Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui Tingkat Perputaran Modal Kerja, Perputaran Kas, Perputaran Piutang dan Perputaran Persedian terhadap Return On Investment PT. Petrokimia Gresik periode 2014-2017. Subjek penelitian ini adalah PT Petrokimia Gresik dan objek penelitian Laporan keuangan periode 2014-2017 dalam laporan Neraca, laporan Laba Rugi dan laporan Arus Kas. Metode penelitian adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif, sedangkan metode pengumpulan data adalah kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dari tahun 2014-2017 diketahui tingkat perputaran modal kerja dikategorikan baik yaitu 11,1 kali. Tingkat Perputaran kas dikategorikan baik yaitu 10,9 kali. Tingkat perputaran piutang dikategorikan kurang baik yaitu 3,4 kali. Tingkat perputaran persediaan dikategorikan kurang baik yaitu 4 kali. Kinerja Return On Investment dikategorikan kurang baik yaitu 4,7%. PT Pertrokimia Gresik selama 2014-2017 kurang baik karena perputaran masih ada yang di bawah standar industri dan perusahaan belum memaksimalkan laba (BUMN).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan dengan menggunakan metode analisa perhitungan rata-rata piutang, perputaran piutang dan ACP. Dalam penyusunannya menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata piutang tahun 2016-2017 mengalami kenaikan sebesar 10% sedangkan tahun 2017-2018 mengalami penurunan 2,0%. Perputaran piutang tahun 2016-2018 mengalami kenaikan sebesar 0,56 kali dan 0,02 kali. ACP tahun 2016 yaitu 34 hari dan tahun 2017-2018 turun menjadi 32 hari. Laporan Kesehatan Keuangan Koperasi XYZ memiliki nilai dengan total 80 dan tergolong sehat. Melihat hasil perhitungan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa walaupun Laporan Kesehatan Keuangan Koperasi XYZ tergolong sehat, akan tetapi kinerja keuangan Koperasi XYZ dalam keadaan kurang baik, karena terjadi ketidakseimbangan keuangan koperasi antara pengeluaran dengan pemasukan koperasi

Abstract

Pengendalian kualitas merupakan tahapan yang sangat penting. Memperkecil kecacatan hasil produksi akan menjamin kelangsungan hidup PT Krakatau Wajatama di Cilegon. Pengendalian utama adalah saat proses produksi. menjadi rekomendasi perusahaan untuk menjadi perhatian utama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeteksi proses produksi besi beton terkendali secara statistik . Observasi langsung mengambil data primer ke pabrik besi beton PT Krakatau Wajatama dan pengujian dengan Peta Kendali P. Membandingkan antara jumlah ketidaksesuaian (riject) dengan jumlah produksi dan memakai batasan nilai untuk mengambil kesimpulan. Jangka waktu pengambilan data selama 3 bulan (April s/d Juni 2018). Proporsi rata-rata kecacatan (reject) produksi 0,4 % (LCL= 0%; UCL =0,209. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses produksi besi beton di PT Krakatau Wajatama terkendali secara statistik

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) managerial competence of school principals in planning school programs at State Elementary School Gunungkidul Regency, (2) supporting and inhibiting factors of the principal's managerial competence in realizing non-academic achievements of schools at State Elementary School Gunungkidul Regency, (3) the results of the application of principal managerial competence in realizing non-academic achievements at Tileng 1 Girisubo State Elementary School and Semanu 3 State Elementary School Semanu, Gunungkidul Regency. This type of research used a qualitative approach. The results of the research data analysis showed that: (1) the application of the principal's managerial competence in planning school program plans had been carried out well, (2) the supporting factors consist of: the principal was an artist, the support of a good school committee, potential teachers and employees and willing to work hard, and there was a clear program plan. While the obstacles in general lie in the lack of budget and inadequate facilities and infrastructure, (3) The results of the application of the principal's managerial competence in realizing school non-academic achievements were very encouraging, because they had won various championships at various levels. Abstract

