Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the ISO 9001:2008 QMS, analyze the supporting factors, inhibiting factors, and efforts made to overcome obstacles in the implementation of the ISO 9001:2008 QMS implementation at SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan Yogyakarta. This type of research is a qualitative research using observation, documentation, and interview techniques. The population in this study were principals, teachers, and administration. The evaluation used uses the evaluation of the stake model. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be seen that the implementation of the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System in SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan is categorized as good once or running effectively. The supporting factors include teachers who have S1 and have received educator certificates, solid management, adequate infrastructure, large number of students and have many achievements, transparently managed finances, the existence of ISO 9001:2008 QMS guidelines, the desire of the parties involved. schools to improve service quality. Inhibiting factors include government policies that change frequently so that they affect the implementation of school curricula, there are still many students whose tuition payments are in arrears even until graduation, and there are still teachers who do not understand the ISO 9001:2008 QMS; Efforts made include socializing ISO to all school residents, making continuous improvements by always conducting periodic evaluations, the ISO team always trying to provide input to school management, optimizing the implementation of the Quality Management System with hard work, working smart and sincerely, improving and complete all deficiencies in the infrastructure data base, and increase cohesiveness among all school members. Abstract

Abstract: Supervision Analysis Based on Cooperative, Consultative, and Corrective Values ​​for Cacaban 1 Elementary School Teachers, Magelang City in 2020/2021. The research objectives include: (1) To determine the supervision process based on the Triko teacher model in the Diponegoro Cluster, Magelang City; (2) To find out the results achieved by supervision management based on the Triko teacher model in Cacaban 1 State Elementary School Magelang City; (3) To find out the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for supervision management based on the Triko teacher model in the Diponegoro Cluster, Magelang City; (4) To find out the inhibiting factors for supervision based on the Triko teacher model in elementary schools throughout in Ccacaban 1, Magelang City; (5) To determine the effect of developing supervision based on the Triko model in elementary schools throughout the Cacaban 1 State Elementary School, Magelang City. This type of research is using qualitative research to determine supervision according to Triko or Ki Hajar Dewantara's teaching model in the , Magelang City. This research uses interview, observation, documentation, and literature techniques. The research was carried out at the Cacaban 1 State Elementary School Magelang City. Data analysis uses the Miles Huberman model which includes data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing and verification. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded: (1) In the management of supervision of the Triko model: cooperative, consultative, and corrective at Cacaban 1 State Elementary School Magelang City involving the Principal and Teachers, the budget is clear, the quantity and quality of school residents is sufficient, planning activities through meeting. (2) Innovation and Creativity in supervision management at Cacaban 1 State Elementary School Magelang City involves Principal and Teachers. The source of funds for supervision creative innovation is very clear. (3) The management of school supervision at Cacaban 1 State Elementary School Magelang City can be concluded that there are no obstacles in planning human resources. Meanwhile, in planning activity financing funds, planning methods/procedures solutions through deliberation or joint discussions between the principal and teachers. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan manajemen pembelajaran kelas industri TPTU, menganalisis faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan pembelajaran kelas industri Teknik Pendingin dan Tata Udara (TPTU) serta menganalisis inovasi manajemen pembelajaran kelas industri TPTU. Pendekatan dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Fokus penelitian ini adalah manajemen pembelajaran kelas industri Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Pendingin dan Tata Udara SMK Ma’arif 2 Gombong Kabupaten Kebumen. Teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa secara umum manajemen pembelajaran kelas industri TPTU sudah berjalan dengan sangat baik dari aspek perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan evaluasi. Perencanaan meliputi perencanaan peserta didik, sumber daya manusia, kurikulum, perangkat pembelajaran, sarana prasarana. Pengorganisasian meliputi pembentukan Tim beserta urian tugasnya. Pelaksanaan meliputi pembelajaran teori dan praktik di sekolah, Praktik Kerja Industri, pembelajaran Teaching Factory dan penerapan budaya sekolah dalam budaya sekolah. Pengawasan meliputi pengawasan imternal berupa supervisi dan pengawasan eksternal berupa monitoring dari industri. Evaluasi terdiri dari evaluasi peserta didik melalui uji kompetensi dan evaluasi program kelas industri melalui rapat evaluasi. Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan pembelajaran kelas industri terdiri dari sumber daya manusia/guru yang profesional, lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, sarana prasarana yang memadai, kerja sama yang baik dengan DU/DI, dan dukungan pemerintah. Faktor penghambat pelaksanaan kelas industri terdiri dari pembiayaan, pembelajaran berbasis IT yang masih kurang, letak DU/DI sebagian besar di luar kota dan partisipasi orang tua. Inovasi yang di tawarkan peneliti dalam pembelajaran kelas industri adalah adalah pembelajaran berbasis IT dan penggunaan Learning Management System dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine, to find out the management of the Adiwiyata program, the creativity and innovation carried out, the supporting and inhibiting factors and their solutions at SD Negeri Kemirirejo 1. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the Adiwiyata program implemented at SDN Kemirirejo 1 since 2017 consists of 4 components, namely: 1) Environmentally Friendly Policies; 2) Implementation of Environment-Based Curriculum; 3) Participatory-Based Environmental Activities; 4) Management of Environmentally Friendly Supporting Facilities through the management functions of Planning, Organizing and Implementing, Monitoring and Evaluation, is well implemented. The results of the adiwiyata program are that in 2018 it was recognized as an adiwiyata school at the Magelang City level and in 2019 as an adiwiyata school at the Central Java province level. The year 2020 is progressing towards the title of a national level Adiwiyata school, but due to the pandemic, this activity has been postponed. The behavior/character possessed by school residents, especially students, shows the formation of a positive character, caring and loving the environment. Adiwiyata's supporting factors are mainly support from school members and committees/parents as well as school policies in the form of vision, mission and funding listed in the RKAS. Abstract

