Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan kemampuan mencatat aktivitas keuangan secara sistematis, kemudian memberikan pemahaman bagaimana dampak yang didapat unit bisnis apabila tidak memcatat dan menyajikan informasi keuangan. Permasalahan utama pada Usaha Mikro Desa Wisata Dermaga Tapian Mahligai adalah minimnya tenaga kerja dengan dua divisi mereka tidak memiliki tenaga akuntan, pencatatan tidak dilakukan secara sistematis, hanya memcatat penjualan dengan perkiraan saja, pada saat prasurvey mitra sangat mengeluh akan sulitnya dalam melakukan pencatatan karena tidak memahami dan tidak mempunyai kemampuan dalam menghitung harga pokok produksi dan memcatat laporan keuangan. Metode kegiatan dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan. Mitra Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Usaha Mikro Desa Wisata Dermaga Tapian Mahligai. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini telah dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan dalam mencatat laporan keuangan klinik yang bertujuan untuk memudah pekerjaan yang selama ini dilakukan secara manual. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah Pada pelaksanaan sosialisasi, peserta diberikan pemahaman dan pelatihan mengenai mencatat dan pelaporan keuangan secara sederhana . Dengan hasil para peserta pengabdian kepada masyarakat sangat antusias. Bentuk antusisme peserta adalah banyaknya para peserta PKM yang memberikan pertanyaan dan sharing pengetahuan berkenaan dengan analisis biaya dan laporan keuangan Kata Kunci : pencatatan Akuntansi, Akuntansi Keuangan, Pelaporan Keuangan

Abstract

The IBNU Foundation (Insan Berguna Nusantara) is a disability group in Pekanbaru with 500 members, most of whose members have physical disabilities. With the condition of Foundation members whose activities are limited, to earn income it is necessary to pay attention to activities to meet daily needs without too much physical activity. The IBNU Foundation has land 45m x 50 m. Part of it has been used for the Foundation's businesses, including planting chilies, cultivating fish, cultivating maggots and also raising 6 free-range chickens. The Foundation already has a chicken coop, but the number of chickens kept is still very small so the results obtained from raising chickens are also inadequate, so the chairman of the Foundation needs more chickens to increase income, from free-range chickens the benefits of chicken eggs can be sold or hatched for increase the number of chickens, if there are already a lot of chickens, they can be sold and consumed by Foundation members themselves. The problems faced by partners are: The IBNU Foundation needs a business unit that produces results quickly and does not carry out much physical activity, the number of chickens that are kept is still small, so it is necessary to improve the quality of chicken feed and assistance. Seeing the problems faced by the IBNU Foundation, Community Service activities were held by Lecturers at the Faculty of Agriculture, Lancang Kuning University with training and counseling on raising free-range chickens as well as increasing knowledge by improving the quality of free-range chicken feed raised by members of the IBNU Foundation. The methods used for this service are training and counseling to increase knowledge about free-range chicken cultivation as a source of income; Providing chicken feed; Accompaniment; Evaluation to determine understanding and increase knowledge by giving questionnaires to partners. The provision of free-range chicken feed from the Community Service Team can increase growth which will increase income and increase member activities which are positive and do not require a lot of physical activity and can be done in one location that is easy for members to reach, especially in terms of economic growth for members and the community. around the IBNU Foundation. There was an increase in knowledge of 56%. Key word : chikens,feed, IBNU foundation. Economic growth.

Abstract

Abstract This research is motivated by a phenomenon that occurs in the field, namely at Al-Fityah IT Middle School Pekanbaru. Based on observations made, there is a lack of maximum implementation in the learning model, learning only focuses on the material presented by the teacher, and the learning model is still conventional. This research is a quantitative research experimental design formulating the problem of associative causal relationships. The population in this study was all 41 students in class IX of SMP IT Al-Fityah Pekanbaru. The sample size in this study was 41 students with the data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and documentation, data processing was carried out using IBM SPSS Version 16. Analysis of this research used the normality test, homogeneity test, t test, and n-gain test. score. The results of the t test show that tcount > ttable or 3.344 > 1.685, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Problem-Based Collaborative Learning Model on Student Learning Creativity. With an achievement of 69.33% in the experimental class and 40.47% in the control class. Keywords :

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine whether there is an influence of the small group discussion method on students' critical thinking skills in the Civics Class VIII SMP IT Al-Fityah subject. This research is experimental research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 51 students, where samples were taken randomly (drawing lots), namely two classes were taken to become the experimental class (VIII B) with 25 students and the control class (VIII A) with 26 students. The data collection instruments used were questionnaires, observations and data processing documentation using the help of IBS SPSS. This research analysis uses prerequisite tests, namely descriptive analysis, normality test, homogeneity test, T test, and N-Gain test. The results of the T test show that the value of Fcount > Ftable or 2.418 > 1676. So Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of the small group discussion method on students' critical thinking skills. The N-Gain test obtained in the experimental class was 65.54% in the quite effective category, while in the control class it was 51.39% in the less effective category. Keywords :

Abstract

The Climate Village Program (Proklim) is an environmentally friendly program for nature conservation initiated by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia (KLHK RI). This program can be implemented at the Rukun Warga (RW), hamlet, village/kelurahan and school levels. This program prepares communities to be involved in climate resilience and low greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in their lifestyle. From the results of the field visit, it was discovered that SMA Negeri 4 Tualang did not know and understand the climate village program. However, it has the potential to be empowered and realized as a climate village in the educational environment. The method of implementing community service is carried out by means of discussion. State High School (SMA) 4, Tulang District, Siak Regency is committed to utilizing the environment to support sustainability programs, environmental resilience, especially the climate village program. The school area, which is quite large, has been maintained with various plants which help reduce global warming.

