Abstract

;“Manajemen Pembelajaran Jarak  Jauh ( PJJ ) dalam Masa Pandemi Covid 19 di SD Pius Bakti Utama Kutoarjo, Kebumen dan Gombong Propinsi  Jawa Tengah ”. Tesis. Yogyakarta: Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan, Direktorat Pascasarjana, Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami dan menganalisis pola perencanaan, proses pengorganisasian, proses pelaksanaan dan pola pengawasan  dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) dalam masa pandemi Covid 19 di SD PIUS Bakti Utama Kutoarjo, Kebumen dan Gombong Propinsi Jawa TengahJenis penelitian ini adalah menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dimana menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Masalah muncul ketika para guru  dan siswa belum terbiasa menggunakan  pembalajaran  daring Berdasarkan hasil analisa maka diperoleh kesimpulan, (1) Kepala sekolah di SD PIUS Bakti Utama Kutoarjo, Kebumen dan Gombong Propinsi Jawa Tengah telah berhasil mengelola pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) dengan baik. (2) Para guru di SD PIUS Bakti Utama Kutoarjo, Kebumen dan Gombong Propinsi Jawa Tengah telah berhasil melaksanakan pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) dengan baik.

Abstract

Esti Hariyanti, Management of continuing professional development (CPD) Principal of elementary school (SD) In academic supervision management at SD Negeri Kemirirejo 3 District Magelang Tengah, Magelang City. Thesis. Yogyakarta: Educational Management Study Program, Postgraduate Directorate, Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa. Research objective include: First understanding PKB management of SD principal in the manage of academic supervision result in SD Negeri Kemirirejo 3 District Magelang Tengah Magelang City; second understand the supporting factors, constraints and solutions that affect the management of the PKB Principal in managing the results of academic supervision ; third understanding the results of the PKB management of the SD Principal in managing the results of academic supervision at SD Negeri Kemirirejo 3 District Magelang Tengah Magelang City. This type of research is using a descriptive qualitative research design. Data collection techniques in this research include interviews, observation, and documentation. This research conducted in SD Negeri Kemirirejo 3 District Magelang Tengah Magelang City. The data sources of this research were 1 principal, 16 teachers and 1 supervisor. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative analysis which included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research and discussion show that the PKB Management Program for the Principal of SD in managing the results of academic supervision has been carried out well in SD Negeri Kemirirejo 3 namely: First PKB consists of: Self-Development, Scientific Research, and Innovative Work. Its management is through the management functions of Planning, Organizing, Implementation, and monitoring and Evaluation; second supporting factors, inhibiting factors and solutions were also found from the implementation of PKB Principal Management in managing the results of academic supervision. The supporting factors for the PKB program are mainly the support of school residents and supervisors, dedication, motivation of the Principal, sources of funds in the RKAS and available infrastructure. The inhibiting factors are different teacher competencies, limited funding sources, the same activity time. Solutions that are implemented by rescheduling activities, coordination, and self-funding the use of the obtained teacher professional allowance; third the results of the PKB program are: teacher performance is increasing, learning services are more innovative with various learning media, there is 1 CKS balloon, 3 people who continue to study Masters, modules, best practices, PTS, competency improvement certificates, teacher achievement championships, SKP according to target, and promotion according to target. Abstract

This study aims to produce: (1) analysis of digital library management at SMA Negeri 1 Temon; (2) Analysis of the factors supporting and inhibiting digital library management in SMA Negeri 1 Temon; (3) Innovation in digital library management at SMA Negeri 1 Temon. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were the head of the librarian, librarian, and technology and information employees of SMA Negeri 1 Temon. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation and documentation studies. Test the validity of the data by triangulation of sources and methods. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively with Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis model. The results of the study showed that every element of management from the planning stage to the evaluation had been carried out well and some had not been carried out optimally. This is because there are several obstacles faced, namely (1) the equipment in organizing digital libraries is not adequate in terms of specifications, for example scanners that are still flat bad and the RAM capacity does not support the process of transferring media collections (2) the limited ability of library human resources in the context of digital libraries. , and (3) the lack of cooperation with publishers or other libraries in the procurement of digital collections. However, as for the supporting factors to accelerate digital library management, namely full support by the principal of SMA N 1 Temon and the high willingness of the head of the library for the implementation of a digital library. The innovation related to digital library management at SMA Negeri 1 Temon is to add a special menu to access the principal to carry out direct supervision functions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strengths and weaknesses. analyze opportunities and threats. and analyzing the results of the Entrepreneurship development strategy at SMK Negeri 3 Wonosari Gunungkidul. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data were collected using purposive sampling technique by means of interviews, observation and documentation. Data validation is done by member check technique, triangulation technique, and external audit technique. Data analysis data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model with data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of this study are that the Principal's Strategy in Entrepreneurship Development has the strength in the form of a curriculum that supports Entrepreneurship activities so that there is an increase in product-based learning outcomes and financial management improvements. Meanwhile, the weakness is that there is a maind set that still likes to work and the lack of mastery of foreign languages. The opportunity is increased cooperation with Iduka. Barriers are the lack of marketing skills and the low ability to manage finances. The result of this strategy is an increase in the results of well-managed Entrepreneurship activities based on BLUD management.

