Abstract

Technological developments in the business world, especially in the field of human resources, can be both opportunities and threats.   To deal with it, human resources must be able to adapt to technological developments and improve their skills.   Technological transformation in human resource management involves collecting, maintaining, and updating employee data as well as activities such as recruitment, selection, training, and Performance management.  Discipline is an important factor in employee assessment, because good discipline can prevent ineffectiveness at work.  Human Resources Information System (HRIS) applications, such as the Integrated Human Capital System (DigiHC), can support effective and efficient management of employee discipline, but challenges remain in the use of these applications, such as filling attendance that is less than optimal. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the use of the DigiHC application in measuring employee discipline at Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) KCU Perguruan Tinggi Bandung. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Primary data were collected through observation and interviews with related parties, while secondary data came from junals and reports. The results of this research are expected to help BNI in improving employee discipline through the  use of the DigiHC application.

Abstract

This study attempts to ascertain the degree to which Brand Image and Country of Origin affect Purchase Decisions of Something Products in Bandung City. A quantitative research method was employed. 100 respondents made up the study's sample size. Multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing are used in this investigation. SPSS 25 was used by the researchers for data processing. The Purchasing Decision Variable (Y) for Something products will increase as a result of the variables Country of Origin (X 1) and Brand Image (X 2), according to the results of the multiple linear analysis. The variables Country of Origin (X 1) and Brand Image (X 2) had a partial influence on Purchase Decision (Y) with t counts of 3.155 and 5.228, respectively. 60.7% of the influence comes from country of origin and brand image, with the remainder coming from other factors.

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the Effect of Digital Transformation on Innovation Management and Entrepreneurial Culture at an Edutainment Startup Company in Uzbekistan. This research utilizes a quantitative approach and a questionnaire as the primary tool to collect data from 46 employees in that company. The collected data were analyzed through a comprehensive analysis of data using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results revealed a substantial and positive effect of Digital Transformation on Innovation Management and Entrepreneurial Culture. This impact was influenced not only by direct effects but also through the mediating roles of Innovation Management. The implications highlight the strategic importance of embracing digital transformation to enhance innovation management and entrepreneurial culture in the relevant sectors. This implies that organizations should view digital transformation as more than just an adoption of technology but as a strategic initiative that can shape the very culture and mindset of the company, driving innovation and entrepreneurship from within. The research adds valuable novelties to the growing body

Abstract

The research presented in this article investigates the impact of E-commerce E-Service Quality on Product Repurchase Intentions in Mekarwangi Village, West Bandung Regency. The study was conducted with a sample of 20 frequent users of the E-Commerce application in Mekarwangi Village, analyzed using the Rasch Model. The results indicate that E-service quality does not have a significant influence on customers' intentions to repurchase products through their chosen E-commerce platform. Despite the presence of certain subpar E-Services, customers continue to utilize the E-Commerce platform.

Abstract

The study was to investigate the effect of the health level of banking companies using the RGEC method, namely to analyze the effect of Risk Profile estimated by Non-Performing Loans, Good Corporate Governance estimated by self-assessment values, Earnings estimated by Return on Assets and Capital estimated by Capital Adequacy Ratio to firm value derived from Tobin's Q value in banking companies indexed by SRI-KEHATI during the 2012-2021 period. The research used descriptive verification method. The research sample consists of 4 (four) banking companies selected using purposive sampling technique. This study uses panel data regression which is processed with Eviews 9.0 software to determine the effect of each independent variable on firm value. The results of this study indicate that Good Corporate Governance, Earnings and Capital have a significant influence on firm value. While the Risk Profile has no influence on firm value. The results of this study have implications for the development of financial management science, especially providing additional knowledge regarding the effect of the SRI-KEHATI indexed bank’s health level on its firm value.Keywords: Bank Health Level, Firm Value, RGEC Method, SRI-KEHATI Index

