Abstract

This research aims to discuss the influence of the implementation of Tarbiyah Islāmiyah on morality at the Makassar College of Islamic and Arabic Sciences (STIBA). The main issue discussed is how much influence the implementation of Tarbiyah Islāmiyah has on students at the Makassar College of Islamic and Arabic Sciences (STIBA), with sub-problems, namely: 1) How to describe the implementation of tarbiyah rūhiyah at STIBA Makassar; 2) How to describe the implementation of tarbiyah ṡaqafiyah in STIBA Makassar; 3) How to describe the implementation of tarbiyah jasadiyah in STIBA Makassar; 4) How is the description of the morality of STIBA Makassar students; and 5) How much influence the implementation of tarbiyah rūhiyah on students' morality at STIBA in Makassar; (6) the effect of the implementation of tarbiyah ṡaqāfiyah on morality karimah, Based on the results of the study obtained regression equation Ŷ = 117,506 + 0.552X_1 and the value of F_hitung greater than the value of F_tabel (11,575>2.70), with a sig value smaller than 0.05 (0.005<0.05), this indicates that the implementation of tarbiyah ṡaqāfiyah has an influence on akhlakul karimah with a determination rate of 11.1%; (7) the effect of the implementation of tarbiyah jasadiyah on moral karimah, based on the results of research obtained regression equations Ŷ = 84,742 + 0.711X_1, and the value of F_hitung greater than the value of F_tabel (20,551>2.70), with a sig value smaller than 0.05 (0.005<0.05), this shows that the implementation of tarbiyah jasadiyah has an influence on karimah morality with a determination rate of 18.1%; and (8) the influence of the implementation of tarbiyah rūhiyah, tarbiyah ṡaqāfiyah, and tarbiyah jasadiyah together against morality karimah, based on the results of research obtained regression equation Ŷ = 49,626 +0.303X_1 +0.388X_2 +0.280X_3, and the value of F_hitung> F_tabel (9,807>2.47) with a sig value smaller than 0.05 (0.005<0.05), this shows that the implementation of tarbiyah rūhiyah, tarbiyah ṡaqāfiyah, and tarbiyah jasadiyah together has an influence on morality with the level of determination 21.9%. Implications of this study on student morality, that 1) the construction of morality of students in universities can be done through the Islāmiyah tarbiyah program as an extracurricular activity; 2) The application of student moral development can be done through the integration of the process of strengthening; 3) In intervening in the implementation of the Islāmiyah tarbiyah program at universities can be applied by making rules and signs of morality both on campus and off campus.

Abstract

Along with the increasing poverty rate from year to year, the Bogor City Baznas also contributes to poverty alleviation efforts, especially in the Bogor City area by directing several distribution programs. However, in reality, the poverty rate in Bogor is increasing. This study aims to understand how the Bogor City Baznas take steps to optimize the distribution of ZIS in an effort to reduce poverty based on the maqashid sharia perspective. This research is expected to be a source of scientific references and academic contributions, and can provide an overview in the field for LAZ institutions and regulators in the field of ZIS distribution as a reference for better future performance. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. The results of this study indicate that the steps taken by Baznas in Bogor City to optimize the distribution of ZIS is to classify or classify the needs of mustahik based on their income, so that the nominal ZIS funds distributed have been arranged according to their needs. Furthermore, based on the indicators of maqashid sharia, there is 1 (one) indicator of the five levels of maqashid that has not been fulfilled optimally. However, overall, the ZIS distribution program in an effort to alleviate poverty by the Bogor City Baznas can be stated to have fulfilled the five levels of maqashid sharia.