Abstract

This study aims to describe (1) the learning management based on trikon (continue, convergent, and concentrate) at SD Negeri Jurangombo 4 Magelang City, (2) Creativity and Innovation in learning management based on trikon (continue, convergent, and concentrate), (3) the supporting and inhibiting factors faced when participating in managing learning based on trikon (continue, convergent, dan concentrate) at SD Negeri Jurangombo 4. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Sources of research data are the school principal dan teachers of SD Negeri Jurangombo 4. Data collection techniques using in-depth interview techniques and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the data using technical triangulation. The results of the study indicate that (1) the learning management based on trikon (continue, convergent, dan concentrate) at SD Negeri Jurangombo 4 running smoothly, (2) Teachers of SD Negeri Jurangombo 4 make learning innovation with the support of the school principal, and (3) the supporting and inhibiting factors faced when participating in managing learning based in trikon (continue, convergent, dan concentrate) is from the teachers, educational institution, and the school itself, and the solution for the problems is to have discussion with colleagues.

Abstract

The present research was conducted in order to1) the leadership management of the course and training institutions as DUDI based LKP, 2) support factors and inhibitors, and 3) results and innovation in management of course and training institutions as DUDI based LKP in Budi Mulia culinary school yogyakarta. It is a qualitative descriptive study. The subject of this study is the society's leader, administrative staff, academic staff and instructor. Data collection techniques using interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis uses data collection steps, data reduction, data presentation, and deduction drawing. Data validity test using source triangulation and technical triangulation. Research results show that 1) the leadership management of the course and training of the Budi Mulia culinary school yogyakarta as DUDI based LKP consists of: A) planning by creating concepts, targets and objectives embodied in the program planning matrix, b) the organization by meeting all the stake holders involved, the work relationship between the society's staff has been in place, no one has collapsed under the organizational structure, c) execution by establishing a program according to DUDI's needs, basic competence according to DUDI's needs, infrastructure tools was closer to the DUDI’s facility, the instructor involved the active DUDI in the hotel, the monitoring and hiring information from DUDI, and d) surveillance by direct monitoring and evaluation.2) supporting management of the DUDI training program that is young, quick response, quick adaptation, and rapid adaptation of human resources, and excellent support and education from the local district foundation and education office, good partnerships with DUDI partners. While the inhibitor was the adjustment in DUDI's teaching schedule with work time, English mastery was still lacking for international communication. 3) as a result of the management of the leadership of the two courses and training groups as DUDI based LKP that this management process could run very well with the creation of research indicators.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) managerial competence of school principals in planning school programs at State Elementary School Gunungkidul Regency, (2) supporting and inhibiting factors of the principal's managerial competence in realizing non-academic achievements of schools at State Elementary School Gunungkidul Regency, (3) the results of the application of principal managerial competence in realizing non-academic achievements at Tileng 1 Girisubo State Elementary School and Semanu 3 State Elementary School Semanu, Gunungkidul Regency. This type of research used a qualitative approach. The results of the research data analysis showed that: (1) the application of the principal's managerial competence in planning school program plans had been carried out well, (2) the supporting factors consist of: the principal was an artist, the support of a good school committee, potential teachers and employees and willing to work hard, and there was a clear program plan. While the obstacles in general lie in the lack of budget and inadequate facilities and infrastructure, (3) The results of the application of the principal's managerial competence in realizing school non-academic achievements were very encouraging, because they had won various championships at various levels. Abstract

