Abstract

Education is a long human experience during life in the world. With that experience, humans will gain knowledge that is used as a guide and frame of mind in living life. In addition, education is also one of the gates for humans to make themselves whole as real humans. These two things underlie that education is the most important thing in the process of human survival. This literature study puts forward and builds the concept of the idea of ​​developing Islamic education in the perspective of multiculturalism. In addition, this study uses a philosophical approach. The curriculum presented by Islamic education must be able to touch all groups, whether black or white, caste and strata. The Islamic education curriculum also provides the same place to humanize humans in directing the true goals of Islamic education. Eliminate all kinds of differences that all students in any part of the world must receive a proper Islamic education, in accordance with the guidance in the Koran and al-Hadith. As well as students are given free space in the will to express all forms of work and copyright.

Abstract

Application of student management in educational institutions in one of the necessities to improve the quality of education. Lack of cooperation with teachers is an obstacle in effective student management. This study aims to determine the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of student management programs. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Research subjects are the principal, teachers, and students MTs An-Nawawi Berjan Purworejo. The results showed that the student management planning was prepared by the student himself and the principal of the madrasah. The implementation of student management is adjusted to the needs and level of development of new student. Student management supervision has made efforts to organize new students well, so that there is no overlap and time waste in the student management process in the classroom. Evaluation is carried out to improve activities related to student management.

Abstract

The objectives of this action research are: (a) Want to know the increase in student achievement after the implementation of discovery learning. (b) Want to know the effect of student learning motivation after the application of the discovery learning method. This research uses three rounds of action research. Each round consists of four stages, namely: design, activities and observations, reflection, and revision. The target of this research is the students of class X TPM SMKN! middle time . The data obtained in the form of formative test results, observation sheets of teaching and learning activities. From the results of the analysis, it was found that student learning achievement has increased from cycle I to cycle III, namely, cycle I (68.18%), cycle II (77.27%), cycle III (86.36%) and also has a positive impact on increasing students' learning motivation from cycle I to cycle III, namely, Cycle 1 interest (50.00%) attention (59.1%) participation (63.6%), Cycle II interest (68.20%) attention (68, 20%) participation (72.20), cycle III, interest (81.8%) Attention (81.8%) Participation (86.4%). The conclusion of this study is that the discovery method can improve student achievement and also has a positive effect on increasing learning motivation of Class X TPM students at SMK Negeri 1 Kalitengah Lamongan in the 2018/2019 academic year and this learning method can be used as an alternative to learning English

Abstract

The Policy of Merdeka belajar dan Kampus merdeka provides space for universities to have flexible authority in designing the tri dharma process to produce quality graduates. Students also have the opportunity to choose various activity programs which will later be converted into high credits. This article offers a learning model of a mix of Islamic subjects that is deemed inadequate to be implementative while integrating learning, research, and community service. This article provides a two-thing formula, addressing the policy of the ministry's MBKM program for free learning and an independent campus that requires practical-based learning innovations and departs from problems in order to create quality graduates. The integration that can be done to strengthen competence is the integration of two things, namely integral Tridharma (learning, research, and service) and integration across disciplines, across study programs and involving stakeholders.

Abstract

The phenomenon of the fading of the millennial generation's sense of pride is actually caused by various factors. Among these factors are the influence of globalization and the increasing trend of youth. This sad fact has actually lowered the spirit of nationalism and national patriotism. Therefore, mental syakir needs to be presented in the middle of this problem. This study aims to review: (1) The younger generation from the perspective of the Qur’an. (2) Uncover millennial generation 3G habits. (3) Presenting the syakir generation in the millennial era. The method used is library research by elaborating the verses of the Qur’an and then linking them with relevant references. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The figure of the younger generation in the Qur’an is Ashabul Kahfi who always maintains his religion even though his environmental conditions are bad at that time. So this attitude must also be owned by the millennial generation. (2) The 3G habits of the millennial generation actually have an impact on the waning of love for their own country. (3) The Qur'anic guidelines in presenting the syakir generation to arouse the spirit of patriotism today, namely by presenting qana'ah in attitudes, developing qalbiah intelligence, and knitting religious nationalism values. Thus this syakir mentality will be attached to the personality of the millennial generation.

Abstract

Hajj is a form of worship in a very detailed manner that requires the prospective congregation to study it seriously. The report of the Indonesian Hajj Supervisory Commission in 2018 states that 39.32% of pilgrims do not understand the terms, pillars, sunnah and prohibitions of Hajj. This problem needs the attention of the hajj organizers. This study is in order to determine how much influence the educational background and age of the pilgrims' age in the level of understanding absorption in the guidance of the Hajj rituals held by the government. All independent variables, namely educational background and age of the pilgrims, have a significant effect simultaneously on the understanding of the Hajj ritual guidance material.

