This study aims to analyze and determine the readiness of teachers in facing the independent curriculum and preparation in delivering science and technology material in class IV. The subjects of this study were homeroom teachers for class IV with a sample of 3 teachers at SDN Bekasi Jaya IV, SDN Bekasi Jaya V and SDN Margahayu XIX Bekasi. The method used in this writing is descriptive qualitative method. To collect data, researchers conducted observations, interviews and documentation. In preparing the Independent Curriculum, teachers are required to attend seminars or workshops, seeking information on how to apply the Independent Curriculum so that they can properly apply the curriculum during the learning process. has the responsibility of holding special training for teachers so that teachers can prepare lessons in accordance with the independent curriculum policy. The school principal also needs to routinely monitor deficiencies so that they can be used as evaluation material.

Every human being must face a risk. The way to deal with the possibility of an unexpected event is by transferring the risk to another party through an insurance agreement. The research was carried out using a normative juridical approach, especially the statutory approach, where the relevant laws and regulations will be studied in relation to the main issues that the author examines. The author draws the conclusion, based on research, that the Underwriter is responsible for setting selection standards and making decisions for all prospective customers until the policy is issued. An Underwriter is bound to make mistakes in their work. However, the Civil Code has regulated the responsibilities of employers and workers to address this issue. Article 1367 of the Civil Code states that because the insurer works for a company, the insurer will be held liable if a lawsuit occurs involving an error in the underwriting process. Thus, the rights of insurance policy holders remain protected

The low learning outcomes of class IV narrative text material make learning ineffective. The research objective is to improve student learning outcomes. The research was carried out in two cycles with the PBL (Problem Based Learning) model, in early learning the average value was 75, increased by 81 in cycle I, and Cycle II increased by 93. The percentage of completeness in early learning was 50% then in Cycle I it increased by 70 %, and Cycle II rose 95%. The percentage of incompleteness before the cycle was 50%, then Cycle I decreased by 30%, and Cycle II decreased again by 5%. The conclusion of the application of the PBL model is able to improve learning outcomes in Indonesian language class IV at SDN 02 Girimoyo, Malang Regency.

This study aims to determine the perceptions of students towards the utilazation of quizizz educational game based learning media in class 12st of the 1 Vocational High School in Serang City. This study used a survey research method with 67 respondent, and was selected randomly through random sampling technique.based on the results of the study, it shows that students consider quizizz educational game-based learning media as media that is easy to use, fun to use, that can increase learning effectiveness, media that can increase motivation and involve activeness in the learning process.as or the weaknesses, that are a problem in using quizizz educational game media according to students, namely relate to internet connections that must be stable so that they require a good network connection.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of blended learning in civic learning on the critical thinking skills of class XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 2 Tondano. This Research aims to find out information related of the stages and processes carried out by teachers in disigning learning media in 1 Junior High School of Banjar Pandeglang Regency. And to see how the teacher apply learning media in the process of implementing learning to pursue civic education along with the obstacles faced by teachers while disigning using learning media in the classroom. The type of research used in this research in descriptive qualitative to describe how the problems faced by civic education teachers in utilizing learning media at Banjar 1 Junior High School, Pandeglang Regency. In this research, the analysis technique uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques to strengthen the research data. Based the result of the study, its shows that civic education teachers hace difficulty in developing learning media and lack understanding of the stages in designing creative and innovative learning media to be utilized in the learning process at school.

Lecturers have a special obligation to compile textbooks as a guide or source of student learning in the learning process. In practice, lecturers rarely develop textbooks so that the learning process runs less smoothly. The purpose of this study is to develop and determine the feasibility of textbooks in the Citizenship Science course. The research method uses R&D (Research and Development) by Borg and Gall. Data collection techniques using literature studies and questionnaires. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the results of the assessment from material experts obtained a percentage of 82.5% with the criteria of "Very Eligible", from media experts obtained a percentage of 93.05% with the criteria of "Very Eligible", small group trials obtained a percentage of 82.29% with the criteria of "Very Eligible", and the large group trials obtained a percentage of 85.278% with the criteria of "Very Eligible". The average percentage of the four assessments is 85.779% with the "Very Eligible" criteria.

This study aims to determine the information and provide solutions to the problems faced by the principal of SMP Satap Sayar Serang, especially in the management or management of Education. In this study using descriptive qualitative research methods in which the technique of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique is done by using data reduction by determining the main things and focusing on problems or problems that exist in schools, so that from this it can provide a more focused and actual enlightenment in accordance with existing conditions to be found solutions of what causes the problems of principals in improving the quality of Education Management. Based on the results of the study showed that the problems that occur in schools are caused by human resources that are still not optimal as seen from educators and education, low public trust in schools, educational and educator performance that needs to be improved and improved together, facilities that do not have and there are still many teachers who are still honorary status and lack of supervision from the local education office in monitoring developments in schools.

This study aims to determine the impact of tiktok social media on the formation of political awareness of students at SMAN Cimanggung, Sumedang Regency and the content of tiktok social media content as political value content. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used are through interviews and observations. The results of the study concluded that: the use of tiktok social media is dominated by the millennial generation including students at SMAN Cimanggung, the content in tiktok social media contains political values that are able to shape the attitudes and behavior of students in civic life through the knowledge they get.