Abstract

Nutrition during pregnancy plays an important role in fetal growth, the nutritional needs of pregnant women increase both in quantity and quality of nutrition. The proportion of anemia in pregnant women increased from 37.1% in 2013 to 48.9% in 2018. Anemia is linked to other health problems such as low birth weight, stunting, and child malnutrition. One of many ways to overcome the problem of anemia in pregnant women is by giving iron supplement. Pregnant women in Riau Province who received iron supplement decreased from 79% in 2018 to 65% in 2019. Therefore, it is necessary to empower cadres in preventing anemia, namely by using control cards of iron supplement consumption and education in the form of providing nutritional videos for pregnant women. The aim of this Community Service is to provide cadre training so that they will be able to educate pregnant women to increase knowledge, adherence to drinking iron supplement, and skills in processing foods high in iron. The training method used for cadres is lectures with educational media in the form of control cards, presentation handouts, showing videos on nutrition for pregnant women, and questions and answers.The training for cadres successfully improved cadre knowledge and skills, which now could educate and giving assistancy to pregnant woman consuming iron supplements and prepare high Fe foods. After receiving education from cadres, pregnant women's consumption of iron supplement increased significantly from previously not routinely every day due to forgetting or feeling nauseous after consuming iron supplement to becoming routine every day.

Abstract

Abstract: Many Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) actors still do not know or understand financial reporting. This service activity aims to improve the ability of MSME actors in preparing financial reports by providing training to MSME actors in Pancur Jaya Village, Bengkalis Regency, Rupat District. The method used is to use a training method for several MSMEs in Pancur Jaya Village on the preparation of android-based financial reports in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM). The result of this activity is that MSME players have an increased understanding in preparing financial reports using the android application.

Abstract

Teenagers are a national treasure who have a very crucial position in the country's development. To improve the quality of teenagers and to prevent juvenile delinquency, especially in schools, the government issued Presidential Decree 87 No 2017 regarding strengthening character education. Juvenile Delinquency is a type of deviant behavior committed by teenagers. Juvenile delinquency includes all forms of behavior that violate norms carried out by teenagers. The causal factors vary widely, both internally and externally, which require attention. Therefore, to overcome this, guidance from parents is needed along with a positive school environment. This will determine his future. The problems that occur at SMAN 15 Pekanbaru are fighting, and skipping school which usually occur due to the lack of education regarding juvenile delinquency. This socialization was held to educate students at SMAN 15 Pekanbaru. This socialization method was carried out using qualitative methods and resource interviews. The results obtained from this activity are that the violations that often occur at SMAN 15 are illegal racing and fighting. Students also understand the impact of this mischief and participate in socialization well.

Abstract

Temuan awal penelitian yang menunjukkan adanya sejumlah keluhan dari masyarakat terkait dengan pengadaan sumber air bersih, yang didistribusikan oleh Perumdam Tirta Dumai Bersemi, yang diduga karena belum optimalnya produktivitas karyawan pada saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan pemberian insentif terhadap produktivitas karyawan Peusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum (PERUMDAM) Tirta Dumai Bersemai Kota Dumai. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap seluruh karyawan Perumdam Tirta Dumai, sebanyak 66 orang karyawan, yang menanggapi instrumen kuisioner. Data yang didapat, dianalisis melalui analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat sejumlah faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas karyawan diantaranya adalah pelatihan dan pemberian insentif, sehingga disarankan kepada objek pengamatan untuk selalu melakukan evaluasi pada karyawan yang mendapatkan pelatihan, dan dikemudian hari dapat diberikan tambahan insentif atas hasil kerjanya sehingga dapat termotivasi dan menunjukkan produktivitas yang lebih baik. . Abstract

: This research aims to build a conceptual about how the internalization strategy of agile governance values to civil servants, with the aim of developing an internalization strategy of agile governance values in civil servants within the Riau Provincial Government. This study uses a qualitative method of methods by spreading questionnaires to related officials, as many as 225 respondents using a purposive sampling approach, data collection techniques using questionnaires with a scale It is the assessment of 10 strategies, namely strategies to meet the demands of public service, anticipating the threat of globalization, developing civil servant competencies, increasing creative and innovative to seize the potential of PAD, maximize the use of SPBE, open up broad opportunities for civil servants to follow competency development, utilize PNS Competency Development Institutions , in collaboration with universities and training institutions, utilizing high -leadership commitments, and utilizing the rapid development of information technology. This strategy will speed up civil servants to become world -class professionals. This research has never been done before.
