Abstract

The purpose of this research are (1) to analyze effectiveness of implementation Edunav School Information System (SIS) in Semesta Middle School; (2) to analyze the resisting factors of implementation Edunav School Information System (SIS); (3) to analyze the supporting factors of implementation Edunav School Information System (SIS); (4) to analyze the success Edunav SIS’s implementation. The research was conducted at Semesta Junior High School located to evaluate effectiveness of implementation Edunav School Information System (SIS). The population in this study were principal, administration, students, teachers, and parents and students. This paper uses evaluative research using CIPP model. The mixed approach is used in this research. Quantitative descriptive approach using a quantitative descriptive questionnaire to measure the effectiveness of Edunav’s SIS implementation. The findings indicate that (1) The result of the assessment of the contex, input, process and product with the CIPP model show that the implementation of SIS Edunav is very good for all indicators. (2) Resisting factors, namely the lack of participation of parents and socialization is not optimal. (3) The implementation of SIS Edunav has many supporting factors such as foundation support, human resources capabilities and easy of access. (4) In general, management system of school information in Semesta Middle School well.

Abstract

he purpose of this study was to explore management that is devoted to developing teacher professionalism in an effort to improve the vocational skills of mentally retarded children at the Special High School (SMALB) level at the Pembina State Special School in Yogyakarta. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive qualitative type on the grounds that the researcher views that to realize the objectives of this research the most appropriate is to use descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were school principals and teachers at SLB Pembina Yogyakarta. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. To perform data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model with the steps of data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data is by increasing persistence and using triangulation of sources and data collection techniques. The results showed that the Yogyakarta Pembina Special School had carried out management functions well through planning, organizing, implementing and controlling. This can be seen from the management process of teacher professionalism development which is carried out well by the Yogyakarta Pembina Special School.

Abstract

This study aims: (1) To analyze the individual curriculum planning of Children with Special Needs (ABK) at Homeschooling HSPG Yogyakarta. (2) To analyze the organization of the individual curriculum for Children with Special Needs (ABK) at Homeschooling HSPG Yogyakarta. (3) To analyze the implementation of the individual curriculum for Children with Special Needs (ABK) at Homeschooling HSPG Yogyakarta. (4) To analyze the evaluation of individual curriculum for Children with Special Needs (ABK) at Homeschooling HSPG Yogyakarta. (5) To analyze the obstacles and solutions in curriculum management for individual children with special needs (ABK) at Homeschooling HSPG Yogyakarta. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research, using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. In this study, researchers will explore and find out how to plan, organize, and carry out evaluations, constraints, and solutions in individual curriculum management for the independence of ABK students in Homeschooling Putragama (HSPG) Yogyakarta City. This research was conducted on students with special needs at the Putragama Homeschooling (HSPG) in Yogyakarta City. The analysis used is the analysis of the Miles and Huberman models. Researchers reduce, present, draw conclusions, and verify data. Based on the results of data analysis, the conclusions are obtained: (1) Individual curriculum planning is derived from a national curriculum that is adapted or modified with the ability of ABK. (2) Organizing the regular curriculum into an individual curriculum is carried out by the school curriculum development team. Facilities and infrastructure for ABK at HSPG Yogyakarta can only cover children with mild autistic needs and mild mental retardation. (3) The implementation of learning is carried out by GPK or therapy teachers according to the ability and creativity of the teacher so that students can be enthusiastic about learning. (4) Reports on student evaluation results, both therapy and academic reports, are compiled into formative reports and summative reports. (5) Obstacles in the follow-up assessment to observe student characteristics or behavioral observation data and parental information that was not honest in the initial assessment.

