Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of curriculum management to learning to Read, Write and Memorize the Qur'an (BTHQ) at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Wahdah Islamiyah 01 Makassar, especially at the planning stage. This research is a field research with a type of qualitative descriptive research and a case study and pedagogical approach. This study also uses Source Triangulation, Method Triangulation, and Theory Triangulation in testing the validity of the data. The results showed that SDIT Wahdah Islamiyah 01 Makassar had planned the BTHQ curriculum well. In its implementation, BTHQ curriculum planning includes determining the school's internal educational calendar, preparing SYLLABUS, preparing PROTA, preparing PROSEM, determining KKM, and making lesson plans. BTHQ curriculum planning is carried out at the beginning of each new school year using a grassroots approach through meetings with the Principal, Deputy Principal (Wakasek) of the Curriculum Section, the Academic Section, the Curriculum Team, the BTHQ Quality Assurance Team, and all BTHQ teachers. The obstacle faced was the difference in perception between BTHQ teachers about the goals and the BTHQ curriculum itself in planning. School administrators overcome this by holding coordination meetings, polling, discussing and strengthening their respective roles. Periodic activities, teacher management training from schools, BTHQ internal teacher coaching, and periodic training from the Wahdah Islamiyah Center are the supporting forces in the success of the BTHQ curriculum planning process at the beginning of each school year.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the collection, distribution, and reporting of zakat at the National Amil Zakat Agency in Southeast Minahasa Regency. This research is a qualitative approach (natural setting) using interviews and observation as data collection methods. The results of the study show that the management of zakat in Southeast Minahasa Regency is carried out by UPZ-UPZ in the Southeast Minahasa Regency, in this case the UPZ Al-Ansor Mosque and Ar-Rahman Mosque. The collection of zakat is preceded by outreach to the community via mosque loudspeakers and announcements when Friday prayers have been held. The collection of zakat fitrah is then carried out together with zakat mal in the month of Ramadan. The distribution of zakat is done by distributing the zakat to mustahik, at the time after the completion of the Eid al-Fitr prayer. As for zakat reporting, the National Amil Zakat Agency does not have a zakat report because the zakat reporting from the UPZ-UPZ is done through the Office of Religious Affairs in Belang District. This study highlights the current condition of zakat management which is not fully running optimally and suggests the need for increased government support to optimize the function of these zakat management institutions.

Abstract

Humans live in plurality, which is an unavoidable phenomenon that can encourage conflict and has the potential to divide people. To realize unity based on existing differences, one of the values that must be upheld is the value of tolerance. This research aims to find out Islam's attitude towards plurality, what kind of tolerance is taught, and examples of its implementation. This research is qualitative literature research with a normative theological approach. The results of the research show that Islam's attitude towards plurality is to apply wise tolerance, not the excessive tolerance that is often applied in Indonesia. Wise tolerance means responding to religious plurality with each party continuing to follow its religion, upholding the principles of faith, which are the most basic things in religion, and not disturbing the existence of other parties. It is hoped that with wise tolerance, people can live in peace and tranquility without having to sacrifice the principles of faith that are embedded in their religion.

