Abstract

The purpose of this research was conducted to know the influence of: (1) Simultaneous Non Performing Loan and Loan to Deposit Ratio against Return On Asset, (2) Partial Non-Performing Loan against Return On Asset and (3) partial Loan to Deposit against Return On Asset Corporate Banking the Go Public period 2010 – 2012.The research uses quantitative research plans. The research subject is a banking company that go public from 2014 – 2016 and the objects are Non Performing Loan, Loan to Deposit Ratio and Return On Asset.Data collected using documentation methods and analyzed with multiple linear regression analyses. The results showed that (1) Non Performing Loan and Loan to Deposit Ratio simultaneously had significant effect on Return On Asset.(2) Non Performing Loan partially negative effect on Return On Asset, (3) Loan to Deposit Ratio positively affects the Return On Asset of the banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The value of the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) of 0.323 or 32.3%, this translates to 32.3% of ROA variations that can be explained by variations of independent variables of the NPL and LDR.The remaining 67.7% is explained by other reasons outside of the regression model.Based on the results of multiple linear regression analyses indicating that the NPL has a significant negative impact on ROA, LDR has a significant and positive effect on Roa, NPL and LDR.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the extent of influence, profitability, liquidity, company size and leverage on dividend policy on industrial goods and consumption companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study was 59 industrial companies of goods and consumption. Sampling techniques used is purposive sampling in accordance with the criteria that have been determined, so obtained samples 45 companies, with a research period of 3 years so that the total number of 45. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using t test and F test with a significance rate of 5%. Partial test results (t test) show profitability has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy, liquidity has an insignificant positive effect on dividend policy, company size has insignificant positive effect and leverage negatively and significantly affects dividend policy. Simultaneous test results (test F) show that variable profitability, liquidity, company size and leverage together have a positive and significant effect on dividend policy in Goods and Consumption Industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

Abstract

Knowledge is an important asset to an organization. Knowledge management is a process carried out by an organization to obtain, identity, creating, sharing, and utilizing knowledge or knowledge within the organization. One of the knowledge development models Management that will be used is the Fahmi model an approach developed for implementing knowledge management on government. to support the process government and human resource management to achieve the goals of deep bureaucratic reform develop government human resources professional one. This paper described the readiness of the Local Government of Medan District in implementing e-government to support the North Sumatra Smart province initiative. The research method was carried out quantitatively and qualitatively. Quantitative data was carried out by surveying 30 employees in the Mandailing Natal Government, while qualitative data was carried out by open interviews with informants who came from the Office for Communication and Informatics Services. The study also presents several obstacles to the implementation of government and propose several recommendations as a step towards improvement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational commitment and working discipline towards employees achievement at PT. Telkom Access Pematang Siantar, North Sumatera Territory. The analytical method that was used is multiple linear regression analysis. The amount of population in this study is 284 employees working PT. Telkom Access Pematang Siantar, North Sumatera Areal . The sampling amount is 166 respondens by using Proportional Random Sampling. The data was collected by using questionnaire, interview, and documentation study. From the result of the research, it is discovered that the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0,820 or 82%. This means that the variations in employee working performance can be determined by variations in organizational commitment and working discipline by 82%, while the rest 18% is determined by other variables not included in this research, such as motivation, leadership, communication, and training program. The multiple linear regression equation obtained from the data processing result is Y = 4.182 + 0.420 (X1) + 0.615 (X2) + ei, which means that organizational commitment and working discipline are positively affecting the employee performance at PT. Telkom Access Pematang Siantar, North Sumatera Territory. Simultaneously, organizational commitment and working discipline are significantly affecting the employees achievement at PT. Telkom Access Pematang Siantar, North Sumatera Areal. Partial Testing shows that organizational commitment and work discipline are having a positive and significant result on employees achievement at PT. Telkom Access Pematang Siantar, North Sumatera Areal. Meanwhile, working discipline is the most influencing variable towards employees achievement at PT. Telkom Access Pematang Siantar, North Sumatera Areal, with higher regression coefficient value which is 0,615. This suggests the company to give their attention to organizational commitment and work discipline, because both of those variables are positively and significantly affecting employees performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and explain the effect of workload and work discipline as well as working conditions on employee performance at PT. North Sumatra Divre 1 Train. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The population in this study were employees of the Locomotive Dipo, amounting to 36 people. The sample uses saturated sampling or census. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and documentation study. The results of this study indicate that the workload of work discipline and working conditions have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. North Sumater 1st Regional Railway. Partially, workload, work discipline and working conditions have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. North Sumatra Divre 1 Railway. The coefficient of determination (R square) is 0.891, meaning that variations in employee performance can be explained by workload, work discipline and working conditions by 89.1%, while the remaining 10.9% is explained by other factors not explained in this study such as motivation. , work culture, supervision and others. The multiple linear regression equation obtained is Y = 2.880+ 0.508X1 + 0.344X2 + 0.489X3 + ei, meaning that workload, work discipline and working conditions have a positive effect on employee performance at PT. North Sumatra Divre 1 Train. Of the three independent variables, workload has a greater influence on employee performance, where the regression coefficient is the greatest, namely 0.508. From the research and discussion, it is better if PT. Kereta Api Divre 1 North Sumatra further improves workload, work discipline and working conditions that exist in PT. North Sumatra Divre 1 Train.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the ability of the hotel services company in the Indonesia Stock Exchange to generate profits with the total assets available. This ability is seen from the value of ROA and the value of ROE (return on investment of shareholders). The benefit of this research is to provide information material to investors in making investment decisions. This study uses secondary data, namely the Financial Statements of Hospitality Service Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018 which can be accessed via the internet. The data analysis technique used in this research is ratio analysis. The ratio analysis used is the profitability ratio, which is represented by Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROI). The results showed that in these company profitability ratios from 2014 to 2018, in general, several companies experienced a decline, which indicates that the company's profitability ratio is getting less good. Of the 5 hotel services companies studied, the authors also concluded that the Destination Company Tirta Nusantara Tbk. (PDES) is a hotel service company that has the best profitability ratio. This means that this company is a hotel service company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that has the best financial performance. Meanwhile, Golden Eagle Energy Tbk. (SMMT) is a hotel service company that has the worst profitability ratio. Based on the research results, it is recommended that the management of the hotel services listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange be able to maintain and even improve their performance from year to year. The company is also expected to be able to manage its assets properly so that the company's performance will increase and further research uses all the ratios in operational variables to assess the company's financial performance.

