Abstract

The purpose of this research to know the effect of additions of sweet corn porridge and seaweed porridge against physical and chemical characteristics of ice cream, as well as to know the best concentration on the addition of sweet corn porridge and seaweed porridge.This research is an experiment research with a  factorial  completely randomized design consisting of two factors, factor A is the sweet corn porridge (0%, 3%, 9% and 15%) and the B factor is seaweed porridge (0%, 0.3%, 0.5% and 0.7%) which done  with 10 thetreatments and 3 time repetitions. The research variables observed were overrun, speed melt, fat content, protein content, carbohydrate content, and organoleptic test include color, taste, aroma and teksture. The analytical technique used in this study is the analysis of variance analyzed using SPSS version 22.0. The results showed the best treatment is the additions of sweet corn porridge 15%  and seaweed porridge 0.7% with  the best quality indicators based on the overrun test parameter (1.11%) ,speeds melt (59.85 minute), fat content (2.13%), protein content (3.72%), carbohydrate content (36.09%), and organoleptic tests include: color (4.21%), taste (4.20%), aroma (4.12%) and teksture (4.24%)

Abstract

The objective of the research is to determine the effect of the concentration of the wheat flour as a binder on the characteristics (colour, aroma, taste and texture) and the concentration of carrageenan on the value of nutrients (carbohydrate, protein content and fibber content sausage tempeh) this research employs two steps: the first by treatment with the use of flour 0%, 6%, 8% and 10%, and the best treatment is 10%, and then used in the step II with treatment fortification carrageenan 0%, 2%, 4% and 6%. This research use complete random with three replications. The results showed the concentration of fluorine showed the best result is a concentration of 10%, whereas the concentration of carrageenan sausage the which is 2% on the organoleptic test, test and test fiber carbohydrate protein content test except the treatment on carrageenan without fortification.

Abstract

This research aim to find out influence fermentation time and amount water concentration niralontar to chemical characteristics and organoleptic test of apemcake . This research is (RAL Factorial ) which consists of from two factor. Factor A with fermentation time niralontar (0 hours, 3 hours and 5 hours) and factor B addition concentration niralontar (100 ml and 200 ml) do with 6 treatments and 3 repetitions . The variables observed is organoleptic  test, levels carbohydrates test, pH value test and khamir amount  test. The Technique analysis in this research is analysis variance which processed with using SPSS version 22. Research results for value amount khamir the best is fermentation time 5 hours with amount leavened as much 6.58 log colony / ml and for the best pH value is on the fermentation time of 0 hours with pH value of 5.26. While for test organoleptic and levels carbohydrates of treatment  fermentation 0 hours with addition concentration niralontar 100 ml ( A1B1) is the best treatment on product apem cake.

Abstract

This research is a quasi experimental research that aims to determine the effect of the use of cooperative learning type NHT ( Numbered Heads Together ) to improving student learning outcomes TPHP class X SMK 3 Takalar. The population in this research  was all students of class X SMK 3 Takalar. The sample consists of two classes. There are 25 students in every class, class X2 as the experimental group and the class X1 as the control group. This research using random sampling techniques. Methods of collection data using observation, test, documentation and questionnaires. Method in this research using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential analysis. The results of this research showed that the value of post-test experimental group was higher than post-test control group, so that implementation of cooperative learning model NHT significant effect on learning outcomes characteristics of the microorganism class X SMK 3 Takalar

Abstract

The purpose of this class action research was to determine the effect of Poster Comment method on the learning achievement of the X AG class of 4 gowa State Vocational High Schools. This type of research is classroom action research conducted in two cycles. In the first cycle there were two meetings and in the second cycle there were two meetings. The research subjects were all students of class X AG as many as 30 students. Data analysis techniques use quantitative and qualitative data. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the use of Poster Comment method can improve the learning outcomes of class X AG student of State Vocational School 4 Gowa. Improvement of student learning achievement is measured from cycle one evaluation test and cycle two.

Abstract

The texture on the food consists of smooth and coarse, liquid and solid, hard and mushy. Texture greatly affects the food that can be felt with pressure and movement of the receptor in the mouth. One type of food that relies on texture is crackers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the texture changes in the crackers to the temperature and time used. The temperature used is 120OC, 140OC and 160OC with variation of time ie 10, 15, 20 and 25 seconds. The measured parameters were hardness and organoleptic test result of texture. The best crackers in terms of texture is a cracker that uses temperature 140OC with time 25 seconds and 160OC with time 20 seconds

Abstract

The aim this study to make the design of fish feeding device that autometically based Arduino Board that can be applied in fish pond and to implement the design of fish feeding device that autometically for fish cultivation. The method used in the study in Research and Development (R & D), the result of research processed used quantitative data analysis techniques with several mechanisms such as made a framework, the installation of material components and manufacturing of microcontroller systems which includes making the path of series, the installation of components and inputting language program in microcontroller system. The device of fish feeding based mirocontroller can not be effective and effecient if compared with feeding manually that done by human.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the chemical and hedonic quality on catfish sangkuriang smoke with the different of concentration salt which  processed using methods smoke cabinet. This study used a complete randomized design (CRD). The data analyzed using the analysis range and the further DMRT. Data processed using data on the program SPSS version 20.Parameters observed in research is water content, fat content, protein content and value hedonik catfishes sangkuriang smoke.The result showed the best treatment derived from treatment a salt concentration of 17%.either on chemical analysis and of testing hedonik

Abstract

Most problems faced by farmers in red chili farming were production and price fluctuations that determines farmer`s income. This research aimed to assess the income and the marketing efficiency of red chili. The research locations were determined by purposive in Cirociroe village, Watangpulu Sub district. Respondents of this research were 20 red chili farmers that used by census method. The data of this research was collected on May – July 2018. The data analysis that were used in this research were descriptive and quantitative analysis. The income of red chili farmers was analyzed by R/C ratio. The marketing efficiency of red chili was analyzed by market structure, market conduct, and market performance. The results showed that red chili farming in Watampulu Sub district was profitable with the income of red chili farming was Rp46,336,000/ha. With 9.48 for R/C ratio and Efficiency 4.87% as value of marketing efficiency, so the marketing of red chili in Watangpulu Sub District-Sidrap Regency was efficient.

Abstract

This study aims to know the possibility of Ageratum conyzoides L. used asan organic pesticideand Ageratum conyzoides L. concentration appropriatein controlling pest Aulocaphora sp. Oncucumber plant. This research is experimental research using completely randomised design. There arefour treatment that concentration (3%), concentration treatment (6%), concentration treatment (9%), and control which 3 repetition. Variable research observed behavior  and mortality of pest Aulocaphora sp. The results showed Ageratum conyzoides L.extract use has the ability in controlling pest Aulocaphora sp.at concentration 9%, which can hamper the ability eat and cause silent reaction on pest Aulocaphora sp. furthermore, Aulocaphora sp. that eat the cucumber leaf lowest at concentration 9%
