Abstract

In human life, land is one of the objects that is widely disputed, because every year it has an increasing selling value, so that humans will try to own and control it and even the land of others who already have certificates wants to be owned and controlled. Community lawsuit over the land of Takatidung Village Office where the Polewali Mandar District Government has a certificate for control of the land.  In this case, it is necessary to have public legal awareness so as not to necessarily file a lawsuit for an object without a valid authentic evidence. This study aims to analyze community lawsuits over certified land and find out its legal force and use qualitative descriptive research methods.Based on the results of this study, the Local Government of Polewali Mandar Regency has strong Juridical Evidence before the law because it has a basis of Rights in the form of a Right of Use Certificate (SHP) Number 21 of 2006 for the object of dispute claimed by the community. A certificate is proof of rights issued by the National Land Agency (BPN) to the rightful owner of a land or building so that the owner gets certainty and legal protection. In this case, the Panel of Judges of the Polewali District Court proved by analyzing the contents of the plaintiff's suit and the defendant's disclaimer, adjusted to the written evidence and testimony of witnesses so as to produce legal facts. The Polewali Mandar District Government as the defendant was declared to be the rightful owner of the object of dispute.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisis pilihan rasional mahasiswa yang menjadi relawan di Dompet Dhuafa Volunteer Jawa Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa mahasiswa memutuskan menjadi relawan atas dasar kemauan dari diri sendiri. Motivasi mahasiswa dalam menjadi relawan terdiri dari 3 aspek yaitu: keagamaan/religi, kemanusiaan, dan aktualisasi diri. Kegiatan kerelawanan yang dilakukan mahasiswa di latar belakangi pula oleh potensi dalam softskill ataupun hardskill yang mereka miliki. Adapun manfaat dari kegiatan kerelawan ini terdiri dari 3 aspek, yaitu: religi, pengetahuan, dan pengalaman. Semua hal tersebut merupakan alasan yang rasional bagi para mahasiswa untuk memutuskan menjadi seorang relawan di Dompet Dhuafa Volunteer Jawa Timur.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between reading habits and the ability to read grade VII students of SMP N 1 Mambi. The analytical method used in this study is a quantitative research method with a correlational design. The population in this study were all students of SMP N 1 Mambi, the sample of this study was class VII students with a total of 57 students. The instruments used are test sheets and questionnaires. Data collection techniques in this study are test and non-test techniques—data analysis techniques, namely descriptive statistics and inferential statistics parametric inferential Pearson correlation. The descriptive statistical analysis of reading habits results showed that the highest score was 92.50 and the lowest score was 54.17. Then the total number obtained is 4254.13, and the average is 74.6339. The results of descriptive statistical analysis of reading comprehension ability showed the highest score obtained was 89.29 and the lowest score was 25.00. Then the total number obtained is 3510.68, and the average is 61.5909. shows that when the Pearson Correlation is -0.120 and sig. (2-tailed) is 0.347. Because of sig. (2-tailed) is higher than (0.05) then it can be stated that there is no relationship between reading habits and reading comprehension.