This study aims to determine Pasraman management, inhibiting and supporting factors, how to overcome inhibiting factors and the results of Pasraman education in realizing culturally intelligent students at Padma Bhuana Pasraman Yogyakarta. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The technique used in data collection is by direct observation, direct interviews and documentation. Data obtained from observations and interviews with informants were analyzed using triangulation data analysis techniques. The results of the study are: 1. Padma Bhuana Saraswati Pasraman Management carries out planning, organizing, implementing and controlling together. Planning is done by determining fixed programs, short-term programs and long-term programs. Organizing by dividing groups of types of activities and assigning teachers and pasraman managers. The groups are divided into 3 groups, namely religious learning groups, arts and culture learning groups and social activities groups. Implementation of the program is carried out regularly every Saturday starting at 09.00-15.00 for religious learning groups and arts and culture groups. Meanwhile, for the group of social activities, preparations are carried out before the activities are carried out with the intensity of time as needed. In the supervision, the manager applies the attendance method and learning evaluation. Education management carried out with the cooperation of teacher managers and parents is very much needed in the success of learning activities at the Padma Bhuana Saraswati Pasraman; 2. Supporting factors and inhibiting factors in providing education are: Supporting factors, namely the solidity of the core management, parental commitment, government support and support from pasraman teachers. Some of the inhibiting factors are the limited time of parents, the presence of new members and the condition of the students who get bored quickly; 3. The inhibiting factor step is to use an area/block system that is used to collaborate with or invite to go together when parents cannot deliver students. The steps taken to overcome the limitations of new members are to carry out intense socialization and provide special attention and services, while to overcome the boredom of students quickly are to convey creative, innovative learning and insert games that provide prizes and punishments; 4. The results of education at Paraman Padma Bhuana Saraswati are shown by six indicators, namely pasraman students who have ethics/morals, independence, social care, achievement, able to preserve culture and commitment to the state as well as high tolerance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian meliputi: (1) Memberikan gambaran mengenai manajemen pembelajaran di SD Taman Muda Ibu Pawiyatan; (2) Mengetahui faktor pendukung dan kendala dalam manajemen pembelajaran yang diterapkan; (3) Mengetahui seberapa efektif manajemen pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh guru kelas di kelas klasikal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Fokus dalam penelitian ini mengenai manajemen pembelajaran di SD Taman Muda khususnya bagi peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus yang dilaksanakan di kelas klasikal. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu model Miles dan Hubermen dengan mereduksi, menyajikan, menyimpulkan dan memverifikasi data. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan: (1) Tahapan Perencanaan dimulai dengan penyusunan asesmen akademik yang beracuan dari hasil asesmen dari tim psikologi; (2) Pengorganisasian manajemen pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan melakukan penyesuaian dan adaptasi pembelajaran dengan menurunkan standar kompetensi; (3) Tahap pelaksanaan pembelajaran dilakukan dengan penyusunan target pembelajaran jangka pendek dan panjang; (4) Penilaian hasil belajar mengacu kepada aspek akademik, sosial, pengembangan minat dan bakat serta kemandirian.

Abstract

Implementation of the Continuous Professional Development Program (PKB) for Se Dabin 2 State Elementary School Teachers, Central Magelang District, Magelang City. This study aims to describe (1) the implementation of Continuous Professional Development (PKB) for teachers at SD Negeri Se Dabin 2, Magelang Tengah District, Magelang City, (2) reasons for teachers at SD Negeri Se Dabin 2, Magelang Tengah Subdistrict in implementing Continuous Professional Development (PKB), ( 3) the supporting and inhibiting factors faced when participating in Continuous Professional Development (PKB), (4) the efforts of the teachers of SD Negeri Se Dabin 2, Magelang Tengah District in overcoming obstacles in the implementation of Continuous Professional Development (PKB).This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Sources of research data are school principals, HR development coordinator, 6 classroom teachers. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the data using technical triangulation and source triangulation.The results of the study show that (1) the implementation of PKB includes functional training activities and teacher collective activities, scientific publications and innovative works are quite good, (2) the reason teachers participate in PKB is to improve their professionalism, (3) the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation PKB comes from the Office, institutions and themselves, (4) efforts made by teachers in overcoming obstacles are to increase activities in PKB and become more independent teachers.
