It happened after the WTC bombing March 11, 2001. The meaning of Islam shifted from teaching about the principles of peace become violent theology, Islam is seen as monolithic, partial, incomplete. It was also made clear by "Islamophobia" as a sign of change in the West's image on Islam. those disturb the Muslim life. The Western assessment is actually very easy to argue for two reasons; Islam never teaches violence, and Islam as a universal religion, but it is, then, impressed very apologists and it's not an option to get out of the unfavorable conditions. The problem had been studied by Ibrahim M Abud Rabi ' through "historical-empirical". His studies focus was not on theology of violence, but he had just a frame of mind to criticize premises starting from the history of modern development, Islamic educational system, the development of Islamic studies, related with the socio-religious life in Arab-Islamic countries. Abstract

The history facts have shown that the Islamic law always paid attention at the reality of society in developing its legal pattern of istinbath. This is understandable because the placement of the fiqh (law) findings, in the context of reality, is another form of the application of ethical values which are highly recommended in Islam. Indeed the fiqh (law) resulted from istinbat can be integrated into ethical values so as to reflect the harmony in the community. Therefore, the observation on reality is a very necessary thing in order to formulate jurisprudence (law) with its correct and effective mechanism of istidlal. Then, the diversity of fiqh (law) formulations, at least, due to two things, namely: the problem of meaning limitations and problems in the application area of reality. Thus fiqh (law) became abundant and was reflected in the multi-volume books. It was because of its intensity related to reality. Statement that reality must be subject to fiqh (law) or the opposite is not the right thing. Fiqh (law) and the reality in the history of the Muslim community interact, influence, equip, and fill each other.

Abstract

It is undeniable that within this decade, Muslims are always positioned as subordinate to the interests of others, either in politics, economy, or social and cultural case. A growing speculation is that it is the impact of religion dogmatism that has affected the Muslims’ mindset and actions, so they are rather closed to the criticism against them. A solution offered is they need to open and revive the door and the spirit of ijtihad. Truly contemporary Islamic thinkers, by their Islamic political thought and constitution, could be an alternative for the contemporary Islamic political thought which its and thoughts ideas in general focused on the rejection to the caliphate system. While Islam, have the view that there is a relationship between akidah, syariah, religion and government (dawlah). Second, integrative paradigm, in this perspective, religion and state relations is an integral and inseparable. Third, symbiotic paradigm, according to this view, the relation between religion and the state are reciprocal. It means that religion does not have to be formalized in a state institution. This article attempts to uncover the organic paradigm that explains again that religion and state into one unified whole.

Abstract

What will I do before researching? Why is there a formulation of the problem or research question? What is the data and how the data words to be? How I would process the data that has been collected? How to analyze the data so that it becomes valid research reports? Such questions, hopefully, may be answered in the study conceptual and theoretical analysis on this paper, especially we who use qualitative models. Moreover, the results of this analysis have stressing on education where development and the context of the current literacy research will be alienated if educational researchers tend to use quantitative research models. Because the phenomenon and the reality of education are too unique to be quantified, even the complexity of education is too sublime to percentage.
