Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of total assets, profitability and audit fees on audit delay of manufacturing industry companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used in this study is the documentation method, which is by collecting and recording financial statements. The data source used is secondary data in the form of financial statements of manufacturing industry companies listed on the Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018 which can be obtained through the site www.idx.co.id. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with 39 units of data analysis. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 24.0 program. The results showed that (1) total assets had a significant positive effect on audit delay of manufacturing industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. (2) Profitability has a negative or no significant effect on audit delay of manufacturing industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, (3) Audit fee has a significant positive effect on audit delay of manufacturing industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu dan Shitsuke) merupakan “Intisari untuk Kaizen”. Seiri adalah kegiatan untuk menyingkirkan atau membuang barang-barang yang tidak diperlukan dan juga memilah dan mengelompokan barang-barang sesuai dengan jenis dan fungsinya. Seiton adalah menyusun atau meletakan bahan dan barang sesuai dengan tempatnya agar mudah ditemukan kembali atau dijangkau bila diperlukan. Seiko adalah membersihkan semua fasilitasdan lingkungan kerja dari kotoran serta membuang sampah pada tempatnya. Seikuetsu adalah menjaga kebersihan pribadi, selalu mematuhi ketiga tahapan (seiri, seiton, seiko). Shitsuke adalah sikap untuk mematuhi aturan, disiplin mengenai kebersihan, kerapian terhadap peralatan dan tempat kerja. Metode Penelitian Implementasi 5S Dalam Meningkatkan Efisiensi Divisi Service Perusahaan Manufaktur Di Tangerang, menggunakan penelitian deskriptif disini adalah mengumpulkan data berdasarkan faktor-faktor dalam 5 S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu dan Shitsuke) yaitu menjadi suatu pendukung terhadap objek penelitian, dan kemudian menganalisa faktor-faktor yang relevan. The term of 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu and Shitsuke) is the "Point for Kaizen". Seiri is an activity to get rid of or discard items that are not needed and also to sort and group items according to their type and function. Seiton is arranging or placing materials and goods in accordance with the place so that it is easily found again or reached when needed. Seiko is cleaning all facilities and work environment from dirt and throwing trash in its place. Seikuetsu is maintaining personal hygiene, always obeying the three stages (seiri, seiton, seiko). Shitsuke is the attitude to obey the rules, discipline regarding cleanliness, tidiness of the equipment and workplace. 5S Implementation Research Methods for Improving the Efficiency of Manufacturing Service Division in Tangerang, using descriptive research here is collecting data based on factors in 5 S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu and Shitsuke) that is to be a supporter of the research object, and then analyze relevant factors.

Abstract

Pemasaran online melalui gambar produk yang menarik didukung kata-kata yang tepat mampu mengundang konsumen untuk membeli suatu produk. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran guna meningkatkan kemampuan pemasaran digital yang dibutuhkan oleh dunia usaha dan industri saat ini. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di SMKN 1 Tambun Selatan siswa kelas XI Prodi Tata Boga.. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research & Development dengan model Borg & Gall yang dibatasi hingga desain dan pengembangan produk. Hasil penelitian (1) SMKN 1Tambun Selatan masih mengajarkan metode pemasaran offline dan pelajaran pemasaran bersifat hapalan (2) Pengembangan materi yaitu desain grafis pada iklan, pengenalan tool photoshop dan konsep AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) pada iklan; (3) Desain produk pembuatan cover, isi dan penutup pada booklet.

Abstract

The use of new innovations as tools to face competition is indeed considered effective enough to win the market. The absence of innovation will make consumers feel bored, leave the product, and we can be sure the business will sink amid the hustle and bustle of competition. This study analyzes the application of innovation strategy concepts in companies and SMEs. The approach in this study is scientific analysis of the literature and previous research on innovation strategies in SMEs. Based on the results of the study, the conceptual framework of the application of SME strategies was obtained, both dimensions, indicators and key to success and obstacles. The implication of this research is that there is an appropriate concept that can be used to develop research in the field of innovation strategy.

Abstract

Anticipating the era of Society 5.0, communities and organizations are required to have integrated and comprehensive information access, including the management of mosques in Indonesia. This study aims at providing a strategic planning in the form of a portfolio for future application of mosques management information system services. This study was conducted with reference to Ward and Peppard’s strategic plan for information systems, which included SWOT analysis, critical success factor method and McFarlan’s strategic grid. The results showed the mosque management must have several applications, mapped into 4 quadrants (strategic, high potential, key operation, and support). It is expected that this application portfolio can help managers of mosques in Indonesia provide faster, more accurate, and more accountable information.