Existential female characters are the existence of female characters in literary texts. The existence of existentialism in psychology encourages human self-awareness of their existence. In researching the novel The Girl Who Writes Letters Every Night, the aim is to describe the structure of the characters' experiences. The theory used is Rollo May's existentialist psychological theory. Existential psychology is an attempt to understand humans who experience and who are the targets of experience. Descriptive qualitative methods were used in this research with data analysis techniques in the form of listening, reading, taking notes. Then, content analysis uses the content of the quoted text data. The findings include the structure of the characters' experiences regarding: (i) death; (ii) emptiness (loneliness and isolation); (iii) anxiety; (iv) feelings of guilt; (v) togetherness; (vi) spatiality, (vii) temporalis; and (viii) body

Abstract

This study aims to determine what strategies the teacher applies in increasing studentlearning activeness and interest in reading in fiqh subjects, how the implementation ofstrategies implemented by teachers in increasing student learning activeness and interest inreading in fiqh subjects and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in studentlearning activeness and interest in reading at MA Tahfidz Nurul Iman Karanganyar.In this study using descriptive qualitative research methods. The location of thisresearch is at MA Tahfidz Nurul Iman Karanganyar. The research subjects or informants of this research are teachers who teach Fiqh material at MA TAhfidz Nurul Iman Karanganyar,mudir MA Tahfidz Nurul Iman Karanganyar, wakasek student affairs and students at MATAhfidz Nurul Iman Karanganyar. The data collection techniques used in this research areinterviews, observation or observation, and documentation.The results of this study are, first, the strategies that teachers apply in increasingstudent learning activeness and interest in reading in fiqh subjects are teachers usingdiscussion methods, group study, question and answer and practical methods and lecturemethods. Second, the selection of strategies by teachers in increasing student learningactiveness and interest in reading in fiqh subjects has been implemented well, such as forexample active students when learning is taking place, among others: they actively askquestions with the teacher, do not pasid in discussions and are able to practice on thematerial that has been taught. Third, supporting factors in learning activeness and students'interest in reading at MA Tahfidz Nurul Iman Karanganyar, among others, namely: clean,conducive environment and away from crowded streets etc. Then, the inhibiting factors in theactiveness of learning and reading of students include: some students are often sleepy when inclass, easily feel bored when learning takes place, etc

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ialah menilai dampak penerapan media google sketch up terhadap motivasi belajar dan kompetensi siswa di SMKN 1 Sampang. Populasi penelitian ini yakni semua siswa kelas XII DPIB-1 dan XI DPIB-2 SMK Negeri 1 Sampang yang berjumlah 71 siswa, sedangkan sampel penelitian sebanyak 20 siswa. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam jenis eksperimental. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode tes untuk mengetahui tingkat Kompetensi siswa, sedangkan angket digunakan untuk Penggunaan media Google Sketchup, motivasi belajar. Metode pengolahan data memakai teknik anova 2 Windows. Adapun hasil penelitian yakni 1) penggunaan media Google SketchUp berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 0.000, 2) Dari penelitian ini didapatkan fakta bahwa penggunaan media Google SketchUp berpengaruh terhadap Kompetensi siswa sebesar 0,003 di SMKN 1 Sampang

