<![CDATA[This study collect information on nuns in Manggarai whom categorized as nulliparity. 6 nuns are participated on this research. Qualitative study were used to browse themes related to the perception on breast cancer. Data were collected using interview recorded with voice recorder. Study findings emphasized several important facts that influencing their behavior on giving opinion of breast cancer. There were 4 themes obtained. First theme was the lack of knowledge. The theme represented by the findings that the majority of the participant could not answer the question on definition, etiology, sign and symptom, and the cancer treatment. The second theme was belief. Majority of participant belief that they could not possibly suffer from breast cancer because they are unmarried and their life style within the monastery is being maintain better. The third theme was the habituality. The statement supporting this theme was within the monastery there were no discussion on reproductive health, they thought that the said discussion was not the priority on the monastery life. The fourth theme was hope. This theme was appear as the majority of participant wished for the health education on reproductive health especially on breast cancer. Thus, the findings on this research explain that the participants had not yet obtained the proper information of breast cancer. Belief and habits orelated to breast cancer also appear in the study findings, that also related to culture and custom going on for a long period of time. Wishful response stated by participants was the findings need to be noticed by all involved stakeholder. Participant needed the accurate information on reproductive health specifically, breast cancer.]]>

<![CDATA[Low Back Pain (LBP) is the most common musculoskeletal problem and it is currently the most widespread problem affecting the human population. William's flexion exercise is an exercise therapy for low back pain sufferers developed by Dr. Paul William in 1937 by strengthening abdominal and gluteus maximus muscles and extending the back extensor muscles. The purpose of this study is to identify generally the effect of William's flexion exercises on the level of low back pain in nurses in Haji general hospital Medan. This research was quantitative study using a quasi-experimental design that is provide treatment or intervention on research subjects then the treatment effect is measured and analyzed (Polit & Beck, 2012). The type of quasi-experimental design used was one group pretest-posttest only design. Results of analysis of normality test with analytical methods namely Shapiro-Wilk Test showed that the intervention group's pain scale was normally distributed (p> 0.05) and also used a descriptive method so that the data were analyzed using parametric tests namely the Independent t-test to test the average difference between 2 groups and paired t-test to test the difference in average pain scale before and after the intervention. The conclusion of William's flexion training research provides benefits in reducing low back pain in nurses at Haji general hospital Medan, it can be seen in the following conclusions: (1) pain scale before doing William flexion in the intervention group respondents showed an average of 3.82 (moderate pain scale); (2) Pain scale after doing William flexion in the intervention group respondents showed an average of 2.59 (mild pain scale); and (3) there was difference in pain scale before and after the intervention of William flexion in the intervention group, where the pain scale before showing moderate pain and after flexion showing mild pain scale.]]>

<![CDATA[Background: Adolescence is a transition from childhood to adulthood, during this time many complex problems occur so that they must be able to solve these problems to become a quality next generation. Problems that can occur in adolescence include reproduction health problems such as unwanted pregnancy, abortion, and sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). One strategy that can be used to increase adolescent knowledge is to provide health promotion. Adolescents begin to explore their thoughts and find out about the changes that occur in themselves. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of reproductive health promotion on the level of student knowledge in Mamiamas Ngabang High School. Method: This study is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental method with one group pre-test-post test design, with 145 respondents. Results: From the results of the t-test there are differences in the level of knowledge between before and after health promotion (p <.005) with significance .000, based on the results of the magnitude of p obtained, it was concluded that there was an influence on the promotion of reproductive health on the level of student knowledge about reproductive health at Maniamas Ngabang High School. Recommendation: providing regular health promotion to provide information at a further level can increase adolescent awareness about reproduction health.]]>

<![CDATA[World Health Organization (WHO) in 2013 showed that cataracts are the main cause of blindness in the world around 42 %. The cataract or turbidity of the eye lenses is the most common cause of decreased visual acuity in Indonesia. Preoperative complications can interfere with the smooth operation so that the best visual acuity results are difficult to achieve. This study aims to determine the relationship between preoperative complications and visual acuity after cataract surgery at the Community Eye Health Center (BKMM) NTB in 2018. This type of research is an analytic observational case control research approach. The population in this study were all patients who have performed cataract surgery using the Small Incision Cataract Surgery (SICS) method and performed Intra Ocular Lens (IOL). The number of samples in this study were 70 people with sample techniques using consecutive sampling. This research was conducted at BKMM NTB on February 13 - March 13 2018. The data collection tool in this study was the observation sheet. Data analysis using Chi Square test. The results of the study obtained p-value = 0.0005 (a = 0.05) so Ho is rejected. It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship the pre-operative factors of the operation on the post-operative vision acuity with the SICS method at Community Eye Health Center (BKMM) NTB in 2018. Recommendations that can be given are cross-program collaboration with health service agencies in order to conduct health promotion and improve human resources]]>

