Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to explore the experience of Work-Family Conflict (WFC) among millennial married women with children in West Java through a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design. The research method involved in-depth interviews with seven purposively selected participants, focusing on subjective narratives regarding time-based conflicts, emotional tensions, behaviours, as well as triggering factors such as lack of system support and children's conditions. The results revealed that WFC is experienced in a multidimensional way, with time-based conflict and emotional strain being the main challenges, while the transfer of disciplinary behaviour from work to family was also a significant phenomenon. The findings suggest the need for more flexible organisational policies and psychological support to reduce the impact of WFC. In conclusion, this study provides an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of WFC in millennial women who are married and have children in West Java, emphasising the importance of cultural and social context in the management of this conflict.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and human relations on employee performance with mental health awareness as an intervening variable. The research was conducted on 385 respondents who were handicraft MSMEs in Garut Regency using quantitative methods and the SEM-PLS approach. The research results show that leadership style and human relations have a significant effect on employee performance both directly and through mental health awareness. These findings reinforce the importance of psychological stability in supporting work performance. The analysis results show that leadership style has a significant influence on improving employee performance levels. It is proven that employee work quality, discipline, and productivity are improved by leaders who communicate openly, set an example, and motivate their subordinates. Furthermore, employee performance is improved through good interpersonal relationships, which include emotional support and mutual respect. Although most respondents have an understanding and behavior that supports their mental health, mental health awareness does not directly influence the relationship between leadership style and human relations on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price, vendor image, location, physical environment, and perceived nutritional value on repurchase decisions among consumers of street food vendors in Garut Regency. The increasing popularity of street food consumption highlights the importance of understanding the factors that influence consumer loyalty and repeat purchase behavior. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 150 respondents who are consumers of street food across various areas in Garut Regency. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS software. The results indicate that price, vendor image, physical environment, and perceived nutritional value have a positive and significant effect on repurchase decisions, while location does not show a significant influence. Among the five factors, vendor image and perceived nutritional value have the most dominant impact on consumers’ decisions to repurchase food from street vendors. These findings provide important implications for street food entrepreneurs to consider pricing strategies, improve business image, choose strategic locations, maintain the physical environment of their stalls, and provide clear information about the nutritional value of their products in order to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of rural infrastructure funds policy implementation on funds management and the effectiveness of their usage in Garut Regency. The study employed an explanatory method with evaluation techniques. The population consisted of 421 villages across 42 districts, with 84 villages selected through purposive sampling, using the Headman as the unit of analysis. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, while hypothesis testing used path analysis. The results show that policy implementation significantly influences funds management (49.93%) and the effectiveness of funds usage (total effect 31.11%). Funds management also has a significant effect on the effectiveness of usage (33.24%). Overall, policy implementation contributes positively to management and effectiveness, with a total influence of 64.36%, while 35.64% is explained by other factors. Direct effects of policy implementation on effectiveness reached 17.80%, with an indirect effect through management of 13.31%. The study also highlights several problems: (1) inadequate quality of village apparatus in policy implementation, (2) lack of effective determination of policy alternatives in funds management, and (3) delays in financial report submissions by many rural governments. These findings suggest the need for capacity-building and stricter monitoring to optimize rural infrastructure funds usage.
