Abstract

Cigarettes have addictive properties whose use can cause non-communicable diseases (PTM) to active smokers and passive smokers. This research is entitled "A Model Approach in Enforcement of Regional Regulation No. 5 of 2017 concerning Non-Smoking Areas (Case Study of Enforcement within the Scope of OPD of East Kalimantan Province)". Knowing the model approach used in Enforcement of the Regional Regulation on KTR and the resulting output. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Sources of data using primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques were obtained through data analysis, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The approach used in enforcing the Regional Regulation on KTR is a political approach. The governor in this case as the regional head has the power and influence in the regional government organization. Thus, the success of the Perda KTR will help in the appearance of other dominant group governors such as the Head of the OPD to witness a member under him to participate in the success of his policies. Suggestions for further implementation of this policy are expected not only to rely on a limited political approach model. There are still two approaches, namely procedural and managerial approaches through programs and their derivative policies in support of the KTR regional regulation and a behavioral approach that emphasizes awareness of object policies, namely the ASN of each OPD by way of education through socialization.

Abstract

Based on its area, Pasar Melintang Village can be used as the newest tourist location on the outskirts of Medan, which offers natural views that are still beautiful, typical of the countryside, namely the concept of agro-tourism, namely traditional rice farming. Pasar Melintang Village has excellent potential to develop agro-tourism due to the available natural conditions, fertile soil conditions, and cool air climate. This is very supportive of cultivating various agricultural commodities by implementing an environmentally friendly land management system. Based on the research pre-survey conducted by researchers, the Deli Serdang area has not yet implemented the concept of agro-tourism, even though the Pasar Melintang Village area is very suitable for use as agro-tourism based on traditional rice farming because the population is dominant as a farmer. This type of research is associative, the people in this study amounted to 272 people, and the number of research samples amounted to 73 people. The kind of research data is quantitative. In this study, the researcher took the data collection technique in a questionnaire (Questionnaire), and the statistical test used was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the partial test, it can be concluded that the location has a positive and significant effect on the development of agro-tourism based on traditional lowland rice farming in Pasar Melintang Village, Lubuk Pakam District. The village's potential has a positive and significant impact on the development of agro-tourism based on traditional lowland rice farming in Pasar Melintang Village, Lubuk Pakam District. Abstract

Gold is a type of precious metal that can maintain value and can be used for exchange. Gold has attractive properties, so many people like to buy gold for jewelry and also for investments that can be resold when they need money quickly. During the COVID-19 pandemic, some sales sectors experienced a decline but gold was still selling well. M. Siregar Gold Shop serves gold jewelry sales. Gold jewelery sales transactions at the M. Siregar gold shop are stored in the database. Every day the transaction data is increasing, so the data is getting more and more. From the mountains of data we can dig up information or generate knowledge. M. Siregar's gold shop has difficulty in knowing the type of gold that is selling well, making it difficult for gold shop owners to determine the right gold supply. This study aims to classify gold sales at the M. Sisregar gold shop so that it is known which types of gold are selling well. This grouping uses the K-Medoids method with the calculation of the distance between the Chebychec distance and the Manhanttan distance. The data is taken from the sales of gold at the M. Siregar store from November 2021 to March 2022. To produce an optimal grouping, this grouping is tested with several number of clusters by calculating the distance between Chebycev distance and Manhattan distance by calculating the DBI value of each number of clusters. . The result of the optimal grouping of gold sales is the K-Medoids method with the calculation of the Chebycev distance with the number of clusters = 2 with DBI value = 0.024.ns.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, almost all businesses experienced difficulties. But not all businesses experience difficulties. Cosmetics is a product category that still exists during the pandemic. Many customers buy cosmetics through online sales. Devi Cosmetics is a trading business which is engaged in selling cosmetics. Due to the large number of sales transactions recorded in the neglected database, it is difficult for business managers to find out which cosmetic products are in high demand by customers and make it difficult for business managers to determine the inventory of cosmetic goods correctly. Determination of the incorrect supply of cosmetics resulted in the loss of the store manager, namely many customers who canceled buying cosmetics due to empty supplies. This study uses the K-Means algorithm to classify sales of cosmetic goods. To find out the best grouping results, it is necessary to compare several distance calculation methods. The distance calculation method here uses three methods, namely Euclidean Distance, Camberra Distance, and Chebychev Distance by finding the DBI value of the three methods. The smallest DBI value is the chebychev distance calculation method with a DBI value = 0.254.

