Abstract

There is a background in the Plumbing-Fitting industry from PT. Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk which was taken over a period of 3 years, namely 2017 - 2019. From the data collected, it turns out that every year there are problems that always recur, seen with the flow of processes and supply chain effectiveness from the functions of the PPIC, Incoming QC, Customer (Vendor) Departments. and Warehouse Incoming where the problem always existed in those years. Researchers try to approach the problem with an approach that uses tools or tools sequentially, including: Business Process Improvement, Nominal Group Technique, Pareto Diagram, Fishbone Diagram, Process Hierarchy Analysis, Long Term Relationship, which in turn is the solution of the management tool. will be applicable to the SAP system. The success of the process flow approach and supply chain management carried out here will affect the effectiveness of the procurement function with improvements to the 4 right concept, namely on time, right quantity, right price, right quality thus, 4 problems that always recur in the 2017-2019 period it will become decreased and potentially lost. The process flow improvement can be done by adding a Field to the SAP system and this is very beneficial for the PPIC and Marketing Department, while for the improvement of 3 claims from the Incoming QC Department, QC Customer (Vendor) and Incoming Warehouse by making a T-Code Detail Claim Information which later on the claim requestion will appear as a Summary Compalin Report on the SAP system so that it replaces the work process with manual software. Furthermore, the relationship between the Procurement function and the 4 problems mentioned above is that the relationship can be improved by fixing the problem of canceling the goods finish schedule and reducing the other 3 claims.

Abstract

PT. PP merupakan produsen produk rotan sintesis ramah lingkungan. Permasalahan selama ini kegiatan perawatan preventif dijadwalkan selama enam bulan sekali terhadap mesin Chiller, namun masih sering terjadi down saat mesin Chiller digunakan, namun ada kegiatan preventif  kurang yang dilakukan devisi Maintenance. Agar tujuan tersebut dapat tercapai penulis menganalisa secara detail dengan metode Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) dimana diapliakasikan awal nya adalah dengan mengetahui fungsi dan menurunnya kinerja mesin serta kerusakan yang sering terjadi atau terdeteksi pada suatu sistem maupun sub-sistem sampai pada level komponen. Tabel Failure Mode Effect Analisys (FMEA) untuk mengetahui resiko komponen kritis terbesar dengan total nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN) 270, nilai RPN Komulatif 34,98%. Hasil yang didapat berupa pemecahan masalah yaitu mengetahui penyebab yang sering mengakibatkan kegagalan atau menurunnya kinerja mesin komponen dan perusahaan melakukan interval waktu perawatan, perbaikan dan pergantian pada komponen Display Monitor 178,78 jam atau 7 hari kerja, guna meningkatnya kinerja mesin Chiller demi mendukung berjalannya proses produksi dan mengurangi gangguan yang menghambat operasional, untuk kegagalan yang lainya hanya dilakukan pemeliharaan korektif.

Abstract

UMKM X memiliki kendala dalam mendapatkan supplier dengan bahan baku kopi tumbuk dengan kriteria yang diinginkan sehingga perlu menentukan kriteria pemilihan supplier bahan baku biji kopi dengan menerapkan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process sekaligus mengukur supplier terbaik berdasarkan performa supplier dan penentuan supplier pemasok bahan baku terpilih sebagai tujuan dari penelitian ini dilakukan. Sehingga didapatkan hasil mengenai 5 (lima) kriteria yang ditentukan berupa harga, kualitas, respon supplier, ketepatan pengiriman dan pemenuhan order. Dan hasil analisa menunjukkan Eigen vektor terbesar pada kriteria pengiriman (0.33), kemudian kriteria kualitas (0.29), kemampuan order (0.17), kriteria harga (0.15), dan respon supplier (0.07). Ketepatan pengiriman adalah kriteria yang dipentingkan oleh perusahan demi lancarnya bahan baku. Supplier dengan nilai performa tertinggi adalah CV. C dengan nilai 2.711. Dari hasil perhitungan maka disarankan perusahan sebaiknya memilih CV. C sebagai supplier bahan baku kopi.

Abstract

Sumber Maju Motor is a service workshop for making custom motorcycle frames that modify the original form of a manufacturer's motorcycle frame to suit the wishes of the motorcycle owner. In the Sumber Maju Motor Workshop, there are various kinds of problems that occur. One of them is the problem that occurs several times, namely work accidents when working on the manufacture of motorcycle parts due to the K3 program not yet running. The research entitled ANALYSIS OF HAZARD CONTROL USING JOB SAFETY ANALYSIS AND FAULT TREE ANALYSIS METHODS INCUSTOM MOTOR FRAME MANUFACTURING (Case Study at Sumber Maju Motor Workshop). This study aims to identify the causes of work accidents that occur and apply the K3 system during the process of working on a custom motorcycle frame with the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method in an effort to control hazards or risks arising from the work carried out and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) to find the source of the most basic cause of an accident at work. Based on the results of the JSA, control of work accidents by procuring PPE for its employees in order to support occupational safety and health when doing work for each employee and the discipline of each employee in prioritizing work safety. While the results of the FTA analysis on the risk of being scratched by sharp edges, shortness of breath, and hearing loss are caused by various factors including equipment factors, work environment factors, and human factors that can cause work accidents.

