Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is now having quite serious consequences for the sustainability of the economy in Indonesia, this is because the government has established a policy of limiting community social activities where this policy is used to reduce the spread of Covid-19. As a result of this policy, economic activity barely runs at all. Because of this, the total number of MSMEs in Indonesia inevitably experienced a drastic decline and increased the number of unemployed. requires a treatment that is in line with current technological developments. One strategy to increase the number of MSMEs and reduce unemployment can be done by developing a website-based application that will be named "warung kita" where this website application is specifically to help people start their businesses, starting from providing goods at supplier prices that can be resold, market information regarding the goods to be sold, to education about strategies for selling. The development of this website-based application will be developed using the framework so that security in this website application is guaranteed.

Abstract

The medical record laboratory has a very important function, one of which is in serving patients using electronic medical records or often referred to as hospital management information systems. A computer network in a medical record laboratory in an educational institution is a very important infrastructure in carrying out learning activities, without exception on the computer network in the medical records laboratory at Dian Nuswantoro University. The current condition of the computer network still has shortcomings such as inappropriate network management, network devices that are not configured and features on the server that are less than optimal. The purpose of this research is to redesign and simulate computer networks with simulators to design a more optimal network and add network features that do not yet exist including the application of the internet of things (IoT) for maximum medical record laboratory services. The expected results of the redesign and simulation are that in order to run properly, there are changes to the design and needs of network devices that can be adjusted to the conditions they should be. Network devices that have been configured have DHCP server, NTP, FTP and Web server facilities. The addition of a motion sensor to turn on the laboratory room lights before use can also work well.

Abstract

The use of the internet, especially social media applications, is now seen as public consumption. Most of modern society has been addicted and dependent on the internet. The thing that needs attention is what benefits are obtained from social media that need to be classified. A social problem was born when today's children have addiction and dependence on the use of social media. From the survey that has been conducted, various negative impacts emerge and trigger social problems for children in Indonesia. Most of the children in Indonesia actively use the internet and most of these children use social media as the dominant interaction in using the internet. The effects of ICT-based social media need attention. Unsupervised use of social media has the effect of decreasing ethical communication motivation. It is this impact that is felt that needs attention and immediately gets a response from the closest environment as the role and control of the closest person is able to become a filter for children to use social media.

Abstract

Information Technology is the use of computer equipment created to assist human work. Information technology itself covers various fields including the manufacture of hardware and software. The Tanah Laut State Polytechnic Information Technology study program really needs a system to manage the tri dharma activities of its teaching lecturers. This is caused by not optimal information about tri dharma activities which results in inaccurate reports, slow internal quality audit processes because it takes a long time to collect the required data. To overcome the existing problems a management application was built using the waterfall method. The waterfall method is a software development method that has several advantages including having a clear structure, being able to explain the final results of the software properly, and being informative. This application can help the study program manage information regarding the implementation of the tridharma of its lecturers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Fear of Missing out (FoMO) and addiction to social media Instagram in adolescents. Fear of Missing out is the fear of losing valuable moments of individuals or other groups while social media addiction is excessive use or dependence on social media, in this study, Instagram. This study uses a systematic literature review (SLR) method. conclusions were drawn by conducting a review of a total of 14 journals, with the keywords Fear of Missing Out and Instagram social media addiction. The results showed that the higher the FoMO, the higher the level of social media addiction, and the relationship between fear of surveillance and social media addiction. Suggestions for youth to manage their own access to social media by carrying out other activities such as participating in extracurricular activities at school.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much the silhouette coefficient value is obtained from calculating the distance from the data to the centroid using the euclidean distance in the k-means method and to provide input in science for further research in developing the k-means method. To solve this problem, researchers use the k-means method with silhouette coefficient evaluation. Where the data source in this study took data directly from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) in the form of softcopy entitled "Statistics of Indonesia 2021" with the URL: https://www.bps.go.id. The data used in this study uses 2020 data which consists of 34 provinces. The data will be processed using the k-means method with the silhouette coefficient using the euclidean distance. The results obtained are cluster = 4 which is the best cluster for classifying the number of public schools in Indonesia by province in 2020 with a silhouette coefficient of -0.9944. By doing research, it can provide input in science for further research in developing clustering methods, especially k-means.

Abstract

Social media Twitter is used as an expression of opinion for the global community, especially in Indonesia. Non-Fungible Token (NFT) also has public opinion, sentiment from opinion can be classified into two classes, negative sentiment and positive sentiment. Using the keyword "NFT Indonesia" in API from Twitter, search for tweets data obtained 2204 tweets, through the manual labeling and pre-processing stages, 1462 tweets were obtained. After tweets/data has through cleansing stage, data are separated into training data and test data and then Support Vector Machine method is used to form a model that can classify positive or negative sentiment. The results of the sentiment analysis are visualized using a pie chart. The results obtained from opinion of Indonesian netizen regarding that Non-Fungible Token (NFT) have a positive trend with a percentage of 95.90% and for negative sentiment is 4.10% with an accuracy of success in this sentiment analysis is 86%.

Abstract

Safeguarding the safe by adding a lock or layered security makes it take a thief a long time to break into a safe. In order to increase the security of the safe, that is by adding a key that is controlled by a microcontroller. The conclusion obtained from this research is that a solenoid that functions as an electric lock can increase the level of security on a safe door controlled by a Raspberry Pi 3 Model B through an Android smartphone by entering a password.
