Abstract

Increased employee performance can be achieved through improvements in the working environment as well as satisfaction in compensation. Companies should pay more attention to factors for employee performance in the company. The focus on this research is to look at the relationships of the working environment as well as compensation to employees performance. Using qualitative method of descriptive and do dissemination questionnaire. Respondents were investigated by 16 total employees in the Finance and accounting division of PT. Mulia Cemerlang Abadi Multi Industry. The study was treated with validity testing and reliability testing. The results of the research in 2020 at PT. Mulia Cemerlang Abadi Multi Industry State if the work and compensation environment has a relationship to the increase in employee performance.

Abstract

The research objective was to find out the results of the analysis of how the influence of recruitment, selection and education & training patterns both partially and simutaneously towards career development. The survey method applied research model, uses 165 samples from a population of 295 South Sumatra High Prosecutors' staff, using proportional random sampling Technical data analysis using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. In this study, the type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. Testing the hypothesis through t test and F test using SPSS analysis tools The results of data processing using SPSS 23, using the t test that t count is 7.378> with t table 1.9764 and 0.00 <0.05 significance that there is a positive and significant pattern of recruitment on career development; that t count is 13,730> with t table 1.9764 and 0.00 <0.05 significance that there is a positive and significant selection effect on career development; that t count is 19.303> with t table 1.9764 and 0.00 <0.05 significance that there is a positive and significant effect of education & training on career development; and use the F test that F count is 142.310> with F table 2.6687 significance 0.00 <0.05 that there is a positive influence and a significant pattern of recruitment, selection and education & training together towards career development, with the magnitude of the coefficient of determination The remaining 74.6% is influenced by other variables. The conclusion of the study is that the pattern of recruitment, selection and education & training has a positive and significant effect on career development both partially and simultaneously. The strategy for career development of the State Civil Service of South Sumatra's High Apparatus is very much determined by the opportunity given by the institution to the apparatus to attend education & training.  Keywords ; pattern of recruitment, selection, education & training, career development

Abstract

This research aims to analyze Punishment & Reward, organizational climate and potential for the productivity of the scientific work of PDRI South Sumatra lecturers. The research method used is quantitative research with descriptive and verification confirmative survey methods, with a population of 234 PDRI members in the Whatsapp (WA) group and 132 taken after being verified in answering questionnaires and interviews, as well as data processing using the SPSS 23 tool. that punishment & rewards for lecturers can affect productivity with t count 6.215> t table 1.976, organizational climate affects productivity with t count 6.215> table 1.976, and compensation affects productivity with t count of 4.044> t table 1.976, and punishment & reward, Organizational climate, and competence together affect productivity with F count of 26.484> F table 3.0663, with the output solvent coefficient of R Square 70.9%. Thus, that reward & reward affects productivity, organizational climate affects productivity, and competence affects productivity, and together punishment & reward, organizational climate, and competence affect productivity.Key words: punishment & reward, organizational climate, Competence, and Productivity

Abstract

 This study aims to determine what factors influence the spending policy of the Ogan Ilir district government. The independent factors in this study are Regional Taxes (X1), Regional Retribution Variables (X2), Separated Regional Assets Result Variables (X3) and Other Variables Legal Original Regional Income (X4), while the dependent factor is Regional Expenditure (Y The analysis was carried out with multiple linear regressions The results of this study were Regional Taxes (X1), Regional Retribution (X2) Separated Regional Assets (X3) Other Legitimate Original Regional Income (X4) simultaneously affected district government spending. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to measure the principles of transformational leadership in human resource management. This research was conducted for 7 (seven) months from September 2019 to February 2020 at the Regional Government Secretariat of Kupang City (Pemkot Kupang) East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Indonesia. The population of respondents in this study were the State Civil apparatus (ASN) within the scope of the Kupang City Government, East Nusa Tenggara, group I to group IV, totaling 370 ASN Kupang City government consisting of ASN group I as many as 8 of respondents, ASN group II as many as 80 of respondents, group III as many as 215 of respondents, and group IV as many as 67 of respondents. The type of data in this study consists of primary data and secondary data. The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis with data processing and analysis using a Likert scale. The results showed that the transformational leadership within the City Government by policy makers has generally been implemented well. This can be seen from the ability to build a vision, inspirational communication, leaders who provide support, increase in intellectual abilities, and respect for individuals. Keywords: transformational leadership, state civil apparatus, Kupang City Government