<![CDATA[Caring is a nurse action to care someone else based on morality and humanity. Caring is influenced by soft skill that a nurse has. Soft skill is an ablility that someone has related to communication, adaptation and socialization. This cross sectional study was aimed to gain the relationship between soft skill and nurse caring. This study used a questionnaire that was given to one hundred and fifty one patients in inpatient ward. The result showed that most nurse soft skill were good based on patients perceptions. Profesionalism, problem solving and self direction were in good category also. Meanwhile, most patients said that communication ability was less good. Chi square test proved that there was a relationship between soft skill with nurse caring. There were three soft skill abilities that had relationship with nurse caring, they were communication, professionalism and problem solving. Meanwhile, self direction didn’t have relationship with nurse caring. It was concluded that nurse caring was influenced by their soft skill ability. Chief nurse should supervise the nurse continuously so that they could increase their soft skill ability. Head nurse should make a policy to evaluate nurse soft skill when their performance was measured.]]>

<![CDATA[Background: Stunting is a condition where the lack of fulfillment of nutrition in children and is chronic. The incidence of stunting in Indonesia reached 30.8%. One factor related to stunting is the mother's knowledge. During interviews in the Binong and surrounding areas, it was found that ten mothers did not yet know about the meaning of stunting, two of whom had heard but did not know about stunting and eight of whom had never heard of stunting. Research Objectives: This study was conducted to determine the relationship of knowledge and attitudes of mothers with the incidence of stunting toddlers in Binong and surrounding areas. Research Methods: This study uses a quantitative method of correlational type. The population in this study are mothers who have toddlers in the Binong and surrounding areas. The sampling technique used in this study is a total sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is a bivariate analysis using the chi-square test. Results: Bivariate test results with chi-square stated there was no relationship between maternal knowledge with the incidence of stunting (p = 1,000) and maternal attitudes with the incidence of stunting (p = 0.786). Recommendation: Nurses have the responsibility to give a comprehensive education with various media to enhance mother knowledge about stunting. Further research is needed to add different variables of perception, behaviour and parenting.]]>

<![CDATA[Ankle brachial Index (ABI) is an examination to determine of vascularization in the lower leg in T2DM patients. Vascular disorders in the lower legcan predicted nerve function problem in the legs (peripheral diabetic neuropathy). The purpose study was to exploration the ankle brachial index in T2DM patiens and its correlation with foot sensory. This study was an observational analytic with cross sectional design with population was type II DM patients in diabetic clinic Sari Mutiara Hospital. The number of samples was 65 respondents taken by accidental sampling with inclusion criteria did not have diabetic ulcers, heart or kidney disease and exclusion criteria were ABI values> 1.3. Conclusion: The lower of ABI values indicate a problem of foot sensory in T2DM patients.It is recommended for T2DM patients to routinely to assest of ABI and leg sensitivity and control glikemic levels.]]>

<![CDATA[Gingivitis undergoes gum discoloration from reddish to bluish red, in accordance with the increase in the process of ongoing inflammation. Based on the initial examination of 13 students there were 6 students with mild gingivitis, 7 students having moderate gingivitis. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of knowledge about oral and dental hygiene against gingivitis in puberty women aged 12-15 years at MTs SBabah Krueng Pidie Jaya in 2019. <![CDATA[Telenursing is a long-distance treatment that utilizes the development of information and communication technology. Telenursing can be used by families who treat patients with chronic illness at home so it can be directed and controlled in their care. The objective of this Literature Review is to explain the effect of telenursing on quality of life among patient with chronic disease. The data were identified from five journal databases including PubMed, JSTOR, Willey Online Library, Sage Journal and Taylor Francis Online by PIOS (Participant, Intervention Outcomes and Study Design) method and MeSH term on advanced search engines. Articles that became research data were published in 2008 to 2020 with English version, opened access and full text in the form of original articles or research articles. There were 2,060 articles found, a screening process was carried out using PRISMA Flowchart to eliminate articles that did not meet the criteria. In this literature review study, 9 articles were found that proved that the use of telenursing interventions could improve patients satisfaction and quality of life. This study reinforced the findings of previous research studies that showed that telenursing was effective to be used in the process of treating patients with chronic diseases]]>

<![CDATA[The number of sufferers of Human Immunoficiency Virus (HIV) / AIDS continues to increase every year. One of the causes of new sufferers is the risky sexual behavior of people with HIV / AIDS that has been detected. The purposed of this study is to describe the sexual behavior of people with HIV / AIDS in Arifin Achmad Public Hospital as a prevention of HIV / AIDS transmission. The research method used descriptive analytic techniques to describe the sexual behavior of HIV / AIDS. The study was conducted from January 27, 2020 to February 27, 2020 in Arifin Achmad Public Hospital. The results showed that of 120 respondents, 71 (60%) respondents had risky sexual behavior and 49 (40%) respondents had healthy sexual behavior. Analyze with statistics showed there are not correlation between sex (p value = 0.2) and education (p value = 0.6) level with sexual behavior HIV AIDS patient.
