Abstract

After explaining why analytical research studies in adaptive physical education learning during a pandemic are urgently needed, we briefly place the rapidly evolving phenomenon of adaptive physical education learning within the broader aspects of the learning process where content and language have been considered and compare research results with those of other people. people from other educational phases. An in-depth analytical study in an extraordinary school depicting adaptive physical education learning in a time of pandemic. We describe an analytical study that has estimated teacher and student beliefs before attempting to synthesize evidence on whether adaptive physical education learning during a pandemic is beneficial for developing abilities of students with special needs in special schools. We conclude that key stakeholders have serious concerns regarding adaptive physical education learning. The role of teachers and parents is very decisive in the growth and development of children with special needs. In this pandemic period, physical education teachers have higher challenges related to learning in special schools, because the learning of students with special needs is very different from normal students in general.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine whether there was an effect of asking to learn on the learning outcomes of soccer passing using the inside of the foot in class VIII MTS Bua students. The research method used descriptive research with the independent variable being interest in learning and the dependent variable being the learning outcomes of passing using the inside of the foot. The population is the entire class VIII MTS Bua, namely 6 groups of 55 students. The sample in this study were 20 students of class VIII MTS Bua. The data analysis technique used the SPSS application program. The results of this study the data there is a value of sig.0,000. The value of sig. is less than 0.05 or the value of 0.000 <0.05, then H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. The variable of interest in learning has tcount that is 8.177 while ttable = 1.725 so tcount > ttable. The conclusion in this study is that there is a significant effect of learning interest on the learning outcomes of soccer passing using the inside of the foot in class VIII MTS Bua students of 88.8%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berawal dari pegamatan penulis bahwa masih banyaknya Ibu-Ibu PKK yang mengeluh sering sakit, cepat lelah, sesak nafas, bahu terasa berat dan kaku, diduga ini terjadi karena tingginya kadar kolesterol yang dialami Ibu-Ibu PKK. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Sport Massage terhadap Penurunan Kadar Kolesterol Ibu – Ibu PKK. . Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling, maka sampel pada penelitian ini adalah Ibu-Ibu PKK yang memiliki kadar kolesterol tinggi. Teknik analisa data menggunakan rumus komparasi yaitu uji t, namun sebelumnya seluruh data harus dinyatakan berdistribusi normal. Dari hasil analisis koefisien diperoleh thitung = 2,18 > ttabel = 2,015 pada taraf signifikan = 0,05. Maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Hal ini membuktikan adanya penurunan yang signifikan dari Pengaruh Sport Massage terhadap Penurunan Kadar Kolesterol Ibu-Ibu PKK di Koto Panjang Payobasung, Kecamatan Payakumbuh Timur, Kota Payakumbuh.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyzed the performance of sports education teachers of Senior High school on education. The Educational system in the word had been adopted the performance assessment as an urgent mechanism to push desirable and modelling behavior among teachers as accountable object from Professional Competency, social and personality. This is considered as a survey research using descriptive method. The data is collected from 88 senior high school teacher in Padang city. The data was collected by using by questionnaire and group focused. The data analyzed by table and theme. The result of the research shows that the professional competencies in medium range categories , and social competencies in good categories. From this result, we highly recommended that assessment for the sport education teacher has to be based on the frame of development professional competencies, social and professional to enhance the education quality in Senior High School.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the imbalance between student learning outcomes and the learning process during the pandemic. This study aims to determine the evaluation of sports and health physical education learning during the pandemic at the Pariaman City Elementary School. This research method uses a phenomological qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were students. Sources of data are obtained from secondary data, namely the results of observations of researchers in the field and primary data from interviews with related subjects. The interview technique was carried out in an unstructured manner using interview guidelines. The observation technique was carried out by two observers. The data analysis of this research is descriptive. The results of this study indicate: (1) Daring the online learning process students are not optimal in the learning process, this is because while online students study at home accompanied by parents, without meeting friends, and without being taught by the teacher directly. (2) Student learning outcomes are also high but the learning process is not optimal, so it becomes anxiety for parents because the knowledge gained is not optimal.

Abstract

Engaging in physical activity provides a lot of benefits for the youth. It generally helps to improve fitness. Despite clear evidence that physical activity offers significant health benefits, the majority of youth in Saudi Arabia, do not meet the recommended levels of physical activity as findings show 60 percent of the Saudi Arabian population is physically inactive. This poses a huge problem as sedentary life is a public health issue, lack of policies and funding that will encourage physical activity has been identified as one of the major problems. Therefore, this study examines the role of universities Policy and Funding in promoting physical activities participation among the undergraduates in KSA. Data were collected using questionnaire from 25 universities from the Saudi Kingdom with a total of 643 participants who were selected across all levels. Results show that financial support and policies had high importance in sports participation. Based on these, it can be argued that both university's policies, funding have a positive relationship with physical activities participation.