Abstract

The study aimed to reflect the implementation of the standard for management of education in a shool-based and integrated quality management perspective in MA BPII (Indonesian Islamic School) Pamboang. The study used a type of qualitative research with an approach to case studies. The object of this study was carried out in ma bpii (the Indonesian islamic school) Pamboang. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources in the study included the headmaster, curriculum section vice principal, students, publicists, sarpras, committee and students. The analysis techniques used in the study are data collecting, data reduction, data presentation, deduction. The triangulation used to test the validity of data is source triangulation.Research showed that the management of education in MA BPII Pamboang was established from the decision of the head of the school to manage education in MA BPII Pamboang, from the independence of the principal to take decisions in curriculum and student classes, the participation of all schoolchildren from the principal, teacher, and teacher. The education and education participants have a crucial share in all of the activities that are available in MA BPII Pamboang, where school management was conducted according to each other's ability, and the principal gives all schoolchildren an opportunity to make an opinion to improve the quality of education ma bpii pamboang. Integrated quality management in MA BPII (Indonesia islamic School) researcher found that it had not fully applied integrated quality management, as shown by studies that researcher had found only 5 integrated quality management principles from 8 existing ones.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the application of the Batung Bingar method in an effort to eradicate illiteracy on Jl. Gurilla, Medan Tembung District, Medan City, North Sumatra. Batung Bingar is a method that combines reading, writing, arithmetic, speaking, and listening which is believed to be easier in the learning process. Because in this method, learning citizens can benefit in every given realm. These realms complement and have a relationship with each other. The research method used is a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques used by using interview and observation techniques. The research on the application of the Batung Bingar method was carried out on 4 learning residents who were illiterate in Jalan Gurilla. Where the tutor applies the methods of reading, writing, counting, speaking, and listening well so that the learning residents are able to memorize letters and are able to read even though they are still stammering, and are able to hear and absorb every provision of learning material provided and help residents learn to be smart. in counting and writing.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low ability of students to solve problems resulting in low learning outcomes in mathematics. Therefore, it is necessary to solve problems related to these problems by applying Realistic Mathematics Learning. The type of research used is pre-experimental research which aims to determine the effect of real mathematics learning on the learning outcomes of elementary school students. The research design used was The One Group pretest-posttest design. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out using test techniques. The data analysis technique used paired sample t-test. The results showed that the average mathematics learning outcomes score before treatment was 73.17, and after treatment was 82.96. While the results of inferential statistical analysis showed that the score of the p-value (sig (2-takes)) was 0.000 <0.05. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that Realistic Mathematics Learning has a significant effect on elementary school students' mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of spiritual institution) in the Conference Area Adventist spritual institutionorganization and the practice of financial reporting of Adventist spritual institutionorganizations in accordance with the principles of good governance. This research is a qualitative research where the primary data is obtained from the results of interviews with the leadership of the Seventh-day Adventist Spritual institutionorganization in the Conference Area. While secondary data is additional data. The results show that first, the mechanism for implementing Spiritual institutionin the Conference Area Adventist Spritual institutionorganization through the Conference Area Executive Committee (EXCOM) as the board of directors, the Finance Committee as the committee that evaluates financial reports and audit results of the congregation and conference area financial statements, internal auditors are carried out by the spritual institutionauditors and the General Conference Auditing Service (GCAS). The results of this study indicate that the Conference Area Adventist spritual institutionorganization has good management governance. Several improvements can be made by establishing a more independent audit committee and optimizing the work of the internal auditors. Second, in general, the practice of financial reporting in the working environment of the spiritual institution in the Conference Area is in accordance with the principles of good governance, namely transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness. Improvements need to be made to the communication media to the congregations so that financial supervision and management are more efficient, effective, economical, and productive (E3P).

Abstract

Village community life is generally known to be more open to one another. The majority of the village community's source of life comes from daily work activities, namely farming in the fields. Many people think that the village community who is the farmer is the owner of the land. However, the reality is that most of the villagers are only agricultural laborers who work on land or rice fields belonging to people who do not even live in the village. So that the income earned is also not much, and becomes a consequence in society. Like the division of layers or classes in the society of a village, most of the lower class people are rarely prioritized or do not respond to their existence in the area. Meanwhile, the upper and middle class people actually have a very strong relationship in a society.

Abstract

Every human has the same rights in the political contestation of a country, he has the right to be elected and also to vote. Disability groups as part of Indonesian citizens have the right to be actively involved in political activities. Undang-undang No. 7 tahun 2017 is the basis of reference for groups of persons with disabilities to apply to be elected in general elections, but reality shows low perception and trust towards groups of persons with disabilities, the unavailability of quotas and opportunities from supporting political parties. In West Sumatra, the level of political participation of the disabled group is still low. In Sumatera Barat regional head selection in 2020 , the average political participation rate for persons with disabilities only reached 35 percent. This study used descriptive qualitative method. This paper tries to analyze what political rights and needs of groups of persons with disabilities are in implementing the People's Democratic Party and what obstacles occur in efforts to fulfill the political rights of groups of persons with disabilities in West Sumatra. This is necessary, bearing in mind that the next general election will be held again. There is a need to understand the need for political rights of persons with disabilities in order to encourage an increase in the interest and participation of people with disabilities in determining the fate of the Indonesian nation in the future

Abstract

In the vernacular architecture development, the female body size has been used as a basis for determining the room size in the building. The existing forms appreciation manifested in domain forms, space functions, materials, and ornaments. The female gender elements, both in terms of body anatomy and  special room, are applied as a form of reflection the traditional identity house. One of the traditional houses that applies gender roles as an architectural philosophy is the Karampuang Traditional House which is located in Sinjai Regency, South Sulawesi. This study discusses the role of women as the basis for the philosophy and architectural symbolism of the Karampuang Traditional House. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis interpretation based on the architectural components found in the Karampuang house data. The results showed that complexity of female gender which cannot be separated from the nature of women and the history of Karampuang where the first person to build and prosper Karampuang is a woman. The use and placement of symbols on parts and ornaments of the house represents the female body anatomy. The female gender is more dominant in the traditional Karampuang house. Aspects based on gender in the Karampuang traditional house are influenced by the history believed by the community, and female gender elements both in terms of body anatomy, as well as a special room for women are applied in their traditional houses. In the context of preserving traditional houses and regional culture, especially in Karampuang, serious attention is needed both by the people themselves and by the government in an effort to protect, maintain, and maintain the uniqueness of Karampuang architecture.
