Abstract

This research discusses the effect of tax socialization and the quality of tax services on the service performance of the Small Tax Office (Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama) with taxpayer compliance as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) Pratama Yogyakarta. The population in this research were taxpayers registered at the KPP Pratama Yogyakarta before 2021, which recorded as much as 152,834. The number of samples in this research was calculated by Slovin formula and determined based on the purposive sampling method. The data used in this research is primary data obtained through an online questionnaire of 100 respondents. This research has been done through Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach using SmartPLS ver. 3.3.3 for Windows software. The results of this research show that tax socialization has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance and service performance. The quality of tax services also has a positive and significant effect on service performance but does not affect taxpayer compliance. Furthermore, as an intervening variable, taxpayer compliance is statistically qualified to mediate the effect of tax socialization on service performance but fails to mediate the effect of service quality on service performance.

Abstract

The viral marketing phenomenon occurred in cyberspace drives many changes in the marketing. In the past several years, there was a lot of viral news spreading in the society. In the skincare sector, industry attracts many fans through various ways, included viral message dissemination. Sociolla became the one of platform that produced feasibility for users to earn huge benefit from viral messages in the form of reviews written by other users. This study aimed to measure the effect of viral marketing, perceived ease of use of applications, purchase attitudes, and customer involvement in skincare products on the sociolla platform on people purchase intentions. This study used quantitative research with descriptive analysis techniques using WARP-PLS. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The sample of this study was 111 sociolla users in Surabaya, Sidoarjo, and surrounding areas. The results of this study indicate that viral marketing on perceptions of the ease of use of applications and purchase attitudes do not affect purchase intentions. Besides, the perceived ease of use of the application affects purchase attitudes and purchase attitudes affect purchase intentions. Moreover, customer engagement affects purchase intention and viral marketing.

Abstract

Yogyakarta sebagai salah satu kota tujuan utama pariwisata di Indonesia memiliki peran yang besar dalam perkembangan perekonomian masyarakat Yogyakarta secara umum. Hal ini tidak dapat dilepaskan dari keterlibatan pelaku pariwisata dengan segala aktivitasnya. Keberadaan beberapa kampung wisata di Kota Yogyakarta yang diusung dengan konsep gandeng gendong untuk saling mendukung dan mengisi satu kampung wisata dengan kampung wisata yang lain tampak efektif pada saat ini. Meningkatnya kegiatan kepariwisataan di kampung-kampung wisata tersebut memunculkan masalah yang dapat mempengaruhi keseimbangan lingkungan. Dampak nyata yang dapat dilihat secara langsung yaitu menumpuknya sampah. Pemerintah Kota Yogyakarta harus segera menemukan solusi untuk mengatasi pengumpulan sampah tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui penerapan green economy dalam konsep gandeng-gendong di Kampung Wisata Rejowinangun, Yogyakarta. Peneliti memperoleh data sampai ke tingkat klaster-klaster yang ada di Kampung Wisata Rejowinangun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel data menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Dalam penelitian ini pengambilan sampel dilakukan di Kampung Wisata Rejowinangun. Untuk memperoleh data yang valid, peneliti melakukan wawancara dengan pihak-pihak terkait yang menjadi mitra gandeng gendong dari Kampung Wisata Rejowinangun. Untuk pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan analisis kualitatif model Miles dan Huberman. Peneliti mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara berkelanjutan sampai data jenuh, lalu dilakukan reduksi dan penyajian data. Kemudian data diverifikasi dan diambil kesimpulan. Temuan utama penelitian ini bahwa Kampung Wisata Rejowinangun sudah menerapkan green economy dengan konsep gandeng gendong walaupun belum menyeluruh. Sinergi antar-kampung wisata terdekat dengan Kampung Wisata Rejowinangun sudah berjalan baik. Peran pemerintah dalam menggandeng Kampung Wisata Rejowinangun untuk bekerja sama menerapkan green economy tidak dirasakan pengaruhnya yang signifikan. Kontribusi kampus dan korporat di Kampung Wisata Rejowinangun juga masih terbatas. Terakhir, komunitas yang ada di klaster- klaster Kampung Wisata Rejowinangun sudah mulai terbentuk kesadaran untuk menerapkan green economy. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan waktu dan lingkup wilayah penelitian. Berbagai pihak perlu bersinergi supaya penerapan green economy dapat berjalan dengan optimal.

Abstract

Google Maps is an application that is used to find locations, reviews of services and conditions of the desired location. Likewise, to find out the Puskesmas services can be seen on Google Maps, but the Google Maps review has not been used as a basis for improving health services at the Puskesmas. The purpose of this study was to measure the satisfaction level of visitors to the Puskesmas in the Yogyakarta City based on the Google Maps rating value and to identify the factors that cause satisfaction and disappointment of visitors to the services of the Puskesmas in the city of Yogyakarta. The research method uses a visitor survey at 18 Puskesmas in Yogyakarta City was 1,096 respondents. The results obtained are the average rating of the satisfaction level of Puskesmas visitors in the Yogyakarta City of 3.87. The factors that make visitors feel satisfied with the services of the Puskesmas in Yogyakarta City are friendly service and officers by 29.2%, strategically comfortable places and complete facilities by 10.4%, orderly queues (3.3%). While the factors that disappointed visitors were 112 statements (10.5%) which stated slow service, long queues (5.05%), unfriendly staff (2.9%) and narrow waiting rooms and parking spaces (3. 2%). The research results can be used by Puskesmas managers in improving the services provided.