Abstract

How can students not forget the subject matter that they have received so that students will be ready to face the exams that they are ready or not ready to face. How to make a teaching material so that it is not forgotten by students. In this case the teacher must find a method to remind all the memories in the minds of students that they have received. The teacher must be able to revive the memory. This research uses three rounds of action research. Each round consists of four stages, namely: design, activities and observations, reflection, and revision. The target of this research is the students of class XI TPm SMK N 1 Kalitengah. The data obtained in the form of formative test results, observation sheets of teaching and learning activities. From the results of the analysis, it was found that student achievement increased from cycle I to cycle III, namely, cycle I (73.33%), cycle II (83.33%), cycle III (93.33%). The conclusion of this study is that the project/task-based learning model can have a positive effect on the learning achievement of XI TPm Students of SMK N 1 Kalitengah, and this learning model can be used as an alternative to learning productive subjects.

Abstract

Facing the Covid-19 pandemic era clearly presents new challenges for the parties involved, both personal and corporate businesses, even in the territory of the country. Along with the development of the halal lifestyle, some Muslims in Indonesia have had a lot of influence on the Islamic financial industry, including fintech. An innovation in peer to peer financing services, which is an online-based lending and borrowing system that brings together fund recipients and funders by utilizing information technology through the platform company's. The focus of the problem outlined in this discussion is whether the implementation of information technology-based financing services based on sharia principles at PT. Dana Syariah Indonesia are in accordance or not with the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council No. 117/DSN-MUI/II/2018. This research uses an empirical juridical approach, namely legal research on primary data or legal regulations which is then linked to the practice of the financing system in the field. The analysis was carried out qualitatively by implementing religious legal norms issued by the DSN-MUI in Fatwa No. 117/DSN-MUI/II/2018 concerning Information Technology-Based Financing Services Based on Sharia Principles. The results of this study indicate that the object of the company fintech PT. Dana Syariah Indonesia, the concept peer to peer financing can connect financiers with financing recipients on one platform. One of these financing recipients can be funded by a pool of funds that have been successfully collected from several financiers. Where in the end, the financiers will get a share of the margin (profit funds) that has been lent with terms and conditions that are binding on both parties. In the analysis of the DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 117/DSN-MUI/II/2018 concerning Information Technology-Based Financing Services based on Sharia Principles are substantially appropriate, it's just that in practice the contract wakalah is given by the recipient of the financing and the contract is murabahah carried out simultaneously, while in the fatwa in principle, it is explained that the akad murabahah can occur after the goods are owned by the organizer, namely PT. Dana Syariah Indonesia, because fatwas are more prudent. However, there is no prohibition in sharia.

Abstract

The study discusses the opinions of Yusuf Qardhawi and Masdar Farid Mas’udi about alms and tax. Where the researcher feels there is an interest to explore more deeply from this two opinions, the both have the uniqueness thought wich very clearly visible accros the ijtihad about the wage of alms and tax. Yusuf Qardhawi argue that alms and tax very different and payment method cannot put together. While Masdar Farid Mas’udi argue about alms and tax altought between alms and tought different but cannot separated and payment method can put together. As the main points is to examine the istinbāth law of Yusuf Qardhawi and Masdar Farid Mas’udi then to know the stronger arguments is used by Yusuf Qardhawi and Masdar Farid Mas’udi about alms and tax. This research is library research by Fiqh az-Zakat book and Pajak itu Zakat book accompanied by interview with character directly via whatsapps. The result research with all the author capabilities, maximally to try analyze from two opinion Yusuf Qardhawi’s opinion above is amore superior than Masdar Farid Mas’udi’s opinion. It can be accepted because his opinion is in harmony of common of cleric.

Abstract

It is very important for teachers to apply a variation approach to learning with the consideration that each student has a different character every day and a different capacity in capturing the subject matter presented by the teacher in class. This study aims to find out how individual, group and educative learning approaches increase the spirit of learning Aqidah Akhlak at MTs Subulus Salam which is located at MTs Subulus Salam, Dusun Rowotengu, Pucuan Village, Semboro District, Jember Regency. While the method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, documentation and interviews. The results of the study show that the variation approach can increase the spirit of learning, because there is a combination of teaching methods that are fun for students, and the success of teachers with a variation approach can build good communication between educators and students
