Abstract

The research analyzes the involvement of social network, that is family, friends, and experts formed by entrepreneur for the success of the entrepreneurship process at business discovery phase. Ciputra University students are the population for the study. Sixty students at the second semester are used as the sample. At this semester students are taught to find business idea and to pioneer its establishment. This research uses regression logistics to predict the success of business discovery phase. The results show family members, college friends, friends in group and other friends, and skill encourage success at the discovery and emergence of business phase. Experts do not have impact at the discovery phase and the establishment of a new business.Keywords: social network, entrepeneurship, business discovery

Abstract

ABSTRACTInternational trade such as exports and imports has been carried out by almost all countries to meet the needs of their country. This research aims to determine the effect of exchange rate, interest rates and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) per Capita to Indonesian export imports during 2010 – 2017. This research used a quantitative approach method (time series) to analyze the data for each quarter. The linear regression with the classical assumption tests conducted to analyze the data. The research showed that the exchange rate and GDP had significant effects to the export volume and GDP itself had a significant effect on the import volume. Together, all the three variables (exchange rate, interest rates and GDP) did not have any effect into export volume. Meanwhile, three of them had significant effect into import volume in Indonesia.Keywords; Exchange Rate, Interest, GDP, Export, ImportABSTRAKSetiap negara selalu melakukan kegiatan ekspor impor. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh nilai tukar, suku bunga dan produk domestik bruto (PDB) terhadap volume ekspor dan impor di Indonesia tahun 2010 – 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif berupa time series setiap kuartal. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear melalui asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian bahwa variabel suku bunga dan PDB berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap volume impor. Sedangkan ketiga variabel tersebut baik suku bunga, nilai tukar dan PDB tidak berpengaruh terhadap volume ekspor di Indonesia, namun ketiganya secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap volume impor di Indonesia.Kata Kunci; Nilai Tukar, SBI, PDB, Ekspor, Impor

Abstract

Educational institutions in Indonesia are growing in numbers year by year. This results in increasingcompetition. Thus,these institutions had tried to reach standardized recognition to its learning processquality (program of study‟s accreditation ) and institution‟s quality (ISO certification). This researchaims at figuring out empirically the impact of these variables to the students‟ decision (flashbackdecision). Using SPSS 17.0, this research showed that students‟ decision was influenced by therecognition of the program of study‟s quality. On the other side, the decision was not influenced by theinstitution‟s quality. Generally, further research needs to elaborate other related factors such as therecognition in achieving IWA 2 or the image of the accreditation bodies.Keywords : department’s quality, institution’s quality, accreditation

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine effect of the main decisions on firm value ofmanufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period, of 2012-2016. The main decisionsare three main functions of a financial manager in every firm. This research is a quantitative researchthat uses panel data and processing the panel data with E-Views. Sample of this research are 120manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.The results that there are a significanteffect of Dividend Decision on firm value and there is an insignificant effect of investment and fundingdecision of manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, period of 2012-2016.Key words: Investment, Funding, Dividend, Value of Firm

Abstract

Saat ini Go-jek adalah aplikasi untuk banyak layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruhtransformasi model bisnis Go-jek untuk melestarikan keunggulan-kompetitif perusahaan dalamperkembangan ekonomi-berbagi dari sudut pandang pelanggan. Abstract

Loyalty is a form of consumer satisfaction for goods / services received. Satisfaction is formed on the quality of a product that is applied in service. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect student loyalty to quality services Bunda Mulia University, the quality of these services affect the survival of a university to be competitive in the long run. This study is the use of causal effect study, data was taken using a Stratified Random Sampling (STRS) with a sample of 350 students. Data analysis tool used is a structural equation modeling (SEM) in AMOS program 16.SEM analysis results meet the criteria Goodness of Fit Index, which is as follows: the Chi-square = 522.423; Significance probability = 0.000; GFI = 0.867; AGFI = 0.833; CFI = 0.870; TLI = 0.851 dan RMSEA = 0.072. Based on the results of data analysis show that this research model is acceptable and support the research hypothesis, five of the six hypotheses give significant effect and one of hypotheses can’t give effect on loytalty.Key word :Loyalty, Service Quality, Satisfaction, SEM

