Abstract

The number of local and international competitors makes companies engaged in the manufacturing industry required to be able to survive to achieve the desired goals. Therefore, the authors are interested in conducting research on companies engaged in manufacturing and construction services at PT Gerbang Saranabaja. PT Gerbang Saranabaja is a company in the form of a Limited Liability Company (PT) engaged in steel construction. The method used in this research is qualitative method. To find out the company's weaknesses and strengths, the authors use the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrices. The score for IFE is 3.90 and the score for EFE is 2.99, so that from the SPACE Matrix it can be seen that PT Gerbang Saranabaja is in a highly unprofitable condition. The results of an IE score of 3.90 and an EFE score of 2.99 were also obtained, so that PT Gerbang Saranabaja is in quadrant IV, namely with highly unprofitable conditions.

Abstract

The concept of property ownership in Islam has unique characteristics, which are in line with human nature. In contrast to the two currently developing concepts, capitalism and communism, neither system has succeeded in bringing individuals or groups into harmony with a social order of life. Individual property rights freedom is the foundation of the concept of capitalism, and the abolition of individual property rights is the main goal of socialism-communism teachings. Because humans are born into the world and do not own any property, the purpose of this paper is to investigate Islam's concept of ownership (the owner of the universe, the role of humans, and who provides everything). This article uses the literature study method, which entails gathering information from various sources, including books and related articles on property ownership in Islam. The findings of this study show that God owns everything in the universe, and humans did not have property in the world at first, but all the gifts that God gave with the guidance to use them as well as possible for the benefit of many people.

Abstract

The existence of Pancasila values in the life of the nation and state becomes a frame of reference for the attitudes, behaviors and deeds of all citizens without exception. The fact is that many attitudes, behaviors, and deeds are found that do not reflect the values of Pancasila. Such conditions cause the atmosphere of national and state life to be less conducive. If this is left unchecked, it can threaten the existence of Pancasila as the ideology and basis of the Indonesian state. Therefore, it is necessary to multiply scientific studies to find a solution. That's why this research was carried out with the title Actualization of Pancasila Values as an effort to build the character of adolescents in Kertonatan Village, Kartasura District in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. This research was conducted in the post-COVID-19 pandemic period, meaning that it was carried out after community members were less actualized, so that many attitudes, behaviors, and actions were found that were not in accordance with the values of Pancasila. If this is left unchecked, it can be a threat to the sustainability of Pancasila, therefore a solution must be found so that the value of Pancasila remains the foundation in building the character of the nation's children. In line with this phenomenon, the main problem was formulated: How to actualize the value of pancasila as an effort to build the character of adolescents in Wirogunan village during the Covid-19 pandemic? The purpose of his research is to describe the process of actualizing the value of pancasila as an effort to build the character of adolescents in Wirogunan village. The type of research is qualitative research with a case study approach, the source of the data; Teenagers, parents, community leaders, religious leaders and youth leaders in Wirogunan Village, the object is the actualization of Pancasila values, and the character of adolescents. Data collection methods: observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques Interactive techniques consist of 3 steps: data reduction, data display, data verification. Research results: based on field observations, interviews and documentation, it was found that the attitudes, behaviors, and deeds of adolescents in Wirogunan Village did not reflect the value of Pancasila as a basis for building adolescent character. The conclusion: actualizing the value of Pancasila as an effort to build RMA's character is less than optimal, it needs to be done intensively, continuously and continuously.

Abstract

The purposes of this research is to find out the teacher’s strategy in developing the civic skills of students at SMA Negeri 1 Badegan. This research was carried out for approximately 5 month using a qualitative research method that is descriptive in nature by prioritizing facts in the field in order to provide a clear picture. The data and data sources for this study came from interviews with PPKn teachers and observations at school. This study uses observation instruments and interview instruments. Data collection techiques used in this research are observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The result of the study show that in developing citizenship skills a teacher must have the right strategy. There are several strategies carried out by teacher at SMA Negeri 1 Badegan to develop students’ civic skills. The first strategy is to carry out learning in groups and show the result of group discussions to increase student activity. The the second strategy is to create a pleasant classroom atmosphere. The third strategy is to implement cooperative learning. then, the last strategy is to feel the handshake culture when meeting when finishing learning and shaking hands when meeting with the teacher.

