Abstract

The growth of individual investors in the Indonesian capital market has resulted in greater trading activity in the stock market, particularly in the blue-chip stocks that are constituents of the LQ45 index. Although the LQ45 stocks have high liquidity and a significant market capitalization, they are still subject to market risk, which is reflected in the changing returns over time. This study examines the volatility of the LQ45 index, which is a measure of the risk of retail investment in Indonesia, using the Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroskedasticity (GARCH) model. For the study, the author uses secondary data of daily returns of the LQ45 index from 2021 to 2025 and uses the time series econometric method. The author undertakes the following analytical steps: tests for stationarity, tests for the presence of ARCH (conditional heteroskedasticity), and estimates the GARCH(1,1) model. The findings show that the returns on the LQ45 index are stationary and that they contain conditional heteroskedasticity and volatility clustering. Estimation from the GARCH(1,1) model shows that prior shocks, and the prior period's variance, strongly affect volatility, reflecting the model's volatility persistence. Additionally, further standardized residual diagnostics reveal that GARCH(1,1) model appropriately describes the volatility dynamics. These findings indicate that the risk related to retail investment in LQ45 stocks is both dynamic and persistent, which calls for adaptive risk management. This study theoretically advances the measurement of stock market volatility, and in Indonesia, it has practical implications for retail investors and regulators in risk management and financial education.

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive business environment, selecting effective marketing strategies is crucial for shaping customer purchase decisions. This study examines how discounts and bundling influence purchase decisions at Kedai Tekun, with brand image as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative approach, surveys were distributed to one hundred customers. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via Smart-PLS was employed to evaluate variable relationships. Findings reveal that discounts positively and significantly affect both brand image and purchase decisions, while bundling demonstrates a positive significant impact on purchase decisions. Interestingly, brand image negatively and significantly influences purchase decisions. Mediation analysis confirms discounts have an indirect effect on purchase decisions through brand image. Results suggest discount strategies facilitate consumer purchase decisions, whereas bundling enhances purchase intention. However, brand image requires careful management, as favorable perceptions do not necessarily increase purchase decisions. Business owners should optimize marketing effectiveness by balancing promotional strategies with strengthening brand identity and core values.