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe role of leadership is very strategic and important in an organization as one of the determinants of success in achieving the mission, vision and goals of an organization. Therefore this study aims to develop an empirical research model on the relationship between the relationship Leadership Style and Intentional to quit that mediated by Work Environment Conduciveness for 160 employees of the Bonavita Foundation in 2017 and a quantitative approach to research methods in which data is collected through questionnaires distributed directly.Data were analyzed using structural equation models (SEM) / AMOS 22, with the results that; 1). Intention to quit is influenced negatively and significantly by the Leadership Style, 2). Conduciveness of the Work Environment is influenced positively and significantly by the Leadership Style, 3). Intention to quit is influenced negatively and significantly by the conduciveness of the work environment. This proves that the Conduciveness of the Work Environment is capable of acting as a perfect mediating variable between the leadership style variables with the Intention to quit.Keywords: Leadership , Intention, Conduciveness, EnvironmentABSTRAKPeran kepemimpinan sangat strategis dan penting dalam sebuah organisasi sebagai salah satu penentu keberhasilan dalam pencapaian misi, visi dan tujuan suatu organisasi. Oleh karenanya maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model penelitian empiris tentang hubugan keterkaitan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan dengan Niat Keluar Yang dimediasi oleh Kondusifitas Lingkungan Kerja terhadap 160 karyawan Yayasan Bonavita Tangerang pada tahun 2017 dan pendekatan penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif dimana data dikumpukan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan secara langsung. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan model persamaan struktural (SEM)/AMOS 22, dengan hasil bahwa; 1). Niat keluar dipengaruhi secara negatif dan signifikan oleh Gaya Kepemimpinan, 2). Kondusifitas Lingkungan Kerja dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh Gaya Kepemimpinan, 3). Niat keluar dipengaruhi secara negatif dan signifikan oleh kondusifitas lingkungan kerja. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa Kondusifitas Lingkungan Kerja mampu berperan sebagai peubah pemediasi secara sempurna antara peubah gaya kepemimpinan dengan Niat Keluar.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Niat, Kondusifitas, Lingkungan

Abstract

Bandung is a developing city that has a lot of attractions. One of them is the beauty of nature. AhadiatHotel & Bungalows has a different concept to other hotel in Bandung. Located in Sukajadi which isjust 10 kilometers from the center of city, Ahadiat Hotel & Bungalow impressed of its uniquenessbecause it is out of the noise but still accessible to the city. This study investigates whether theexperiential marketing effect on customer loyalty. Respondents in this study were 107 customers whostayed at Ahadiat Hotel & Bungalow, Bandung. The results showed that the experiential marketing ofAhadiat Hotel & Bungalow effect on customer satisfaction. And customer satisfaction affects customerloyalty to stayed at Ahadiat Hotel & Bungalow, Bandung.Keywords: experiential marketing, satisfaction, loyalty

Abstract

Penggunaan humor sebagai daya tarik iklan semakin populer di berbagai media baik elektronik mau pun cetak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan humor dalam video “temen sok Inggris”, mendeskripsikan kecocokan penggunaan humor untuk produk W‟Dank Bajigur, mendeskripsikan kecocokan media YouTube sebagai media penyalur iklan humor, dan untuk mengetahui pendapat dan reaksi penonton mengenai penggunaan humor dalam video “temen sok Inggris”. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan desain penelitian straussiangrounded theory. Analisis data dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, yang terdiri dari: membuatsari pati wawancara, membentuk kategori-kategori jawaban, membentuk pola jawaban, pengidentifikasian pola dan konsep, dan tahap pembentukan proposisi dan teori mini.Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa video iklan “temen sok Inggris” tidak secara jelas memberi pesan iklan yang dominan. Secara struktural elemenpesan yang ada dalam video sudah menyatu dengan humor. Pesan-pesan yang ada dalam video disusun menurut pola tertentu, namun pesan-pesan lucu tersebut tidak terkait dengan produk, hanya pada saat-saat terakhir dimunculkan merek W‟dank Bajigur.Kata Kunci: Penggunaan Humor, Iklan, Media Sosial

Abstract

E-tailers need to know what are customer‟s preferences to use online shop for fashionableproducts. So the purpose of this research is to describe the impact of independent variables likeperceived-price, word-of-mouth, perceived-site-quality, perceived-vendor-reputation, structuralassurance, brand image, and buyer attitude in using online shop. The sample of the study consist of 180respondents by using purposive sampling method. Primary data will be analyzed by SEM (StructuralEquation Modelling). The results show that buyer attitude is directly affected by perceived-price. Brandimage is affected by perceived-vendor-reputation and structural assurance. Buyer attitude is affected bybrand image. Using online shop variable is affected by buyer attitude. Other result shows that brandimage isn‟t affected by word-of-mouth and perceived-site-quality..Keywords: behavior, price, WOM, quality, reputation, assurance
