Abstract

Kitab kunings have significant influence on positive law in Indonesia, especially those with Syafi’ite school. Since the 13th century, in the beginning of the Syafi'ite school tradition come to Nusantara, the position of the kitab kunings had fluctuated until the final third of the 20th century, in which this tradition is absorbed into positive law in KHI. However, only private law that is politically acceptable in the Indonesian legal system. The Islamic criminal law, since the colonial period, could not be reserved well. Abstract

This study examines the puppet mask dance drama with the play Panji Reni Malang. This study focuses on the literary aspect relation to the Panji stories Reni terms of story structure. The Analysis of Panji story structure includes a series of plot, characters, themes, as well as sociological aspects. Exposition and instabilitasjuga as the beginning of the conflict appeared on the scene Janggala. Travelling flow switch on tahapkomplikasi and climax, this happens on a rural scene. The most recent series of plots that denoument, and occurs in rural scene until the scene Balinese kingdom. The characters in this drama are dominated by Raden Panji Asmara Bangun and Dewi Anggraeni. Another figures are Raden Panji Amiluhur (King Jenggala), Raja Panji Jayeng Tilam, Gadhing-Layaran-Pamecut and King Klana Jayeng Tilam. Another characters are Patih Kudapati, King Klana Maduretna, Patih Sabrang, Patih Bali and Bali soldiers. Daughter figures consist of Goddess Tejaswara (Queen Jenggala) and Dewi Anggraini. Supporting roles are Semar, Bagong, and demons. Sociological aspects of the story is influenced by the notion that people outside Java has a very violent temper, with no discretion. Background asa part forming Reni Panji stories can be performed in their entirety include Jenggala Kingdom scenes, scenes of forests, mountains or countryside scenes, scenes of Sebrang kingdom, and the Kingdom of Bali scene. Abstract

Reciting Al Quran is one of an essential medium for munajah to Allah SWT. For people to recite Al Quran correctly, they need to learn and practice it from expert teachers or ustadz or ustadzah. In learning to recite Al Quran correctly, the role of experts is practically significant. By its mean, this research is conducted with the purposes to study how ilmu tajwid in Iqro method commonly applied to the students. This research especially takes the students of TPQ Al Ikhlas in Klepu as the field research subject. Using qualitative descriptive, the data is classified into primary and secondary data. The results of this research shows that: the learning process of Ilmu ilmu tajwid in TPQ Al Ikhlas is helpful for students. Most of students, 67 of 72 pupils, are graduated from final evaluation. Secondly, the learning methods in the TPQ are distinguished by two categories, junior and senior grade. Junior grade teacher is intended to convey ilmu tajwid learning from basic, while the senior grade learn the mixing methods such as Iqro, Qiroati, and Tarsana. Senior grade also uses Syifaul Jinan, Qiroatul Huffadz, and Jazariyah as the learning resources.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren salaf until now consistently used memorizing technique to learn Nadzom. This technique becomes one of learning methods for santri. Memorizing Nadzom certainly need particular method in order to let santri or students frequently mastering the Nadzom in certain time. At this stage, memorizing technique intensively can be primary reference. But, before applying this technique to the students, teachers shall start it with proper preparation. One of those preparation can be let the student absorb the motivation that memorizing is an easy task. Memorizing the Nadzom is one of steps should be fulfilled by santri to learn about Arabic grammatical language. Because within those Nadzom, the key words of grammatical lie on. Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the Kobhung and its function in the social, religious, and economic traditions of the Madurese community. This research is a qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. The research concludes that the Kobhung is a typical building of the Madurese community which is different from the langghar due to several characteristics such as the building materials used and the availability of ablution places and bathrooms specifically in the langghar which is not present in the Kobhung. Kobhung is also different from langghar in several functions. The role social functions played by Kobhung are at least: (1) a place to relax with family; (2) a place to receive and entertain guests; (3) the place where the marriage contract (akad nikah) is held; and (4) the place of special invitees (kiai) in weddings and so on. The religion function of the Kobhung in the life of the Madurese community constitute: (1) a place for congregational prayer; (2) the place of prayer for the guests; and (3) the place where religious ceremonies and rituals are held (tahlil, and so on). The economic functions carried out by the community for Kobhung are as follows: (1) a place to store agricultural products; (2) a place to process agricultural products such as tobacco; and (3) the lower part is for shelter and resting for livestock. Abstract

