Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of light color of lamp and different light intensity against the response of milkfish seed (Chanos - chanos forskal) and tilapia fish seed (Oreochromis niloticus). This experiment with experimental design used is Completely Random Design Pattern Factorial (Factorial RAL) consisting of two variables that is light color lamp with 3 level of treatment that is: red, blue, and yellow and light intensity with 2 level of treatment that is: intensity 500 lux and 1000 lux. Research variable observed is amount Fish caught from the type of light treatment given. Examination technique used in this study is the analysis of variance that is processed using SPSS version 23. The results showed the blue light of lamp with the intensity of 500 lux most responded by milkfish seeds and granting the yellow light of lamp  with the intensity of 1000 lux most responded by the tilapia seeds in the observation time after the 15th minute

Abstract

PAPAKINOTO is an additional technology requirement for freshwater pond fishermen. This tool consists or Arduino Atmega 16 microcontroller circuit as a control center in the distribution of fish feed. Using of this tool will set the schedule of fish tool will set the schedule of fish automatically after the pre-arranged center control. From the system test conducted  that fish feed was scheduling system and fish distribution successfully with 100% rate of success. All systems designed by the team are considered successful because the tool runs well

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to detecting the reduction of fat and moisture contents by application of osmotic dehydration system and acceptable concentration from the using calcium chloride (CaCl2) and also the connection between the content of water with oil absorption. This research is conducted with the experimental method by using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) for detecting the effect from the four concentrations of calcium chloride (CaCl2) are  0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5%, and 2.0%  also with the control that do not contain CaCl2 by using vacuum pressure fryer. The observation of fat content is done after frying and the moisture content is done before and after frying. The result of the research is analyzed by analysis of variance and continuing by using testing HSD (Honestly Significant Difference) at 5%. The results shows that the reduction in the lowest fat content is detected in the concentration of  0,5% CaCl2 but for the moisture content does not have a significant influence

Abstract

This study was motivated by the reduced partners as suppliers in Perum BULOG Sub Regional Division of Parepare City, where there was a decreased number of active partners performing rice procurement contract in 2017. This study aims to describe the procedures procurement rice and knowing the factors that influence the satisfaction rice supplier. This search uses the Qualitative Descriptive method. The study concluded that the procurement procedures performed from suppliers that purchasing partners deposited rice purchases at the head of the Parepare Subdivision, by making sale and purchase contracts with partners. In addition, the partners will send the rice to the designated warehouse under an approved contract. Before receiving rice, warehouse clerk BULOG will check the feasibility of rice according to the standards established by Perum BULOG Parepare Subdivision. Rice according to the standard, received by the head of the warehouse then the payment will be made to the Bank. The factors influencing supplier satisfaction at Perum BULOG are honesty of BULOG employees in the weighing rice, Perum BULOG employees also provide mandatory information, provide information periodically, explains the working procedure and accuracy of the payment time.

Abstract

The study was aimed to determine the influence of melinjo flour substitution on the contents of protein, fat, ash, water, and carbohydrates in dodol melinjo and to determine the acceptance of the panelists on dodol melinjo based on the organoleptic test results. A Completely Randomized Design (CRD) was applied in this study using formulation such as K treatment (0% melinjo flour and 100% glutinous rice flour), A treatment (75% melinjo flour and 25% glutinous rice flour), B treatment (60% melinjo flour and 40% glutinous rice flour), and C treatment (50% melinjo flour and 50% glutinous rice flour). The result show that the best proximate test was resulted in C treatment with the same amount concentration between melinjo flour and glutinous rice flour.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of adding Moringa leaves to the nutritional content and acceptability of panelists on tempeh meatballs. This research is an experimental study using a completely randomized design (CRD) with the concentration of addition of Moringa leaves 2%, 4% and 6%. Observation parameters; Water content, ash content, protein, fat, carbohydrate, calcium, beta-carotene, with a panelist test of color, texture, taste and aroma. The results showed that the best treatment was aimed at the treatment of adding 4% Moringa leaves to the panelists in terms of color, texture, taste and aroma with moisture content 65.21%, ash content 1.59%, protein content 9.46%, fat content 0.88%, carbohydrate content 24.19%, 890 mg calcium levels, and beta-carotene levels 756 µg/g and meet quality standard requirements (SNI 01-3818-1995).

Abstract

This study aims was to determine the rice marketing channel, the magnitude of marketing margins earned any marketing agencies in each of the rice marketing channel at 3 villages in Subdistrict of Sibulue-Bone Regency, namely  Kalibong, Polewali, and Massenrengpulu village.  Respondent in research are farmers, traders, wholesalers and retailers. The results found that rice marketing in this area there are three forms of marketing distribution channel that is marketing channel I, farmer → consumer. Marketing channel II, farmers → wholesalers → retailers → consumer. Marketing channel III, farmers → wholesalers → consumers. In channel I does not have the amount of marketing margin because it does not go through intermediaries, on channel II the amount of margin earned by Rp.1.000 consists of margin traders of Rp.500, 00, retailers of Rp. 500.00. As for channel III the amount of margin obtained is Rp.500.00. So a profitable marketing channel that is channel I.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to improve plant breeding learning activities using audiovisual media to improve the learning outcomes of students studying plant breeding with seeds using audiovisual media. The method used for this research is classroom action research. Data are acquired through observations, interviews and research questionnaire. Technique of data analysis used is descriptive quantitative and qualitative. The use of audiovisual media spurs students to be more enthusiastic during lessons because audiovisual media has an appealing factor in that it uses real pictures that can be seen and heard. The results of this research shows that using the audiovisual leeson model has a significant contribution in increasing activeness in learning and learning achievement. This shows  that audiovisual media learning can be used while learning because the learners’ target has been reached according to the criterion.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research that aims to improve learning outcomes students on the subjects of tools and agricultural machines class X ATPH SMK Negeri 2 Soppeng with the use of tractor  miniature media Subjects of this research are students of class XA ATPH SMK Negeri 2 Soppeng in the even semester of the academic year 2017 / 2018 consisting of 33 students. This research was conducted in two cycles consisting of four activities, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection of learning outcomes, and the learning activities of students are carried out using observation sheets and learning test results sheets in cycle I and cycle II. The collected data is analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the use of tractor miniature media can improve motivation and learning outcomes of students class X.A ATPH SMK Negeri 2 Soppeng.

Abstract

The aims of this research to determine the effect of purple sweet potato flour, frying time, and to determine the level of acceptance sensoric analysis. This research was conducted in two steps: the first consisting of a sensory attributes and hedonic test. The second step is conducting chemical analysis (water content, protein content, and total anthocyanin). The experimental design using Completely Randomized Design pattern Factorial (CRD Factorial) consisting of two factors: the concentration of the addition of sweet potato flour purple with three levels of treatment are: 5%, 10%, and 15% and the time frying are: 10 seconds, 15 seconds, and 20 seconds. The resultsof sensory attributes and hedonic test showed that the best treatment is the substitution of 5% and 10% purple sweet potato flour respectively at the time of frying 10 seconds and 15 seconds. The results of chemical analysis are water content (1.52%), protein content (7.16%), and the total anthocyanins (0.03%) at 5% purple sweet potato flour an 10 seconds time of frying
