Abstract

In today's world of work, performance appraisal of personnel in a company is very important, because it relates to company decision making on the performance of company personnel. PT ABDI GABE is a food ingredient sales company, where the company does not yet have clear standards on personnel performance appraisal tests, thus causing an unfavorable impact on company personnel who only consider it a formality in personnel performance appraisals. As a result of not having proper standards, many company personnel do not have work standards and do not have the motivation to develop the company. To overcome the problems that occur in PT. ABDI GABE, the author is interested in developing a method for evaluating the performance of company personnel using the Behaviorally Anchor Rating Scale (BARS) method, this method can help companies support personnel performance appraisal decisions, so as to get the results of personnel performance appraisals according to standards that will make personnel comfortable and motivated. in the progress of the company.

Abstract

The choice of operating system in terms of convenience and operation has become a major priority for users, where the operating system has a systematic scheduling that includes data processing, data storage, calculation of memory usage and other resources. The system is a group of elements or parts that interact with each other, are interrelated, depend on each other, function together as a whole to achieve a goal. The operating system continues to develop until now, so that the operating system is also in the center of attention because of its very fast development. One of the operating systems that has become the center of attention in this development is GNU / Linux. Therefore it is necessary to analyze the multi-threading technique with the Round Robin Algorithm to see the process running simultaneously whether there is concurrency in many processes or execution to calculate the existence of threads in a process.

Abstract

This study aims to explain that work motivation has an impact on the performance of employees who get incentives, both material and non-material incentives and good organizational culture. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research and the research method used is quantitative. The population in this study were employees of PT Angkasa Pura I Medan. The number of samples is 152 employees using the objective sampling technique. The data was processed using a computer program Lisrel 8.7. Based on the results of the analysis that work motivation increases when employees are given material and non-material incentives and supported by a good organizational culture, and with high employee motivation will affect employee performance. This is evident from the results of the inferential path analysis with the results of a significance value of F, which is 0.000 < 0.05 (alpha), the path coefficient value is 0.32 Material Incentives (X1), 0.44 Organizational Culture (X2) and Non-Material Incentives (X3). ) of 0.24 on Work Motivation (Z), the path coefficient value of 0.89 on Employee Performance (Y). This proves that the variables of Material Incentives, Organizational Culture and Non-Material Incentives have a significant influence on Work Motivation and Employee Performance either directly or indirectly.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study was conducted to determine the influence of Education and Compensation To the performance of lecturers at the Medicom Computer and Informatics Academy. This study uses two variables consisting of the dependent variable is Performance lecturers (Y), while the independent variable is the Education (X1) and Compensation (X2). This type of research is explanatory research through associative research, the research aims to clarify the relationship between two or more variables. The population in this study were all lecturers  of the  Medicom Computer and Informatics Academy amounted to 35. Methods of data collection is done by questionnaire and literature study. Data analysis was carried out with test data quality (reliability and validity), klasik assumption test, t test (partial test), F test (simultaneous test). The results of the t test show that (1) education has a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance with a t value of 5.676; (2) compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers with a t value of 5.396 (3) The results of hypothesis testing show that education and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers at the Medicom Academy of Informatics and Computers. The results of this study showed that: the impact of Education and Compensation To the performance of lecturers at the Medicom Computer and Informatics Academy positive correlation coefficient (R) = 0.691 and the coefficient of determination (Adjusted Rsquare) of = 0.478 This means that the Performance lecturers (Y) at the Medicom Computer and Informatics Academy amounted to 47.8% influenced by the Education (X1) and Compensation (X2) together.

