Introduction: Diabetes mellitus is a group of metabolic diseases characterized by high blood sugar levels due to abnormalities in insulin secretion, insulin action, or both. Neuropathic ulcers should be regularly debrided. Debridement is a way of cleaning diabetic ulcers that involves controlling the moisture in the wound. When removing necrotic tissue, the client feels pain. Efforts to overcome pain can be made with non-pharmacological therapy, with the NASON relaxation technique, namely the effort of taking deep breaths and repeating ritual phrases repeatedly, which is the best way to relieve pain, where the body naturally releases endorphin hormones. Objectives: to determine the effect of NASON treatment on pain scores in patients with diabetic ulcers. Methods: This research applies a quantitative approach using the cross-sectional method. The application of the total sampling technique resulted in a sample size of 50 people. Data analysis is done through univariate and bivariate analysis. Results: This type of research is quantitative. The study population consisted of patients receiving treatment for diabetic ulcers. The sampling technique in this purposive sampling with a total of 30 participants. Discussion: Administration of NASON relaxation therapy has an effect on the pain scale in diabetic ulcers.

Introduction: Type 2 diabetes mellitus is often called the mother of all diseases which can result in complications. The risk of complications increases over the age of 40 years, so physical activity is needed to improve blood flow and increase the effectiveness of insulin use in the body. Objectives: This study aimed to determine the effect of home-based walking exercise companion physical activity therapy for 45 minutes on random blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: This research design uses a quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique: purposive sampling. The sample for this study was 19 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus at the Puskesmas Lidah Kulon. Data were collected using an observation sheet on the results of random blood glucose clinic examinations. Statistical test data analysis used the Wilcoxon signed rank test with α < 0,05. Results: The results of the study showed that the average random blood glucose level before implementation was 247,9474 and after implementation, it was 196,8947. The statistical test results obtained p value 0,00<0,05, which means H1 is accepted. Discussion: The results of the study show that home-based walking exercise companion physical activity therapy for 45 minutes affects reducing random blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Introduction: Hemodialysis (HD) therapy that lasts a lifetime should ideally have a positive impact in the form of improving the patient's quality of life, however, based on research results, poor quality of life in kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis still occurs. One of the factors that affects the quality of life in CKD patients is HD adequacy. Objectives: This study was to determine the relationship between hemodialysis adequacy and quality of life in Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patients. Methods: The research method used is descriptive correlational with a cross-sectional approach. The total sample was 91 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. HD adequacy instrument by inputting data on the HD machine which includes age, height, dry body weight, and setting the Kt/V value adequacy target on the machine greater than 1.8 (for HD 2x/week) while the Quality-of-Life Instrument uses KDQOL-SF which consists of 36 questions. The analytical test used in this research is the Spearman rank correlation test. Results: The HD adequacy results of the majority of respondents were inadequate, namely 58 respondents (63.7%), the majority's quality of life was in the moderate category, namely 68 respondents (74.7%), the results of data analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between HD adequacy and quality of life. In CKD patients (p-value 0.000) with a correlation coefficient of 0.509. Introduction: Satisfaction is one of the indicators of hospital services, especially the satisfaction given by patients and families. The existence of data on high-risk inpatients in the Intensive Care room with the high-risk, high volume, and high-cost categories in July 2023 amounted to 45 cases, August 52 cases, September 39 cases, so it requires the implementation of Interprofessional Collaboration through clinical meetings on the satisfaction of patient families in the Inpatient Room of Telogorejo Hospital Semarang. Methods: The research method was carried out as a quasi-experiment on 20 people in the treatment group who were given clinical meetings and 20 people in the control group who were given family education. Data were analyzed from the questionnaire instrument using Wilcoxon and Mann-Whitney. Results: The results showed that there was a difference in family satisfaction after a clinical meeting with a p-value of 0.003 and there was a difference in family satisfaction after being given family education with a p-value of 0.004. In the analysis of the two groups, there was an influence on the implementation of interprofessional collaboration through clinical meetings and family education with a p-value of 0.001. Discussion: Intense exposure to gadgets has limited stimulus and optimization of social development. Therefore, synergy between the school and parents in establishing policies regarding the use and supervision of gadgets is needed, as an effort to prevent the use of gadgets from replacing direct social interactions that are essential for children's development.

Background: Cerebral Palsy is a neuromotor disorder that affects the development of movement, muscle tone and body posture. The prevalence in Indonesia is 1-5 cases per 1000 children diagnosed with CP. This is caused by abnormalities in the developing part of the brain. CP children also experience Oropharyngeal dysphagia which can be characterized by problems in one or all phases of swallowing and chewing food. The aim of this research is to determine mothers' experiences in feeding children with CP. Objective: To find out mothers' experiences in feeding children with Cerebral Palsy. Method: This research is qualitative research with a phenomenological study approach. This research was carried out at YPAC (Foundation for Disabled Children) Semarang. Participants were 3 mothers selected using a purposive sampling technique who had moderate and severe CP children. Data were collected by conducting in-depth interviews using interview guidelines. The results of the interviews were transcribed and analyzed using the Colaizzi method. Results: The characteristics of the participants were 40 years - 46 years and the child with CP was a boy aged 14 years and 2 children with CP were girls aged 14 and 10 years. The study yielded three theree themes: 1) the way mothers process and serve soft and then rough food. 2) The mother's feeling of fear that the child will start eating later than the average age in general. 3) Mother regulates child's food portions. Conclusions: The mother's experience in feeding children with cerebral palsy is very important so that the mother knows how to process and serve food, control the mother's feelings of fear and regulate the child's portions.

Introduction: A thesis is a graduation requirement for students, which can lead to feelings of anxiety. Approximately 80% of students working on their thesis experience anxiety. The various obstacles encountered during the thesis process create stress, leading to increased anxiety among students. The anxiety experienced by final-year students impacts their level of self-efficacy. Objectives: This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and levels of anxiety among students working on their thesis at Institut Kesehatan Immanuel. Methods: This research employs a quantitative descriptive correlational approach with a cross-sectional design. The sample was selected using probability sampling techniques, involving 120 respondents. The measurement tools used were the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) and the Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (ZSAS) Results: The results indicated that 59% of students had high self-efficacy, while 61% experienced moderate anxiety. The correlation between self-efficacy and anxiety levels was analyzed using Spearman's correlation test, with a significance value of 0.000 (p