Abstract

Hajj bailout funds have a positive impact as well as a negative impact. One of the negative impacts of haj bailout funds is obscuring the meaning of istitā'ah in the implementation of hajj. This study aims to analyze the multi-contract law contained in the haj bailout contract. The research method of this article is an analytical method based on qualitative data. The author seeks research data on related themes by reviewing articles and conducting interviews with the Muamalat bank unit hajj bailout marketers. From this process, the researcher found that there was a merger of two contracts in the hajj bailout contract, namely the qard contract and also the ijārah contract. One of the important conclusions from this research is that the law of origin of multiple contracts is permissible. However, there is a combination that is forbidden according to the hadith; namely the merger between the qard contract and the sale and purchase agreement. This prohibition also includes the merging of all mu'awwahdāt contracts and qarḍcontracts including ijārah contracts. So the conclusion of this research is the forbidden haj bailout contract; because if there is a merger between the ijarah contract and the debt contract, it becomes a means of usury.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the sanad hadiths related to garar and the law in buying and selling juzāf. This research is a qualitative research, the type of research is library research, and uses a thematic approach. The results of the study show that the hadiths that are raised and become references for the prohibition of garar in buying and selling are considered mutually reinforcing one another, especially because they are supported by the valid hadith li żātihi in Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim. Garar in buying and selling is unclear whether or not the object exists and the shape, size, weight or volume of the object is unclear. Garar in the sale and purchase of juzāf is permissible by the majority of scholars because the garar is small with conditions set by the scholars.

تحدث هذا البحث عن طرق تدريس الكتاب "دروس اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها لدكتور ف.عبد الرحيم" في تعليم اللغة العربية للطالبات في المعهد العالي للدراسات الإسلامية واللغة العربية مكسر، واستهدف إلى معرفة طرق تدريس الكتاب "دروس اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها لدكتور ف.عبد الرحيم" في ذلك المعهد، وكذلك معرفة المشكلات التي واجهتها المدرسة والطالبات عند التدريس بذلك الكتاب ومحاولة التغلب عليها في تعليم اللغة العربية في المعهد العالي للدراسات الإسلامية واللغة العربية مكسر. استعملت الباحثة منهج الوصفي الكيفي المعياري, والمواد المجموعة حللت باستعمال تحليل الوصفي الكيفي المعياري. ونتائج البحث ما يلي: إن المدرسة قامت بدورها الفعال بامتثال طرق تدريس الكتاب "دروس اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها" في تعليم اللغة العربية للطالبات في المعهد العالي للدراسات الإسلامية واللغة العربية، حيث قامت المدرسة باستعمال نظرية الوحدة في التدريس واستخدام اللغة العربية كلغة التدريس، وبأسلوب التمرين والتكرار والممارسة مع تطبيق والقواعد اللغوية والتعليمات والتعبيرات العربية باستعمال المستمر في تدريس المهارات اللغوية والتدريبات المتنوعة للحصول على المهارات اللغوية الأربع لدى الطالبات. أما العوائق المشهودة التي واجهتها المدرسة والطالبات في استعمال ذالك الكتاب فقد قُمن بمحاولة التغلب عليها. والمستفاد من نتائج هذا البحث والتطوير الكتاب "دروس اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها لدكتور ف.عبد الرحيم" هو تقديم الإسهامات والاقتراحات العلمية وزيادة المعلومات لطلاب اللغة العربية ومدرستها في مجال طرق تعليم اللغة العربية ولترقية القدرة التعليمية واستراتيجية التعليم، وحل المشكلات التعليمية. وبشكل العام يمكن استخدامه لزيادة المعرفة في تحسين مهارات اللغة العربية الأربعة.

تحدث هذا البحث عن الكتاب الدراسي العربية بين يديك المجلد الثاني (دراسة تحليلية وصفية تقويمية). وأهدافه: ۱- معرفة محتويات الكتاب العربية بين يديك المجلد الثاني كالكتاب الدراسي، ٢- معرفة وفاء/توافق الكتاب العربية بين يديك المجلد الثاني بمعايير الكتاب الدراسي نوع البحث المستخدم في هذا البحث هو بحث نوعي. توصل البحث إلى أن هذا الكتاب قد احتوى على عناصر الكتاب الدراسيى في تعليم اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها.فلذلك أصبح هذا الكتاب يحسُن تعليمه بالنظر إلى معايير عرض محتوى الكتاب وكان وافيًا كالكتاب الدارسي في تدريس اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها.والمستفاد من هذا البحث أنه يكون أساسا و مادة و مرجعية لفهم الكتاب الدراسي الجيد في تعليم اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the role of leadership in improving employee performance in Islamic educational institutions using a qualitative descriptive method with library research techniques. This research will explore the role of leadership in improving employee performance in an Islamic educational institution. So the point of focus is the role of leadership and employee performance. Leadership in an Islamic educational institution with various forms of its role greatly determines the development of employees within the scope of their responsibilities. The leader as a motivator encourages and increases the work motivation of employees. As a director, the leader provides clear directions and instructions in the work steps of employees. As a supervisor, the leader ensures that employees work according to the rules. As communicators, leaders establish communication. Performance measurement is used to evaluate the success or failure of the implementation of activities, programs and or policies in accordance with the goals and objectives that have been set in order to realize the vision and mission of the institution. Performance measurement includes determining the achievement of performance indicators. Performance measurement considers quantity, quality, and timeliness. To develop the four competencies (pedagogic competence, personal competence, social competence, and professional competence) there is an evaluation process for employee development through performance appraisal and educational supervision.

