Data will be obtained from distributing questionnaires to 33 employees in 3 start-up companies in Indonesia who have outsourced employees who are also students. Then the data will be processed using SEM-PLS data analysis techniques using SmartPLS software. The findings in the literature show that there is a negative influence of work study conflict on work motivation, a positive influence of work from home on work motivation, and a positive influence of role clarity on work motivation

Abstract

Purpose—This study explored the current state and challenges of Gurame fish fry production in Tasikmalaya City despite its significant potential. The research aims to identify key issues affecting production levels and provide insights for potential improvements. Understanding these factors is crucial for addressing the decline in production and enhancing the industry's sustainability.Design/methods/approach – Data was collected through interviews with 25 randomly selected respondents from Gurame fish fry breeding groups. The research utilized qualitative methods to gather detailed information on production processes and problems faced by breeders.Findings – The study revealed that the decline in Gurame fish fry production is primarily attributed to weather conditions (52%) and disease outbreaks (17%). Additionally, the quality of broodstock also contributes to the reduction in fry production (8%). Currently, most breeders’ income ranges from Rp 500,000 to Rp 1,500,000, which is below the district's minimum wage.Research implications/limitations—This research's limitations include the small sample size and the reliance on self-reported data, which may affect the generalizability of the findings. The study also did not explore all potential factors affecting production, such as feed quality and management practices.Originality/value – This study provides valuable insights into the factors impacting Gurame fish fry production in Tasikmalaya City. It suggests that adopting recirculating aquaculture systems and improving broodstock quality by avoiding inbreeding could enhance production. Future research should explore these recommendations further and examine additional factors influencing production stability.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of brand awareness of the Oorange Unpad Café products on consumer purchasing interest. This research uses a quantitative descriptive multiple linear regression analysis method with the research target, namely respondents consisting of visitors to the Oorange Unpad Café. Based on the results obtained from multiple linear regression analysis, the majority of the five dependent variables show a significant and strong relationship with the independent variables. However, the five multiple linear regression results had P-Value values that were not significant due to several factors that hampered the research. The variable consumer satisfaction with service at Oorange Unpad Café and the variable consumer satisfaction with menu variations at Oorange Unpad Café show the most positive and significant relationship with the independent variables with a Multiple R value of 0.85 and an R Square of 0.72 which is considered quite high compared to other variables.

Abstract

In Indonesia, coffee has become a close part of life among low and high society, with the entry of one of the coffee shops into the coffee industry in Indonesia and International coffee chain being one of them, this factor has a big impact on the lifestyle of people in Indonesia. In consuming Starbuck products, for people who have a high opinion or adequate economy, of course it is easy to buy products from International coffee chain, but for people who have a low income, they might think before buying products from International coffee chain. At this time drinking coffee has become a culture among the public and International coffee chain has succeeded in giving "identity" to its consumers. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of brand image and promotion on consumer loyalty at International coffee chain Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The data obtained from 162 respondents were analyzed using several techniques with the aim of testing the relationship between the independent variables brand image (X1) and promotion (X2) on the dependent variable consumer loyalty (Y). The results showed that brand image and promotion simultaneously had a significant influence on consumer loyalty. Therefore, it can be concluded that brand image and promotion have a positive and significant relationship with International coffee chain consumer loyalty in Indonesia. Therefore, this research is expected to encourage International coffee chain to continue to improve the quality and innovation of its products, so that International coffee chain products will be increasingly recognized by consumers and the wider community. However, International coffee chain still has to do more active promotions because the development of advanced technology causes many variations in promotion so that there are many unique and efficient variations for promotion.

Abstract

The existence of low internal control is always associated with the amount of audit fees that will be paid by the company, while good internal control can reduce audit fees. Moreover, the audit fee is an important thing for an auditor in carrying out his duties. Therefore, this study aims to find out how internal control affects the determination of audit fees. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive and associative approach. The data for this study uses secondary data available on the Stock Exchanges in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand in 2022. The results in this study indicate that internal control cannot affect audit fees because the determination of existing audit fees is based on an agreement made by the auditor and the company with a look at the various factors that exist in the company.
