Abstract

The purpose of the study analyzed the influence of education and training of students ready for the performance, work motivation, productivity, and competence of trainees. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. Primary data were obtained using questionnaire, while secondary data was through interview and documentation. Research respondents consist of managers and participants who have passed the training. The results showed that 80.83% of participants who belong to the category strongly agreed, argued strongly agree that the training effect on participants who carried out in daily life. Measured by 4 indicators, among them is the performance of 19.67%, motivation of 16.17%, productivity of 15.41% and competence reached 80.64%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kegiatan pembinaan rohani, faktor pendukung serta penghambat dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan dan perubahan perilaku sosial peserta setelah memperoleh pembinaan rohani. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian yaitu empat peserta, dua pembina, sementara informan yaitu ketua kegiatan harian. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teori, sumber dan metode. Teknik analisis data dengan tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pembinaan rohani meliputi “WL DEVO” (kegiatan doa-doa), sesi pagi, DVD khotbah, sesi malam, bible study, morning meeting, doa kamar, doa blok, dan movie. Faktor pendukung berupa sarana dan prasarana cukup memadai, pembina yang berpengalaman, metode pembinaan, dan motivasi dari dalam diri peserta. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu latar belakang sosial budaya peserta berbeda, kurangnya tenaga ahli profesional, dan kejenuhan peserta. Setelah mengikuti pembinaan rohani, terdapat perubahan perilaku sosial peserta ke arah positif.

Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini adalah  perbedaan motivasi belajar warga belajar perempuan dan laki-laki dalam mengikuti kesetaraan paket C diantaranya : (1) Bagaimana motivasi belajar warga belajar antara perempuan dan laki-laki dalam mengikuti belajar pendidikan kesetaraan paket Cdi PKBM Tan Malaka Kabupaten Tangerang ? (2) Bagaimana perbedaan motivasi belajar warga belajar antara perempuan dan laki-laki di PKBM Tan Malaka Kabuapten Tangerang (3) Apa faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat motivasi belajar warga belajar perempuan dan laki-laki dalam mengikuti kesetaraan paket C di PKBM Tan Malaka Kabupaten Tangerang ?. Untuk membahas masalah dalam penelitian ini, peneliti merujuk pada landasan teori yang relevan seperti menjelaskan tentang. (1) Konsep pendidikan Luar Sekolah, (2) Motivasi, (3) Belajar, (4) Warga belajar terdiri dari warga belajar perempuan dan laki-laki, (5) Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM), (6) Pendidikan Kesetaraan,(7)Program paket C. Dengan demikian, peneliti memiliki pijakan dan dasar-dasar teori yang memadai untuk menjawab permasalahan secara rinci. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, dimana data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi serta beberapa catatan lapangan. Sumber data penelitian ini yaitu warga belajar paket C PKBM Tan Malaka,Tutor dan pengelola, serta informasi lain yang relevan. Berdasarkan Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat  perbedaan motivasi antara warga belajar perempuan dan laki – laki serta faktor – faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Motivasi warga belajar perempuan lebih tinggi daripada warga belajar laki – laki. Warga belajar perempuan memiliki motivasi secara internal dan eksternal sedangkan warga belajar laki – laki memiliki motivasi secara eksternal.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan muatan life skill pada pembelajaran berbasis wirausaha di pondok pesantren Kab. Pandeglang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengelola, Kyai dan Tenaga Pengajar Pondok Pesantren di Kab. Pandeglang  untuk memperoleh informasi tentang strategi pengembangan muatan life skill dan pembelajaran berbasis kewirausahaan di Pondok Pesantren Kab. Pandeglang serta  8 orang santri untuk mengungkap  kecakapan hidup setelah mengikuti pembelajaran berbasis kewirausahaan dan sumber data sekunder berupa gambar, buku-buku dan data santri pembelajaran berbasis wirausaha di Pondok Pesantren. Strategi pengembangan muatan life skill pada pembelajaran berbasis wirausaha di pondok pesantren Kabupaten Pandeglang dilakukan melalui 4 strategi yaitu: a) strategi Renung-Latih-Telaah (RTL); b) Strategi Learned Centred; c) Strategi kurikulum berbasis kompetensi; dan d) Strategi penguatan pendidikan ekstrakurikuler.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to knowing (1)  process the empowerment of women based creative economy through training on making doormats of waste fabrics (2) result the empowerment of women based creative economy through training on making doormats of waste fabrics, (3) supporting factors and inhibitors the empowerment of women based creative economy through training making doormats of waste fabrics. This research was conducted at the Group (PKK) Parahu Village Sukamulya Sub district Tangerang District. The research method used by the author in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach,  is a research method that presents data and facts are true about the empowerment of women based creative economy through training on making doormats of waste fabrics in group (PKK) Parahu Village Sukamulya Sub district Tangerang District. In the qualitative approach should be based on data or information obtained through research as follows: (1) observation, (2) interview, (3) documentation. Data processing techniques and data analysis in this research include selecting the data, clarify the data, analyze the data, and verification of the data or conclusions. As the end on this discussion, presented conclusions: (1)  Process the empowerment of women based creative economy through training on making doormats of waste fabrics in group (PKK) Parahu Village Sukamulya Sub district Tangerang District is to involve elements of society including TP. PKK Parahu village, headman, RW and RT in formulating local empowerment objectives. The approach taken in this activity that a group approach. To identify the need conducted a meeting between the organizers, community leaders, and tutors. Residents learn to be involved in planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs. Learning materials tailored to the wishes of residents learn and the potential that exists in the local surroundings. Delivery of material using lectures, demonstrations, assignments, discussions, and practices. Local authorities involved the controlling in activities. (2) Result the empowerment of women based creative economy through training on making doormats of waste fabrics is increasing the knowledge, skills enhancement and improvement of the attitude residents learn. (3) The supporting factors covers an motivation resident learn to follow activities pretty good, and a tutor mastery of the material making doormats of waste fabrics. Inhibiting factors, namely infrastructure and finance activities.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the functionality and absorption of matter child friendly education pocket book (Kuku Perak) as media of counseling family education. The research done with the type of descriptive quantitative. The data collection method used is the questionnaires with Likert scale, multiple choice test and documents study. Analysis of the data used is the percentage formula and frequency distribution. The results of research Kuku Perak is it can be implemented as a media of counseling family education or parenting education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui partisipasi tokoh masyarakat dalam kewaspadaan penyalahgunaan narkotika. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Populasi tokoh masyarakat di Kelurahan Timbangan berjumlah 205 dan diambil sampel berjumlah 65 orang dengan teknik purposivesampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi tokoh masyarakat dalam kewaspadaan penyalahgunaan narkotika tergolong tinggi. Bentuk partisipasi tokoh masyarakat dalam kewaspadaan penyalahgunaan narkotika yaitu terlibat dalam kegiatan sosialisasi penyalahgunaan narkotika, melaporkan kepada pihak berwajib mengenai kasus penyalahgunaan narkotika, terlibat dalam kegiatan keagamaan sebagai penguatan karakter, dan berperan aktif dalam menyampaikan saran mengenai bahaya penyalahgunaan narkotika kepada masyarakat maupun kepada penegak hukum/BNN. Dapat disimpulkkan bahwa tokoh masyarakat sudah  memiliki kesadaran dan kewaspadaan yang tinggi mengenai bahaya penyalahgunaan narkotika.

