Abstract

This article aims to find out how the evaluation of employee performance appraisals in Malind district, Merauke Regency using the Employee Performance Target (SKP) system in terms of work behavior. This research is presented in descriptive qualitative form by describing and explaining in sentence form all the results contained in this research. Types of data used are primary data and secondary data sourced as well as literature studies. Data collection was carried out using field observations and in-depth interviews with the Head of Malind District as informants. The results obtained are that in Malind district, Merauke Regency, the implementation of performance appraisal evaluations has generally been running according to established procedures, but there are still some weaknesses, including in terms of discipline from the employees themselves which have an impact on service orientation to the public. Then the weak attitude of integrity shown by employees so that in determining work targets has not shown maximum results. The conclusion of this research is that performance appraisal evaluation is a mandatory procedure that must be done so that employees can know their job duties and responsibilities. The process of determining performance measures must be considered and adjusted, because performance indicators will be used to measure the level of progress of employees in their work, individually or in teams.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of dividend policy, capital structure and company size on profitability. This research was conducted in the manufacturing sector which is listed on the Indonesian stock exchange (BEI). This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were all 163 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018 using purposive sampling technique and taking a sample of 44 companies. The data analysis method used in this study used multiple linear regression processed with the SPSS program. Before linear regression is made, the model prerequisite test has been carried out using the classical or normality assumption test which consists of the normality test, linearity test, aoutocorrelation test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. This study found that: 1. Dividend policy has no positive and significant effect on profitability. 2. Capital structure has a positive and insignificant effect on profitability. 3. Company size has a positive and insignificant effect on profitability and 4. Dividend policy, capital structure and firm size simultaneously have a significant effect on profitability (ROE). The results of this study are different from previous studies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Role of the Tourism Sector on Economic Growth in Merauke Regency. To obtain research data, researchers interviewed 13 informants. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, while the data analysis technique uses three stages: Data Reduction, Data Display, Verification (Conclusion Drawing). The results of this study indicate that the role of the tourism sector in Merauke Regency is not yet optimal so that cooperation between the local government, the Tourism Office, the private sector and the community has not been given much attention. This can be seen from the 8 variables: Tourism Objects, Accommodation, Access to Transportation, Food and Restaurant Services, Money Changers, Cultural Attractions, Souvenirs, and the last is Tourism Climate.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Store Atmosphere Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Pada Percetakan All Stempel Kabupaten Merauke. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 98 orang responden, menggunakan teknik insidental sampling. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, studi pustaka dan kuesioner. Pengukuran variable dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pengukuran skala likert, kemudian data diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 20 dengan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa store atmosphere berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,136 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,002 < 0,05. Nilai R Square sebesar 0.093 (9,3%), ini menujukkan bahwa variabel independen yaitu store atmosphere memiliki besaran pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen senilai 9.3%, sedangkan sisanya 90.7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor atau variabel lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan, budaya dan modal terhadap rendahnya minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Musamus. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa/i Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Musamus. Teknik pengambilan sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode insidental sampling, yaitu metode pengambilan sampel yang secara kebetulan peneliti bertemu dengan anggota populasi yang dirasa cocok sebagai sumber data. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 93 orang dengan perhitungan rumus Slovin. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara memberikan angket yang berisi daftar pernyataan kepada responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji determinasi. Hipotesis diuji menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan, budaya dan modal baik secara parsial maupun simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap rendahnya minat mahasiswa dalam berwirausaha. Variabel modal memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap rendahnya minat mahasiswa dalam berwirausaha. Variabel pengetahuan, budaya dan modal mampu menjelaskan variabel rendahnya minat berwirausaha sebesar 98,4% dan sisanya sebesar 1,6% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job descriptions and job specifications on employee performance at PT. Murfa Surya Mahardika Merauke Branch. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Murfa Surya Mahardika Branch Merauke, totaling 36 people. The sample in this study amounted to 36 people with the determination using the nonprobability sampling method. The research approach used is a quantitative approach and uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 23. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis that has been processed, the equation Y = 0.300 + 0.455 + 0.554) + e. From the results of hypothesis testing, namely the t test and F test, it shows that the variables of job description and job specifications have a significant effect partially or simultaneously on the performance of the employees of PT. Murfa Surya Mahardika Branch Merauke. This is evidenced by the tcount of Job Description (X1) 3,834> ttable 1,692 with a significant level of 0.001 <0.05 so that Ha is accepted H0 is rejected. The tcount value of Job Specifications (X2) 4.805 > ttable 1.692 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 so that Ha is accepted H0 is rejected. Then the value of Fcount 262,900> Ftable 3,28 with a significant level of 0,000 <0.05 so that Ha is accepted H0 is rejected. The value of R Square is 0.937, which means that all independent variables jointly affect the performance of the employees of PT. Murfa Surya Mahardika Branch Merauke amounted to 93.7% while the remaining 6.3% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: pengaruh promosi yang efektif terhadap peningkatan penjualan pada UD. Martabe Merauke.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan UD. Martabe Merauke pada bulan April 2020 yang berjumlah 2800 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling dengan menggunakan rumus slovin, sehingga sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 97 responden. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi sederhana dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa promosi yang efektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan pada UD. Abstract