Abstract

K-Pop or Korean Pop is a South Korean entertainment industry that is being liked by many people in the world. K-Pop culture is much liked by young people. Korean Pop is a part of the Korean Wave, namely in the music industry. The purpose of this study is to analyze the attitude of nationalism towards Pancasila that is developing among young people, especially Pontianak K-Popers and to analyze the shift in attitudes and moral ethics of young people in the K-Popers community due to the influence of foreign cultures such as K-Pop culture. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The number of informants was 16 people from various K-Popers communities in Pontianak with an age range of 17-22 years. The results of the study show that the Pontianak K-Popers community remains nationalist, even though it has lost its local identity by retaining its citizenship status as an Indonesian citizen and continuing to defend the Indonesian state if someone insults and demeans the dignity of the Indonesian nation. K-Popers also continue to apply Pancasila values ​​in their lives, but there are several attitudes that are contrary to Pancasila values. For this reason, Indonesian people must be able to filter foreign cultures that enter Indonesia by racing on Pancasila values.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the readiness of educators as revolutionary teachers in the digitalization era through the TPACK (technology, pedagogy, content, knowledge) approach to Islamic Elementary School Teacher Education students and teachers at MI Al-Islamiyah Karanganyar Paiton. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews and observation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that preparing to become a revolutionary teacher in the digital era takes several steps, namely; strengthening personal branding, increasing teacher competence TPACK and having tech savvy abilities. This research has implications with the use of the TPACK approach, can prepare themselves to become revolutionary teachers who are able to combine their knowledge with the rapid development of technology in this digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of poverty and income on divorce among people in Jambi Province. The divorce rate among people in Jambi Province for the 2018-2021 period has increased. In 2018 the divorce rate in Jambi Province was 4183, in 2019 there were 4979, in 2020 there were 7587, in 2021 there were 10,000 divorce rates. This research is a quantitative research using the Ex Post Facto research method conducted in 10 regencies/cities in Jambi Province in period 2018-2021. The research data is secondary data obtained from publication data by the Jambi Central Bureau of Statistics. The data was analyzed by Panel Data Regression Test through Eviews 12 software. The results showed that simultaneously poverty and income affect divorce in people in Jambi Province with a probability value of f-statistic, namely 0.007123 <0.05, also seen from the R-Square value, which is 0.0234, meaning that poverty and income contribute to influencing divorce by 23.4% and the rest influenced by other factors outside of this study. Poverty partially has no effect on divorce as evidenced by the probability value of the t-statistic, namely 0.0548 > 0.05. Income partially has a significant effect on divorce with a probability value of t-statistic 0.0411 <0.05.

Abstract

Mathematical reasoning ability is one of the five standard processes in mathematics learning. There is a need for ability when learning mathematics, thus is considered important for the government to design education with a curriculum that can facilitate students to develop abilities either in mathematics learning or other learning. One of the government's efforts in designing education in Indonesia is to design a curriculum, namely the Kurikulum Merdeka, in which there is a project to strengthen the Profil Pelajar Pancasila. There are 6 (six) dimensions in the Profil Pelajar Pancasila, one of those is Dimensi Bernalar Kritis which is assumed to be closely related to the mathematical reasoning ability needed in learning mathematics. In this article, we will discuss the meaning of mathematical reasoning ability and the dimension of critical reasoning. In addition, it will be explored whether there is a relation between mathematical reasoning ability and Dimensi Bernalar Kritis and whether Dimensi Bernalar Kritis can be used to measure mathematical reasoning ability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are differences in students' learning interests, and to determine whether there is influence of YouTube media on students' learning interests in learning Pancasila and Citizenship Education. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a “quasi experimental” method. The population is class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Pabuaran with a total of 241 students. The samples used were 58 samples taken from control class and experimental class. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the results of the learning interest of the experimental class and the control class with the results of the independent sample T-test obtained a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 > 0.05. In the linear regression results, the results obtained were Tcount > Ttable, namely (4.650 > 1.701), so that the YouTube media had a significant effect on the learning interest of the experimental class students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of social harmony in both female and male students of class VII SMP in Pontianak City. This type of research uses quantitative research, and the population is class VII students of SMPN in Pontianak City. The sampling technique was carried out by using a random sampling technique. Data collection is using a social harmony questionnaire distributed via a google form. The method used is descriptive, aiming to describe social harmony accurately, clearly, detailed, and systematically. The analysis technique used is a descriptive statistical analysis using the mean, median, frequency, standard deviation, range, mode, and ability. The social harmony of four indicators: awareness of cultural diversity, tolerance, self-disclosure, and conflict resolution constructively. The results showed that students' average social harmony score was 139, 47. Social harmony for each indicator, the average is on 50%. This study suggests conducting correlation research to see the connectedness of social peace with family, cultural, religious, and socio-economic status.
