Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of batik products in the city of Batam. Batik products are also known as souvenir products to attract tourists. Product quality is very necessary in supporting the success of tourism in the city of Batam. Studies and research results are based on the perceptions of consumers or tourists who have had experience with those Batik products. Importance performance analysis is used in this study by measuring consumer perceptions of product attribute expectations and product performance. Test conducted use SPSS.21. The results showed that the performance of batik’s Batam was good. It can be concluded from consumer perceptions with the value of the level of conformity between consumer expectations and product performance at 98.141%, which means that 98.141% of product performance met consumer expectations. There are six indicators of product quality that met consumer expectations which are located in quadrant I, namely 1. Batam Batik has a variety of colors 2. Coloring has a philosophical meaning 3. Adequate texture quality 4. Texture softness 5. Quality raw materials 6. Imaginative trademark. And also there are five product quality indicators that need to be improved based on the priority scale which is located in quadrant IV, namely 1. Price certainty. 2. Price intervals. 3. Color variations. 4. Eco-green raw materials. 5. Packaging forms.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of the digital economy in the Bakpia MSME industry in Yogyakarta City and determine the effect of the digital economy, length of business, owner last education, number of machines used, and age of business owner on labor wages paid by business owners. The method used is descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the digital economy run by the Bakpia MSME industry in Yogyakarta mostly used 2 to 3 gadgets, and internet costs were less than Rp. 200,000 per month, used 2 to 3 E-commerce and 2 to 3 social media. The digital economy does not affect the labor wages paid by business owners, the length of business and the level of education of business actors also do not affect the number of labor wages paid, while the number of machines used has a positive effect on the labor costs paid, while the age of the business owner has a negative effect. of labor costs paid.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has forced tourism industry players to adopt various digital platforms. This study aims to test the effectiveness of the AGODA digital portal as a marketing channel. This research was conducted to complement previous research on other digital portals such as tiket.com, traveloka, and several other portals. The quantitative research design was carried out by distributing questionnaires as a data collection technique and two experiments were carried out. The first experiment was to test the effect of product narrative (copy writing), while the second experiment tested the effect of product photo quality on the perception of quality and tourists buying interest. Based on the research conducted, the first experiment shows that the influence of product narrative (copy writing) affects the perception of quality and tourist buying interest. While in the second experiment, through MANCOVA analysis to see the involvement of respondents who chose five-star hotels, there was a significant difference between the two groups of respondents. Respondents in each experimental group have confidence that the perceived quality and purchase intention are higher than in the control group. This study has limitations because it only examines one digital portal, namely AGODA. Several other digital portals, such as traveloka, pegi-pegi, and tiket.com, have differences when compared to AGODA. The implication of this research is that if the influence of product narrative (copy writing) has a big impact on marketing activities, it needs to be developed

Abstract

Human resource is very important in a company. The reason for this examination is to examine the impact of profession improvement, work inspiration, work discipline, and authoritative obligation to worker execution. This exploration was led in Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Nasari Yogyakarta. This exploration utilizes a quantitative methodology. The quantity of tests utilized upwards of 32 workers, by the strategy for immersed examining (evaluation). The outcomes showed that the incomplete advancement of the Career and discipline makes a positive difference and critical on representative execution Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Nasari Yogyakarta. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test whether capital adequacy, credit risk, operational efficiency, liquidity, and productive asset management ability affect the profitability of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression panel data. The sample consisted of 22 commercial banks with 110 observations, which were carried out by purposive sampling. Based on the existing test equipment, the estimation model chosen is the random effect model. The results of the analysis show that CAR does not affect ROA, NPL and BOPO have a negative effect on ROA, LDR has no effect on ROA, and NIM has a positive effect on ROA. Therefore, the findings of this study are as follows. First, capital adequacy does not have a positive effect on profitability. Second, credit risk negatively affects profitability. Third, operational efficiency has a positive effect on profitability. Fourth, liquidity does not positively affect profitability. Fifth, the ability to manage productive assets has a positive effect on profitability. This research implies that if banks want to increase profitability, they need to reduce non-performing loans (NPL), lower the BOPO ratio, and increase the NIM.