This article discusses the problem of optimizing bank balance sheet structures through the management of assets and liabilities in banking institutions. By using descriptive analysis, this study explores the theoretical study approach of the application of Asset and Liability Management (ALMA) which is used by banks as a financial information management system formulation through the application of asset and liability management functions (ALMA) to maintain the balance of the assets and liabilities side of the bank's balance sheet. implemented by the Asset Liability Committee (ALCO) and ALCO Support Group (ASG). The results of this study, it is concluded that the operationalization of the functions of asset and liability management (ALMA) can optimize the balance sheet structure of banks in a competitive financial market environment through banking policies on Liquidity Management by maintaining the status of liquidity ratios and limits including primary reserve and secondary reserve, Gap Management. by managing and controlling the gap between assets and liabilities to maximize net income margin (NIM), Foreign Exchange Management by maximizing income from differences in foreign exchange rates, Income and Investment Management with high profitability through investment decisions in bank portfolios.

Abstract

RETNO AYU SISKA WARDANI (2020). The Influence of People, Process and Physical Evidence on Consumer Decisions to Use Lion Parcel Merauke Expeditionary Services. Supervised by Tarsisius Kana SE., M.Si. This study aims to determine whether people influence consumer decisions to use the Merauke lion parcel shipping service. To find out which process affects consumer decisions to use the Merauke lion parcel shipping service. To find out Physical Evidence affects consumer decisions to use the Merauke Lion Parcel Expedition Service. To find out the effect of people, process and physical evidence have an effect on consumer decisions to use the Merauke Lion Parcel Expedition Service. The population in this study were consumers of the Merauke lion parcel expedition service with a population of 6,940 people and a sample of 99 people. The calculation of the Slovin 10% formula and uses the incidental (coincidence) sampling technique. This study uses a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 23 application. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the equation Y=8.313+0.708(X1)+0.797(X2) 0.725(X3) is obtained. The results of hypothesis testing, namely the t test and the F test, show that the people, process and physical evidence variables have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions on the Merauke lion parcel expedition service. Evidenced by the value of thitung people(X1) 2.995> ttable 1.290 with a significant level of 0.003<0.10 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The value of process tcount (X2) 4.085> ttable 1.290 with a significant level of 0.000<0.10 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The value of tcount physical evidence (X3) 3,216>ttable 1.290 with a significant level of 0.002 <0.10 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The value of Fcount 38.643> Ftable of 3.94 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.10 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The value of Adjusted R Square is 0.535, which means that all independent variables together have an effect on purchasing decisions on Lion Parcel Merauke's shipping services. amounted to 53.5% while the remaining 46.5% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Sasando Kabupaten Merauke. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Sasando Kabupaten Merauke yang berjumlah 30 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang dengan penentuan menggunakan metode Sampling Jenuh. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan alat bantu SPSS versi 23.Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda yang telah diolah di peroleh persamaan Y =0,023+0,069(X1)+0,830(X2)+e. Hasil pengujian hipotesis yaitu uji t dan uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi dan disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh dan signifikan secara parsial maupun simultan kinerja karyawan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Sasando Kabupaten Merauke. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung Motivasi (X1) 2,088 > ttabel 1,703 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,046 < 0,05 sehingga Ha diterima H0 ditolak. Nilai thitung Disiplin Kerja (X2) 24,249 > ttabel 1,703 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga Ha diterima H0 ditolak. Kemudian nilai Fhitung 105,763 > Ftabel 4,21 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga Ha diterima H0 ditolak. Nilai R Square adalah 0,996 yang artinya semua variabel secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 99,6% sedangkan 0,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam Penelitian.