Abstract

The background of this research is based on how the role and function of instructors in conducting electrical installation training. The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of instructors and supporting factors in improving the skills of the learnes of electrical installation training program in BLK Kabupaten Karawang. The approach used in this research is qualitative through case study method. Subjects in this study consisted of one organizer, one instructor and five learners. The techniques used in collecting data are observation, interview and documentation study. Research phase is done through orientation, exploration, and member check. The results show that  the role of instructors in training, preparing training materials and making final training reports. The instructor is responsible for preparing the training materials, preparing the facilities and evaluating the trainees. Supporting factors of training facilities used such as measurement labs, electrical rating labs and electrical installation assembly labs are in good condition. Motivation of learners after attending the training is to get skills and work in the electrical maintenance department. The motivation of the learners in training is quite high. There is support from families of learners and instructor in every training process. The ability of instructors in electric installation training is professional and trained.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the process, results, supporting factors and inhibiting factors of entrepreneurship training of quail cultivation at KBU Citra Mandiri Desa Bengle. The research approach is used with case study method. This research was conducted at KBU Citra Mandiri by determining five subjects of research consisting of one person organizer, one instructor and 3 learners. Instrument research using observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. The stages in this research are: orientation stage, exploration stage, and member check stage. The results showed that the entrepreneurship training process of quail cultivation is motivated by efforts to improve the capability and human resources, especially the unemployed youth in Bengle Village. Training materials on the provision of facilities and equipment, seed procurement, quail maintenance, maintenance and harvesting and marketing. The methods used are lectures, demonstrations, frequently asked questions, discussions and practices. Training funds are obtained from the villages and from the dues of the residents of the learners. How to assess with written tests, oral tests and practice. The results of entrepreneurship training of quail cultivation shows, at least learners to cultivate the quail from the breeding process to marketing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) medeskripsikan dan menganalisis tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa PLS terhadap layanan pendidikan di FIP UNNES, (2) medeskripsikan dan menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap lulusan PLS FIP UNNES. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian survei, dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Responden survei kepuasan mahasiswa adalah mahasiswa PLS angkatan 2015-2018, sedangkan responden kepuasan pengguna lulusan yaitu lembaga pengguna alumni PLS angkatan 2000-2018. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi dokumentasi, observasi, dan pengisian koesioner. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif persentase dengan software SPSS 23.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan mahasiswa yaitu berada pada kategori puas dengan besaran persentase yaitu  74,79%.  Kepuasan mahasiswa  memiliki beberapa dimensi diantaranya, aspek tangibles, aspek reliability, aspek responsiveness, aspek assurance, dan aspek empathy. Kepuasan pengguna terhadap kinerja lulusan prodi PLS UNNES menunjukkan hasil yang positif yaitu berada pada puas dengan besaran persentase yaitu 67,66%. Kepuasan pengguna lulusan diukur menggunakan indicator diantarannya integritas, profesionalisme, kemampuan berbahasa inggris, penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, kemampuan komunikasi, kerjasama tim, dan pengembangan diri
