Abstract

The purpose of this research was to improve the skill of writing poetry by applied picture and picture design for tree grade students in SDN Mangkuyudan No.02 Surakarta on academic year of 2017/2018. It is caused by learning to write poetry that has not done well so class tree grade student  have difficulty when asked to write a poem Therefore, the necessary learning strategies and instructional media fun and appropriate. The data collected by interview, observation, test, and documentation techniques. The data validity test were using content validity, triangulation of resource, and triangulation of technique. The result of this research shows the improvement of skill of writing poetry values from pre-action, cycle I until cycle II.

Abstract

Association of children in the era of technological development now is very free. For that, parents need to implement good communication patterns in children. The purpose of the articles of this is to determine the importance of a relationship as well as the implications for the pattern of communication the parents in the development of the personality of the child. The method of research that is used is qualitative methods using data collection techniques from library studies. The results of the article are discussed, namely, o rang parents in educating children should do approach to communication is based on the life of psychic children, because every child each has nature and character are different. Based on the discussion about the patterns of communication in the formation of the personality of the child can be concluded that the parents have a role large for the establishment and development of the personality of the child.

Abstract

An important problem that is often neglected in the study of Indonesian history today is the lack of discussion of the local historical context. History teachers are often fixated on the material presented in lks and course textbooks. Like a lack of attention to historical events that have happened around. For this reason, it is necessary to introduce local historical material to increase students' historical awareness, such as material on the local history of the struggle of the Mobrig troops in Yogyakarta. The research methodology used to increase students' historical awareness is descriptive qualitative. This method is carried out by distributing a questionnaire containing questions about historical awareness. The findings obtained at SMK N 1 Pengasih Kulon Progo show that the historical awareness of students has increased, this can be seen after the researcher gave a questionnaire before and after providing material on the Fight for Mobrig Troops in Yogyakarta. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that by providing local history material to students at SMK N 1 Pengasih Kulon Progo it can increase students' historical awareness.

Abstract

This title of research: “The role of library in developing literacy of SD N 4 Kutosari Student”. The focus of the study in this research is: (1) How the role of library in developing literacy of SD N 4 Kutosari Student ? (2) How the impact of library in in developing literacy of SD N 4 Kutosari Student ? Based on the formulation of the problem, this research has purposes: (1) Identify role of libraries in developing literacy of SD N 4 Kutosari Student. (2) Identify the impact of library in developing literacy of SD N 4 Kutosari Student. Techniques of data collection in this research are through literacy reading on cases, proceed with the questionnaire distribution, and lastly by drawing the conclusion.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in science material The Impact of Uncontrolled Utilization of Natural Resources in everyday life through Problem Based Learning. This research is a classroom action research conducted in three cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The research was conducted on the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Sokaraja Wetan with a total of 15 students. This research was conducted at SDN 1 Sokaraja Wetan, Sokaraja District, Banyumas Regency. The research was conducted from October to November 2020. The results of the study showed that student learning outcomes in science materials had an increase in the impact of uncontrolled use of natural resources in everyday life. This can be seen from the average value of learning outcomes in cycle I of 62, increasing to 78 in cycle II. And in cycle III the average value rose to 78.7. The number of students who completed the first cycle was 47%, in the second cycle it increased to 87% and in the third cycle it became 93%. So it can be concluded that using the Problem Based Learning learning model can improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Sokaraja Wetan in science material The Impact of Uncontrolled Utilization of Natural Resources in Daily Life.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengetahuan kegiatan ekonomi siswa kelas VA SDN Dukuhan Kerten no. 58 Surakarta tahun pelajaran 2017/ 2018 dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Group Investigation (GI). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dengan tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah guru kelas dan siswa kelas VA SDN Dukuhan Kerten no. 58 Surakarta tahun pelajaran 2017/ 2018 yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Sumber data berasal dari guru dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber data dan triangulasi metode. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis interaktif yang terdiri atas reduksi data, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan, serta menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif komparatif dan teknik analisis kritis. Prosedur penelitian menggunakan model spiral yang saling berkaitan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Group Investigation (GI) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pengetahuan materi pokok kegiatan ekonomi siswa kelas VA SDN Dukuhan Kerten no. 58 Surakarta tahun pelajaran 2017/ 2018.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the understanding the use of Javanese language "krama inggil" of preservice teachers in primary teacher education programs. This research is a descriptive study of 84 research subjects. The instruments used were description test sheets, questionnaire sheets, and interview sheets. The data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative. The results of the analysis show that: 1) The average value of understanding the use of Javanese language "krama inggil" was 78; 2) students who are able to communicate using good manners and apply in daily life as much as 38.61%; 3) Some of the difficulties factors of students using Javanese language "krama inggil" include not being accustomed from childhood, parents do not teach Javanese language "krama inggil", preferring to use Indonesian, lacking the motivation to use Javanese language "krama inggil" because it is difficult to pronounce.
