Abstract

This study discusses the influence of social media on interest in buying copilogy products. The relationship used in this study is a causal relationship with 60 Garut domiciled consumer respondents who have already tried their products. The data analysis technique used is simple regression with the application of SPSS 20. The measurement scale used by researchers is the interval scale. This study uses primary data and secondary data obtained from books, journals, literature, scientific works from the internet with relevant sources. The primary data collection technique in this study is an online questionnaire that contains a number of structured statements given to respondents through Google forms and respondents provide answers based on a Likert scale of 1-5, starting from 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree). The conclusion of this research is the significant effect between the influence of Social Media on Kopilogi Buy Interest.

Abstract

Abstract– This study aims to determine the reasons for the reduction in the number of conventional bank employees. Some data collected by researchers of several banks that experienced a decline were PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. Especially for bank employees only in 2017 the number of Danamon employees in 2017 reached 16,811 people this number decreased by 6,021 when compared to 2016 with a number of 22,832. This number shows a decrease of 4,391 people when compared to 2015 with a total of 27,223.The same thing was experienced by PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (Bank Mandiri). This red plate bank also experienced a decrease in the number of employees. Based on financial reports published annually, Bank Mandiri employees number 38,307 people, a decrease of 633 people compared to the 2016 period of 38,940. Likewise, BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia) which has 27,209 employees decreased by 975 compared to 2016 with 28,184 employees. Maybank also has fewer employees. In 2017, based on financial statements without audits the number of employees reached 6,727 people, a decrease of 181 compared to 2016 of 6,908. This number is down 513 people compared to the previous year with a total of 7,421 employees. This study uses qualitative research methods, namely in-depth interview data collection with former employees and active banking employees. The researcher also conducted focus group discussions / FGD (Forum Group Discussion) between active bank employees and former banking employees who had resigned.As a result, there are two main factors that cause the reduction in the number of conventional bank employees in Indonesia. First, physical factors, namely technological advances in the industrial era 4.0. The second psychological psychological factor, namely the increase in knowledge and confidence of bank employees on the prohibition of usury based on Islamic teachings. Abstrak- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui alasan berkurangnya jumlah karyawan bank konvensional. Beberapa data yang dihimpun peneliti beberapa bank yang mengalami penurunan adalah PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. Khusus untuk karyawan bank saja pada tahun 2017 jumlah karyawan Danamon tahun 2017 mencapai 16.811 orang jumlah ini menurun 6.021 saat dibandingkan tahun 2016 dengan jumlah 22.832. Jumlah ini menunjukkan turun 4.391 orang saat dibandingkan tahun 2015 dengan jumlah 27.223. Hal yang sama juga dialami oleh PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (Bank Mandiri). Bank plat merah ini juga mengalami penurunan jumlah pegawai. Berdasarkan laporan keuangan yang terbit setiap tahun, pegawai Bank Mandiri berjumlah 38.307 orang, menurun 633 orang dibandingkan periode 2016 yang berjumlah 38.940. Demikian juga untuk BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia) yang mempunyai karyawan 27.209 menurun 975 dibandingkan tahun 2016 dengan jumlah karyawan 28.184. Maybank juga berkurang pegawainya. Tahun 2017, berdasar laporan keuangan tanpa audit jumlah karyawan mencapai 6.727 orang mengalami penurunan 181 dibanding tahun 2016 sebanyak 6.908. Jumlah ini turun 513 orang dibanding tahun sebelumnya dengan jumlah 7.421 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yaitu pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam dengan para mantan pegawai dan pegawai aktif perbankan. Peneliti juga melakukan diskusi kelompok terarah / FGD (Forum Group Discussion) diantara pegawai bank yang aktif dan mantan pegawai perbankan yang telah mengundurkan diri. Hasilnya, terdapat dua faktor utama yang menyebabkan berkurangnya jumlah karyawan bank konvensional di Indonesia. Pertama, faktor fisik yakni kemajuan teknologi pada era industri 4.0. Kedua faktor psikologis emosional, yakni meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keyakinan karyawan bank atas haramnya riba berdasarkan ajaran Islam.