Abstract

This study describes the concept of fitrah and explains the development of ulama's paradigm of the concept of fitrah within the study of maqāṣid al-syarī’ah. This normative legal research presents the perspectives of the ulamas about this discourse. Content analysis was performed to identify the data based on several characteristics and different periods. The research concluded that fitrah meant the natural nature of creation in the form of inherent potential within human beings since their creation, distinguishing them from other creatures and guiding them towards embracing goodness and Shari'a. Furthermore, it was found that the paradigm regarding the position of fitrah in maqāṣid al-syarī’ah developed alongside the evolution of maqāṣid. The development can be classified into three periods. In the first period, fitrah filled the gaps between the nas in the legal development and it became a supporting argument. In the second period, fitrah was viewed in a broader perspective where it became the basis for the development of maqāṣid al-syarī'ah. In the last period, fitrah was understood as maqāṣid al-syarī'ah as the general purpose of the law or maqāṣid, which underlies almost all of the laws that the implementation is in accordance with sunnatullāh. The In-depth understanding of fitrah in maqāṣid al-syarī’ah directs to determine, choose and implement the law properly based on the human nature.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and describe the relationship between science and religion, which remains a subject of discussion and debate among experts worldwide. It is a library research study with primary sources consisting of books written by Ian Barbour and Zakir Naik. The approach used is qualitative descriptive with content analysis method. The research has found that Ian Barbour's thoughts on the connection between religion and science can indeed be considered as reliable references. On the other hand, Zakir Naik's ideas regarding science and religion lean towards objectively proving various natural phenomena based on the Qur'an as a divine revelation. Not only Ian Barbour and Zakir Naik, but various other figures also contribute to supporting the argument that there is no gap between science and religion. In Indonesia, a program has been promoted to address the separation between knowledge and religion, which involves integrating science and knowledge while developing Islamic science in religious discussions. This is achieved through the use of Islamic Higher Education Institutions (PTKI) as a means of realization, such as increasing research activities for faculty and students, implementing teaching methods that encourage critical thinking among students, and improving curricula that support the development of Islamic science on campuses.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: 1) the role of the education system at Ummul Mukminin 'Aisyiyah Islamic Boarding School; 2) efforts to realize the vision and mission of Ummul Mukminin 'Aisyiyah Islamic Boarding School; and supporting and inhibiting factors in the role of the Ummul Mukminin 'Aisyiyah Islamic Boarding School education system. This research is located at the Ummul Mukminin 'Aisyiyah Islamic Boarding School, South Sulawesi, using a qualitative descriptive method along with SWOT analysis. The collected data were selected and analyzed semantically and inductively, supported by the results of direct observation. The research results show: 1) The role of the education system must follow developments in the National Education System which includes aspects of institutional and curriculum management; 2) Efforts to realize the vision and mission of Islamic boarding schools through success alumni, outstanding leaders at the local and national levels, nurturing cadres of scholars through the Tahfidz Al-Quran and Kemuhammadiyahan programs; 3) The supporting factors for achieving the vision and mission of the pesantren are adequate facilities and infrastructure, professional human resources, good leadership, effective communication and cooperation. Inhibiting factors, including; the absence of Information Technology-based blueprints, competition between Islamic boarding schools, the lack of budget support from the government.
