The prevalence of bullying in schools is a widespread issue thatnegatively impacts the psychosocial, self-esteem, and emotional well-being of its victim. Therefore, it is imperative to enhance the self-functioning of students. Compassion training is one of the approaches that can help individuals to survive, understand and obtain the positivity in difficult situations. This study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental studydesign to obtain 50 high-school students in Pringsewu District, Lampung Province, Indonesia. Furthermore, data collectionwas conducted using a self-function scale developed based on Rogers’theory. The datawere analyzed using the independent t-test techniqueto evaluate the feasibility of changing behaviour by comparing conditions. The compassion training model is proven to increase the fully functioning of students thatare victims of bullying. This can be seen from the increasing indicators of their self-assessment functioning. Meanwhile, fully functioning individuals instinctively help others achieve their need for positivity by expressing genuine concern through harmoniousrelationships. These individuals cultivate an open-minded attitude, maintain a strong sense of purpose, and establish trust in themselves and others.

Career maturity is a very important thing for teenagers to have because career maturity, that is, individuals have understood of themselves which includes their interests and talents as well as their capacities. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of group counseling services using the trait and factor approach to increase student career maturity. This type of research is quantitative with the pre-experimental one-group pretest and posttest methods. The population taken in this study was all class XII both science and social studies with a total of 288 students. Then the sample used in this study was class XII IPS 2, where as many as 5 students were taken using a purposive sampling technique taken in a low category, which was then carried out by group counseling services. This research instrument uses a career maturity scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. In addition, researchers used observational decision-making instruments in this study using the normality test and SPSS version 24-assisted T-test. The results of this study are based on the results of hypothesis testing using the t-test obtained sig (2-tailed) = 0.000 then compared with the alpha value (α ) 5% = 0.05 provided that the sig (2-tailed) value is less than the alpha (α) value of 5% (0.000 ≤ 0.05), then it can be said that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that group counseling services using the trait and factors approach are effective in increasing the career maturity of students at SMAN 5 Yogyakarta. The results of the study can be used as a reference for guidance and counseling teachers in schools in developing students' career maturity using career counseling traits and factors.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, people used social media to communicate and entertain themselves. Yet, excessive social media use can cause anxiety and sadness. Hence, fresh social media addiction therapies are crucial. We suggest treating social media addiction with colorful Betta fish. This fish's brilliant colors and interesting behavior reduce stress and anxiety and promote well-being. Betta fish are low-maintenance pets that may be kept in a small tank at home or at work. Interacting with animals helps improve mental health. So, the "betta fish" treatment may be a low-cost and accessible way to improve mental health and minimize social media addiction amid the COVID-19 pandemic. This intervention's efficacy and best practices need further stud.

Like a double-edged sword, the internet has many benefits but can also have negative impacts. The use of the internet in education can help improve student academic achievement, but its excessive use can make students addicted to the internet. Internet addiction can reduce academic achievement, reduce psycho-social abilities, and cause psycho-emotional problems. It is not easy and takes time to reduce internet addiction, because it has to wait for the individual to realize that he is experiencing a problematic behavior and wait for his will to change. Training self-management with a religious approach is seen as effective in reducing internet addiction for students who have religious lives. This study showed a significant decrease in internet addiction by 0.458 in students who took part in religious-based self-management training. Although the effectiveness is still low (N-Gain = 0.2) or N-Gain < 0.3, religion-based self-management training can raise awareness and willingness to change behavior and can significantly reduce internet addiction in all trainees.

A questionnaire titled “Behavioural and Skills Outcomes Scale. The coefficient of internal consistency was established using Cronbach alpha and was found to be 0.73. Data collected were analyzed using Analysis of Variance, t-test and analysis of co-variance with SPSS version 22. A significant main effect of treatment was observed on the overall behavioral skills. There was non- significant effect of gender but a significant interaction between treatment conditions and gender was found out. There was no significant difference in the behavioral skills outcome based on gender, age, residence, location, religion and ethnicity. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a psychiatric and neurological disorder characterized by repeating experiences, avoidance, and hyperarousal. Brainspotting therapy (BSP) is a new body and brain treatment that claims to be effective in treating trauma and providing access to the brain. However, limited trials using neuroimaging have been done. A single-subject pretest-posttest design was applied in this study with two subjects (n = 1 PTSD; n = 1 Healthy Control; HC). Thirty sessions with online BSP were given to the PTSD subjects. 18FDG PET measurements and clinical assessment using HAM-A, DASS, and PCL-5 were taken for both subjects before and after treatment. The SDMAC value of brain 18FDG PET derived from NeuroQTMsoftware was used quantitatively between the PTSD and HC subjects to evaluate the glucose metabolism level of the mid-frontal cortex (MFC) and medial temporal cortex(MTC), which is associated with PTSD. Measurements taken post-treatment for clinical assessment exhibited a reduction in PTSD symptoms while PET scans demonstrated varied results. The findings of this study indicate that online BSP is effective for improving PTSD symptoms and has various effects on brain glucose metabolism. The limitations and suggestions of the study are discussed for further research.
