Abstract

Requirement engineering has a critical role in software development. Various techniques have been invented to improve requirements quality. Recently, natural language processing (NLP) has drawn attention to the software engineering community, due to its capacity for automated requirements elicitation which accelerates software development. However, NLP through machine learning approaches has been discovered to be ineffective, caused by the variability in natural language, unbalanced dataset, heavy preprocessing tasks, and issues in hyperparameter tuning. A deep learning approach on the other hand has been found to handle enormous dataset without sophisticated preprocessing task and to improve classification quality for unstructured data such as images and text. This paper investigates how automated software requirements classification can be improved and how well deep learning approaches work. We aim to contribute an approach to minimize preprocessing requirements to improve classification accuracy from OpenScience tera-PROMISE repository. We also compare our approach with several techniques that have been previously tested.  We find that our technique may improve the performance of an existing classification method. Finally, we present significant differences in the performance of approaches, such as for the sub-classification of nonfunctional requirements.

Abstract

Cars are a means of land transportation commonly used by humans. With cars, human activities can become more efficient and save time, especially when traveling. When driving a car, drivers must have a high level of focus and must obey the rules and prioritize safety when driving. A traffic accident is an unexpected and unintentional event involving vehicles or road users. The negative impacts of traffic accidents such as material loss, illness and death can affect the level of public health, vehicle factors and environmental factors. Of the several factors that cause accidents above, accidents are caused by humans. Accidents that occur are greatly influenced by the condition of the vehicle driver. Driver fatigue shows that sleepy drivers are the cause of road accidents. This research will develop a machine learning model to detect drowsiness in car drivers. The model will detect the driver's eyelid image and yawn condition. The data used is driver images which are collected and then processed using machine learning. The results of the study provide an overview of the level of drowsiness of car drivers.

Abstract

Tanjung Enim is one of the villages in Lawang Kidul sub-district, Muara Enim Regency, including a geographical area with cross-provincial coverage that has potential tourism resources and tourist attractions. However, the large potential of tourist attractions in Tanjung Enim is not matched by the development of sufficient geographic information system technology. So not many tourists and the general public know about potential tourist attractions. Geographic Information Systems in the form of websites are designed to search for tourist locations and guide tourists to their destination. WebGIS creation using the Leaflet Javascript Library and Open Street Map for map digitization, HTML5, and CSS3 programming languages. The result of this research is the development of a WebGIS which contains 10 tourist attractions with tourist attraction categories, namely natural tourism, artificial tourism, cultural tourism, and culinary tourism. This WebGIS displays information on tourist destinations, history, product details, and presents information interactively to users. The results of functional testing on desktop and mobile devices show that the percentage of system feasibility is 100% with a very good rating
