Abstract

This research aims to formulate an accurate digital marketing strategy that Camira Kitchen can implement for business development post-Covid-19 pandemic. This research method uses descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. The data analysis technique uses SWOT analysis. The result showed that the company could implement the most accurate strategy, the market penetration strategy, which is to improve product taste, company services, and content quality to resolve the market competition. This strategy focuses on developing the company’s Instagram by uploading educational content about how to make products, pack products, company’s service, and improve the quality of photos or videos. This strategy is expected to reach the engagement stage until the purchasing decision stage

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop stock investment learning media that is integrated with android-based cultural insights. This research belongs to the research and development. The research and development used in this study is represented by the Borg & Gall version model which has 10 stages; however, empirically it can be summerized into 4 stages, namely introduction, development, validation and implementation. The subjects in this study are divided into two groups: expert lecturers as validators of applications and materials and users between the ages of 15-20. The object of the study is the interest in stock investment. This study’s writing method is a descriptive method with a quantitative-qualitative approach. Based on an online survey conducted by the researchers, it shows that out of 90 respondents, 74 percent of them had no idea about the stock issuance system and 35.6 percent of respondents were interested to stock investment, and 51.1 percent had a desire to invest in stocks but did not know how to do so. The validity results of AISS APP development products based on expert validator assessments are declared valid, having a good category and able to be applied as learning media. As for the basis of limited trials, the result is valid, very good and able to be applied

Abstract

The effect of gender differences on investment behavior is a research topic that needs to be explored to understand the phenomena. This paper is to review the literature on gender and investment behavior, as well as their influence on other dimensions. The Publish or Perish software was used to acquire literature data, and the Google Scholar database was chosen. The term used for the title is "gender investment." The initial search yielded 213 publications published between 2016 and 2021. Then, 112 articles were selected from the 213 literatures that were chosen. Using the Mendeley reference manager and the Publish or Perish software, information on the most cited articles was compiled. In addition, the 112 references were processed with the VOS Viewer to generate cluster data containing the items that appear in each cluster. Also demonstrated were the overlay visualization, density visualization, and author network connected with keywords. This study gives an overview of gender issues in investment behavior for future research.

Abstract

The rise of electronic transaction have become more innovative over the year, starting from withdrawing money from atm to cashless transaction using mobile phone, the existence of physical money have been reduced for convenience. E-Payment have become one of many forms of cashless transaction, e-payment or electronic payment have been applicate by many big company especially food franchise. The e-payment known for its flexibility, especially form of e-payment can now be done using mobile phone which have no longer needed for a physical card. This convenience of usage has of course created satisfaction and dissatisfaction, which are determine by technology readiness. It can’t be denied that there are people who prefer physical payment than e-payment. These people were usually people who having a difficulty in using technology such as elder person or people that are living on rural areas. The purpose of paper is to explore how the use of e-payment have create satisfaction among customer and what are the reason of customer that prefer physical payment. The result of this paper indicate that the use of e-payment indeed create satisfaction among customer, this result supported by customer statement about flexibility and less risk of having not enough money or the possibility of losing money

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of Padang cuisine at Putra Minang Restaurant on purchase interest of the people of Ciledug, Tangerang City, Banten Province. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with a simple regression method. A sample of 100 respondents used accidental sampling with a questionnaire distribution technique with a Likert scale from 1 to 5. The results showed that the quality of Padang cuisine at Putra Minang Restaurant has a significant effect on the purchase interest of the Ciledug people because of the way Padang cuisine creates a spicy, savory taste. and is prepared deliciously, then the equipment used is very complete, sufficient and hygienic, and the hands used are very clean, usually the dishes are made by two people with the same recipe, producing a taste of food that is characteristic of the Minangkabau area, which is of high quality and good quality. It is also hoped that Putra Minang Restaurant will always pay attention to the quality of the ingredients to be processed and the cleanliness of the kitchen. In terms of service, smiles and friendliness are needed to please customers

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and price on the decision to purchase Skechers shoes for Trisakti School of Tourism. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research with multiple regression analysis. The collection technique was by distributing questionnaires with a Liker scale from 1 to 5. The population in this study were all students of Trisakti School of Tourism, while the total sample was 100 respondents. Sampling technique with accidental sampling. The results of the study partially show that the brand image and price of Skechers shoes have a significant effect on the purchasing decisions of Trisakti School of Tourism students because a good brand image on high quality and good Skechers shoes will result in a high purchasing decision as well, then the price is in accordance with the quality. products so that consumers will decide to buy products whose price is judged according to the quality of the product or not too expensive.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital bank products on service quality through customer satisfaction. This type of research uses quantitative description. Total population is the same as the number of samples, namely 63 respondents. The results of the study show that: (1) Digital bank products have a significant effect on the quality of banking services; (2) Bank digital products have a significant effect on the satisfaction of banking services by small enterprises; (3) Quality of banking services has a significant effect on the satisfaction of banking services by small enterprises; (4) Bank digital products have a significant effect on the satisfaction of banking services by small enterprises through Quality of banking services.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job crafting and social skills on work engagement with work spirituality as an intervening variable for MSME employees in Kebumen Regency. The population in this study were all MSME actors in Kebumen Regency. The sampling technique was based on the slovin formula and the results obtained were 71 employees. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The analysis used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, Sobel test, and path analysis. The data processing tool used is SPSS for Windows version 25.0. The results of this study indicate that social skills and job crafting have a positive effect on work spirituality, social skills have a positive effect on work engagement. However, the results of this study could not prove the effect of job crafting on work spirituality, and did not find a role for work spirituality as a mediation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of food quality, brand image and price on purchasing decisions for culinary Asinan Ahauw Traditional Food from Bogor. This type of quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were consumers who bought Asinan Ahauw culinary, Bogor's traditional food, while the sample consisted of 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale from 1 to 5. The results of the study partially show that food quality and brand image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while partially they do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. the producers of Asinan Ahauw Traditional Food from Bogor to always maintain product quality and build a positive brand image in order to win the competition between Asinan Ahauw producers.

Abstract

The capital structure of the business is its long-term debt and equity funding. In this study, the capital structure of transportation businesses listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2013 to 2021 was tested and the impact of liquidity, sales growth, and company size was determined. There are 43 transportation businesses listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, but only 5 of them are utilized as examples because they have complied with the requirements. Purposive sampling was the sampling strategy utilized. The method for documenting research data is the data gathering method. Multiple linear regression analysis is the technique used for data analysis. The findings revealed that the capital structure is significantly impacted negatively by liquidity, significantly positively by sales growth, and hardly impacted positively by firm size. The adjusted R2 value obtained from the coefficient of determination test is 0.409, which means that the variation in the three independent variables CR, SG, and S can account for 40.9% of the variation in capital structure, with other factors other than those included in the study's model accounting for the remaining 59.1% of the variation