Abstract

This research aims to know the impact of macro fundamental factors such as interest rate (SBI), kurs and gross domestic product; and micro fundamental factors such as return on asset (ROA), debt to equity ratio (DER) and price earning ratio (PER) on firm value in pulp and paper industry that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research used multiple regression analysis and processed with Eviews version 8. The results of study is: 1) By partial, just interest rate have negative and no significant effect on firm value, other factors such as kurs and gross domestic products, return on asset, debt to equity ratio and price earning ratio have positive and no significant effect on firm value; 2) By Simultaneous macro fundamental factor have positive and significant effect on firm value, also micro fundamental factors have positive and significant effect on firm value; 3) By Simultaneous macro and micro fundamental factors have positive and significant effect on firm value. Keywords: macro fundamental factor, micro fundamental factor, firm value

Abstract

This study aimed to determine whether there is a real and significant effect Motivation, Work dicipline and Work commitment, together on the performance of officer at Gowa district public works and determine which variables are the most dominant influence on the performance of officer at Gowa district public works. The method used is descriptive method. Collecting data using a questionnaire filled out by the respondent, then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that the variable motivation (X1), Variable work dicipline (X2) and Variable work commitment (X3) Simultaneously significant effect on the performance of officer at Gowa district public works. Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of Murabahah receivables, Mudharabah Financing, Musyarakah financing, and Qardh loans against Net Operating Margin (NOM) as well as the implications against Non-Performing Financing (NPF). The research object is the Sharia General Bank in Indonesia from 2014-2018. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling with selected samples as many as 10 sharia banks out of 14 sharia public banks. Data were analyzed by using a panel regression analysis model, and it was processed in Eviews 10. The results showed that the Murabahah receivables have a significant and negative effect on Net Operating Margin (NOM), with a coefficient value of-1.08 E-11 and a prob. amounting to 0.0470. Mudharabah financing has a significant and positive effect on Net Operating Margin (NOM), with a coefficient value of 4.98 E-11 and a prob. of 0.0137. Musyarakah financing has a positive effect on Net Operating Margin (NOM), with a coefficient value of 2.97 E-12 and prob. by 0.1579. Qardh loans have a negative effect and not significant to Net Operating Margin (NOM), with a coefficient value of-2.88 E-09 and prob. of 0.4773. Besides, receivables Murabahah, financing Mudharabah, Musyarakah, and Qardh loans have a significant effect on Net Operating Margin (NOM) simultaneously. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of planning, implementation, and accountability for the use of village funds in Limbang Jaya I village, Tanjung Batu district. The population in this study is the planning and accountability report of village funds in Limbang Jaya I village, Tanjung Batu district. While the sample is the planning and accountability report of village funds in Limbang Jaya I village, Tanjung Batu district from 2017-2019. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of management planning and reporting on the use of village funds in Limbang Jaya I village, Tanjung Batu district in 2017-2019. Basically it has been going well, this can be seen from the planning and implementation of the use of village funds and accountability reports on village funds in Limbang Jaya I village in accordance with procedures. However, it is still not effective. Because there is still a lack of transparency in involving the participation of village communities in a spirit of mutual cooperation, and utilizing local wisdom and natural resources in determining infrastructure development that is prioritized for village progress so that the benefits of development are felt more by the village community, and have not been well documented. Abstract

Employees are a very important resource for the survival of the company, so it is necessary to pay attention to matters relating to employee performance in order to achieve company goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work environment factors on employee performance and the most dominant factors in influencing employee performance at CV. Roda Jati Karanganyar. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive. In accordance with the objectives of this study, the sample used is the employees of CV. Roda Jati Karanganyar. Through this preliminary research, it is hoped that in addition to producing a follow-up research formulation, the main thing is to become a reference material for companies to be able to determine human resource development strategies to achieve company goals.Key words: Compensation, Work Environment and Employee Performance
