic system model to address the challenges of the national fresh milk supply, which is still dependent on imports and risks weakening food security. The stages include variable identification (fresh milk availability, dairy cow population, milk imports), causal loop diagram creation, stock flow diagram, model formulation, verification-validation (AME 0.00698 ≤ 5%), and scenario design. Simulation results show that the variables of imports and productive cows are the most influential. Three scenarios were designed. Scenario 1 (50% milk imports): imports of 93,820 tons (2030). Scenario 2 (20% milk imports): imports of 48,426 tons (2030). Scenario 3 (increase in productive cows): 1,993,430 cows (2030). Scenarios 2 and 3 are the most optimal. Scenario 2 minimizes imports, while Scenario 3 increases domestic production in line with government targets.

Abstract

(The Effect of Sipaduko Application Service Quality on Public Satisfaction in Jambi City) Pemerintah memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan guna memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat. Kota Jambi adalah daerah yang terus berinovasi dalam layanan publik berbasis teknologi, salah satunya melalui aplikasi SiPaduko. Namun, pada tahun 2024, meskipun Kota Jambi menempati peringkat keempat secara nasional dalam penerapan Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE), terjadi penurunan jumlah pengguna aplikasi SiPaduko. Kondisi ini menimbulkan peryanyaan mengenai kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan serta kepuasan warga Kota Jambi yang menggunakan aplikasi SiPaduko. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji kualitas layanan dan kepuasan publik di Kota Jambi, serta pengaruh kualitas layanan aplikasi SiPaduko terhadap kepuasan publik di Kota Jambi. Dalam penelitian menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi berjumlah 2.205 orang, dengan sampel 100 orang memakai teknik Slovin. Sampling acak berstrata tidak proporsional digunakan dalam penelitian. Variabel penelitian ialah variabel independen (X) kualitas layanan, dan variabel dependen (Y) kepuasan masyarakat. Teknik pengumpulan data menerapkan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data memakai statistik inferensial dan statistik deskriptif, serta koefisien determinasi untuk mengetahui tingkat pengaruh antar variabel. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan kedua variabel yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini mempunyai Tingkat Pencapaian Responden (TCR) yang sama dalam kategori “Baik”. Selain itu, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel kualitas layanan (X) yang mempengaruhi kepuasan masyarakat (Y) sebesar 15,1%. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan penelitian lanjutan terhadap variabel lain yang mempengaruhi kepuasan masyarakat di Kota Jambi dalam menggunakan aplikasi SiPaduko. Abstract The government utilizes technology to improve service quality in order to provide convenience for the community. The city of Jambi is an area that continues to innovate in technology-based public services, one of which is through the SiPaduko application. However, in 2024, even though the city of Jambi ranked fourth nationally in the implementation of the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE), there was a decline in the number of SiPaduko application users. This situation raises questions about the quality of services provided and the satisfaction of Jambi City residents who use the SiPaduko application. This study aims to examine the quality of services and public satisfaction in Jambi City, as well as the influence of the quality of SiPaduko application services on public satisfaction in Jambi City. This study applies a descriptive quantitative approach. The population consisted of 2,205 people, with a sample of 100 people using the Slovin technique. Non-proportional stratified random sampling was used in this study. The research variables were the independent variable (X) of service quality and the dependent variable (Y) of public satisfaction. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used inferential statistics and descriptive statistics, as well as a coefficient of determination to determine the level of influence between variables. The results of the study show that the two variables used in this study have the same Respondent Achievement Level (RAL) in the “Good” category. In addition, there is a positive and significant influence between the service quality variable (X) and public satisfaction (Y) of 15.1%. Therefore, further research is needed on other variables that affect public satisfaction in Jambi City in using the SiPaduko application.
