Abstract

One of the efforts to realize national development priorities is through education. However, in reality there are still many Indonesian citizens who do not get the right to enroll in education because of their financial inadequacy. UU No. 20 Tahun 2003 established an assistance program called the Bantuan Siswa Miskin (BSM) or Cash Transfer Program for Poor Students. There are still many mistakes in determining BSM fund recipients because the selection is still done manually. Providing funding for eligible students cannot be done since the manual system makes it impossible to provide ones for the eligibles. The selection is also not based on the government criteria and is only determined by officers / teachers appointed by primary schools in Kab. Tulungagung. Therefore, a support system is needed to determine the right and accurate BSM scholarship recipients according to the criteria set by the government. MOORA and AHP methods were used because they can produce objective data. This Decision Making System has a data notification feature with email and ranking data. Based on the results of the questionnaire, the results of the assessment BSM Recipient Decision Support System assistance shows a good percentage of 47%, a good enough percentage of 39%, a quite difficult percentage 9.34% and currently quite difficult 4%. It can be concluded that this information system can help determine the BSM scholarship grant process optimally and right on the eligible targets

Abstract

Citra Niaga Samarinda Market is a very strategic place for traders selling in Citra Niaga Samarinda. Each market has a market levy which is managed by UPT Citra Niaga Samarinda under the auspices of the Samarinda City Trade Office. The purpose of the authors to conduct this research is to help the collection officers or market retribution officers who are in the image area of the Samarinda trade. Market levy collection clerk does not use records in doing billing every day. The results of this study are not to create difficulties in collecting market levies and making market reports by not using them manually. With the Mobile-based Information System for Pasar Citra Niaga Samarinda Market Retribution, it is very helpful in collecting market levies and does not commit fraud.

Abstract

Republik Indonesia, tetapi juga peduli akan dunia pendidikan Indonesia dengan cara memberikan beasiswa kepada mahasiswa-mahasiswa yang berhak mendapatkannya melalui lembaga Beasiswa Bank Indonesia. Beasiswa Bank Indonesia Balikpapan adalah lembaga yang memberikan beasiswa kepada mahasiswa berprestasi, baik dalam bidang akademik maupun social, dan juga kepada mahasiswa yang kurang mampu. Dalam menentukan penerima beasiswa saat ini, dilakukan proses seleksi satu per satu kepada para pendaftar dan dilakukan pembahasan oleh para penyeleksi untuk mengambil keputusan bersama. Berdasarkan hasil analisis permasalahan yang ada, maka pada penelitian ini dikembangkan sistem informasi terkait proses penyeleksian calon peserta beasiswa Bank Indonesia. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). Metode ini mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut kemudian melakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu mahasiswa terbaik. Penelitian ini dikembangkan dan diuji menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa telah berhasil dikembangkan sistem informasi pendukung keputusan yang dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam menyeleksi calon penerima beasiswa Bank Indonesia.

Abstract

The implementation and utilization of the Internet of Things in the world of electronics have been very numerous and are still growing. The function of the IoT itself is to simplify human work, monitor various equipment remotely, and increase the effectiveness of tools. In this study, a tool was made to monitor and provide feed to pet cats that can be accessed remotely by the user. The background of making this tool is due to several things in cat maintenance activities, such as irregular feeding schedules, difficulty controlling pet development, difficulty controlling feed availability, difficulty calculating feed requirements, and frequent breeders doing other activities or work outside the home. The method used in this research is the Research and Development method. The advantage or performance of this tool lies in the combination of several automatic functions which include feeding and notification. The combination of some of these functions includes the existence of a NodeMCU microcontroller that is integrated with the internet network, and this automation tool can provide real time feed by utilizing the RTC component which can set the time when the feed will be given. Users will also get direct notifications via Foxpush without having to open a web page to find out whether the feed has been completed or not. After performing various tests, the average success rate of the whole system was 68%.

Abstract

Writing is part of the function of language as a means of communication. Writing in this case is certainly different from drawing or scribbling randomly. However, writing in the sense of writing a pen with a specific purpose is suitable, such as writing the letter 'a', then 'a' should not write 'd', 'p', 'q' or others. In today's technological developments, several mobile-based writing lessons have also begun to be introduced to children. However, some of the learning materials provided are still monotonous and do not provide correction for writing errors. Some of them only give examples of certain letters then the children imitate or give dotted lines on a letter then the children thicken the lines. This study takes a new approach, to create an integrated system that can correct children's writing so that it is correct. The system that will be developed is interactive in which the children write a letter and if it is correct, they will be given reward points and if it is wrong, they will be given feedback on the location of the error. For example a child wants to write the letter 'a' upside down or write 'a' with a line that is too long to become 'd', the system will give an error warning and the user can be able to write again.