Abstract

Baturraden Adventure Forest (BAF) is one of the representative tourism objects for outdoor learning activities. This study aims to analyze the Baturraden Adventure Forest (BAF) Tourism Object as a learning infrastructure for outdoor activities for physical education subjects. This study used a qualitative method, while data collection was carried out in elementary schools throughout Baturraden District. The research subjects used the purposive sampling technique to include BAF managers, school principals, physical education teachers, and elementary students. The collecting data using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data's validity was tested using the data triangulation technique—analysis of the data using the analysis model of Miles and Huberman. The study results based on interviews, observations, and documentation showed that the Baturraden Adventure Forest (BAF) tourism object has relevant infrastructure for outdoor learning activities for Physical Education. In addition, BAF is also relevant for student campsites outbound and recreation for all people. The supporting factors in the Baturraden Adventure Forest (BAF) Tourism Object are seven packages: team building, student outbound, river adventure, riverside camp, paintball, walk-in program, and family camp. Baturraden Adventure Forest (BAF) Tourism Object has a high price of facilities, and not all schools can access the activities due to cost constraints. Conclusion: Baturraden Adventure Forest (BAF) tourism object has appropriate facilities to support outdoor learning activities for Physical Education

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design a circuit method training program and the addition of natural energy ingredients, namely honey, to see its effect on the VO2 Max ability of UNP badminton athletes. There are many training methods to improve the athlete's VO2 Max ability, one of which is the circuit method. This type of research is experimental. This research was conducted at the UNP Badminton Court. The sample in this study amounted to 20 people. To measure the ability of VO2 Max is to use a multistage fitness test (bleep test). Hypothesis testing in this study was processed using descriptive and ineferential statistics with the sample-dependent comparative formula (t-test). Before the data is processed using the t test. From the results of the data analyzed using statistics, it can be concluded that the results of the hypothesis are as follows: There is a significant effect of Circuit Training Method without Honey on the VO2 Max Ability of Badminton Athletes where tcount = 14.18 and ttable (α = 0.05) = 2, 26 and the mean difference is 2.41. There is a Significant Effect of Circuit Training Method plus Honey on the VO2 Max Ability of Badminton Athletes where it is obtained that tcount = 22.61 and ttable (α = 0.05) = 2.26 and the average difference is 5.20. There is a difference in the effect between the circuit training method plus honey and the circuit training method without honey on the VO2 Max Ability of the Badminton Athletes in the Padang State University Sport Activity Unit where tcount = 6.28 and ttable (α = 0.05) = 2.26 and the average difference the average count is 2.45. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the effect of the circuit training method and honey has an effect on the VO2 Max ability of badminton athletes at the Padang State University Sports Activity Unit.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a locomotor movement learning module at grade 4 of SDLB with autism, in terms of content and attractiveness which is equipped with locomotor movement pictures and videos that can be accessed offline or online. Research and development used the ADDIE model (analysis, design, develop, implement, and evaluate) as the model of development research. The research used a questionnaire instrument in collecting data and use descriptive quantitative as an analysis technique data. Research subjects are SLB Autism of Universitas Negeri Malang and SDLB C Autism Tuban. Consist of teachers and students in these schools. The subjects of the small group trial are 3 SLB teachers and the large group trial consisted of 20 SLB teachers. The result in a large group trial is 95,14%. From this data, the conclusion obtained that the locomotor movement learning module at grade 4 of SDLB with autism for the teacher is very valid to be applied in learning

Abstract

Zumba is a form of sport or dance originating from Brazil that has energetic movements accompanied by music, but in the current era of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is estimated that there is a decrease in motivation to do Zumba. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to conduct a survey about how much motivation women have in doing Zumba exercises. This research is a descriptive study based on an online survey. The women who are members of the style studio used as samples in this study were 22 participants using a complete sampling technique. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire. The research instrument adopted from the sport motivation scale. Surveys with data collection procedures using questionnaires were used in this study. The frequency distribution technique was used in the data analysis, along with the calculation of the percentage. The findings in this study indicate that women's motivation to exercise Zumba is quite good, as evidenced by the percentage value of 32%. Thus, the study concludes that women still have a good enough motivation to do Zumba even during the COVID-19 pandemic crisis