Abstract

Android Application is one of an effective, efficient, and innovative way as promotional media. The rapid development of technology makes Android as an option for delivering information easily by the target audience. Currently, Fakfak district has not widely known by tourists, but there are still tourists in finding these tourist sites. Therefore, it needs a media that provides information on the location of tourism in Fakfak district. This android application is included a way that can promote effectively and efficiently. This Android-based tourists location information system application aims to make easier for the tourists in finding tourism locations in Fakfak. So, it made easier for tourist to find any tourist destinations in Fakfak. This approach methodology used is a SWOT analysis by understanding all the information in a problem. The analysis is in the form of strategic planning which is used to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in a design process. So, the selection of android application media was more affective and the message to be conveyed was easily understood by the target audience. The result of this tourist location information system began with a choice of 12 tourist location areas in Fakfak. After selecting the home menu, all choices of tourist attractions in Fakfak will appear and when the desired tourists spot is selected, a tourist information will appear, tourist pictures and maps navigator that serves to direct the audience to the desired tourist spot.

Abstract

AbstractAn authentic deed essentially contains the formal correctness of the information in accordance with what the client has told the notary public, therefore legal protection is required for the notary in carrying out his position. The success of a notary can not only be measured by the number of deeds he makes, but also from the deeds' expertise to the storage of client information documents. The large number of deed makers without neat and orderly document storage will cause problems and difficulties in the future. Notary and PPAT Afri Siswatuti, SH., MKn. Still using the manual method of storing documents, so when these documents are needed they must first be searched manually on the document index, so it takes time in the search process. To solve this problem, it is necessary to build an information system to help manage documents that have been made that can be stored and organized neatly by creating a web-based e-document information system which contains the process of making notary letters to storing documents for clients. The output of this research is a web-based deed management information system design. So that documents can be managed properly in a short time, data retrieval becomes more efficient.

Abstract

The success of a company is influenced by employee performance. By improving employee performance will make it easier for company goals to be achieved. One factor that can improve employee performance is the provision of compensation and motivation. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation and compensation on employee performance. From the observations of researchers in the field, PT. Surya Sumatera Indah Sejahtera seems to be less motivated in terms of the way services are provided to customers and employees also seem less enthusiastic at work. Employees who work at PT. Surya Sumatera Indah Sejahtera receives compensation that can only meet their needs, meaning that compensation is not in accordance with the prevailing general provisions (civil servant salary regulations and regional minimum wages). The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of motivation and compensation to employees’ performance. The writer collected data by questionnaire. The population in this study is all employees of the company amounted to 169 persons. The writer use Slovin Formula so that the sample is amounted to 119 persons. The conclusion from this research is motivation and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Surya Sumatera Indah Sejahtera. Partially, each variable motivation and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Surya Sumatera Indah Sejahtera.

Abstract

People's credit banks are financial institutions that collect funds from savings and channel them back in the form of credit. One form of credit owned by Rural Banks is installment credit which is intended for customers who want to increase business capital or other needs. To determine quickly and reduce the risk of non-performing loans in lending, To prevent bad loans, accurate forecasting is needed, one of which uses technology in the field of data mining. Naive Bayes predicts future probabilities based on previous experience by studying the correlation of hypotheses which are the class labels that are the target of mapping in the classification and evidence which is the features that are input in the classification model. Data processing based on data mining is expected to be used as a tool in predicting creditworthiness which estimates whether or not an applicant or customer is eligible for credit.

Abstract

At the end of 2019, the World was attacked by a very deadly virus. Starting from the city of Wuhan in China, this virus began to grow and attack the world and became a pandemic. Until now the world is still being attacked by this pandemic. Various experts in this world took turns looking for a solution to this problem. Various studies and studies were carried out to find a way out and treatment. In the middle of 2020, research began to be intensively carried out to make a covid 19 vaccine. In doing things that are quite complicated, of course we need the help of technology to do it. In this case, we can use an algorithm in scheduling the covid 19 vaccination. In this regard, this study would like to discuss the application of genetic algorithms in making the covid 19 vaccination schedule. The genetic Algorithm was chosen because it can use many variables in its application compared to the FIFO method. The FIFO method is indeed simpler, the first to register will be scheduled, but to support more variables it is more efficient to use Genetic Algorithms. The use of genetic algorithms in this study was to find solutions and apply them to the program to schedule the covid 19 vaccination. genetics in scheduling accurate and effective COVID-19 vaccinations.