Abstract

This article discusses the efforts of strategic management in managing internationally accredited journals at UIN Sunan Kalijaga. The limited number of internationally accredited journals is still an unresolved problem, thus requiring support from stakeholders and internal journal management, such as strengthening human resources and manuscript quality. A qualitative method using benchmarking and strategic management approaches was used to evaluate the management of internationally accredited journals. Findings indicate that policy support from leadership and relevant stakeholders is needed to accommodate the needs for improving international journal accreditation. In addition, the management of journal management human resources should be enhanced through training and development. Therefore, strategic management elements should be implemented to increase the quantity of internationally accredited journals in the environment of UIN Sunan Kalijaga.

Abstract

Maksud dari pengujian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) Apakah sikap berpengaruh terhadap minat penggunaan M-Banking di masa pandemi COVID-19 (2) Apakah norma subjektif berpengaruh terhadap minat penggunaan M-Banking di masa pandemi COVID-19 (3) Apakah persepsi kontrol perilaku berpengaruh terhadap minat penggunaan M-Banking di masa pandemi COVID-19. Sampel dalam pengujian ini adalah Masyarakat Kecamatan Wonosobo dengan 80 responden, menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen dalam pengujian ini berupa angket yang telah di uji validitas dan realibilitasnya menggunakan Alpha Cronbach. Metode analisis data yang dipakai pengujian adalah regresi linier berganda dengan mengaplikasikan program olah data SPSS versi 27. Hasil pengujian bersumber pada uji linier berganda menunjukan maka :(1) attitude (sikap) berpengaruh positif terhadap minat pengguna M-Banking di masa pandemi Covid-19, dengan hasil uji persial menunjukan poin t hitung 4,617 lebih dari t tabel 1,992 dan poin sig. 0,000 kurang dari 0,05 . (2) subjective norms (norma subjektif) berpengaruh positif terhadap minat pengguna M-Banking di masa pandemi Covid-19, dengan hasil uji persial menunjukan poin t hitung lebih dari t tabel 1,992 dan poin sig. 0,000 kurang dari 0,05 . (3) perceived behaviour control (PBC) berpengaruh positif terhadap minat pengguna M-Banking di masa pandemi Covid-19, dengan hasil uji persial menunjukan poin t hitung 5,510 lebih dari t tabel 1,992 dan poin sig. 0,00 kurang dari 0,05 . (4) sikap, norma subjektif, dan perceived behaviour control berpengaruh positif secara bersamaan terhadap minat pengguna M-Banking di masa pandemic Covid-19, dengan poin F hitung 216,63 lebih dari F tabel 2,49 dan poin signifikansi 0,000 kurang dari 0,05.

Abstract

Growth in the quantity of motorized transport continues to increase every year. These conditions will certainly have an impact on the profitability of automotive and component companies. There are many studies studying the factors that impact profitability. This study focuses on capital structure and liquidity factors. This variable was chosen because it found various research results. The population of this study are automotive and component companies listed on the IDX. The research sample is a company that includes annual financial reports for the 2019-2022 period, namely 9 companies. The data collection method is through observation of financial data analysis which is then processed to see the results of DER, CR and ROA calculations. Analysis to test the correctness of the data using the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. Testing the truth of the hypothesis using multiple regression test. The results of the study prove that capital structure has an effect on profitability. Liquidity has no impact on company profitability. Through the results of the research and discussion it is concluded that the capital structure has an impact on the profitability of the institution or institutions. Liquidity has no effect on institutional profitability. Through the results of a review of the suggestions provided, the institution should be more careful about the composition of the components of the capital structure. Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of profitability as a moderating variable of dividend policy and debt policy on company value in Basic Industrial and Chemical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2016 to 2020. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method based on financial statement data of companies that are the study population. The total sample in this study was 100 firm years. The sampling method using purposive sampling techniques and presenting the hypothesis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis proposed in this study is the effect of dividend policy on company value, the effect of debt policy on company value and the effect of profitability as a moderating variable for the effect of dividend policy and debt policy on company value. Dividend policy and debt policy are proven to affect company value; profitability is also proven to be able to moderate dividend policy to company value but not proven to moderate debt policy to company value.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyse the relationship between financial performance variables (ROA), dividend policy, and capital structure as intermediary variables on firm value. This research was a quantitative descriptive study. The research subjects used were the automotive industry which was registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website in the 2019-2021 period. The sampling technique used is a purposive sampling technique based on: 1) automotive industries that reporting sustainable financial data, 2) automotive industries without loss status, and 3) automotive industry without negative assets during period. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of financial performance, dividend policy and capital structure have no significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, the dividend policy variable has an effect on firm value with a mediating capital structure.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze variables that have an influence on continuous intention and intention to recommend e-wallet applications. The dependent variables are perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, trust and social influence. The research sample size was 239 respondents. Data is processed using the PLS application. The research results explain that the trust and social influence variables have a significant influence on continuous intention and intention to recommend, while the perceived ease of use variable does not have a significant influence on continuous intention. The perceived usefulness variable has an influence on continuous intention, but the perceived usefulness variable has no influence on the intention to recommend. The research results will contribute to e-wallet companies in understanding the behavior of Gen Z e-wallet users and creating company business strategies.