Abstract. Management is a process of utilizing human resources through collaboration with other people to achieve certain goals effectively and efficiently which is carried out through planning, planning, organizing, replacing, and controlling actions. During the pandemic, school management must continue to run smoothly. The pandemic has had a major impact on various sectors, one of which is education. The Indonesian government made a policy as an effort to prevent Covid by giving an appeal to the public to always maintain physical distance, avoid all forms of activity in the form of crowds and always maintain cleanliness. Educators must ensure that teaching and learning activities must continue, even though students are at home. Educators are required to design learning media and are expected to have the skills and ability to think creatively and innovatively to collaborate with students during the learning process by utilizing internet technology. There are many choices of media that can be used by teachers during online learning. The applications that are available from free to applications that have to spend a lot of money, one of which is e-Learning using the Google Forms application. Google Forms is part of the Google platform that allows someone to create surveys, questions and answers with online form features that can be made according to their needs. Thus teachers and students can still carry out activities at home to keep communicating and learning. By using internet learning media Google Forms teaching and learning activities for teachers and students must run smoothly because the Google Forms application was chosen as a learning medium and used in history learning because teachers have attended workshops on the use of Google Forms media in learning. The use of these media is also more widely used by teachers than other applications, because of the ease in the process of making and using it. So if there are technical problems with the use, you can ask other teachers who are more familiar with the use of Google Forms.

Abstract

Research objectives include: analyzing steam learning management which includes; planning, organizing, implementing, supervising and evaluating to optimize early childhood development at ABA Ngoro-oro; analyze supporting factors and inhibitors in STEAM learning to optimize early childhood development at ABA Ngoro-oro; analyze steam learning management results to optimize early childhood development at ABA Ngoro-oro.This type of research is qualitative. Data collection techniques use interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was concluded: In carrying out STEAM learning to optimize early childhood development in ABA Ngoro-oro, good management has been carried out which includes planning, organizing, implementing, and supervision and evaluation by involving all parties including principals, teachers, parents, committees and school supervisors; Supporting factors for competent human resources and good commitment, facilities and infrastructure that accommodate, loose parts media that can be taken from the surrounding environment for learning. The inhibitory factor is the existence of different teachers' understanding of steam learning management, loose parts media used do not match the ratio of the number of children; The results of steam learning management at ABA Ngoro-oro are able to optimize aspects of child development which include; aspects of the development of Moral Religious Values, Motor Physique, Cognitive, Language, Social Emotional and Artistic.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain management of dance art learning, obtaining analysis of students' creativity and innovation in performing arts-based dance art learning, acquire analysis of supporting factors, inhibitors and solutions in the management of dance art-based dance learning in an effort to creativity and innovation of students. The method used with qualitative desceptive methods. The data sources is the head teachers and students. The data collection techniques are using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The validity of the data is triangulation of sources, techniques and time. Data analysis use data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results is the analysis of dance art learning management there is planning, organizing, implementation, evaluation and implementation is good. Creativity and innovation analysis shows that SMK 1 Kasihan students have creativity skills is good in learning by being matched with creativity indicators and students have innovations that are relative, compatible, not complexity, triability and observability. Supporting factors in the management of dance art learning based on performing arts are facilities and infrastructure and relationships. The inhibitory factors that exist in the form of time owned both by teachers in school and in determining the dress rehearsal / dirty in the staging. The solution in dealing with obstacles is that teachers and students work together in maximizing their time.