Abstract

As a logical consequence of a joint venture, various problems arise, namely contractual problems between foreign parties and national parties in making joint venture agreements and dispute resolution issues between investors and the host country, there are doubts among foreign investors. In other words, the objectivity of the dispute resolution agency is doubtful. In Indonesia, there is a tendency for investors to choose to settle investment disputes out of court. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of the joint venture agreement in terms of Law Number 25 of 2007 concerning Investment ? and problems that arise in the implementation of the joint venture agreement and how to resolve the dispute. The research method used in this research is descriptive analytical, with a normative juridical approach. This research was conducted by means of library research and field research with data collection techniques through documentation studies and interviews as well as data analysis methods used in this study using qualitative juridical analysis. Based on the results of research and discussion, the following conclusions can be drawn: First, the implementation of the joint venture agreement requires very serious handling and requires professionalism from both parties in order to avoid things that arise from the implementation of the joint venture agreement; Second, the problems that arise in the implementation of the joint venture agreement are due to the distribution of shares of 49% (national) and 51% (foreign) so that foreign companies can make important decisions because the shares are more than half, the distribution of shares is usually small, each only have only 20%, there is a transfer of shares to another party, because of dissatisfaction. The existence of these problems gives rise to investment disputes and efforts that can be made in accordance with the Capital Market Law in the form of dispute resolution by way of deliberation and consensus, arbitration or courts, and specifically for disputes between the government and foreign investors, disputes are resolved through agreed international arbitration.

Abstract

The development of social media into a platform that is widely accessed by the public has made many public or political figures pay attention to it. One of them is Erick Thohir, who plays quite intensely on Instagram social media with various content uploaded every day. This allows it to become a political public relations strategy in building its image in society. This study aims to determine the political Public Relations approach used by Erick Thohir through social media Instagram. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative by tracing and exploring the contents on Instagram. The findings of this research include, Erick Thohir uses the Political Relations approach with the Public.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of auditor's work experience, auditor's expertise and auditor's emotional intelligence on Auditor Performance. The sample used in this study was 32 respondents (auditors and auditor staff who worked at KAP in Surabaya for at least 3 years. The test used was multiple linear regression analysis technique. and the auditor's emotional intelligence has an effect on the auditor's performance, proven to be true.

Abstract

The government has completed the revision of Government Regulation Number 46 of 2013 which is the legal basis for imposing tariffs for taxpayers (WP) micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), which is 0.5 percent per year. Previously, the MSME tax rate was set at 1 percent per year. The new MSME tax rate is one of the four tax incentive policies set by the government. Since taxes are one of the largest state revenues and MSMEs are one of the great potentials in state revenue, in this case, based on the background described, the purpose of this research is to determine the Effect of Tax Reduction on MSMEs and Tax Sanctions on Compliance with Tax Obligations for MSMEs in Kampoeng Shoes in Sidoarjo. The population of this study are all Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kampoeng Shoes Sidoarjo who have registered and have business permits. The population consists of 133 MSMEs. In this study, multiple linear regression analysis was used because in this study there was one dependent variable and more than one independent variable. Based on the discussion that has been carried out in the previous chapter, the following conclusions are drawn: Reduction of MSME taxes has a positive and significant impact on the level of taxpayer compliance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kampoeng Shoes, Sidoarjo. Tax sanctions have a positive and significant impact on the level of compliance of taxpayers with Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kampoeng Shoes Sidoarjo

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the income before and after implementing the e-commerce system at PT. United Tractors Tbk. the type of research is "Qualitative" which is descriptive based on the level of explanation and the place of research at PT. United Tractors. The research variables are income & e-commerce sales system, the data in the research is primary data. The technique of obtaining documentation data, using qualitative analysis methods to present detailed explanations of income before and after, PT. United Tractors' income in 2013 amounted to Rp. 51,012,385, while in 2014 the revenue of PT. United Tractors was Rp. 53,141,768 at a percentage of 4.01%. Income PT. United Tractors 2013-2014 found a change in income that is not bad and significant, After PT. United Tractors using e-commerce in 2015 the income earned Rp. 49,347,479 there was a decrease until 2016 to 8.36% with a total of Rp. 45,539,238, In 2017 the income was Rp. 64,559,204 experienced an increase of up to 29.46% and in 2018 it increased by 29.46% with an income of Rp. 84,624,733, There was a decrease in 2019 of 0.23% of Rp. 84,430,478 and fell 39.91% to Rp. 60,346,784 in 2020.

Abstract

Analysis of Non-Agricultural Economic Growth Rates in Tanah Jawa District Simalungun . The purpose of this study was to determine and observe the factors that become the rate of non-agricultural economic growth in Tanah Jawa District. To find out and observe the influence of the non-agricultural sector on the rate of economic growth in Tanah Jawa District. This research was conducted in Tanah Jawa District, from January to March 201 9 . This research is included in the type of observation, namely to identify its role and influence with an area. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, so that the research presents a description of the condition of various non-agricultural sectors to be determined as the base sector in Tanah Java District. The results of this study are that the non-agricultural sector in the rate of economic growth deserves to be used as a mainstay sector or referred to as the basic sector because all PAD sectors are: restaurant tax 1.54, excavation C 1.09, HO (nuisance permit) 1.87, bottom water tax land 1.04 and advertising tax 3.27. From the results of the LQ calculation that there are no non-base sectors. The occurrence of the rate of non-agricultural economic growth can be realized from the results of the number of food and beverage businesses that there is an increase in the types of food/beverage businesses, grocery stall businesses, restaurant businesses, coffee shop businesses and meatball stall businesses. The rate of economic growth in Tanah Jawa Subdistrict in the last year has increased as seen from the addition of the number of workers, and the development of trade can be seen from the increase in the number of trading businesses so that regional development can be realized in the Tanah Jawa Subdistrict.
