Abstract

Organization as a logical arrangement of the activities of a number of people in order to achieve targets through the division of tasks and functions of levels and responsibilities. HR issues are still a concern for companies to continue to survive in the era of globalization. To be able to carry out tupoksi, it requires empowerment in order to achieve organizational commitment to be achieved so that the desired performance of PT Wedu Merauke can proceed and arouse passion and work spirit for its members. To find out the triggers for the decline in employee performance levels, the authors are encouraged to carry out research with the title the role of empowerment in increasing organizational commitment and employee performance. With a population and a sample of 70 people. The method used is primary data that focuses information related to variables. Such as observation, interviews and questionnaires. And secondary data focus on explanations compiled from existing sources. like through other people or documentation. Data analysis was performed using partial tests, determination tests, and path analysis. The results obtained are that as the increase in empowerment increases organizational commitment because of the tcount > ttable (3.073 > 1.99547) and the significance level of empowerment for organizational commitment is smaller than the significance level (0.003 < 0.05). The more effective empowerment will create performance employees increased because of tcount > ttable (3.127 > 1.99547) and the significance level of empowerment on employee performance was smaller than the significance level (0.003 < 0.05), if organizational commitment was embedded in each employee to have a positive impact on employee performance due to tcount > ttable (4,345 > 1,99547) and the significance level of empowerment on organizational commitment is smaller than the significance level (0,000 < 0,05), if there is a change in empowerment through organizational commitment it will result in a change in performance due to an indirect value of 0,157

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much competency affects the performance of employees at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Branch Merauke. The population in this study, as many as 32 respondents with a total sampling technique in which 32 respondents were made as samples. This study uses a quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis techniques. The procedure for collecting data uses interview methods and questionnaires, and the data is processed using SPSS version 20. The results of the study show that competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Branch Merauke , indicated by the X regression coefficient of 0.751.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the Service Excellence analysis of customer loyalty at Hotel Megaria Merauke. Methods: Quantitative approaches, data sources: primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques: observations, interviews and questionnaires. Population and samples: numbering 40 respondents using total sampling and data analysis techniques: simple linear regression assisted by SPSS. The results of this study showed a regression coefficient of X of 0.254 meaning that excellent service variables have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty which means that the service affects customer loyalty in Hotel Megaria Merauke.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) assets and capital in the company and organization the purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the Style of Leadership and Talent Management of Employee Performance at PT. Marsyavin Jaya Merauke Regency. This research is a quantitative research using survey, interview, and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, with the results of the X1 variable test the t-test leadership style is 5.720 and the talent management X2 variable is 4.236 with the f-test 432.278 which explains that the variables X1 and X2 have a positive effect on the Y variable. multiple linear variable X1 leadership style 0.365 and X2 talent management variable 0.240. Simultaneous tests with a value of 0.973 and the rest are influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

Research objectives to prove the relationship between job satisfaction with employee performance at PT. Agrinusa Persada Mulia. It is a quantitative study based on empirical rational principles. Data was analyzed using the correlation of product moment from Pearson assisted SPSS 23. The research population is all employees of the administrative section of PT. Agrinusa Persada Mulia with 35 respondents. Test results prove there is a positive and significant relationship between job satisfaction with the employee's performance, with the number of correlation coefficient of (R) 0.773 with the number sig. 0.000 (P ˂ 0.05). The effective value of job satisfaction with the performance of the R Squer coefficient value is 59% then 41% that affects performance and not covered in research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial effect of product quality on customer satisfaction CV. Intan Prima Motor Merauke. The type in this research is quantitative research, while the source of the data obtained in this study are primary data and secondary data. In this study the population is all customers who have bought a motorbike in the CV. Intan Prima Motor and by using the Slovin formula can be sampled in a study of 91 people, and also used incidental sampling techniques. The t test was done using SPSS software. The results of the research show that partially the product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, by improving the quality of products of this Honda type sport motorbike can provide satisfaction to consumers so that sales can increase again and the company gets the profit as expected. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational commitment and work discipline on the performance of civil servants in the corporate office of Mopah Merauke class I Airport. This type of research is a quantitative study based on empirical rational principles. This research Data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analyses using SPSS 23. The population in this study is all civil servants by taking a total sampling technique of 120 respondents. The results of hypothesized testing showed that simultaneously the organizational commitment and work discipline jointly had a positive and significant influence on employee performance. A partial organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, while working disciplines are positively but insignificant to employees ' performance at the Mopah Merauke class I Airport Operator's office. Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze how much the unit cost of providing education with the use of the ABC model at STIE Port Numbay in 2018. The research approach is qualitative and quantitative. Data analysis techniques in this study with the ABC system through two stages of activity namely the stage of identifying and determining the costs in the cost pool that has a similar activity and the stage of tracking and charging activity costs to each activity that gives attention to the cost driver. Based on the results of the analysis shows that the magnitude of the cost of implementing education units with the ABC model at STIE Port Numbay is Rp 4,930,610 every student every year while Rp 2,465,305 every semester. So the cost of providing education that has been set by STIE Port Numbay has been right. Keywords : Unit Cost, ABC Model.

Abstract

This research is designed to compile and try out appropriate strategy formulations to be applied to the gold crocodile skin craft business. The research method used is qualitative and quantitative methods. The results showed that the SWOT matrix analysis results obtained six alternative strategies, namely: (1) taking various exhibitions in the city or outside the city, (2) Promotion through social media, (3) Obtained from a network of raw material providers, (4) make your own crocodile breeding, (5) offer cooperation with local governments, (6) attend seminars or training which is held as a means of promotion. Based on QSPM analysis, alternative strategies that are appropriate and can be carried out by the business of kullit crocodile skin crafts are (1) Following various exhibitions in the city or outside the city (STAS: 9,20), (2) Promotion through Social Media (STAS: 7,15), (3) Making Own Crocodile Breeding (5,32), (4) Expansion of Collaboration Network of Raw Material Providers (STAS: 5.14), (5) Taking seminars with the help of training which is held as a promotional tool ( STAS: 5,06) (6) Cooperation visit with local government (STAS: 4,48) Keywords : Formulasi Strategi, SWOT,QSPM

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and measure the effect of providing incentives on employee job satisfaction, by taking the Implementation of certain Non-Vertical Work Units from the Papua Water Utilization Network in Papua - Merauke Province as the object of research. The population in this study amounted to 44 respondents and a sample of 44 respondents using nonprobability sampling or census sampling techniques. This research uses a quantitative approach with a simple regression analysis technique. Measurement of variables using a Likert scale and processed using SPSS version 22. The results of the calculation of the data using a simple regression analysis regarding the provision of incentives that affect employee job satisfaction Certain Non-Vertical Units Implementation of Papua Papua - Merauke Water Utilization Network, that the provision of incentives affects employee job satisfaction Specific Non Vertical Units Implementation of Papua Water Utilization Network Papua - Merauke Province, Judging from the results of the SPSS 22 output, the incentive variable (X) is obtained tcount = 4,589 while t-table = 1,682 and sig = 0,000 so Ha is accepted, because t-table <t-count. This means that the incentive independent variable (X) has a statistically positive and significant effect on the dependent variable of job satisfaction. Keywords: Incentives, Job Satisfaction