Abstract

The research objectives include (1) Analyzing the management of the IMYC curriculum integration and the national curriculum with an inclusive perspective at SMP Tumbuh Yogyakarta; (2) Analyzing the role of educational inputs, processes, and outputs on the successful implementation of the IMYC curriculum integration and the national curriculum with an inclusive perspective at SMP Tumbuh Yogyakarta; (3) Analyzing the strength of integrating the IMYC curriculum and the national curriculum with an inclusion perspective at SMP Tumbuh Yogyakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study research design. This research was conducted in the international class of SMP Yogyakarta. Data was collected by means of in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The research subjects were the foundation administrator, head of school committee, principal, international curriculum coordinator, national curriculum coordinator, IMYC subject teachers, guidance and counseling teacher, and support teachers. The data analysis technique was carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results showed that: (1) SMP Yogyakarta implemented a curriculum management function in its management, starting from planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling the curriculum with various strategies, for example using the Integrated Curriculum model at the school level by integrating the national curriculum and IMYC and enriched with Cambridge curriculum specifically for Mathematics, Science and English. At the subject level using the Integrated Curriculum model for IMYC subjects and Separate Subject Curriculum for National Curriculum subjects; (2) The development of this curriculum integration model requires the role of educational inputs, processes, and outputs to support the achievement of curriculum success and the expected quality of education; (3) The advantages of this model are shown in the learning age which facilitates the learning needs of 11-14 years old, international thinking and international learning (International Mindedness and International Learning) insight, as well as the ability of students who are accustomed to diversity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan sistem ujian sekolah berbasis android dan mengetahui faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat pengelolaan sistem ujian sekolah berbasis android menggunakan aplikasi ZYACBT di SMK Negeri 7 Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 7 Yogyakarta pada bulan Januari – Maret 2022. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah informan, ativitas/kegiatan dan dokumen. Sumber data primernya adalah informan yang terdiri atas kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum, dan guru multimedia. Sumber data sekundernya adalah aktivitas/kegiatan dan dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan analisis isi. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari tiga alur yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi/penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa manajemen ujian sekolah berbasis android di SMK Negeri 7 Yogyakarta kaitannya dengan fungsi-fungsi manajemen bisa dikatakan sudah sangat baik karena setiap fungsi manajemen memuat atau memenuhi indikator- indikator yang ditetapkan oleh para ahli.  Selanjutnya, faktor pendukung manajemen ujian sekolah berbasis android adalah sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, antusias guru yang tinggi, tersedianya Sumber Daya Alam sekolah dan Sumber Daya Manusia sekolah yang optimal, adanya hubungan kerjasama yang baik dengan programer luar sekolah, dan usia sekolah. Sementara faktor penghambatnya meliputi jaringan internet yang kurang stabil dan adanya kendala terkait pengontrolan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research in general is to find out the contribution of Ki Hajar Dewantara's leadership trilogy to the performance of teachers in SMA in Kapanewon Imogiri. Meanwhile, specifically, this study aims to analyze the contribution of Ki Hajar Dewantara's leadership trilogy on the aspect of ing ngarsa sung tuladha on teacher performance in high school in Kapanewon Imogiri. The contribution of Ki Hajar Dewantara's leadership trilogy in the aspect of ing madya mangun karsa. The contribution of Ki Hajar Dewantara's leadership trilogy on the Tut wuri handayani aspect. This research uses quantitative research. The population in this study were all teachers in SMA in Kapanewon Imogiri. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. After the validity and reliability tests were carried out, it was found that of all statements of variable “performance” declared valid and reliable, all statements of the Ki Hajar Dewantara’s leadership trilogy in the aspect of ing ngarsa sung tuladha variable declared valid and reliable, all statements on the Ki Hajar Dewantara’s leadership trilogy in the aspect of ing madya mangun karsa variable all declared valid and reliable, as well as all statements on the variable Ki Hajar Dewantara’s leadership trilogy in the aspect of tut wuri handayani is declared valid and reliable. The results of this study indicate that: There is a positive and significant influence together with the leadership trilogy of Ki Hadjar Dewantara on the performance of teachers in Imogiri. This means that the higher the understanding and application of Ki Hadjar Dewantara's leadership trilogy, the better the teacher's performance will be. On the other hand, if the understanding and application of Ki Hajar Dewantara's leadership trilogy is low, then the performance produced by the teacher is also low. There is a positive and significant influence between the leadership trilogy of Ki Hadjar Dewantara on the aspect of ing ngarsa sung tuladha on teacher performance. There is a positive and very significant influence between Ki Hadjar Dewantara's leadership trilogy on the ing madya mangun karsa aspect on teacher performance. There is a positive and significant influence between Ki Hajar Dewantara's leadership trilogy on the tut wuri handayani aspect on teacher performance. Of the three independent variables, the dominant influence on teacher performance is the ing madya mangun karsa aspect. Keywords: performance, konstribution, leadership trilogy