Abstract

This research dicusses customer satisfaction. Researcher will use desriptive design in advance to get insight and understanding about research problem, and then the result from descriptive design will be used as input for conclusive research is 66 respondents. The result of this research shows that customers will be satisfacted to consumption J.Co Donuts, J.Pops Baby Donuts, J.Coffee, J.Cool and J.Club if J.Co Donuts & Coffee offered the good innovation attributes, change behavior, suitability of offering and quality of service.

Abstract

Abstrak– Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan usaha dengan memanfaatkan potensi kunyit menjadi produk perontok bulu herbal. Produksi kunyit yang melimpah di Kabupaten Garut bertolak belakang dengan minimnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam pemanfaatannya. Disisi lain masyarakat membutuhkan produk kosmetik herbal berbahan alami dan tidak berbahaya bagi kesehatan, termasuk produk perontok bulu. Kandungan senyawa Kurkumin dan senyawa analognya pada kunyit telah dilaporkan memiliki efek biologis sebagai antiandrogenik sehingga berpotensi dalam membantu menghambat pertumbuhan rambut di bagian tubuh yang tidak inginkan seperti di area ketiak. Kunyit diolah menjadi suatu produk bernilai jual dengan membentuknya menjadi pasta kunyit sebagai produk perontok bulu herbal. Beberapa produk perontok bulu dapat ditemui dipasar. Namun perontok bulu herbal berbahan baku kunyit belum ada di pasar. Hal tersebut menjadi peluang untuk mendirikan usaha perontok bulu herbal dari kunyit. Produk ini bernama PASIKULA dikemas dalam botol kecil berisi 50 kapsul serbuk pasta kunyit dan dijual dengan harga Rp. 8.000,- yang terjangkau oleh semua kalangan masyarakat. Promosi dan pemasaran dilakukan secara aktif melalui media online dan offline. Rata-rata penjualan yang meningkat setiap bulannya merupakan bukti bahwa PASIKULA dapat diterima oleh masyarakat. PASIKULA ini memiliki peluang usaha yang cukup potensial yang mampu meningkatkan nilai ekonomis kunyit. Kata Kunci- Kunyit; Pasikula; Perontok Bulu. Abstract– The aim of this study was to develop business by exploiting the potential of turmeric (Curcuma longa Linn.) into hair removal product. The abundance production of turmeric in Garut district is contrary with the lack of public awareness in utilizing it. On the other hand, society need herbal cosmetic products made from natural and not harmfull substances to health, including hair removal product. Curcumin and its analogous compounds contained in turmeric have been reported to have biological effects as antiandrogenic, so it has the potential to help inhibit unwanted hair growth on the body for example in the armpit area. Turmeric is processed into economic value products by forming it into turmeric paste hair removal herbal product. A wide of hair removal products can be found in the market. However hair removal herbal product made from turmeric still rarely found. It is an opportunity to establish business of hair removal herbal product from turmeric. The product is named PASIKULA which is packed in a small bottle containing 50 capsules of turmeric paste powder, the price of PASIKULA is IDR 8.000,-. It makes the product affordable by all levels of society. Promotion and marketing are done actively through online and offline media. The average sales which are increasing every month is an evidence that PASIKULA can be accepted by the society. PASIKULA has potential business opportunities that it is able to increase the economic value of turmeric. Keywords- Turmeric; Pasikula; Hair Removal.

Abstract

Abstract– The era of education released by the industrial revolution 4.0 is called Education 4.0, which is characterized by digital technology in the learning process known as the cyber system and is able to create a continuous learning process without space and time limits. The challenges of education in the 4.0 industrial revolution era specifically in Indonesia also spoke of competencies that were able to compete with developments. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey with a simple random sampling technique of 130 respondents. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis with SPSS 23.0 for Windows. The results show that the exhibition of Education and Entrepreneurship in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 fits the good category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Entrepreneurship Knowledge on Self Efficacy and its impact on entrepreneurial interest in students. This research uses descriptive and associative methods conducted on 68 respondents who are students of the, University of Garut. Data processing techniques used by researchers are validity, reliability, and data analysis methods using path analysis. The tool used is SPSS Software 20.0. The results of this study are entrepreneurial knowledge can affect self efficacy and have an impact on the emergence of entrepreneurial interest in students.

Abstract

The global pandemic of COVID-19 has created dramatic and unprecedented challenges for individuals, the economy, financial markets, financial institutions and governments. The purpose of this study was to determine how much change in financial behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a literature review method by comparing several previous research findings that are relevant to the COVID-19 pandemic problem. The results of this study reveal changes in financial behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially in urban areas that are in the red zone and many financial transactions.