Abstract

Abstract - Customer based brand equity has recently emerged in both academic literature and practitioner discussions. The number of e-commerce that began to be established into consideration for every consumer to determine where they will shop online. In order to reduce the potential for customers to choose other e-commerce, companies need to increase customer-based brand equity. This research was conducted at one e retail in Indonesia through an online survey. Measurement of customer based brand equity uses dimensions 1) Emotional connection, 2) Online Experience, 3) Responsive Service Nature, 4) Trust, and 5) Fulfillment. The method used was an explanatory survey with 200 Tabachnick and Fidell sample techniques. The data analysis technique used is structural equation modeling (SEM) with the AMOS 22.0 for Windows program. The findings of this study indicate that the dimension of responsive service nature as a whole has the highest value, while for the dimension that has the lowest value is trust. Abstrak - Ekuitas merek berbasis pelanggan baru-baru ini muncul baik dalam literatur akademik dan diskusi praktisi. Jumlah e-commerce yang terus bertambah menjadi pertimbangan bagi setiap konsumen untuk menentukan di mana mereka akan berbelanja online. Untuk mengurangi potensi pelanggan memilih e-commerce lain, perusahaan perlu meningkatkan ekuitas merek berbasis pelanggan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu e retail di Indonesia melalui survei online. Pengukuran ekuitas merek berbasis pelanggan menggunakan dimensi 1) Emotional connection, 2) Online Experience, 3) Responsive Service Nature, 4) Trust, and 5) Fulfillment. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory survei dengan 200 responden dan teknik perhitungan sampel dari Tabachnick dan Fidell. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pemodelan persamaan struktural (SEM) dengan program AMOS 22.0 for Windows. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dimensi sifat Responsive Service Nature secara keseluruhan memiliki nilai tertinggi, sedangkan untuk dimensi yang memiliki nilai terendah adalah Trust.

Abstract

Abstract– The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of price and brand image on purchasing decisions. The method used in this research is nonprobability sampling. The sampling technique used in this study was accidental sampling, data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that price influences purchasing decisions and brand image influences purchasing decisions. Simultaneously brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstrak– Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pengaruh harga dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian. Metode yang digunakan dalamalam penelitian ini adalah nonprobability sampling. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah accidental sampling, pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dan brand image berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simulta brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Insentif dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Smartfren Telecom. Metode pengambilan data yang dilakukan oleh peneliti dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada karyawan (Sales) Modern Trade PT. Smartfren Telecom sebanyak 64 orang. Validitas instrument penelitian dilakukan dengan analisis butir hitung dengan rumus korelasi product moment, uji t, regresi linier dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penghitungan dengan rumus korelasi product moment menghasilkan nilai koefisien korelasi X1 sebesar 0,8879 dan koefisien korelasi X2 sebesar 0,8083. Hasil uji t menunjukan t hitung > t tabel dengan nilai t hitung untuk variable X1 sebesar 13,3825dan t hitung untuk variable X2 sebesar 8,6664 sedangkan nilai t tabel sebesar 1,6741. Regresi linier menghasilkan koefisien regresi (Y), untuk variable X1 dengan nilai Y sebesar 1,018dan dan variable X2 nilai Y sebesar 1,052. Pada koefisien determinasi didapatkan hasil KD1 sebesar 78,8366% dan KD2 sebesar 65,3348%. Koefisien determinasi ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari pemberian insentif dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yang baik.

Abstract

Abstract- Innovation is the main element to obtain sustainable competitive advantage. Based on the report from Global Innovation Index (GII), Indonesia has ranked on 85th position. The rank is behind neighboring country in Southeast Asia. Indonesia still need to improve their innovation activity. However, there are not much literature that discuss the determinant factors in order to improve innovation activity comprehensively in developing countries, especially Indonesia. The objective of this article is to build a review from previous study and discover the determinant factors that can improve innovation activity. This article use systematic literature review. The result is that there are 7 determinant factors that can improve innovation activity in developing country. Those 7 factors are separated into internal factors and external factors. Abstrak- Inovasi merupakan elemen utama untuk mendapatkan keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan. Berdasarkan laporan dari Global Innovation Index (GII), Indonesia berada di peringkat ke-85 dan berada di bawah negara-negara di Asia Tenggara lainnya. Indonesia masih perlu untuk meningkatkan aktivitas inovasi. Namun, masih sedikit literatur yang membahas faktor kunci dari inovasi secara komprehensif di negara berkembang, khususnya di Indonesia. Sehingga, dibutuhkan sebuah studi untuk mencari tahu faktor-faktor kunci apa saja yang dapat meningkatkan aktivitas inovasi di negara berkembang, khususnya di Indonesia. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk melakukan tinjauan terhadap penelitian terdahulu dan menemukan hal apa saja yang menjadi faktor untuk meningkatkan aktivitas inovasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur sistematis. Hasilnya, terdapat 7 faktor kunci yang dapat meningkatkan aktivitas inovasi di negara berkembang. Ketujuh faktor tersebut terbagi menjadi faktor internal dan faktor eksternal.