Abstract

The research objective was to analyze the influence of attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control on student interest in entrepreneurship. The number of samples was 96 students using questionnaire data collection methods and documentation and analysis techniques for the application of the Theory Of Planned Behavior model. The results showed that B »BI = 0.443Ab + 0.299SN + 0.257 PBC with w1 = 0.443 or 44.3%, w2 = 0.299 or 29.9% and W3 = 0.257 or 25.7%. This means that attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control have a positive effect on interest in entrepreneurship. However, what is more influential on the interest in entrepreneurship is the attitude then subjective norms. To further increase student interest in entrepreneurship, it is better if you need to increase the number of SKS in Entrepreneurship courses and make various training to create products, how to determine the cost of products, how to sell / market products, how to promote products and distribute them to increase student insight so that entrepreneurial interest will be formed his mind. With this, students who have graduated are not merely job seekers but as job creators.

Abstract

This research is intended to know the influence of government expenditure on education and health sector, inflation, and poverty on human development index with economic growth as a moderating variables in Indonesia. Population in this research is Indonesia and 20 of them were selected to be the samples for this research through purposive sampling technique. Estimates conducted by the multiple regression analysis. The data that were used in this study were secondary data, consisted of Government Expenditure, Inflation, and Poverty to human development index for the year 2000-2019. The results of this research, that Based on the partial test (t test), the Poverty variable has no significant effect while the Inflation and Government Expenditure variables have a significant effect on the variables of the human development index in Indonesia, the simultan test (F test), government expenditure, inflation, and poverty have a significant effect on the variables of the human development index. The economic growth variables are unable to moderate the relationship between government expenditure, inflation and poverty on the human development index.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of the service marketing mix on customer decisions to choose CU Cinta Kasih Tigapanah. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The population in this study were customers of CU Cinta Kasih Tigapanah during 2015-2018, totaling 10,500 people. The sampling method uses the desired maximum error. So the number of customers who were sampled was 96 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and documentation study. From the research results, the multiple linear regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = 1,848 + 0.304X1 + 0.091X2 + 0.018X3 + 0.034X4 + 0.354X5 + 0.440X6 + 0.237X7 + e.This means that the process variable (X5) has the greatest influence on customer decisions, where the largest regression coefficient is 0.354. Based on the t test, the product has a positive but not significant effect on customer decisions where the significance value is 0.061> 0.05. Price, location, promotionand physical evidence has a positive but not significant effect on customer decisions. People and process has a positive and significant effect on customer decisions. The results of the F test show that the product, price, location, promotion, people, process, physical evidence have a positive and significant effect on the customer's decision to choose CU Cinta Kasih Tigapanah. The value (R square) is 0.85, meaning that the variations in the customer's decision to choose CU Cinta Kasih Tigapanah can be explained by the product, price, location, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence of 85.4%, and the remaining 14.6% can explained by other variables not included in this study such as service quality and marketing strategy.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of accessibility and destination attraction on tourist loyalty mediated by the destination amenity. The research methodology uses the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) to analyze the quantitative data were collected accidentally from the respondents in the destination. The sample method uses purposive random sampling with number of sample are 240 respondents. The respondents should meet the following criteria (1) who visit the destination at least 2 times or more, (2) who visit the destination at least in 2018. The results shows that (1) accessibility insignificantly influence the destination amenity, (2) destination attraction significantly influence the destination amenity, (3) accessibility insignificantly influence the tourists loyalty, (4) destination attractions insignificantly influence the tourists loyalty, (5) destination amenity insignificantly influence the tourists loyalty, (6) the destination amenity insignificantly mediated accessibility on tourists loyalty and (7) destination amenity insignificantly mediated the destination attraction on tourists loyalty