The primary base of teachers or gurus are to grown the student’s morale construction. In other words, anything that becomes the standards of religious devotions also become the standards for exploring the knowledge. Knowledge shall be sincerely learned for seeking knowledge. Those sincere intention can become the very reason of exploring the knowledge as the spiritual process. Knowledge is always affiliates with devotion. In this term, learning, in the sufi’s way, is not only exploring for knowledge but also seeking of the truth. In seeking the truth as a spiritual process, character development should be grown in the soul. Character development through character education should be watering the soul and kindness in the heart. Because morale character is something which is radiate from the the soul. With this reasons, this research on sufism education system offers the bridge to those learning system. Because character education shall be implied with ascetic process to make heart and consciousness become pure. Key words: inhadh, teacher, education, professionalism, spiritual.

Abstract

This research focus on studying the art based on Islamic perspective. The aim of this research is to understand Islamic perspective towards the art. Besides to develop the concept of art in the religion aspect, it also to understand the implementation of art towards the Islamic education. By using descriptive method, this study also analyze certain phenomenon in the present or past. Researchers conduct trusted resources of books and articles in the internet to be reviewed comprehensively. Abstract

The author examines the psychological impact of online learning during the pandemic. Psychology is the study of attitudes. The application of online learning in education, especially among students, has an impact on students' psychology. As a long-term result, students have a lack of social interaction with the surrounding environment, it reduced learning effectiveness, and students could easily feel bored. Online learning is a learning system that is carried out without meeting face to face. Online systems use media and technology that can connect one person to another remotely. The online learning system has been implemented since the pandemic. One of the schools that implements online learning is MIN 1 Sumenep. MIN 1 Sumenep School applies online learning using media such as Whatsapp, Zoom Meeting, and or other applications. In this study, the author uses a qualitative research method in which the instrument is the researcher herself. Therefore, the researcher, as an instrument, must be prepared her objectiveness how far the researchers are ready to carry out research before goes to the field. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis uses descriptive analysis method or in other words describes a picture of the object under study through the data or samples that have been collected. The data analysis process begins by examining all available data from various sources. Key words: Psychology of learning, online learning, education, pandemic, impact.

Abstract

Tulisan ini menfokuskan diri pada tantangan dan respon pesantren dalam era informasi. Berawal dari asumsi pesantren sebagai subkultur yang menyaring berbagai unsur luar yang tampak lebih dominan dalam rangka menjamin keutuhan Islam. Karakter seperti inilah yang menjadi alasan kenapa pesantren bisa eksis dalam kurun waktu yang sangat panjang. bisa disimpulkan bahwa pesantren saat ini sedang mengalami “kesenjangan budaya” (cultural) di saat berinteraksi dengan internet. Hal ini terbukti dari kompleksitas respon pesantren terhadap internet dan adanya arus digitalisasi pesantren yang susah dibendung.Kata Kunci: Pesantren, Cultural Lag, Internet.

Abstract

Fokus tulisan ini adalah: (1) menjelaskan keterkaitan pesantren dengan perubahan sosial  dalam perspektif normatif dan historisnya. Penjelasan normatif diharapkan memperjelas nilai-nlai dasar yang menjadi grand theory yang dihayati pesantren dan menjadi basis ideologi gerakannya. Sedangkan penjelasan historis dimaksudkan memaparkan implementasi nilai-nilai dalam ranah sosial. (2) menjelaskan tantangan-tantangan obyektif kontemporer yang dihadapi pesantren  beserta tawaran paradigma pendidikan pesantren untuk menjadikan pendidikan pesantren relevan dengan jaman sekarang dan nanti (sholih fi zaman al-hal wa mustaqbal).Tulisan Ini adalah kajian pustaka dan menjadikan literatur-literatur klasik yang nota bene menjadi tradisi pesantren salaf itu sendiri menjadi sumber literatur primer. Pembahasan awal adalah menguraikan nilai-nilai dasar yang menjadi grand theory dari pendidikan salaf  yang diambil dari tradisi mereka. Kemudian, akan disajikan kenyataan sejarah sosial pesantren untuk memotret implementasi nilai-nilai dasar itu dalam kenyataan sosialnya.Dalam ranah normatif dan kesejarahannya pesantren telah membuktikan diri menjadi pilar utama dalam perubahan sosial yang sekarang mengalami tantangan yang harus disikapi dengan tepat sesuai dengan peran-peran sosialnya.Kata Kunci: Pesantren, perubahan sosial.
