Abstract

This study aims to describe the development of pictoblox gamification learning media for mathematics learning in grade 1 elementary school, describe the design of pictoblox gamification learning media as a problem solution, describe the feasibility and testing of products that have been made, and describe the requirements for the final product of pictoblox gamification-based learning media. . The research used the Design Based Research (DBR) research and development method using the Reeves model research stages, namely: 1) assistance and problem analysis; 2) develop solutions; 3) do the process iteratively 4) reflection. The data collection technique used is through data collection using preliminary studies and field studies. This data collection technique uses several research instruments, in the form of (1) interview instruments conducted by researchers by asking several questions to the teacher; (2) expert judgment, conducted based on the results of validation by experts, where expert validation in this study was carried out to media expert lecturers and elementary school teachers; (3) questionnaires, conducted to teachers and grade I students at the elementary school under study; and (4) documentation in the form of writings, pictures, or monumental works of a person. This documentation is intended to support data regarding the teacher's experience using learning media in the classroom and students' enthusiasm in learning using the media. Based on the results of research at Rajamandala Elementary School, Tasikmalaya Regency, research data was obtained which showed that the pictoblox gamification-based arithmetic operations learning media developed was feasible to use in learning. Feasibility is shown from the results of validation by expert validators, and the usability of the results of trials that have been carried out. So based on the results of this study, the development of pictoblox-based learning media can be used as an alternative media in learning.

Abstract

The ability to solve mathematical problems for class III students at SDN 1 Tunjungharjo using the realistic mathematics education (RME) model assisted by puzzle media is the focus of this research. Use of quantitative methods with a pre-experimental one group pretest and posttest design to obtain research data. A systematic sampling procedure was used to select the sample, with 37 students serving as the research sample from a total population of 40 students. The findings of this research show that students understand the indicators of problem solving: reading and understanding the problem, exploring the problem, choosing a solution strategy, looking for answers, and checking again. The results of the data analysis carried out show that there is an influence of the realistic mathematics education model assisted by puzzle media on the mathematical problem solving abilities of class III students. This is shown by the results of the paired sample t-test where Lower has a negative value with a gain of -53.279 and Upper has a negative value with a gain of -44.018 and a Sig value. (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05 which means Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. Apart from that, the gain test results showed an increase in the medium category with a score of 0.674.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an electronic module project strengthening the Pancasila student profile that is valid and practical for grade IV students of SDI Ar-Riyadh Insan Cendekia, using the reasearch and development (R&D) method and the ADDIE development model which has five stages in developing it, namely the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The results showed that the e-module developed based on the material expert validator obtained 91.25%, the media expert obtained 90%, the linguist obtained 86%, so that the researcher's e-module product was declared valid. The field practitioner by the teacher obtained 98.75%, and the results of the limited student product trial questionnaire obtained 92.5%, while the results of the free student product trial questionnaire obtained 95.25%, so that the e-module was declared very practical. Based on the results of this study, the e-module product that the researchers developed was declared valid and very practical. Thus, the e-module product of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students for phase B can be used for learning materials for teachers and students in grade IV SD / MI.

Abstract

In the 21st century, the existence of independent learning is very relevant to students' needs. It is hoped that the presence of an independent curriculum can improve the quality of education in Indonesia. Nadiem Makarim as Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia made the Pancasila Student Profile the vision and mission of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia as stated in Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 22 of 2020. The values of the Pancasila student profile are: faith, devotion to God Almighty, global diversity, global diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical reasoning and creativity. This research aims to find out the role of class teachers in forming the character profile of Pancasila students at Al-Azhar 15 Pamulang Islamic Elementary School. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. data collection techniques in observational research, interviews and documentation. The technical analysis used is triangulation. The results of this research suggest that the role of class teachers in forming the character profile of Pancasila students has gone well, because the school culture is in accordance with the values of the Pancasila student profile. There are 5 roles of class teachers in forming the profile of Pancasila students, namely: 1). The teacher provides understanding. 2) the teacher carries out habituation. 3). The teacher provides an example. 4) the teacher gives punishment. 5). The teacher reflects. The supporting factor for the role of class teachers in forming the character profile of Pancasila students is that there is good cooperation between local residents and parents. And the inhibiting factor in the role of class teachers in forming the character profile of Pancasila students is the limited supervision time at school and teachers must be consistent in reminding students.

Abstract

The study aimed to enhance student abilities through the use of Couple Card Media in Connected Hijaiyah Learning with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. Classroom Action Research was employed as the research method. Initial observations revealed varying test scores, with the highest at 90 and the lowest at 40, resulting in an average score of 53.00. Initially, 9 students (32.14%) achieved proficiency in the Connected Quranic Alphabet Learning Sub Connected Letters material, while 19 students (67.85%) did not. In Cycle II, using the Problem Based Learning model, 15 students (53.57%) reached proficiency, while 13 students (46.42%) did not, falling short of the minimum classical attainment indicator of 46%. By the end of Cycle III, test scores ranged from 60 to 95, with an average score of 77.50. In Cycle III, 24 students (85.71%) demonstrated proficiency in the "Connected Hijaiyah Letters" material, while 4 students (14.29%) did not.

Abstract

This study aims to improve learning outcomes in Islamic Cultural History (SKI) for fourth-grade students, focusing on the theme of Hijrah Para Sahabat Nabi SAW to Abyssinia. The research method employed is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The study begins with the observation of unsatisfactory learning outcomes and the inability to reach the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM). Expository learning method is utilized, starting with material comprehension and viewing short films to enhance understanding. The teacher, aided by colleagues, conducts observations throughout the sessions. Evaluation, both oral and written assignments, is provided, followed by reflective sessions with students to summarize the learning. Numeric assessment is done based on the predetermined KKM standard. If initial results show less than 30% mastery, the process enters Cycle 2, maintaining the same material but with enhanced teaching strategies. If there's still insufficient progress, Cycle 3 is initiated, repeating the process until satisfactory results are achieved, with the aim of ensuring at least 90% of students meet the KKM standard.