Abstract

PT Mulya Sejahtera Technology adalah perusahaan MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) baik untuk pesawat komersial maupun non komersial dan memiliki konsumen dari seluruh Indonesia hingga Asia Tenggara. Produk yang dihasilkan PT MSTech adalah jasa maintenance pesawat terbang sesuai dengan limitations tiap pesawat. Dalam proses maintenance, selalu berupaya menghasilkan hasill yang terbaik dan sesuai dengan regulasi CASR yang keluarkan oleh DGCA. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menilai apakah keputusan menggunakan sewa moda pada perusahaan saat ini sudah efisien dengan menggunakan alat bantu ilmu ekonomi berupa metode Break Even Point (BEP). Hasil perhitungan metode BEP akan menghasilkan keputusan terbaik yang dapat diambil oleh perusahaan. hasil analisis menggunakan metode break even point  (BEP) dapat disimpulkan bahwa jika jumlah unit pesawat yang masuk ke PT MSTech sebanyak 9 unit per bulan atau 108 unit per tahun, perusahaan tidak untung maupun tidak rugi. Sehingga, sebaiknya perusahaan tetap melakukan sewa moda ATT dibandingkan dengan membeli moda ATT sendiri karena jumlah unit pesawat aktual yang melakukan maintenance di PT MSTech dibawah 120 unit pesawat per tahun.

Abstract

Rolling resistance is the force used by the wheel against the direction of motion, equal to the force required to move the wheel forward. The research was conducted at the Tire Testing Laboratory of PT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk at Jalan Gatot Subroto km7 Jatiuwung Tangerang City. To support product development and certification, PTGT currently has 2 Rolling resistance (RR) machines.The purpose of this study is that the measurement results in the Testing at the Gajah Tunggal tire testing laboratory can be accepted and recognized internationally, the RR Testing machine at the PTGT tire testing laboratory must be aligned with the reference RR engine as specified in the regulations. described in ISO 28580 clause 10. Alignment Procedures and Measurement Machine Monitoring Requirements to be followed to harmonize measurement results and allow direct inter-laboratory comparisons. This procedure shall be applied to any measuring machine whose results are claimed to conform to International Standards. The test results on the DRR-1 engine the lowest value is 6.97 and the highest value is 10.33 is 3.17 kg/ton. This maximum and minimum difference value also meets the predetermined target, which is approximately equal to 3kg/ton and the reproducibility rate is 0.015 kg/ton. The correlation value is indicated by R squared (R2), which is 0.9939 for the DRR-1 test machine. The DRR-1 rolling resistance machine complies with the regulations required by ISO 28580 and the measurement value of the machine is internationally accepted and recognized.

Abstract

Sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (SMK3) merupakan sistem yang menghubungkan memproteksi pekerja, perusahaan, lingkungan hidup, dan masyarakat sekitar dari bahaya akibat kecelakaan kerja. PT. Kunango Jantan merupakan perusahaan kontruksi sebagai penyediaan, pemrosesan, dan distribusi material baja dan beton siap pakai untuk industri konstruksi, kelistrikan, pertambangan, telekomunikasi, dan perhubungan. PT. Kunango Jantan telah membentuk Panitia Pembina Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (P2K3). Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan SMK3 di PT. Kunango Jantan dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan SMK3 tersebut. Metode penelitian dilakukan melalui wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada pihak manajemen dan pekerja di PT. Kunango Jantan.

Abstract

Maintenance is a conception of all activities needed to maintain or maintain quality so that it can function properly as in its previous condition. This research was conducted in the Mechanical Division of PT. Buwana Indonesia unit of freight transport. The problem raised in this study is the low level of work productivity for freight cars resulting from the lack of planned maintenance or maintenance activities carried out. This research method used is Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) which is a philosophy that aims to maximize the effectiveness of the facilities used in the industry, which are not only addressed in maintenance but in all aspects of the operation and installation of production facilities including increased motivation of the people working in the company. The main objective of implementing TPM at PT. Buwana Indonesia is to identify and reduce the types of damage to critical components that are the object of research and to increase Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) as a performance measure of this research. From the results of the analysis carried out, the percentage of each criterion was obtained, namely raw material criteria 47.10%, engine capacity criteria 21.80%, labor criteria 16.20% and product quality criteria 14.9%. It can be seen that the criterion that has the greatest influence on productivity in the Converting section, the first is the raw material criterion, the second is the engine capacity criterion, the third is the labor criterion, and the last is the product quality criterion.
