Abstract

The development of music service technology is currently making it easier to listen to songs. One of them is the Spotify application. Services on music attributes are random, such as Danceability, Energy, Acousticness, Instrumentalness, Liveness, Loudness, Speechiness, Valence, and Tempo. The purpose of this study is to compare the results of clustering on the K-Means and K-Medoids algorithms using the Rstudio tools. The results of this comparison obtain the optimal number of clusters and obtain high, medium, and low cluster results. The results of the K-Means calculation are based on the average in cluster 1 the highest is Tempo with a value of 118 in cluster 2 the highest is Tempo with a value of 125, and in cluster 3 the highest is Tempo with a value of 123. The calculation of K-Medoids is based on the average in cluster 1 the highest is Tempo with a value of 129, in cluster 2 the highest is Tempo with a value of 122, and in cluster 3 the highest is Tempo with a value of 110.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the effect of services, facilities and ticket prices on train customer satisfaction at DAOP 2 Bandung. This research uses primary information in the form of a questionnaire filled out by respondents who have used local or long-distance train services. In collecting information, several respondents were selected from various kinds, so that the results given were representative. In the research, there were 31 respondents with various backgrounds. The procedure for analyzing information in this research uses the procedure for multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. In light of the consequences of estimations utilizing the SPSS 26 application, the outcomes acquired that the help, offices and ticket costs affect consumer loyalty. Changed R square of 0.732 shows that 73.2% of the fluctuation or buyer fulfillment is clarified by the free factors in the relapse condition. Abstract

This study aims to partially analyze the effect of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture on employee performance, whether there is a moderating effect of work discipline between the independent variable and the dependent variable at the Fajarul Iman Islamic Boarding School Patumbak Deli Serdang, North Sumatra. where the sample is 32 people, the sampling technique uses the formula by Baley in Mahmud (2011, p. 159) which states that for research using statistical data analysis, the minimum sample size is 30. 32 people were used as research respondents. The variables used in this study were independent variables, moderating variables and dependent variables. In this study the independent variables are Transformational Leadership (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2). The dependent variable is Employee Performance (Y), while the Moderating variable is Work Discipline (Z). Data analysis used multiple linear regression test and path analysis. The results of the study indicate that partially transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee performance and organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, the transformational leadership variable and the organizational culture variable have a significant and significant effect on the employee performance variable. Work discipline as moderation can affect transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at the Fajarul Iman Islamic Boarding School Patumbak Deli Serdang, North Sumatra.

This study aims to investigate the mediating role of innovation on the relationship between knowledge sharing and business performance. The population of this research were Cafes and Restaurants in Payakumbuh City with a sample of 110 owners or managers. Data were collected through a questionnaire. Partial least squares structural equation modeling method (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4 was used to analyze the data. The results of this study confirm that knowledge sharing has a positive effect on innovation. Knowledge sharing and innovation have a positive effect on business performance. The study also found a mediating effect of innovation on the relationship between knowledge sharing and business performance. The findings of this study state that knowledge sharing plays a role in improving the performance of cafes and restaurants either directly or through intermediary innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of occupational health safety (K3) and leadership style on employee work productivity mediated by employee discipline in the operational section of PTPN IV Balimbingan. The research method used is quantitative research, where the variables are measured using a Likert scale. The number of samples in this study was 39 employees of the operational section of PTPN IV Balimbingan. Data collection techniques used in this research are document studies and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Smart-PLS. The results of the study indicate that (1) Safety and occupational health (K3) has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at PTPN IV Balimbingan. (2) Directly safe, occupational health (K3) has a significant effect on employee discipline at PTPN IV Balimbingan. Abstract

The thesis guidance process cannot run smoothly and on time if the busyness between lecturers and students causes a lack of suitable time to meet, so this obstacle can make the problems in writing the thesis unable to be solved as soon as possible. In addition, lecturers also find it difficult to monitor their tutored students because there are not a few students who are mentored. The purpose of this research is (a) to build an information system for the realization of the final project by using the waterfall method and (b) to test using a black box. Based on the results and discussion, conclusions can be drawn as follows: (i) Development of an information system for the realization of the final project in the waterfall method using UML design where the design results include System Actors (List Actor), Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams. (ii) System testing using Black Box. The results carried out using black boxes explain that the system created or the module used is running according to what is specified.