Abstract

The research goals are: Business plan analysis, management organization analysis, management implementation analysis, and BKK management evaluation analysis for specific employment agencies (BKK). This research is qualitative research using interview techniques, observations and documentation. Researchers examine how SMK Batik Sakti 2 Kebumen's analysis of the planning, organization, implementation and evaluation of his BKK management. The analysis used is that of the Miles and Huberman model. Here are the results of this study: BKK was founded and developed based on analysis of problems and existing needs related to distribution of graduates to business/industry. It is also a place for matching graduates and job seekers. The presence of BKK is crucial to the recruitment process and integration of graduates into the world of work. Serving graduates according to the tasks and functions of the BKK section. The BKK is formed through a consultative process among school stakeholders through school-organized activities. BKK management refers to the main functions of general management and includes four main functions: planning, organizing, executing, evaluating and monitoring. A factor hampering the management of BKK is the attitude of students who are independent, unyielding and unprepared to face the world of work.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze multicultural-based learning management to foster children's character values ​​through the concepts of niteni, nirokke, nambahi at KB Vanda Perta Rini Kalasan Sleman. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Processing and analysis of data using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Information was obtained from respondents, namely school principals, vice curricula, and class teachers. The data validation technique uses data triangulation techniques. The results of the study can be concluded in several ways, namely (1) Multicultural-based learning management at KB Vanda Perta Rini begins with planning a work program that is arranged in a work meeting in the form of a work plan. The organization at the Vanda Perta Rini KB is carried out in a kinship system with a system that refers to the applicable SOPs. The implementation of the work program is carried out by referring to the previously planned work program. Supervision is carried out centrally by the school principal and is recorded and reported in July or at the start of the new school year to the foundation. It is known that the results of the program evaluation show that 70-100% are fulfilled or the results are developing according to expectations for the category of evaluation of learning related to child development. (2) The learning process with the Tri N concept which develops aspects of the development of multicultural-based religious, moral and cultural values ​​is carried out by inviting children to listen, observe and show concrete learning resources to children. In order for children to be able to teach, the teacher guides children with examples of good attitudes, behavior and words, conducts demonstrations and experiments. To encourage creativity to emerge so that the concept of adding is there the teacher provides motivation to children by giving praise, appreciating children. Religious and moral values ​​are in accordance with their beliefs through Imtaq activities according to their respective religions. To support culture, teachers introduce cultural products such as folk songs and culture-based extracurricular activities. (3) The supporting factors are having teachers of different religions and ethnicities, good communication, good interaction with adequate facilities and infrastructure, human resources who have a passion for learning and positive parental responses. The inhibiting factor is that the institution does not yet have Buddhist and Hindu teachers while they have students of that religion due to limited funds, inadequate IT, lack of socialization about multiculturalism, and lack of media on diversity posters placed in the classroom and teacher's office.

Abstract

Abstract: The aims of the research include (1) to analyze how career guidance management works in an effort to realize the work readiness of students at SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta, (2) to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors of career guidance management in an effort to realize the work readiness of students at SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta. (3) To analyze how the effectiveness of career guidance management is in an effort to realize the work readiness of students at SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, in order to be able to analyze how the description of the facts that occur regarding career guidance management at SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observation, and documentation with research subjects of school principals, PPKS coordinators (Student Career Development Centers), guidance and counseling teachers and students. The data analysis technique used consists of data reduction by selecting raw data to become information, data presentation, namely presenting data in the form of descriptions, charts or tables, and drawing conclusions by making conclusions from research results referring to the problem formulation. The technique of checking the validity of the data uses triangulation of sources and techniques. Career guidance management planning at SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta has been going well, with the planning stages consisting of needs assessment, budget adjustment, preparation, preparation of career guidance management program. The organization of career guidance management has also been carried out properly through the determination and division of each task according to their competence and authority. The implementation of career guidance management at SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta has been going well for students from class X to class XII, with programs implemented at school and outside school. And supervision has also been going well with reviews that are summarized on an ongoing basis so that it can become a benchmark for further activities to be even better.