Abstract

Abstract Alert and always adaptive is the key for an organization or company to survive in the current pandemi COVID-19. This pandemic becomes an unexpected external crisis and is beyond anyone's prediction, making high uncertainty not only for the sustainability of the organization also becomes uncertainty for the workforce/individuals within it. Organizations are required to have directions and ways to deal with pandemics that have never happened before, so that many new solutions are found in dealing with impacts that arise when the organization's operations run in the middle of a pandemic. This article focuses on discussing some of the challenges and implications of the impact caused by COVID-19 in human resource (HR) science. The workforce must be assisted by the organization in adjusting and adapting to the new work environment. This research also directs some suggestions for future research so as to create sustainability and integrated research to overcome the challenges that are further investigated. Abstract

Abstract- This study aims to determine the adaptation and new habits of the company's HRD during the Covid-19 pandemic and to find out what policies are to anticipate the company's sustainability. The research method used is a qualitative method by conducting interviews with respondents in accordance with the requirements. The technique used is the documentation technique to collect data from various sources and information. The type of data is secondary data from the results of previous studies and information sourced from the media and news. It was found that since the spread of Covid-19 to the increase in the number of positive exposures in July 2020 the government made a PSBB policy and emphasized strict health protocols. This shift has an impact on the way HRD works in the company. Some large companies adapt and implement new normal habits as one of the policies to survive, and a small number of companies make a delay and cancel the work agenda. Abstrak- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adaptasi dan kebiasaan baru yang dilakukan HRD perusahaan dimasa pandemik Covid-19 serta untuk mengetahui kebijakan-kebijakan apa saja untuk mensiasati keberlangsungan perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara kepada responden yang sesuai dengan persyaratan. Teknik yang digunakan yaitu teknik dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber dan informasi. Jenis data berupa data sekunder hasil penelitian terdahulu dan informasi yang bersumber dari media dan berita. Ditemukan bahwa sejak terjadinya persebaran Covid-19 hingga melonjaknya jumlah paparan positif dibulan Juli 2020 pemerintah membuat kebijakan PSBB dan menekankan protokol kesehatan dengan ketat. Adanya pergeseran ini berdampak pada cara kerja HRD di perusahaan. Beberapa besar perusahaan melakukan adaptasi dan mengimplementasi kebiasaan baru sebagai salah satu kebijakan untuk bertahan, dan sebagian kecil perusahaan melakukan penundaan dan pembatalan agenda pekerjaan.

The research method used is a qualitative method with interviews with respondents in accordance with the requirements. Abstract

Abstract- This study aims to discuss the effect of Capital Structure, Profitability, Company Risk on the value of the Wholesale sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. Either partially or simultaneously related. The total population of this study was 44 companies and only 13 companies met the criteria to be sampled. The sample research method used was purposive sampling. Multiple linier regression analysis that includes: Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity, Autokoleration Test, Multiple Linear Regression Hypothesis Test, and Hypothesis Test using the coefficient of Determination, F Test and t Test.The results showed that the capital structure is partially determined and significant to of Company’s Value, Profitability partially determined and significant to of the Company’s Value, and Company Risk partially determined and significant to of the Company’s Value. The Capital Structure, Profitability and Risk of the Company determines and is significant to the Company’s Value with an Adjusted R value of 0,337 or 33,7%. Abstrak- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Struktur modal,Profitabilitas,Risiko Perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan sub Sektor Wholesale yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018. Baik berhubungan secara parsial atau simultan. Jumlah populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 44 perusahaan dan hanya 13 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria untuk dijadikan sampel. Metode penelitian sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling purposive. Analisis regresi linier berganda yaitu meliputi: Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikolonieritas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas,Uji Autokolerasi, Uji Hipotesis Regresi Linier Berganda, dan Uji Hipotesis menggunakan koefisien Determinasi, Uji F dan Uji t. hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara Parsial struktur modal berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Profitabilitas berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, dan Risiko Perusahaan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Secara Simultan Struktur Modal, Profitabilitas dan Risiko Perusahaan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan nilai Adjusted R sebesar 0,337 atau 33,7%.