Abstract

While the body of literature on AI tools continues to grow, research on chatbot integration to support customer relationship management on e-commerce platforms remains limited. This study aims to address this gap by providing an in-depth analysis of chatbot features within a unified framework. This review employs a literature review approach, inclusion criteria, and document analysis as its review methods. The review synthesizes literature from various sources, primarily scholarly works published between 2020 and 2025, including 75 articles. Drawing on secondary data, it indicates that chatbots trace their origins to ELIZA in the 1960s and categorizes them into three main types: AI-based chatbots, rule-based chatbots, and voice-activated chatbots. Chatbots play a crucial role in digital marketing strategies by managing customer expectations, increasing satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships with platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, Alibaba, and other e-commerce sites. Additionally, they are effective tools for enhancing CRM in e-commerce, including quick responses, personalized interactions, automated replies, and 24/7 customer support. These functions improve information quality, customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty across various e-commerce settings. Ultimately, this review proposes directions for future research to further explore chatbot integration in supporting customer relationship management across different industries and environments.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and formulate a model for transforming school cooperatives into entrepreneurship incubators for students oriented toward sociopreneurship in Garut Regency. The research object includes junior and senior secondary schools that operate active school cooperatives. This study employed a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies involving school principals, cooperative managers, teachers, students, and external stakeholders. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify patterns, challenges, and best practices in cooperative transformation. The findings indicate that most school cooperatives still operate conventionally and have not been optimally integrated into entrepreneurship learning. This study proposes a transformation model based on institutional strengthening, experiential learning integration, business incubation stages, and sociopreneurship orientation. The model positions school cooperatives as school-based business incubators that enhance students’ entrepreneurial competencies and social awareness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze adaptive tourism management strategies in ecological disaster mitigation for nature-based tourism destinations in Sibolga, Indonesia. A case study approach was applied using qualitative methods supported by descriptive quantitative data collected through interviews, focus group discussions, field observations, and policy document analysis. The findings indicate that policy flexibility, stakeholder collaboration, and institutional learning have been partially implemented as adaptive practices, although the integration of ecological risk into destination planning remains weak. Adaptive tourism management plays a critical role in risk reduction and destination preparedness. The study concludes that embedding adaptive management within everyday destination governance can significantly enhance destination resilience to ecological pressures and support the long-term sustainability of coastal tourism.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Entrepreneurial Knowledge (EK), Perceived Feasibility (PF), and Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy (ESE) on Entrepreneurial Intention (EI) among retired Indonesian migrant workers in Central Java. The research employed a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 60 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The results indicated that Entrepreneurial Knowledge (EK) had a positive and significant effect on and Perceived Feasibility (PF) also had a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Intention (EI) . In contrast, Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy (ESE) had no significant effect on Entrepreneurial Intention (EI) . These findings suggest that entrepreneurial intentions among migrant retirees are more strongly influenced by the level of entrepreneurial knowledge and perceptions of business feasibility than by confidence in their own abilities.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study analyzes the integration of Social Entrepreneurship (SE), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and the Triple Helix Model within the framework of the Digital and Sustainable Entrepreneurship Nation (DTSEN) as a strategy to strengthen sustainable entrepreneurship and empower MSMEs in Indonesia. Using a Systematic Literature Review of 15 selected articles, the study reveals that SE drives social innovation and enhances MSME resilience, while CSR provides strategic resources such as funding, training, and technological support. The Triple Helix functions as a collaborative framework connecting academia, government, and industry to build a more inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem. The analysis identifies a theoretical gap due to the absence of an integrative model explaining the causal relationship among the three elements, as well as empirical gaps stemming from limited quantitative and longitudinal studies measuring their impact on MSMEs. Contextual challenges, including digital readiness disparities and regional capacity differences, further complicate implementation. These findings highlight the need for a comprehensive, adaptive integrative model to support DTSEN and strengthen Indonesia’s sustainable economic development. Keywords: Social Entrepreneurship, CSR, Triple Helix, DTSEN, Sustainable Entrepreneurship, MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to identify research directions and theoretical contributions regarding the integration of Social Entrepreneurship (SocEn) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) through the Triple Helix framework in the context of poverty alleviation policies based on Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTSEN) as stipulated in Presidential Instruction No. 4 of 2025. Through a systematic analysis of 15 journals (5 Scopus, 2 Sinta 2, 2 Sinta 3, and 6 Sinta 5), this study identifies three main research gap dimensions. Theoretically, there is no integrative framework connecting SocEn, CSR, and the Triple Helix in the context of DTSEN. Empirically, there are limited studies measuring standardized social impacts and multi-stakeholder collaboration. Contextually, research in developing countries, especially Indonesia, is still limited in exploring the role of digitalization and local wisdom. Research recommendations include the development of a data-driven collaborative model to increase the effectiveness of poverty alleviation programs through academia-business-government synergy supported by digital transformation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how process-based social innovation facilitates value creation and value transformation within disability based social entrepreneurship. Using an exploratory qualitative approach, the research focuses on Batik Ciprat Disabilitas Karangpatihan, Ponorogo, through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. The findings reveal that adaptive production design particularly the ciprat batik technique functions as a key mechanism for transforming disability-related limitations into creative and economic assets. The innovation generates dual value in the form of social inclusion and economic sustainability, while simultaneously producing communal value through enhanced social capital and institutional recognition at the village level. More importantly, the interaction of social, economic, and communal values enables a deeper transformation of identity, stigma, and economic independence among artisans with disabilities. This study contributes to the social entrepreneurship literature by demonstrating that value transformation emerges from process innovation rather than outcomes alone, highlighting the strategic role of inclusive work design in achieving sustainable and dignified economic participation.