Abstract

The 21st century learning is learning that is designed so that children are able to keep up with the latest developments in Science and Technology (IPTEK). Students are required to master four learning skills called 4C which include critical thinking and problem solving skills (critical thinking and problem solving), collaboration (ability to work well together), communication (ability to communicate), and creativity (creativity). From various references it is known that Mind Mapping is an effective learning method in mapping creative thoughts and then integrating and developing the working potential of the brain, both right brain and left brain so that students can improve 4C skills. The research was carried out based on the principles of qualitative research and was carried out in two schools; Pergiwatu Public Elementary School and Bantar Muhammadiyah Elementary School involving the Principal, one Class V teacher, and one student from each school as data sources. Data collection was carried out using observation techniques, interviews based on interview guides, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out in 4 stages from the Miles and Huberman model, namely, data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the application of the mind mapping method in improving the 21st century skills of elementary school students has gone well. The management of the mind mapping method that is carried out invites students to think critically, find various solutions to problems that occur, work well together, communicate well, and increase creativity in various fields, especially the field of fine arts. In addition, the role of the Principal and the Classroom Teacher is very large as a motivator, the Principal and the Teacher have a role as an innovation in the development of learning media.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a description of the planning analysis, to analyze the organization, to analyze the supervision, to analyze the evaluation, and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the LIDI SAPU Innovation at SMP Negeri 2 Selomerto. This study uses qualitative research in order to obtain in-depth information regarding the LIDI BROOM Innovation at SMP Negeri 2 Selomerto Wonosobo. In this study, the data sources were school principals, innovator teachers, teachers, students and librarians. Activities in data analysis consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions/verification. There are 4 pillars of digital literacy for students and teachers which will be improved towards this innovation, namely: 1) Increasing digital culture 2) Increasing digital savety 3) Increasing digital ethics 4) Increasing digital skills. The results of the research regarding the Implementation of the LIDI SAPU Innovation in the implementation of digital literacy for teachers and students at SMP Negeri 2 Selomerto Wonosobo, it was concluded that the management process had been well implemented from the elements of planning (planning), organizing (organizing), implementing (actuating), Supervision ( controlling), and Evaluation (evaluating). SAPU LIDI's innovation makes a positive contribution to the world of education in accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) related to guaranteeing literacy and numeracy capabilities by applying service methods by applying the 4 pillars of digital literacy, namely: Digital Culture, Digital Safety, Digital Ethics, and Digital Skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain a description of the principal's management analysis in obtaining literacy culture achievements at the national level at SD Negeri 4 Wates. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collected by interview, observation, and documentation. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 4 Wates. Data analysis was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions as well as verifying data. Data validity by increasing persistence and using source, technique, and time triangulation. The results of the study show that the management of school principals in obtaining literacy culture achievements at the national level is carried out by planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating or supervising which begins with a school strategic discussion (SSD).

Abstract

The research objectives include: (1) analyzing the management of Teaching Factory learning in Cosmetology Expertise Competency to foster the entrepreneurial spirit of Fashion students which includes planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating functions, (2) analyzing the supporting and inhibiting factors of teaching factory learning in cosmetology expertise competency, (3) analyzing teaching factory learning solutions in cosmetology expertise competency at SMKN 2 Godean. This research is a qualitative research with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants of this research are the principal, vice principal of curriculum and public relations, special work exchange, head of the fashion craft program, teachers and students. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, including: data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The research location is SMKN2 Godean with the address Jl. Jae Sumantoro, Sidoagung, Sleman, Yogyakarta. The results showed that the analysis of teaching factory learning management in the competence of fashion craftsmanship to foster entrepreneurial attitudes of students at SMKN 2 Godean Sleman Yogyakarta, can be seen in: (1) the management of teaching factory learning in the competence of fashion craftsmanship is seen in the planning that has been done well, the organization of learning is listed in the lesson plan document is implemented well can foster the entrepreneurial spirit of students, the implementation is in accordance with DUDI standards, the evaluation of teaching factory learning reinforcement analysis needs follow-up, and (2) supporting factors in teaching factory learning facilities and infrastructure that meet industry standards and competent teachers, The inhibiting factor is that there is no special building for the implementation of teaching factory learning so that in its current implementation it uses a semi-block schedule, the solution in dealing with obstacles is that in the future the school plans to build a new building for teaching factory learning.