Abstract

The increase in population in Indonesia has contributed to increasing public awareness and demands for the quality of health services. In terms of the level of awareness of health, this can increase the number of hospital visitors who experience health problems. With the rapid development of technology, it is hoped that it can overcome health problems. One of the problems that often occur in the health sector is the lack of medical personnel, specialist doctors, and also technology to facilitate health services. This causes the patient is often referred only to a general practitioner, without considering the description of the disease that has been suffered. This study aims to overcome this problem by implementing a decision tree based poly destination recommendation system to provide recommendations for poly destination s to patients visiting the Bajawa Regional General Hospital. The poly destination recommendation system is a decision support system that can take decisions to help provide recommendations for poly destination s that are in accordance with the patient's disease description and history. In this study, it has 3 attributes as input, namely: time to visit, description of disease, and type of care, while the output is the name of the poly unit as the target of the decision. This study aims to assist the Bajawa Regional General Hospital in recommending poly destination s according to existing data on patients who have previously been given to the administration section of the Bajawa Regional General Hospital. The results showed that the expert system program and the decision tree in the recommendation system application had succeeded in providing recommendations for poly destination s according to the information on the patient's disease at the Bajawa Regional General Hospital.

Abstract

The increasing need for property makes various property companies have to compete to promote the best property options. Information system facilities are one of the main reasons for prospective buyers to get property information that best suits their needs. Each customer has a unique pattern of needs that can be obtained from the search pattern of the information system. This study tries to provide the best property product recommendations using the association rule method. The association rule method itself is a data mining method that is used to provide product recommendations based on user search activity patterns while opening an information system. After the association rule method is applied, the system can provide recommendations for the three best products with an attractive and easy-to-use information system.

Abstract

: An employee is a person who provides services both in the form of thoughts and energy and gets compensation that has been determined by a company or an organization. In Kandatel Bone itself, the employee assessment process is still done simply by evaluating employee attendance and assessing the weekly reports of each employee so that it is still difficult in grouping data and takes a long time in validating data and potentially producing inaccurate output, and it can at any time harm employees and the company itself. So to solve the problem, a Decision Support System is needed to assess the performance of Kandatel Bone employees. Decision Support System is an interactive information system that provides information, modeling, and data manipulation commonly used for decision making in semi-structured and unstructured situations, so no one knows exactly how the decision was made. The research method used in this research is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. SAW method is a method commonly known as weighted summing method by calculating the value of each alternative of the criteria, then normalizing the decision matrix, doing the sorting and determining the best employees. And design a system to be built web-based using the PHP programming language. In this study, the final questionnaire was conducted to find out user acceptance, from 23 respondents obtained the results of 89.67% of user acceptance rate. So that the results of this study showed that a Support System for Employee Performance Assessment Decisions in Kandatel Bone can be received very well by users.

Abstract

The industrial technology 4.0 is very meaningful in the manufacturing industry, especially in managing stock of goods as one example. Managing data on goods in a company is a crusial problem and must be handled carefully. Because this will affect the survival cycle of the company. In the field of informatics, this problem can be solved with a theory in the field of informatics, especially by searching methods. In this study, the authors applied one of the searching methods, namely sequential search which was then implemented for the process of searching for goods data at the PD. XYZ.This a company engaged in automotive services and goods. The sequential search method is implemented in the EditText component to search for item data. Tests are carried out to determine the performance of the sequential search method, by conducting an experiment by providing input to the Edit Text component. The sequential search method can perform a search process for words (phrases) in the database with a total of 800 data samples, and the result is that the average search speed is 0.2 seconds.

Abstract

The Adiba Farma Pharmacy is a new business place that sells drugs, but wants to have an application in the process of buying and selling transactions at the pharmacy, to make it easier to search drug data, drug location, view drug prices, stocks, drug expiration dates, buying and selling transactions and view reports of sales to consumers and reports of purchases from suppliers. To realize this desire, in this study a pharmacy sales management application is designed that is built using a web-based programming language that can be accessed only on a client server-based pharmacy local computer network. The application is built using the prototype method, the blackbox method is used for application testing. The results of testing with the blackbox method are valid, meaning that 100% of the application's functionality can run well, so it can be said that this application can be used by Adiba Farma Pamekasan pharmacies.