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the impact of Digital Technology Adoption on Business Process Management, Organizational Agility, and Economic Value Creation in an e-commerce development company in Uzbekistan. This research utilizes a quantitative approach and a questionnaire as the primary tool to collect data from 42 employees of an e-commerce development company in Uzbekistan. The collected data were analyzed through a comprehensive analysis of data using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results revealed a substantial and positive effect of Digital Technology Adoption on Business Process Management, Organizational Agility, and Economic Value Creation. This impact was influenced not only by direct effects but also through the mediating roles of Business Process Management and Organizational Agility. The implications highlight the strategic importance of embracing digital technology adoption to enhance business process management, organizational agility, and ultimately, economic value creation in the relevant sectors. For the broader e-commerce sector in Uzbekistan, the research provides valuable evidence of the positive impact of digital technologies on organizational outcomes. The novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive examination of the interplay between digital technology adoption, business process management, organizational agility, and economic value creation in the specific context of an e-commerce development company in Uzbekistan, contributing valuable insights to the emerging field of digital transformation in the region

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze motivation, leadership style and educational qualifications on employee performance. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative research approach. The size of the research sample is 165 employees at the Department of Energy, Resources and Minerals of West Java Province. The technique of determining the sample is based on criteria. Data collection techniques using observation techniques and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses path analysis using the SPSS application. The results of the study indicate that motivation, leadership style and educational qualifications have an effect either partially or simultaneously on employee performance

Abstract

The objective of this research was to analyze the integrity and professionalism on performance toward job’s achievement. The method used was survey method with quantitative approach. The sample size was 310 Respondents that were an Policeman in Setukpa-Lemdiklat Sukabumi. The sampling technique was proportional random sampling in 4 batalyon. The data was collected by observation technique and questioner. Data Analysis technique used structural equation modeling (SEM) with AMOS Software. The result consist of four structural model showing the following result: (1)integrity and professionalism has significant effect on job’s achievement; (2) the integrity and professionalism has significant effect on performance; (3)the integrity and professionalism has significant effect on performance with the intervening of job’s achievement, and (4) the job’s achievement has significance effect on performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to look at the impact of brand reputation on customer emotional attachment in a few selected quoted deposit money banks in Asaba, Delta State, Nigeria. In order to investigate the variables, the study used a cross-sectional survey. The primary source of data was a self-administered questionnaire that yielded 73 valid responses. The Spearman correlation and multiple regression statistics were used to assess the hypotheses. The tests were conducted with a 95% confidence interval and a significance level of 0.05. Customers' emotional attachment to selected quoted deposit money banks in Asaba, Delta State, Nigeria is favorably and considerably influenced by brand reputation, according to the findings of the study. The research also found that good brand satisfaction, affection and identification were associated with quoted deposit money banks in Asaba, Delta State. The study suggests, among other things, that bank executives ensure that they can be easily distinguished from their competitors by carefully crafting an identity that is distinct from their competitors' and clearly communicating their performance history and reputation to customers and the general public.

Abstract

To gain knowledge and analyze the factors that influence the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting. And to find out the comparison of the breadth and informativeness of annual reports from manufacturing companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index and Bursa Malaysia. This research design uses a causality description technique with a quantitative approach. This study used a purposive sampling technique to determine the sample used in this study. The data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis technique using an analytical tool in the form of the Eviews version 10. The results show that the level of liquidity, leverage and company age have a positive and significant effect, while the level of profitability and the size of the board of commissioners do not. significant effect on the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting. Based on each variable, it shows that the Jakarta Islamic Index is superior to the level of disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting, the level of profitability, and the level of leverage. Meanwhile, Bursa Malaysia only excels in terms of liquidity. For the size of the board of commissioners and the age level of the company, both the Jakarta Islamic Index and Bursa Malaysia yield the same results, which have met the standards of their respective provisions. The application of the disclosure of the Islamic Social Reporting Index in the annual reports published by manufacturing companies becomes more extensive, informative and pays attention to sharia compliance as a form of responsibility to Allah SWT and humans. This research is a direct study of the influence of the factors that influence the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting, as well as comparing the two countries. These results show that the Jakarta Islamic Index is better and informative regarding the content of annual report publications based on the Islamic Social Reporting Index compared to Bursa Malaysia.