Abstract

The presence of new variant of the covid 19 Omicron virus will certainly leads to the public alert. In order to prevent transmission, the government recommends that people should reduce direct interactions between individuals. This condition is an opportunity for companies providing Online Food Delivery Applications (OFDA) to take benefit from increased transactions which occur during COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, research on OFDA is still focused on OFDA consumers as a research’s Objects. On the other hand, the OFDA provider companies benefit from the profit sharing provided by food and beverage sellers who sell their products at APMSD. The results of this research are believed to be able to help APMSD companies in developing effective marketing strategies in order to attract sales partners to continue using OFDA. This research uses five independent variables, namely performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, trust and price value. Data processing using SPSS application involving sample size of 158 respondents. This study reveals that social influence, trust and price value have a positive significant effect on intention to use OFDA. While two other independent namely Performance expectancy, Effort expectancy does not have significant influence to the dependent variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic ethics on fraudulent behavior. In addition, this study also analyzes the moderating impact of the internal control system and work environment variables on the relationship between ethics and fraud. All variables were measured using a questionnaire instrument. By using respondents of 131 management accountant from various industries, the research uses SEM-PLS to test the proposed hypotheses. The results of the study are able to answer the three objectives, namely (1) Islamic ethics reduce fraudulent behavior of management accountants, (2) an effective internal control system strengthens the influence of Islamic ethics in reducing fraudulent behavior, (3) a conducive work environment strengthens the influence of ethics in reduce fraudulent behavior. This study complements the empirical studies of Islamic ethics for the accounting profession. The research implication for the management accounting profession is the need to consider the universal aspect of religiosity as part of the professional code of ethics. For management, this study supports the need for the design and implementation of a healthy and effective internal control system and organizational environment.

Abstract

Era Ekonomi digital harus disikapi oleh pelaku usaha perempuan, yang melekat dengan stigma harus mengurus rumah tangga, dengan kemampuan dalam menumbuhkan suatu usaha. Pertumbuhan usaha perempuan diduga dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya teknologi informasi, media sosial, dan pengetahuan keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh teknologi informasi, media sosial, dan pengetahuan keuangan terhadap pertumbuhan bisnis perempuan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS 26 for windows. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengurus dan anggota Jogja Muslimah Preneur yang berjumlah 100 orang, sedangkan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampel, dan didapatkan 50 pengusaha Muslimah yang tergabung di komunitas Jogja Muslimah Preneur yang menjadi responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; pertama, variabel teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan usaha; kedua, variabel media sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan usaha, dan ketiga, variabel pengetahuan keuangan berpengaruh positif tehadap pertumbuhan usaha. Selanjutnya secara simultan diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel teknologi informasi, media sosial dan pengetahuan keuangan berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan usaha perempuan.

Abstract

Interest in entrepreneurship requires stage and processes according to each individual. There are several factors that influence interest in entrepreneurship, including motivation and self efficacy. Motivation has a duty as a driving force to change intentions iti action, while self efficacy is needed to increase interest in entrepreneurship. This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and self efficacy on interest in intrepreneurship of students of the Management Study Program at Sarjanawiyata Tamanasiswa University. The method used in the reseach is multiple regression analysis method. The population of this research is 6th semester students of Management Study Program at Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University. The technique of collecting samples using simple random sampling. The samples are students of the management Study Program at Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University. The data collection method was using a questionnaire via google foam using a 5 level linkert scale wich was distributed online. The result of the study explain that motivation and self efficacy have a positive and significant influence on the entrepreneurial interest of student in the Management Study Program at Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University.

Abstract

Technological sophistication is the essential thing needed to develop all aspects of industrial revolution 4.0. It emphasizes expanding job prospects and maximizing responsibility for completing work with a different approach. This revolution is related to the young millennial generation and Z generation in choosing the field of work. This generation prioritizes flexibility and simplicity and works effectively and efficiently. Different from the previous generation, they expected that everything should be organized with various bureaucratic and administrative policies. Currently, Z generation is primarily students in Higher Education. The actual situation shows that most students have no plans to decide the type of work they want to. They doubt about their passion and potential. Therefore, this study aimed to map the students work plans so that supervisors can direct their interest in concentration according to their potential. This study identified and proved the suitable work system for Z generation. In addition, this research aimed to find out whether risk tolerance, justice, and freedom at work affect the student’s interest in working in the future. The population was students of the Management Program, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa. The method used multiple regression analysis methods to test the relationship pattern that has a theoretical basis. The result of this study showed that risk tolerance and justice positively affect the interest to work in the future. Nevertheless, freedom of work does not affect interest to work in the future.