Abstract

Komponen pendidikan merupakan tolak ukur penentu kualitas pendidikan. Tenaga pendidik dan peserta didik merupakan pemegang kunci kualitas pendidikan yang diharapkan. Namun ditemukan permasalahan bahwa tenaga pendidik kerap kali menjadi pemegang sedangkan siswa sering tidak aktif dalam pembelajaran. Maka dengan itu dibutuhkannya solusi dalam hal ini dengan adanya penerapan model pembelajaran saintifik kurikulum 2013 yang memfokuskan pembelajaran pada siswa. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi model pembelajaran Discovery Learning pada mata pelajaran fikih di SMK Muhammadiyah 4 Surakarta Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif untuk menggambarkan dan mendeskripsikan implementasi model pembelajarn Discovery Learning pada mata pelajaran fikih di SMK Muhammadiyah 4 Surakarta. Dalam penelitian ini dapat diambil hasil dari kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1) Implementasi model pembelajarn Discovery Learning dapat terlaksana dengan baik sesuai dengan karakterisitik model pembelajaran Discovery learning, adapun pelaksanaan nya pertama kegiatan pendahuluan, kedua kegiatan inti didalamnya memuat proses penerapan model pembelajaran Discovery Leaarning dan ketiga penutup, 2) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penerapan nya terdapat beberapa hal yaitu, pendukung dari segi kinerja guru, media pembelajaran yang menarik, dan pembentukan kelompok yang dapat menyingkap waktu pembelajaran. Sedangkan penghambat dalam penerapannya yaitu, alokasi waktu yang tidak tepat, minimnya jam pelajaran, materi pelajaran yang tidak selalu cocok, situasi dan kondisi siswa yang tidak siap dalam menerima penerapan model pembalajaran ini. The components of education are the benchmark for determining the quality of education. Educators and students are the key holders of the expected quality of education. However, there is a problem that educators are often the holders while students are often not active in learning. Therefore, a solution is needed in this case with the application of the 2013 curriculum's scientific learning model which focuses learning on students. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Discovery Learning learning model in fiqh subjects at SMK Muhammadiyah 4 Surakarta in the 2023/2024 academic year. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative to describe and describe the implementation of the Discovery Learning learning model in fiqh subjects at SMK Muhammadiyah 4 Surakarta. In this study, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) The implementation of the Discovery Learning learning model can be carried out well in accordance with the characteristics of the Discovery learning model, as for its implementation, the first is the introductory activity, the second is the core activity which contains the process of applying the Discovery Learning model and the third is the closing. 2) There are several supporting and inhibiting factors in its application, namely, supporters in terms of teacher performance, interesting learning media, and group formation that can reveal learning time. While the obstacles in its application are, inappropriate time allocation, lack of lesson hours, subject matter that is not always suitable, situations and conditions of students who are not ready to accept the application of this learning model.

Abstract

The development of industrial technology today is very fast. However, SMK, as a ready-to-work workforce, not all have good readiness to meet the needs of the industrial world of work. This study aims to analyze the planning, implementation, evaluation, and absorption of students in the industrial class. This study used a qualitative approach with interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. The subjects involved in this study were school principals at the vocational education level. The data collection technique used in qualitative research is triangulation, namely the use of several different data sources to ensure the validity of the data obtained. Data collection was carried out by collecting data from various sources, such as interviews, observations, and document studies, with research instruments in the form of observation and interview guidelines. Data analysis includes two things, namely the implementation of analysis before in the field and analysis during the field. The results showed that industrial class planning had been carried out well, with curriculum synchronization, street vendor students, apprentice teachers, and guest teachers. Evaluation of activities is carried out periodically every 1 year. Student absorption in the 1st SMK industry reaches 94% at PT Alfamart, while the 2nd SMK is only absorbed 50%, with 30% at PT Daihatsu and 20% in other industries. Thus, the industrial class program at SMK has been successfully implemented properly. The implication of the results of this research is that stakeholders, such as schools, government and industry.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers as facilitators in learning Aqidah Akhlak and to find out what factors support and inhibit the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers as facilitators in learning Aqidah Akhlak. The type of research used is field research. Research data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the role of the teacher has been carried out well, the roles carried out include: As an educator and teacher by teaching science, providing examples, familiarizing and providing motivation. Teachers are also members of society by becoming good leaders and role models for society, becoming agents of reform for society. Teachers as administrators provide direction, initiative and assessment in education, enforce discipline and pass on a good culture to students. Teachers act as learning managers by maintaining the classroom environment, providing guidance, using time efficiently and effectively in achieving the goals of learning activities.