Abstract

The reseacrh aims to develop the concept of social-emotional learning based on Islamic education in order to enhance students' social and emotional intelligence in Islamic educational institutions in light of difficulties with globalization. The research uses a qualitative approach with library research. Data collection through literature searches was obtained from primary data sources, namely the Qur'an and books of interpretation, and secondary data, namely from various literature books, journals, and other research results relevant to the theme. Data analysis techniques use descriptive and interpretive content analysis which is carried out by reading and reviewing/analyzing the data sources collected. The research results found that the concept of social-emotional learning is based on the main character principles of the characters described in Q.S. al-Aḥzāb/33: 35 as Ten Excellent Characteristics which can be developed into a Social-Emotional Learning program curriculum for students in Islamic educational institutions. The concept of social emotional learning based on Islamic education with specifications on the character concept explained in Q.S. al-Aḥzāb/33: 35 is a catalyst for the development of character education which can be developed in further research to be implemented.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and interpret the internalization of maṣlaḥah values in business strategies implemented in Islamic business so that they can bring blessings. This research is field research using a qualitative method and a spirituality paradigm approach in developing business organizations using the basis of maṣlaḥah, which is the goal of doing business in Islam. The results of this research are that the muamalah principle emphasizes the importance of seeking benefit and avoiding harm in all business activities, so that a maṣlaḥah-based digital marketing strategy includes the application of Islamic sharia values, namely the value of ukhuwah Islamiyah, the value of honesty, and the value of kindness. Thus, maṣlaḥah-based digital marketing activities can be a means of building mutually beneficial relationships between consumers and entrepreneurs. Apart from that, this strategy can also be a means of spreading goodness in society.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the integration of moral education in the teaching of Islamic Cultural History at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 3 Kota Metro Lampung. The method employed is a field study with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using Miles and Huberman's technique. The findings indicate that the teaching of Islamic Cultural History at the madrasah has successfully integrated both knowledge and moral education. The teachers involved in this study have also provided adequate information and demonstrated effective integration. The academic content, especially regarding historical events and the exemplary behavior of Prophet Muhammad, is well-linked with moral education. The implementation of moral values encompasses courtesy, responsibility, and honesty. These results affirm that integration in teaching relies not only on written materials but also on the active role and exemplary conduct of teachers. Therefore, it is crucial to integrate the concepts of Islamic Cultural History and Moral Education as a means of cultivating noble character in the nation's younger generation.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) analyze the implementation of the concept of Islamic business ethics in the service of Wahdah Islamiyah business units; and (2) analyzing the use of the concept of Islamic business ethics in the service of Wahdah Islamiyah business units. This research is a field research (field research) using qualitative methods that are carried out in a descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that: first, all informants (100%) answered that the principles/ethics of monotheism had been applied/practiced, the majority of informants (61.5%) answered that the principles or ethics of justice had been applied/practiced, as many as 42.3% of informants chose very appropriate and 42.3% of informants chose appropriate regarding the application/practice of the principles/ethics of trustworthiness, and as many as 19 people or 73.1% of informants chose very appropriate regarding the application/practice of the principles/ethics of virtue and honesty; second, the Islamic business principles/ethics that have been implemented provide great benefits and uses for the management and service of business units within Wahdah Islamiyah, where the implementation of the principles/ethics of monotheism is believed to bring blessings, the implementation of the principles/ethics of justice is believed to create a work environment that is fair, inclusive, dignified, and in accordance with Islamic law, the implementation of the principles/ethics of trustworthiness is believed to be able to increase the trust of customers and other parties, and the implementation of the principles/ethics of virtue/honesty is believed to be able to improve and provide excellent service to all parties.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the problems of repeated Hajj and Umrah according to Ali Mustafa Yaqub from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence. This research includes library research with a normative and methodological approach. The existing data was collected then processed and analyzed using content analysis and comparative analysis methods. The results of the research show that Ali Mustafa Yaqub's opinion in forbidding or disallowing Hajj and Umrah is repeatedly different from what is understood by fiqh scholars. The Prophet's deeds. who only performs Hajj once and performs Umrah four times not because he hates this act, but because of several other reasons behind it. The argument that social worship is more important than the Sunnah Hajj and Umrah is also inappropriate because it is only based on a textual understanding of the propositions. Every Muslim may perform the Hajj or Umrah whenever he is able to do it while taking into account the advantages and disadvantages that may occur during the journey, such as when he does not have the physical strength or funds, the atmosphere is not conducive, or for other reasons that cause someone not to be able to go at that time.

Abstract

This article aims to summarize the views of the Hanafi and Shafii madhhabs regarding the status of divorce of a person who is forced and the method of determining it, as well as to find out the method of scholars in tarjīḥ opinion between the Hanafi and Shafii schools in this case. To get answers to the problems, this article uses library research that focuses on manuscript and text studies, using case and comparative approach methods. By looking at some coercive ḍawābiṭ, the results of the study found that; First, the Hanafis argue that divorce imposed by a person who is forced is legal, because here he faces two tough choices, namely divorcing his wife or receiving threats from the person who forced him, and in fact, he chooses to divorce his wife. In contrast to the Shafii school of thought, which is not consider valid, because divorce is an absolute right for the husband alone, also because Allah has aborted disbelief in those who are forced to disbelieve. The istinbāṭ method of the law used by the Hanafi and Shafii schools is that they both use kias. Second, the scholar's method in tarjīḥ the opinion between the Hanafi school and the Shafii school regarding forced divorce is by looking at the sanad hadith. In this case, the majority of scholars further strengthen the hadiths used as evidence by the Shafii school because they see the ṡīqāh (trusted) narrators of hadith so that all of their narrators can be used as evidence.

Abstract

Mindfulness has recently become a mainstay for the treatment of various modern mental illnesses. However, Islam sees this as problematic regarding the objective of surrendering oneself and concentrating one's thoughts. This research aims to examine the concept of mindfulness from an Islamic worldview perspective. This research uses descriptive analytical methods. Data is processed using content analysis. The results of this study show several important points. First, the practice of mindfulness has a theological-historical connection, namely in the form of activities inherited from Buddhist believers known as sati. Second, the Islamic worldview considers that all activities are a form of commitment and have a vertical relationship to the creator Allah SWT. which has ta'abbudiyyah values ​​and this requires involvement in activities with religious values. Third, in Islamic literature, mental problems are important and their treatment has special emphasis. Fourth, the soul has a vertical bond to the Creator so that treatment of the soul must be fundamental and comprehensive. With that, tazkiyah al-nafs in Islamic teachings is the best solution in eliminating mental illnesses such as stress, skinophrezia, etc. by living the Islamic Worldview, bringing Islamic treasures to life, and providing fundamental solutions to every problem in life.
