Abstract

Nagari village-owned enterprise is a business entity that aims to explore the potential that exits in the village, both natural resources and human resources. However, what happens is that the role of bumnag cikal kelapa nagari pikapal has not been able to encourage improvements in creating entrepreneurship for the younger generation and improving people’s welfare, it is still far from expectations, so it has a huge impact on the progress of bumnag cikal kelapa to develop. To establish bumnag, it is necessary to conduct in-depth studies, what potential can be explored in the area, so that it can compete with the same business. And what needs to be noted is that the spirit of the establishment of bumnag should be based on the entrepreneurial social aspect, which means the balance of socially based business aspects.

Abstract

This study intends to educate those unfamiliar with the history of the war puputan klungkung. According to the results of the questionnaire sent to 40 respondents, 77.5% were unaware of the history. The proposed approach is to introduce the history of the “Perang Puputan Klungkung” through interactive game media, as both children and adults are avid gamers. The stages of research include data gathering, data analysis, design, media format, and testing. The stage of data collection involves gathering information about the Klungkung puputan war. The stage of data analysis consists of analyzing the previously collected data. The design phase consists of selecting the concept, generating assets, text, audio, and navigation menu structures. The Stage of Media Forms that combines everything created in the Design Stage. The testing phase of blackbox testing consists of five test scenarios that result in the game's functionality functioning as planned.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the communication strategies carried out by oil palm farmers in an effort to increase oil palm productivity, as well as inhibiting and supporting factors for oil palm productivity in Bual-Bual Village, East Kutai Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The analytical method used in this study is the data analysis model of Miles and Huberman. Sample determination using purposive random sampling method to oil palm farmers in Bual-Bual Village. The oil palm farmers in Bual-Bual Village are independent farmers and plasma farmers who enter into the partnership. Limited land ownership, which means less attention is paid to the intensification of fertilizer application, fluctuations in oil prices, and a decrease in the purchasing power of oil palm owned by independent smallholders are some of the factors that hinder thes productivity of oil palm independent smallholders. In contrast, plasma farmers experience less optimal maintenance as a result of challenging road access. Innovation strategies, quality strategies, and cost-cutting strategies are the implemented communication strategies

Abstract

In today's development, many companies in any business industry compete so tightly because companies are more careful and creative in developing ideas that are poured into competitive strategies through technology and information. Many companies that have started implementing an online transaction system have responded positively to customers who prioritize efficiency and effectiveness in shopping. One of the developing marketplaces in Indonesia is Shopee. Shopee became the top online shopping platform in Indonesia in the first half of 2021, from January to mid-year, in terms of the total number of app downloads and total monthly active users based on research by mobile app market researcher Annie. This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality on customer satisfaction and Word Of Mouth online Shopee in Morowali Regency by using the Amos Software analysis tool. 21.0. The results of this study indicate that the e-service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on Shopee online customer satisfaction, the e-service quality variable has a positive and significant influence on the word of mouth of Shopee online customers and the customer satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on the word of mouth variable. online shopee customers in Morowali Regency.

Abstract

Organizations can achieve success through their resources, especially human resources. Therefore, employees become the locomotor in making a real contribution to the organization's success on an ongoing basis. Of course, only employees with optimal performance achieve this success. However, to maximize employee performance, there must be a strategy to increase it. This study aims to find out how this strategy improves employee performance. The PLS-SEM approach is used in this study. The results of this study indicate that the non-physical work environment and culture can affect employee performance. Work culture can strengthen the effect of the non-physical work environment on employee performance

Abstract

Workshop/Mobile Store Worms Store is a store that sells various brands of Mobile. This shop has been established for 5 years and continues to grow until now. Unfortunately, this development is not followed by developments in the store's sales and marketing system. Incoming data collection system used for this still use the application of data processing manually that is using handwritten in bookkeeping. It is considered less effective and efficient in supporting the productivity of employees in it. From the problem raises the idea to create a web-based application, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is integrated with point of sales. The methodology used in making this application is Spiral method. The programming language is PHP and HTML. To view using CSS and Jquery. The database uses MySQL. Tools and Editor used is XAMPP for Windows, Photoshop, Sublime text 3. With the application of Point of Sales Web-Based is expected to facilitate administrators in managing the goods so that the results of reporting data can be known easily, quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Technology is now very advanced, many people are competing to create a renewable innovation, one of which is in the field of robotics. Robot is a technology whose main focus is to help ease the work of humans or maybe help in other things that can increase the efficiency of a job and can make human work more comfortable because it is assisted by robots. This time it will focus on massage robots or massage robots, robots that perform reflexology or therapy to human limbs. This article will make an analysis of the robot's work, how it works, the results of the algorithm, a discussion of the results, as well as other supporting materials that will be presented. Abstract

The foundational tenets of a nation's foreign policy could have their origins in the nation's history, ideology, or even the national constitution. However, the manner in which it is put into effect is heavily impacted by particular political objectives, leadership, and dynamics both domestically and internationally. In this paper, an attempt is made to investigate Indonesia's foreign policy during the administration of President Joko Widodo, also known by his nickname Jokowi. In this investigation, a qualitative strategy is combined with a descriptive research approach. The findings of the study indicate that economic diplomacy was the primary emphasis of Indonesia's foreign policy under the administration of President Joko Widodo, with the ultimate goal of establishing Indonesia as a leading economic power on the global stage in the not too distant future. In addition, President Joko Widodo's foreign policy, as stated in his Nawacita program, wants to make Indonesia a World Maritime Axis, which, if successfully realized, will have a significant impact on the progress of the country. If successfully realized, this goal will have a significant impact on the progress of the country.

Abstract

The economic structure of West Sulawesi Province according to business fields is still dominated by the agricultural, forestry and fisheries sectors. Since 2016-2020, it has contributed more than 40% of the total GRDP. The economy of West Sulawesi Province in terms of average economic growth in 2015-2019, Mamuju Regency has the highest growth among other Regencies. This is influenced by the existence of Mamuju Regency as the capital of West Sulawesi Province. So that Mamuju Regency becomes the center of government and the center of economic activity. Mamuju Regency has an average growth rate of 7 percent (BPS, 2011). The purpose of this study is to find out the pattern and structure of economic growth and the sector base of West Sulawesi Province 2015-2020. The analytical method used in this study is the Klassen Typology and the Location Question (LQ). Based on the Klassen Typology analysis, the area of ??West Sulawesi Province can be mapped into 4 types. The area that is in the fast-developing and fast-growing category is only Mamuju Regency. An advanced but depressed area is the Pasangkayu Regency. The fast developing region is Polewali Mandar Regency and the underdeveloped areas in West Sulawesi Province have 3 regencies, namely Majene, Mamasa and Central Mamuju. Based on the Location Question (LQ) analysis, each district in West Sulawesi Province has an advantage or base sector which is a regional potential that can increase regional economic growth. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Account Representative (AR) service quality and tax awareness on taxpayer compliance. By using the method of distributing questionnaires to individual taxpayers and corporate taxpayers with incidental sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the quality of Account Representative (AR) service and tax awareness have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance. Taxpayer compliance will increase if the quality of service provided by the Account Representative is more focused and consistent as well as a high awareness of the taxpayer to continue to carry out tax obligations in an orderly manner
